take a mixing bowl add methi, aata, besan,ginger,green chilli,salt,meetha soda,amchur,red chilli powder, haldi ,coriander , rice flour , hing or 1 tspoon oil
mix it well
add curd and make a soft dough
if need add 1 tspoon water for kneading
dough is ready now we make rolls
take small amount of dough
give it a cylinder shape
make all rolls
rolls are ready
now we steam the rolls
in a big pot add some water
bring it boil
put a jali stand i a pot and place all the rolls over the stand
cover the lid and steam for about 15-20 minute
check balls
rolls are ready
switch off the flame
and take out all the rolls in a plate
allow these rolls to cool,then cut and fry
rolls are cool down now cut them into pieces
for tadka heat a pan add 2 tspoon oil into it
add hing or rai
when rai crackels add sesame seeda and curry patta
tadka is ready now add chopped muthia into it and mix it well
gatte / muthia is ready now switch off the flame and serve
