because I still weighed 120 kilos 4 years ago, so uhh, I now weigh
56 kilos, so total it makes over 50 kilos

-Depressed. Ah well, not good about myself,
I was dragging a weight on a chain, I was dragging this body's weight
That's what. -And then in three months, you switch
to raw food. -Yes Yes..
-And so what are your days like? -Ah these days are, uh, are radiant,
in fact, my dietary changed me, resurrected me, restored my health

even pay attention initially because what made me so happy was to
eat my fruit, and so I was skimming by the hour!
In the day I'd eat almost anything, but no lactose and no gluten

for 3 months -It was actually your transition

-Yeah. And after it was fruit, globally, everything, everything that I could try
What appealed to me was to seek and eat fruits

-Yeah. And in three months, what, how
did you feel like? -Like a renaissance. An exhilaration
Sometimes when I was driving, I had a smile on my face. I laughed to myself.
I said to myself: well, that's funny! Why, why am I so happy?
Where does that joy come from? How curious... is it because
I eat raw, perhaps? Ah! Ah but you know, bananas and stuff, it's very caloric!
Yes, but it makes me loose weight! But that's not possible!
As a matter of fact, it is. Yeah yeah yeah I'm the evidence to support that.
-Yeah! -It is the body that manages it all.
it doesn't weigh how many grams a day it should eat, how many calories, bananas...
that's something I could not know. -Instinct?
-Full blind instinct. -That's what Irene says, our
instinct works very well with natural products and it is completely out of its mind
in front of industrial products. And when you weighed 120 kilos, I imagine
that you had a different diet? -Fast Foods...
-Right. -All, Everything that came.
And yet, in a very short time you manage to refocus on natural foods
-Yeah.
-So It was a, a lightning revolution? -Yeah something triggered it.
-What? -And yeah yeah... I was in Britanny,
met the neighbors of my uncle, who eat raw for over 20 years and when I
saw these people, it downed on me. Their health, and their
joy of living, uh, well, they are all fit, even athletic and actually uh,
yes, it as food for thoughts and made me think hard.
-It was an example to follow? -Yes.
And you've launched yourself, body and soul, in this dietary transition?
-Yeah. Actually, I wanted to do an experiment, for a year, I thought, well, I'll
try this diet for a year.
-Yeah. -So I started like that, for a year
And here I am, already 4 years so ..
Yes, because ultimately, you're so happy there is no way back?
-No -It would make no sense.
-No It does not even come to mind It is something unthinkable
And how you managed your relationship with your loved ones during this transition,
up to this day ? -My relatives told me, good
Christophe please do a blood test. So we can see if there is
something wrong or not! I have made my blood test, I went to
the doctor, I explained that I ate raw. He read
my blood analysis, he said, listen, it's perfect.
I have no complaints. Keep it on.. Okay! I made three blood tests.
By the third, my doctor said: I think I will
also do like you, I will eat raw vegan! Anyway, sometimes,
the family, or the friends, sometimes they may be not all confident.
My approach is global This is my life, this is a way of life,
that is, it is not just food, This is yet another dimension.
-And where d'you find... where did you and Where d'you find today enough trust
in yourself, not to be affected by the others? You launch yourself in one direction
and, and how do you do so that fears conveyed by your relatives, the pressure
from society, family and all, may not distract you?
-Actually, I think, through this revelation I had in Brittany, I conditionned myself
