How to Start Bonsai from Nursery Plant | Creating Bonsai from Nursery Stock |//GREEN PLANTS - Duration: 10:03.

welcome to my channel

today i'm going to make a mame bonsai

it's a Chinese banyan tree and i bought it from nursery shop

it's a small size plant and in this stage, good choice for making a bonsai

now i'm going to make it as a bonsai

first we need small size bonsai pots ,bonsai tools, small soil stones and bonsai soil

now

slightly press down to loosen the soil and take out the plant from its pot

then

removing the old soil using a thin stick or bonsai root rake tool

when removing the soil do not damage the main root system keep doing very patiently

do not remove the all soil and do not use water to remove the soil because root ball is needed to make a bonsai

next

root pruning

cut side roots and any roots that have grown too long

and

do not cut the main root and avoid damaging roots in the process

just cut small and long roots and side roots if you cut or damage the main root system the tree will die soon

do not remove more than 50% of all roots

next

re potting them into the new bonsai pots

now

add the bottom layer of stones this will help the good drainage

and then

add the bonsai soil

then

place and set the tree in center of the pot and fill the remaining pot space with soil completely

after adding the bonsai soil

remove and fill the air pockets using a stick or chopstick

next

add the moss and some stones on top of the soil

this will help to keep the moisture

after making the bonsai

trees live in small pots and their world dries out much quicker than plants in the ground

so close attention should be paid to watering

pour water once a week thoroughly and deeply

check and water your bonsai every two or three days

use organic liquid fertilizer and fertilize every three weeks during the growing season and once a month in the winter

keep the bonsai in bright indirect light places or direct morning sunlight is preferable and direct afternoon sun can sometimes burn the leaves

to grow indoors, close to a sunny window, or outdoors year round in warmer climates

thanks for watching

Ex-con arrested for k-word rant against Ramaphosa - Duration: 2:32.

Ex-con arrested for k-word rant against Ramaphosa

Ex-con arrested for k-word rant against Ramaphosa.

Convicted fraudster Kessie Nair‚ who posted a video in which he called President Cyril Ramaphosa the k-word‚ has been arrested.

In the video Nair‚ who served six years in prison for corruption‚ called for the president to be "charged for defrauding this nation‚ for oppressing this nation‚ for high treason‚ for being the source to all crime and violence and poor health care and poverty in this so-called true democracy." Chatsworth community activist Brandon Pillay opened a case of hate speech and crimen injuria against Nair at the Bayview police station on Wednesday.

A provincial Hawks spokesman said on Thursday that the Hawks had arrested Nair and referred further queries to national Hawks spokesman Brigadier Hangwani Mulaudzi.

Nair is expected to appear in court on Thursday.

Pillay said the video "is deeply disturbing and this kind of destructive behaviour must be stopped in its tracks." He said the video was an "attention-seeking stunt designed to create outrage and racial division." In a written post Nair says: "Let me GO down in History‚ becoming the first and last man‚ to called (sic) the Number ONE Citizen‚ the STATE PRESIDENT k*ff*r." Nair goes on to say: "Achieved my goal‚ now I'm ready to DIE‚ for my intended message is public knowledge.

Tuma Mena (sic) Westville Prison." Speaking to TimesLIVE on Wednesday‚ an unapologetic Nair‚ who also claimed he was once a member of the notorious 26 prison gang‚ said his post was prompted by concern for the state of country.

Nair said he did not believe his rant would fuel tensions between Africans and Indians‚ but would rather defuse it. .

Constitutional isomers of C4H10O | Alcohol & Ether - Dr K - Duration: 3:06.

The question is asking to draw out all constitutional isomers for C4H10O.

Since this chemical formula fits in the general formula of CnH2n+2O

that means C4H10O can be an alcohol which has an OH functional group.

It can also be an ether which has an oxygen sandwiched between two carbons.

We're gonna use a systematic way to draw the isomers that way we won't

accidentally leave out any structures. So let's start by drawing a four carbon

chain meaning four carbons connected straight in a row and we place OH on

the first carbon. That will give us our first structure. There's another place

where we can move the OH group which is on the second carbon. Now these are

the two four carbon chain alcohols. If we place a huge group on the third carbon

you'll be the same as the second structure that we have drawn. Also if we

were to move the OH all the way to the end on the fourth carbon it will be

actually the same as the first structure. So it looks like we have exhausted all

possibilities for the four carbon chain alcohol. In that case let's move on to

three carbon chain. Since we have four carbons total let's place the extra

carbon on carbon 2 like this. The reason we don't want to stick that

fourth carbon at the end is because then we will end up with four carbon chain

rather than three carbon chain. So okay now let's stick the OH group on the

first carbon like this. Keeping the same three carbon chain,

let's move the OH to the second carbon like that that give us another isomer.

Now if we were to move the OH to the third carbon it'll be the same as

placing OH on the first carbon. That means we are now done with a three

carbon chain alcohol since it's not possible to have a two carbon chain with

four carbons. Let's move on to drawing ethers. We'll do it the systematic way

as well. we will start with one carbon followed by oxygen and three remaining

carbons. That's one way of drawing ether keeping one carbon before oxygen let's

see if there's a different way we can draw the three carbons at the back.

In fact there is we can have two carbons and then we stick the extra carbon on

carbon one like that. Since there's no other way to drawing the three carbons

at the back let's just move on to placing two carbons before the oxygen so

we have two carbons oxygen and then two remaining carbons since there is no

other way of drawing the two carbons at the back that's all that we have here

are the structures after placing in the hydrogen's we have a total of six

isomers for C4H10O all where four of them are alcohols and two (I mean THREE) of them ethers.

I hope you find the video helpful. Do subscribe.

Thanks for watching and I'll see you in the next video.

Sit down with Professor Kim - Duration: 7:46.

And for more insight on this week's summit and what we can expect going foward.... we

have with us in the studio Professor Kim Hyun-wook from the Korea National Diplomatic Academy.

So good to have you here.

Hello Ji-yoon.

1- So this week's inter-Korean summit in Pyongyang produced agreement on some basic essentials

of a real denuclearization process as well as hopes of improved inter-Korean ties in

various fields.

What were some of the things that stood out to

you the

most

this week?

2- President Moon Jae-in

said after returning home from Pyeongyang, that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un expressed

his wish to finish complete denuclearization at an early date... and focus on economic

development And then he added that Kim was willing to

accelerate denuclearization in exchange for security guarantees from the U.S.

What can we make of this?

3- The U.S. was quick to respond to this week's summit outcome.

President Trump's reaction to it all was quite positive while U.S. Secretary of

State Mike Pompeo said that he invited his North Korean counterpart Ri

Yong-ho to meet when they are in New York for the UN General Assembly meeting... adding

that this will mark the beginning of negotiations to transform U.S.-North Korea relations.

4- So what can we expect going forward?

When would we see the second Kim-Trump summit happen and when would Kim Jong-un

travel

to Seoul?

How do you see the denuclearization process and talks going from here on out?

Thank you for your insight today.

Pres. Moon fulfills wish of visiting Mt. Baekdusan through N. Korean route - Duration: 2:18.

President Moon fulfilled a lifelong wish on Thursday as he got to visit the Baekdusan

Mountain, the highest peak on the Korean Peninsula.

And what was significant about this trip was that.... unlike most outside visitors, who

have to go up the mountain from the Chinese side, President Moon was on Korean soil the

whole time.

Park Hee-jun reports.

They held their hands up together at the peak of Baekdusan Mountain.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and the first ladies

ascended the iconic mountain on the last day of the Pyeongyang Summit,... the last stop

on their schedule before returning to Seoul.

A deeply meaningful day, especially for President Moon,... who got to tick off a wish on his

bucket list.

"Many people have visited Baekdusan Mountain using the route through China.

But I resolved that I would go through North Korea.

I thought that day would come quickly but it didn't.

But now my wish has finally come true."

The two leaders shared their hopes for a new era... in which South Koreans will be able

to freely come and go to Baekdusan.

"Only a few of us have come to Baekdusan today, but the people of South Korea and the rest

of the world need to see it in the future.

Since the two Koreas were divided, for the South, it has been a mountain of longing."

Also at the mountain was the South Korean delegation accompanying President Moon.

They and the President invited Kim Jong-un to South Korea's Hallasan Mountain on Jeju

Island, in return for the special tour.

It was cold,... but the sky was perfectly clear.

And with their symbolic mountain trek,... the leaders of the two Koreas concluded their

three-day inter-Korean summit.

Presidential address on Pyeongyang summit: Pres. Moon says he had been assured by Kim - Duration: 2:42.

The world heard from South Korean President Moon Jae-in on Thursday evening... shortly

after his return from the North.

At the main press center,... he said,.... North Korean leader Kim Jong-un... is ready

to take further steps towards denuclearization if the U.S. takes corresponding measures.

Our Shin Se-min starts us off.

His first stop after returning from his three-day trip to the North -- the main press center

in Seoul.

Addressing the nation on the outcome of the historic Pyeongyang Summit, President Moon

said he was assured by Chairman Kim that he is determined to completely denuclearize his

regime at the earliest date possible and focus on its economy.

And he said the North is ready to speed things up on denuclearization depending on steps

from the U.S.

"Chairman Kim has expressed his willingness to take further steps towards denuclearization

once the U.S. agrees to take corresponding measures.

This is because the four-point declaration agreed at the Singapore summit needs to be

carried out all together."

And those steps would be determined, said the President, in talks between Chairman Kim

and Trump, which he hopes will happen soon.

On the issue of how to put an official end to the Korean War, the President said he and

his North Korean counterpart have the same idea.

"A detailed plan for denuclearization and corresponding measures are issues that need

to be discussed between North Korea and the U.S.

So, we gave a lot of thought to the wording we would use in the agreement we reached."

The President then said a peace treaty with the North will follow after complete denuclearzation.

And he said the military agreement reached by the two Koreas… has created the conditions

for a swift resumption of talks between Pyeongyang and Washington.

"So President Moon has done his part by bringing his North Korean counterpart another step

forward in the process of denuclearization.

The question now is when and what kind of corresponding measures will be announced by

the U.S.,... possibly something that could happen during the talks between Presidents

Moon and Trump next week in New York.

Shin Se-min, Arirang News."

'We will do our best to make amends' - Kessie Nair family - Duration: 4:30.

'We will do our best to make amends' - Kessie Nair family

'We will do our best to make amends' - Kessie Nair family.

The family of a Durban man who gained social media infamy for calling President Cyril Ramaphosa the k-word has distanced itself from his remarks.

Former local councillor‚ Kessie Nair‚ who is a relative of the late struggle stalwart Billy Nair‚ has been widely denounced for his video rant.

The family said in a statement: "Kessie's statements are irrational and deserve to be condemned.

We urge the South African community to forgive him and we will do our best to make amends." Kessie's brother Khrishnan Nair commented: "As a family we distance ourselves from such utterances and statements.

We have a history of being in the trenches fighting apartheid and being involved in the struggle for the liberation of this country from the shackles of the Nationalist government."   The family said the man‚ who has in the past served time at Westville prison‚ suffers from a chronic illness.

"He suffers a serious chronic illness.

The visuals he posted of himself shows he lacks the intelligence and understanding of what he is saying.

His incarceration for a long time has also played a role in his personality‚" said Khrishnan.

According to Krishnan‚ his brother's health deteriorated years back.

"His health took a turn for the worst a few years ago.

Kessie needs immediate medical care and attention‚" he said. TimesLIVE reported that an unapologetic Nair said on Wednesday the state of the country prompted his video.

"I don't think I'm being racist.

I want to make a point‚ which I did.

I am prepared to face the consequences.

If the nation feels I was wrong‚ I will accept." Asked why he decided to make such a video‚ Nair responded: "I care about the nation - and Indians are soft targets." ANC KZN spokesperson Nomagugu Simelane-Zulu said the video "impugns" Ramaphosa and South Africa's dignity.

"Such behaviour must be met with the harshest punishment… As with all earlier cases of racist conduct‚ our position is that the law must take its course and that there must be harsh penalties for anyone who dares to undermine the freedoms we fought so hard for." Chatsworth community activist Brandon Pillay opened a case of hate speech and crimen injuria against Nair at the Bayview police station on Wednesday.

The police are also investigating the video.

KwaZulu-Natal SAPS spokesperson Brigadier Jay Naicker said: "We view the allegations in a very serious light and detectives at the office of the acting provincial commissioner have opened an inquiry for further investigation." Presidential spokesman Khusela Diko told TimesLIVE the post does not deserve any attention.

"He's clearly a sick person and his racist rant is not deserving of any airtime.

His tirade against the president demonstrates delusional and attention-seeking behaviour." .
