Arsene Wenger could be having to fend off bids for Aaron Ramsey this summer with Juventus
interested in the Welshman, according to reports.
Juventus are desperate to strengthen their midfield and are favourites to sign Emre Can
from Liverpool.
But Italian outlet Calciomercato reports the Old Lady will also try to lure Ramsey away
from the Emirates.
Ramsey's current deal at Arsenal runs out in 2019 and there is potential that the midfielder
will be available for a lower price.
Losing Ramsey would be a huge blow to Arsenal with the 27-year-old having become a key part
of the Gunners midfield.
And Wenger recently admitted he was keen to tie Ramsey down at the Emirates.
"We are communicating," the Arsenal boss said earlier this month.
"I'm confident.
"He's not at the end of his contract, he has one and a half years to go.
"We want him to stay because he is one of the guys who has been here for a long time
and will be an important player in the future for the club."
As well as transfer speculation now surrounding Ramsey, the future of Jack Wilshere is still
uncertain.
The Englishman is yet to sign a new deal at the Emirates with a number of clubs rumoured
to be after his signature.
Wilshere's contract expires at the end of the season, meaning he would be able to depart
the club on a free transfer.
