aspire cash money lawsuit they're
basically accusing Birdman and slim of
cash money for cooking the books to
avoid paying millions in royalties and
this is the case of a lot of record
labels they tend to exaggerate
deductions to make it look like there
was no profit and say hey we don't know
you or anything because there was
nothing to gain from okay so um slimmin
Birdman they they're also accused of not
providing accounting records on a
monthly basis and that's what they had
agreed upon with a spire now aspire
music group is cortez bryant g robinson
and Derek Lawrence okay so it appears
that Drake was signed to aspire than
young money and cash money it was like a
very complex deal and jazz prince is
involved in that as well because jazz
princeton introduced it's very it's a
complicated do Drake feel is a mess
let's just put it that way okay now in a
new suit it was filed on April
eighteenth in Manhattan they they're
basically saying that that okay did just
plain and simple Drake got a
ten-million-dollar advance okay and they
were supposed to give four million
dollars of that and they didn't even get
any of that then they're also saying the
fraudulent accounting and everything
they didn't get any residuals or you
know anything from the first six albums
that they were promised okay so there's
a lot of contractual problems going on
here and it's looking like Birdman and
slimmer guilty of deceiving the people
that were part of this agreement you
know jazz Prince also filed a lawsuit I
think he's part of the Aspire lawsuit at
this point I'm not sure if it's separate
or together but I know they are working
together and it was not forget that
little Wayne is also suing Birdman and
slim for 50 1,000,000 claiming that cash
money is holding his money and part
drake and Nicki Minaj
that he's supposed to get and they're
holding car 25 hostage so they got a big
mess over there cash money is crumbling
before our eyes I see Birdman signing
new wax trying to put the label back
together and pump new life into it but
it's not looking so good anyways what do
