First up is the NSX 1997 which I totally didn't extremely rice out
It's a AWD drift beast, which works well really anywhere
My tune especially is pretty good, but it's not too good around tight corners
The overall feel of the car when you drift is pretty smooth, but it's hard to hold out long lines
There are lots of great tunes, just find the one that's good for you
All in all, a good AWD build which never spins out. EVER.
And please don't hate me for the rice ;_;
Oooh hug dat wall ;)
Next up, the SIlvia Club K, a cheap and sexy drift build for anywhere
Once again, great AWD but there aren't many tunes for RWD
It's fun to just drift around, but it's very responsive so you touch the curb you die RWD >_<
That's why I raised the ride height for no interference
It even looks great to drive around in, and sports a style similar to that of the Hoonigan Twerkstallion, especially with this paint job.
But this is a very powerful car, so it's not really good for tandems
The angle on the wheels (depending on the tune) isn't very high
So theres another great car for drifting in freeroam
*cough* garbage painjob *cough*
if you didn't see this coming, ur bad xD
the 240sx is an AMAZING car, AWD or RWD
It looks beautiful too, unless you rice it completely like me
It's great for tandems n' stuff, but for a beginner, it could get a little hard to control
Right now I'm rocking a RWD tune from the Storefront, but you can make it your own
It's very versitile, and can be adjusted to the sliightest detail if you want to go pro in competitions or something
The only real problem is the camber which really pisses me off when you're trying to drive in a straight line
All the online tunes have the tires on a 45 degree angle (freakin ricers again) and they're, therefore, inoperable
Other than that, this car really delivers. Have fun with it :D
Crap i spun out :( Bunta will get mad
Okay, pretty obvious car to be on this list
It's great AWD or RWD, either way you're going to end up looking like an RX-7 fag on a drift server
It really is a good car though
The thing is that this car is exclusive and can't be found in the autoshow or auction house (im pretty sure)
You have to win the Outback festival Midnight challenge and win this car
But trust me, it's all worth it after you finally get it
It deserves the title of one of the most iconic JDM cars to ever be made
But please don't be that kid who goes freakin crazy about this car, mix it up every once in a while
RX-7 addiction is a real problem
Okay, now this car is LITERALLY the best at drifting
The only problem with the Silvia K's is if you tune it to drift,
It can't do anything else.
By making this car a drift build you basically handicap it and make it only drivable in the parking lot and in the city. It can't do anything else.
But i will say that it's worth it. It can pull serious corners, and can be a drifter's best friend if technique is perfected in manual.
You can't get it in the Autoshow though, you have to finish a Horizon challenge or something
Otherwise, you'll have to cough up 20M credits in the Auction House, which no one wants to do.
I recommend going into the storefront and getting the RWD driftking tune, which is #awesome
So yeah, this thing is great.
BONUS: do a burnout in reverse and it sounds like an Indycar xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD byebye

Baby Zebrafish Eyes Work Kind of like Real-Time Photoshop - Duration: 5:22.
[ ♪ Intro ]
Zebrafish are basically aquatic lab rats.
They're a model organism that scientists use to study everything from development to disease,
in the carefully controlled environment of a fish tank.
Now, researchers are also looking into how these small, stripy minnows see, and they
published a paper about it last week in the journal Current Biology.
This study is the first detailed description of how vision works in a vertebrate that has
4 kinds of color photoreceptors, not a measly 3 like humans.
And they found that, as babies, these tiny fish have really precise vision that's more
than meets the eye.
In fact, it's tailored to the different parts of their environment.
See, zebrafish are naturally found in clear, slow-moving water in Asia.
They rely on their eyes to find their way around, hunt, and avoid getting eaten.
And baby zebrafish are like all eyes — their eyeballs make up a quarter of the total volume
of their bodies and contain half of the neurons in their central nervous system.
If our babies had similar proportions, their eyes would be like grapefruit sized.
This research focused on the retina, which is in the back of the eyeball where light-sensitive
photoreceptors are found.
There are two main types of photoreceptor cells: rods detect low levels of light but
don't really detect color, and cones work better at bright levels of light but can detect color.
In human retinas, rods and cones are pretty evenly distributed, except for a region called
the fovea where there are more cones and our vision is a little sharper.
But baby zebrafish retinas are more complicated.
While human retinas have 3 types of cones — one sensitive to red wavelengths of light,
one to green, and one to blue — zebrafish have a fourth that's sensitive to UV light.
And in their eyes, different photoreceptors are concentrated where they're needed most.
Baby zebrafish hang out in shallow water where death typically comes from above, whether
it's a heron or other predator silhouetted against the bright sky.
So the part of the retina that gets light from above has more rods, because they just
need to see if anything's coming — not what color it is.
Most colorful things, like rocks or plants, are in front of or below baby zebrafish.
So those areas of the retina have more cones, especially the ones sensitive to red, green,
and blue light.
But the single-celled microorganisms that baby zebrafish eat are translucent, which
makes them hard to see with those cones.
Except they do reflect a good amount of UV light.
So the parts of the retina getting light from the strike zone, which is just a cool term
researchers use for the horizon of the fish's vision, have more cones sensitive to UV light.
Basically, all these retinal regions chunk up the world, so different parts of the image
have boosted color or contrast like Photoshop manipulation of the world in real time.
And this probably plays a big role in helping them survive, otherwise they wouldn't have
evolved to be this way.
When baby zebrafish mature, though, they grow into their eyes, move into deeper water, and
kind of lose their vision superpowers.
Their retinas change to be more like ours, where different cones are redistributed in
a more even pattern.
But not all fish have good eyesight!
The baby whale fish sounds like a poorly named bathtub toy, and I guess it's kind of stubby
and cute and whale-like.
But unlike zebrafish, it lives in muddy rivers in Central Africa where visibility isn't so great.
So instead of relying on its eyes, it uses electricity to get around.
And according to new research published in the journal Current Biology last week, knowing
how these fish use electricity may give us insight into some serious human diseases.
Several species of fish use electricity to communicate and sense what's nearby, kind
of like echolocation.
And to do that, they have electric organs with specialized cells called electrocytes,
which can generate action potentials like muscle cells and nerve cells.
Action potentials occur when ions rapidly cross cell membranes and alter the electrical charge.
And when a whole bunch of electrocytes do this simultaneously, they can emit an electrical discharge.
But ions can't cross the cell membrane just anywhere.
They have to pass through special proteins called ion channels, which are like carefully
controlled doors.
Now, baby whale fish can generate extremely quick electric pulses that are only 2 ten
thousandths of a second long.
They have to keep it short so they can stay hidden from catfish, which can also sense
electricity and will totally eat them.
So these researchers wanted to know how baby whale fish make these extremely short action
potentials, so they took a closer look at the KCNA7 potassium ion channel.
Humans have this same protein in our heart and muscle tissues, but the baby whale fish
has a slightly different version.
The researchers discovered a negatively charged patch of amino acids in the fish's ion channel
that makes it more sensitive and able to open more quickly.
Understanding how slight differences in these ion channels affect how they work might someday
help scientists treat diseases like epilepsy, and certain heart rhythm and muscle disorders.
These conditions are linked with genetic mutations that also change how potassium ion channels work.
So maybe understanding this odd little fish will help scientists find a fix.

my everyday make-up routine!! [cc] - Duration: 15:00.
hello everybody so today I am going to do my makeup for you. *sneezes* excuse me. Did I
just closed the door with my sneeze? so people have asked me for years and years
to do an everyday makeup routine I've just never done it because I don't know
well I am lazy and just like don't particularly do anything special with my
makeup but I'm gonna do it. I do want to put out some disclaimers. I only shop
cruelty free, everything in this video should be cruelty free. I'm pretty
particular about brands and stuff. if it's not, it's because it was like a
sample or something like that. I also try to purchase things with less plastic or
things that last for a really long time so I'm not burning through things that
are made with lots of plastic. anyway um that's a disclaimer nobody's perfect but
I do shop cruelty-free. I've been cruelty free for years and years. um I
always am quite conscious of these things. if I've made a mistake, I
apologize but yeah just a disclaimer. all right there there's your little intro.
the next clip you see I will be makeup less. say goodbye to these eyebrows. I'm
using a very precarious situation as a tripod right here so oh sorry a few
wobble. so I've just recorded the first part of my skincare routine, um, in the
video that I'm probably gonna put up before this video. so go watch that. it's
my full skincare routine. I'm recording both these videos throughout today. oh my
gosh this is so wobbly. anyway skincare is all applied and fresh-faced,
hairs still wet, so let's put on some makeup. I've actually already put on lip
balm I used the glossy a balm dot com in rose. I love this stuff, it's so good. I
don't really have a specific order when doing my makeup I tend to do my eyes
first and then foundation and face stuff last, just in case I like want to take
off my eye makeup for whatever reason or it like falls or I don't know. I just
do it that way sometimes. the first thing I do is prime my eyes I've been using an
elf one for the past couple of years. my favorite primer of all time is NARS,
their eye shadow primer, but right now I'm using
this little sample from urban decay that I got with a Sephora order or
something. I haven't used this stuff in like years but I figured it's here. first
thing I like to do with my makeup is my eyebrows. I feel even if I'm like not
doing anything, if I'm just like going to the grocery store and that's all I'm
doing that day, I still do my eyebrows cuz I just feel like my face doesn't
look like my face until I have eyebrows. so that's what I'm doing now.
I love the glossier boy brow but I always have to like rub off the excess. anyone
else have that problem? there's just so much product when you first pull out the
wand. I use the color brown. I used to-- I actually just started using this glossier
a product like this year. before this, I only ever filled in my eyebrows with eye
shadow and that's why I used to have like very bold eyebrows as you can tell
I have almost no eyebrows. I have very fair hair on the eyebrows but then I got this
stuff and it's like really nice uh looks more natural I guess and the people
around me said it looked good so I just been using this now. my eyebrows never
look even. it's like a little quirk, that's what I tell myself because I
don't have the patience to make them perfect but I think they look kind of
more real that way so it's fine. then I put on eyeshadow. I have two makeup
palettes and they're both by the same brand. the Anastasia Beverly Hills.
Anastasia? who knows. but I have the modern renaissance and soft glam. soft
glam is fairly new, I got it this year and they're both super pretty. look at
this soft glam. so soft, so glam. what I generally do, both palettes have the
shade tempura which is like this really like creamy color shimmery shade. I've
always used that. I've actually like got very little left in this palette of that
color as you can see. you can also tell this is what I used to use for my eyebrows.
so yes, I just put tempura all over the lid up to my brow bone because it kind
of works a little bit of a highlight for my brow bone. exciting stuff here. by the
way, all of my brushes are very old. I've had this since probably... this is a Mac
brush and I think I got it the first time I got my makeup done at the Mac
counter in like probably freshman year of high school, maybe middle
school to be honest. but this brush is like over a decade old. same with this
one. this is another Mac brush from a thousand years ago. I haven't purchased
Mac makeup in probably six years but I still have the brushes. next I go into my
crease I'm gonna use dusty rose which is the shade under tempera I just like
define my eyeball. you know I feel like this video takes so long cuz I'm like
trying to be more precise and interesting. I usually do my makeup in
under 10 minutes so like while this video might be quite long and it might
seem like I'm very meticulous, I really do the same look every day and it takes
10 minutes. so there's just something about filming it that takes forever.
while I'm here, I'm actually going to curl my eyelashes. I think I bought this eyelash
curler at forever 21 when I was in there with friends who were shopping once. this
is my favorite kind the one that are springy. I have very fine and very like
straight eyelashes they really just stick straight out sometimes a little
bit down so that's like an integral part in doing my makeup. wobble wobble. so
eyelashes are curled back to-- I don't know why I did that in that order.
I just, it happened, we move forward. then I usually do like some sort of darker
shade to like define my eyes. what should i do today I'm wearing like this peach
colored shirt so maybe like this rustic or Sienna.
maybe let's go sienna. it's got a little orange tint to it. so I just put that
outer corner. blend blend blend. where is this brush from? this brush is from...it
doesn't even have like a label anymore. I think
this was from Sigma, I bought like a Sigma brush set about ten years ago
because some youtuber talked about it and they were pretty inexpensive for the
set so I just bought a set and I've had them forever. I'm telling you, you don't
need to buy new makeup brushes that often, fam, just treat them well, give
them a little shampoo once a month and like spot-clean them in between: you're
good. but like that's kind of it for the eyeshadow except to of course blend
blend. this is a brush I bought, or I didn't buy,
I got in a...it used to be what was that called Ipsy or my glam was what it
used to be called when I had it there like my glam bags. just a subscription
service for makeup. it was ten dollars a month or something you got a little
makeup bag with makeup um I think I got this in that years and years ago. so
that's that for eyeshadow for the most part I think.
so next I'm gonna put on mascara. I'm currently testing out the glossier lash
stick ooh fancy. I don't love it. I usually like more like thicker lashes
but you know I don't hate it either so we're trying this out.
I usually also do waterproof mascaras and this is just water resistant so like
if I cry I don't think this will hold up. which is very important because I'm a crier.
one eye, done. my battery light is now flashing and I'm hoping I can just make
it to the end of my makeup routine because we're like over halfway there
and the rest goes by pretty quick. I'm actually thinking about doing a glossier
like wrap up on my feelings because I have most of the makeup from glossier so
I want to test it all for a little bit longer and then I might do like a video
of my feelings. next I do a little bit of eyeliner on the top of my eyes just to
define them to make them like a little bit stand out a little bit and I use the
Kat Von D tattoo liner I've used this for years. I do a very thin line right
along my lashes that's it. I just lined the top lash and then for the bottom
lash line I take this brush don't know where I got
it. it's purple I think I got it in some sort of set that was given to me by a
family member forever ago, who knows, it's a little angled brush I
just take this, I just use the Cypress umber in the soft glam palette which is
just like a brown. I put a little bit on my waterline. just like tiny bit
on the outside corner. not much this actually comes off
throughout the day but I think it looks nice at the beginning. I have very watery
tear ducts, what can I say? that's my eyes done might put a little bit of like
sparkle of some sort on the inner corners and we're good. then my face
makeup which is pretty simple I use the ordinary primer. this is the highly
spreadable fluid primer it's in like full dropper I really like this stuff
I've been using it for a couple months it's very uh I don't know how to explain
it. very like... it's a fluid so it's like more like a oil texture than a thick
cream texture. I just think the makes my face so soft. camera battery did not make
it, so sorry if the angle changed a little bit. I just like don't know what to do with
my hair right now. the foundation I'm currently using is I don't like heavy
foundations. this is The Ordinary again I am digging this brand they sell it in a
store in Deciem in Soho or in Nolita. it's right next to Everlane, so if
you're in the city, I really recommend going to Everlane
and then going to Deciem next door and getting some cheap makeup. this
stuff is like six dollars and it's cruelty free it's really nice. I use the
shade one and very fair neutral. it's literally the first shade, it's the
palest shade cuz look at me. so it's a light serum foundation, so it's quite
liquidy. I put--I don't wear a lot of foundation I put like very little on.
it's like, can you tell? just a tiny a little bit. I take this brush which is by
Real Techniques I think I've had it for since I first moved to London maybe back
before they sold real techniques in the u.s. I just like buff
that in, oh my gosh the camera is wobbling. it's very light coverage but I
still feel like it's smooths everything. super super nice and I like the
consistency. I like how it still feels like my skin. I don't like--I can't wear
powder foundation really because I have quite dry skin and I've never found a
powder that like doesn't look like a powder on my skin, so I've always liked
liquid foundations but I don't like thick liquid foundation so I've always
just stuck to quite light ones. and look at that I still have some like a little
bit left over. so very light with my foundation, just like a nice thin veil
across my skin and also like that kind of looked like it was lighter when I was
putting it on, but I swear that's like true color for me. final three steps I do
a little bit of contouring, bronzing, whatever, chiseling. this shade is called
chisel. it's this one this is from a Tarte palette it's called the Tartist pro
glow to go. Just do a little bit in the hollows of the cheeks, a little bit on
the jawline. honestly not sure how much you can really tell on the jawline or
like I always do the thing where you put it like up here but I feel like you
can't even like see it. sorry I'm looking at myself in the viewfinder so much, I'm
kind of going between using it as a mirror. um but yeah there we go. there's
that. this is an elf bronzing brush by the way, another brush I got in some sort
of bag I think. like Ipsy/my glam bag. I use this for my highlighter. it's just
like a tiny little brush. I don't know if this is actually meant for but I'm just
going to that same palette. I use kind of both of these highlights. I don't really
have a particular one I'm gonna use the middle one which is bursts today. put
that on there, put it on my nose, on my Cupid's bow,
under my like top of my cheekbones and then also put a little bit on the brow
bone and inner corner. get that highlight. sometimes I also use the glossier

« Tu me manques tellement », peut-on lire, quelques mots sincères accompagnés d'un coeur

Comedian manages to get President Trump on the phone after prank call - Duration: 8:53.
President Donald Trump spoke with a comedian about his controversial immigration policy and his pick for Supreme Court Justice while aboard Air Force One on Wednesday
The alleged communication raises questions about the soundness in regard to the security clearances process, and how a prankster could get through to Air Force One and have a direct audience with the president
John Melendez, who is also known as Stuttering John and frequently appears on The Howard Stern Show, says he was able to reach the president by claiming he was New Jersey Senator Robert Menendez
He was also able to speak to a number of other people in the administration as his call was passed along, including President Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner
Scroll below for video 'Hi Bob. How are you, congratulations on everything, we're proud of you
Congratulations, you're doing a great job,' says President Trump at the start of the call
He then made reference to Menendez's past indictment on corruption charges, which resulted in a hung jury last year before a federal judge cleared him earlier this year at the request of prosecutors
'You went through a tough, tough situation - and I don't think a very fair situation - but congratulations,' President Trump said in audio first played during Melendez's Stuttering John podcast on Thursday

'So Bob, let me just tell you: I want to be able to take care of the situation every bit as much as anyone else, at the top level,' replied President Trump
'I'd like to do the larger solution rather than the smaller solution; they're doing them step by step
I think we can do the whole thing.'He continued: 'I have a good relationship with the party, you have a good relationship with the party, and I think we could do a real immigration bill
We have to have security at the border, we have to have it. I mean, look, you've got 60 percent of the country, they've got to have security at the border
'And that's a good excuse for the Democrats too, Bob. It's not like, it's good for you or good for me, it's good for both of us
I'm tired of the problem. So Bob, here's what - let me do this, I'm on Air Force One, uh, I'm just coming back from an amazing rally in North Dakota, actually
' Melendez next asked about the vacancy on the Supreme Court following the news that Justice Kennedy was retiring from the bench
'I have a list of people, I have a big list of people Bob, and we'll take a look and it and we're gonna make a decision, I'll probably make it over the next couple of weeks,' said President Trump
Melendez advised President Trump not to select a candidate who's too conservative, to which he replied: 'Yeah
'He continued: 'Well, we will talk to you about it - we're probably going to make a decision Bob, over the next two weeks, I think we're gonna have a really good
we have some great choices. [It'll] be done over the next 12-14 days.''You take care, I will speak to you soon Bob, take care of yourself
Thank you Bob, I will talk to you soon,' the voice purported to be President Trump said
The alleged communication puts into question how tight White House security is, marking what could be the biggest breach since Michaele and Tareq Salahi made headlines crashing a White House state dinner in November of 2009
Melendez had a past relationship with Trump dating back more than 25 years stemming from his time on The Howard Stern Show, a program Trump frequently appeared on as a guest
He initially called the White House switchboard while recording his podcast Wednesday and identified himself, but was unable to get through
Melendez said he subsequently called the switchboard back, affecting an accent and claiming to be the senator's assistant
The operator believed him and transferred him to a subordinate who told him that the president was unavailable because he was giving a speech at the time
Melendez said he gave him his cell phone number, which had a Southern California prefix
When a White House operator noted how the information he provided did not match up with the information the White House had for the senator, Melendez explained it by saying that he was on vacation
Melendez said he was then contacted by a series of presidential subordinates - including Trump's senior adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner - before the 45th president picked up the phone
Melendez said afterward of the unlikely exchange that he was trying to do a comedy bit and did not expect to be put through
DailyMail.com has reached out to the White House for comment on the call.

White House scrambles to figure out how prankster got on the phone with Trump The White House is scrambling to figure out how a prank call from a comedian who pretended to be Sen
Bob Menendez managed to get a return phone call from the president, a person inside the White House said Friday
The person inside the White House said the call was routed to the president by the president's son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner and that it was not routed through the office of legislative affairs, which had no record of Menendez (D-N
J.) trying to connect with the president. And while legislative affairs got notified of the call and subsequently tried to kill it after learning from Menendez's chief of staff that the senator was not trying to reach Trump, the call was still put through, the person said
A recording of what appears to be the president's voice talking to who he seemingly believes to be Menendez can be heard on the podcast of John Melendez, also known as Stuttering John, a regular guest on shock jock Howard Stern's radio show
Using a British accent and posing as Menendez's assistant Sean Moore, a name he invented from James Bond actors Sean Connery and Roger Moore, Melendez first called the White House switchboard, which said it could not reach Trump because he was delivering a speech in North Dakota at the time
Later, Melendez said Kushner called him back, after which he said he and a friend, who posed as the New Jersey senator, were put on the phone with the president

Spokespeople for the president did not immediately return an email asking if the recording was indeed authentic, if it was Kushner who put the call through to the president, and what the nature of the administration's response was
"Hi Bob. How are you? Congratulations on everything, we're proud of you," the voice that appears to be Trump's says after coming on the line
"Congratulations, great job. You went through a tough, tough situation, and I don't think a very fair situation, but congratulations
" Melendez's friend then asks about immigration and the separation of families who cross the border illegally, to which the voice on the other end of the phone responds that "I want to be able to take care of the situation every bit as much as anybody else at the top level" but that "I'd like to do the larger solution rather than the smaller solution
" The two also discussed the soon-to-be vacated Supreme Court seat of Justice Anthony Kennedy, with the Trump-sounding voice saying that he plans to select a replacement nominee over the next two weeks
