There is a muddy conviction in us,
inside me it occurs from time to time,
that I'm not good enough,
that I shouldn't do what I do, I should not create the Ewangeliarz,
I should not preach a retreat, nor speak in any matter
until I thoroughly clean my interior.
When I will be very folded and very holy, then
it will make sense to do something on the outside.
Today's Gospel shows that Jesus
proposes responsibility and this responsibility is not a small one.
He tells Peter: "Feed my sheep, my lambs!"
He leads him to the path of great responsibility,
although this guy is just after one of the greatest tragedies of his life,
after he denied Jesus, after he realized what a great immaturity he has in himself.
Feeling one's own immaturity, if we entrust it to the Lord,
should not stop us from taking a great responsibility.

10 Scary Things People Caught On Tape in Hospitals - Duration: 11:25.
In the olden days, hospitals were described as forsaken places for the sick and elderly..
nowadays it is almost unthinkable if they would not exist.
But besides a helping hand and hope.. they also bring death and demise.
Today we want to check out 10 scary things that People caught in Hospitals.
A girl and her friend were exploring an abandoned hospital, when her camera caught this strange
shape
in one of the rooms These two co-workers were noticing a strange
red balloon, that was seemingly coming towards them.. without any wind within
the hallway.
A nurse noticed a strange dark figure passing by in an abnormal speed in the background..
was it a deceased patient?
The footage shown has been recorded in an old hospital in Kentucky.
While it's pretty dark, a figure like shape can be seen on the left
This man is singing for his son, while the
camcorder captures something odd behind the head of this guy.
While
this clip has never been explained, it shows a janitor at the hospital, who encounters
something frightening on one
of
the floors While his sister is set up in the scanning
machine, this young man captures a shadow of someone, who was not with them at the time
This gourney is moving on its own in front of this hospital.. and since the weather was
holding up, wind was not the reason for the strangeness
A colleague snapped this picture of his friend, who apparently got visited by a young lady
who was alive some centuries ago..
On another occasion, a similar figure could be captured by another hospital employee.
Could it be the same spirit ? Thank you guys for watching.

Injury Rehabilitation (ESSENTIAL STEPS TO REHAB ANYTHING!) - Duration: 2:21.
Dom McKay musculoskeletal therapist in less than five minutes I'm
going to teach you the fundamental principles behind rehabilitating any
injury or condition. there are four essential elements that must take place
in order to maximize recovery, they are:
myofascial release is usually a
critical intervention initially in order to restore function and relieve symptoms
it's also a great intervention throughout the whole recovery process as
it helps to fast-track results. examples of myofascial release and massage dry
needling and foam rolling.
this element refers to the lengthening of shortened
muscles and the mobilization of joints. examples of this are stretching and
mobilization applied by your therapist or simply by yourself.
this is critical
in order to maintain the benefits of the previous two elements. activation and
strengthening can come in many forms depending on the condition but
essentially it's about loading the body in order to address any muscular
imbalances and also to condition areas of the body that have become weak
through injury.
this is the final stage and also my favorite. when injury has
occurred there's usually a disconnect somewhere
within the kinetic chain. integration essentially rewires you and helps you to
move as one functional unit.
so there you have it, the essential framework to
optimize the effectiveness of your rehabilitation. for exercises for
specific conditions browse through some of my other videos. if you have a
condition that you'd like me to address then post that in the comments section
below. I'm also happy to answer any questions about this video there too
there's a link to my website in the description subscribe for more great
tips thanks for watching
