Youtube daily report Aug 21 2018

- Welcome back to C.E.O School where I help you to thrive

with a fun and flexible business you love.

Alright in today's video I'm talking to you

about module three, designing a shop front that sells.

In other words, your website.

So your website is your shop front.

And by default it becomes a member of your sales team.

It's that first impression your clients have of you

and it has to be a good and lasting one.

Functionality is key.

You can have the prettiest site in the world

but that means nothing if it's slow to load,

if it's difficult to navigate, if it's not optimised

for mobile devices.

And don't even get me started on opt-ins and lead magnets.

Now things change quickly in the world of web design

and you need to know how to edit, how to make simple

changes and ensure your site is kicking ass for you.

So this module's gonna give you the knowledge you need

to up that skill level and really help you to stay

up-to-date in a a very fast-paced world of technology

but without frying your brain.

You'll know plugins you need, how to make updates

and which platforms are the best for creative

entrepreneurs without becoming a website nerd.

And it will ensure your website is the most

effective tool in your tool kit.

You'll also learn how to turn your website

into a one-woman marketing machine by creating

really irresistible offers that visitors to your site

simply won't be able to refuse.

So are you ready to become a website ninja

with me and get your website working

for you instead of against you?

I hope so because I would love to see you there

and start helping you to take your creative

business to the next level.

Canon 80D Low Light Tips and Tricks for Video - Duration: 6:22.

what's going on so today I want to talk to you about five secrets that I've

discovered that are gonna help you film better low-light video from the Canon 80D

if you purchased a canon 80D, you've probably invested in a wide-angle lens

now wide-angle lenses are fantastic for getting much of the surrounding as well

as keeping everything in focus the one I purchased was the STM lens that is the

10 to 18 millimeter STM lens and this lens goes very wide all the way out to

10 millimeter it's got really quiet focus motors that's one of the things

that I really like about it I use it pretty much all the time this is my main

go-to lens for whenever I'm doing anything vlog style this particular lens

struggles in the low-light solution number one is that you can upgrade to a

lens with a larger aperture one of the things you may want to consider if

you've not already is to pick up a prime lens and there's actually three of them

that I purchased that I'm gonna go over now so first on my list of prime lenses

is the Canon ef-s 24 millimeter 2.8 STM lens now this lens is a fixed lens

meaning that it does not have any zoom but with its 2.8 aperture it has decent

low-light and it also is still fairly on the wide side of things

it also has decent macro capabilities so you can get in pretty close with this

lens and it's also very thin which is one of the neat things about it and I

have used it on occasion when I want to get like a group photo and I don't have

enough room to back up and I want to have a little bit of a blurry background

the next lens I have here is a Canon macro EFS 35 millimeter it actually

comes with image stabilization so you're able to turn that on or off as well as

your autofocus on or off that one of the really cool things about it is it has

this ring light which you can activate when it's hooked in by pushing this

light and cycling through the modes and these lights will come on and it is

really cool it will actually illuminate some of your subject you're able to get

up and close pictures like pictures of somebody's the iris of someone's eye I

took this really cool picture with it of really small seashells it's it's it's

just an amazing lens the last prime lens that I have is the Canon EFS

a50-millimeter 1.8 STM lens i can actually use this lens at night the only

thing is is that i have to have this lens on a gimbal in order for it to be

smooth because it's a 50 millimeter and it's so zoomed in that you really get

some pretty bumpy shots but if you put it on a tripod that you can do some

night videography and you'll be able to get away with it I also used this while

I was in an aquarium recently and I was doing handheld stuff with it shooting at

60 frames per second and then in post I slowed that down to 24 and it looked

smooth enough believe it or not so it was kind of a hack for that low light

situation and I was really happy with my results so solution number 2 on my list

is to get yourself some soft lights you can't go wrong with soft lights soft

lights will not only give you additional lighting but they will soften out any

shadows that you have and and will allow you to edit more smoothly in your

post-production and give that image right now I'm actually using soft lights

I will show you them

it's actually pitch dark out here right now I have plenty of lighting all the

footage that I record with my soft lights always ends up going so much

faster in the post edits I don't have to deal with a lot of color correction and

I will leave a link in the description below where you can purchase them

they're not that expensive so another thing you can do with low light is of

course always open the aperture of your lens as far as possible as well as bring

your ISO up I will warn you however if you bring your ISO up too high what will

happen is you will end up with grain and your footage so I with a Canon 80D, I try

never to go above 1600 if at all possible so what I do in those

particular instances if I'm say for example I am shooting from my wide-angle

lens and I need.. I'm at 1600 and I need a little bit more exposure what I'll do is

I'll make sure that I'm filming in 24p which is the slowest I can possibly film.

I film cinematic anyway so that works great for me. Additionally what I can do

is I can slow my shutter down all the way down to 125th of a second instead of

150th so that'll also give me a little bit more light for each iteration on

that shutter I've used it indoors when I didn't have any soft lights but I didn't

have time to switch lenses it's a hack so solution number four is something you

can do when you're editing your video one of

the things that I've discovered is if I'm seeing any noisy grainy footage when

I'm editing I can actually either increase the contrast which will

effectively drop the the darks the shadows down lower

I can decrease the shadows or the blacks I can drop the blacks down a little bit

so that will sort of tone down the noise a little bit and last but not least

solution number 5 is to use a de-noising software program for example After

Effects can de-noise. I will tell you however that every piece of denoising

software i've ever used has effectively reduced the sharpness of my images so

anyways I hope you learned something by watching this video I appreciate that

you stuck around to the end with me and if you've learned something from this

video please give me a thumb up don't forget to subscribe and I will

see you in the next one! peace!

Model claiming Trump secrets pleads not guilty in Thailand case - Duration: 4:40.

Model claiming Trump secrets pleads not guilty in Thailand case

Model claiming Trump secrets pleads not guilty in Thailand case.

A Belarusian model who sparked global intrigue after claiming she had evidence of Russian efforts to help Donald Trump win office pleaded not guilty Monday to charges of running an illegal "sex training" class in Thailand.

Anastasia Vashukevich, better known by her pen name Nastya Rybka, has been detained in Thailand since February when police raided a risque seminar in the seaside resort city of Pattaya.

Vashukevich had travelled to Thailand after becoming embroiled in a political scandal with Russian aluminium tycoon Oleg Deripaska, a onetime associate of Trump's now-disgraced former campaign director Paul Manafort.

She set off a scramble for details after she promised in an Instagram video to reveal "missing puzzle pieces" on claims the Kremlin aided the US President's 2016 election victory.

No material has been released to substantiate her claims, and critics have accused her of a publicity stunt.

Vashukevich and her seven co-defendants arrived at the Pattaya court on Monday for a pre-trial hearing on the charges that include unlawful assembly and conspiracy.

Police initially charged the group with work permit violations but later alleged the seminar, led by self-styled Russian seduction guru Alex Kirillov and ostensibly a course training participants to be better lovers, was actually intended to arrange paid sex for participants.

Photos of course participants in detention after the February raid showed them wearing t-shirts that said "sex animator".

Kirillov, who has served as a spokesperson for the mostly-Russian group because he speaks English, told the court that all eight defendants were pleading not guilty.

"We did not commit any crimes," he said.

"What we do is training on how to seduce men and women.

We do not make any sexual activity." Vashukevich cried after the prosecutor showed a photo of several of her co-defendants hugging at a nightclub after a training session.

"Why was I arrested? Why am I here?" she said.

The next hearing has been set for August 27.

Pattaya, on Thailand's southern coast, is a party town with a reputation for vice and a sizeable Russian expatriate community.

Both Washington and Moscow have publically shrugged off Vashukevich's story, which US State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert described as "bizarre".

Additional legal troubles are also awaiting Vashukevich and Kirillov back in Russia, where Deripaska won an invasion of privacy lawsuit against the duo last month.

They were ordered to pay $8,000 each to Deripaska, who sued them after a video apparently filmed by Vashukevich surfaced which appeared to show the tycoon vacationing with Sergei Prikhodko, an influential Russian deputy prime minister at the time.

Kremlin-connected Deripaska and Manafort did business together in the mid-2000s, The New York Times reported last year, but their relationship broke down into legal wrangling.

Manafort is awaiting a verdict in his own trial on fraud and tax evasion charges in the US state of Virginia. .

The Secret to Taking Action and Achieving Goals: Finding Your Identity | #TomFerryShow - Duration: 14:35.

- Hey today we're talking about marriage,

mentors and billboards?

(rock music)

Hey, welcome to the Tom Ferry show,

today we're talking billboards, marriage, mentors

and what going on with this crazy inventory.

So let's just right into it,

we're going back into Q and A,

so many of you have been so kind to post great questions,

you know, to make sure that I can inform as many of you

as possible with what we believe you need to be doing today.

Let's jump right into this first question,

so Debra Anchor asked, "Tom, what should I

"look for in a mentor?"

Well, this questions near and dear for me

'cause I had the chance to reflect on all the mentors

I've had in my life from Bill Mitchell,

who I met at 19, who really taught me about marriage

and integrity, like those two things.

Then I looked a Mike Vance, Mike Vance who is the

Dean of the Disney University, he was Walt Disney's

right hand guy, in charge of ideas and innovation.

Jay Abraham, a long time mentor and a friend

when it comes to marketing.

And Bryan Tracy, I'm married to my wife

because this guy challenged me in the middle of a seminar,

looked me right in the eyes and said,

"Kid, you need to get married."

What is it that all those people had in common?

For me, they had one specific super power

that I was attracted to, one specific thing that,

that Debra, I wanted to glean, to experience,

to add, if you will, to my tool box

whether it was emotionally, mentally

or something when it came to like a business skill.

So, the thing I would challenge you on

when it comes to mentors is, first of all,

you don't just need one.

It's okay to have relationship mentor, a health mentor,

maybe someone you turn to when it comes to your money.

Right, when it comes to your business.

So, I just say, find that special person

and lean in, lean in.

And what's so insanely great today is now

the mentor doesn't even have to be alive, right.

You can research and study from, you know,

YouTube and books that all the great thinkers of our time,

everything is available for you to access, lean in.

Love that question.

Marney asks, excuse me Mauri asked, this is fun,

"Tom, advice for married couples working together."

Congratulations being married for 19 years

and you're an Italian, she's like

so my husband's now working with me, what do you recommend.

Well, in October of this year,

I'll be married to an Italian for 25 years,

I've married her twice,

thinkin' about doing it a third time.

I guess my simple advice is working together,

I don't know, therapy, that would probably be a good idea.

The challenge that you have, right,

is in a relationship, 25 years, one spouse, like I get it.

You go through highs, you go through lows

where you're on track, you're off track,

there's raising kids, it's not an easy venture.

Maybe knowing what I know now,

I would of rewritten those voes, right.

I would of maybe paid a little more attention.

I would tell you this, it's about clear roles

and responsibilities, first and foremost.

Clear roles and responsibilities.

The challenge is, let's say your husband is coming in

and he wants to shadow you and do the same stuff,

and work with buyers and work with sellers.

Or worse, you start doing it together

which means, you know, you're just in, involved

with the same buyers and sellers all the time.

Guess what, by the time you get home,

what do you talk about?

All the same stuff you talked about all day long.

Let me tell you right now,

then you're not longer a couple, your roommates

that happen to run a business together.

I would challenge you, you time to get away,

you need roles and responsibilities,

he's doing his thing, you're doing your thing,

separate so when you come home

there's chemistry again, there's something to discuss,

not the same stuff over and over again.

I can tell you emphatically, being married for 25 years

and I have a very strong relationships

you gotta have different things happening in your world.

If it's all the same, it becomes a snooze fest,

hope that helps and therapy always a good idea.

Let's see, Steph Sedat said,

"Tom what CRM should I be using?"

I'm a huge fan of Contactually, Contactually, Contactually.

Could not be a bigger fan and if you've

watched my show before where I talked about the Hub,

my plan B is, whatever your brokerage provides for free,

use that.

I don't want to misquote the survey,

but I want to say in a recent survey of inbound,

new coaching members, nearly 64% of them had no CRM

and inside that number they counted Microsoft Outlook

as their CRM and my friends,

that is not a CRM to build your business

and to manage your relationships

and to stay informed and connected

with the people that matter most

that'll refer you business, who are your buyers and sellers

that we need to follow up on.

So, love Contactually, love the whole bucketing strategy,

right, or plan B, pick which ever one your brokerage has

and use that.

Alright, Home-ma-la-la Sherry, Home-ma-la-la Sherry,

I'm probably saying that wrong, definitely.

She said, "What books do you suggest?"

I just got an early advance copy to Growth IQ

by Tiffani Bova, she is the Evangelist of Innovation

and Growth for a little company called Salesforce.

Phenomenal book, full of case studies

about what extraordinary businesses have done

and basically 10 different categories of growth.

So if your desire is to grow your business,

if your desire is to out-innovate the competition,

strongly recommend it.

The other book I recommend is from

the Harvard Business Review,

their emotional intelligence series on empathy,

on empathy.

Interesting going back to Mauri, the,

big shout out to you Mauri,

thank you for asking that question.

Empathy, if you look at raising kids,

being in a relationship, having business partnerships,

the thing that makes all those work is empathy.

So, I think, when you, I think, I think out,

I know if you improve that emotional intelligence,

your ability to be empathetic with the buyer,

the seller, right, your business partners, your spouse

and not be so reactionary, not be so judgemental.

Which, my goodness, with what's happening in the world today

it's so easy to be judgemental.

You with me on this?

There's so many sides and you now, all that BS.

A little more empathy goes a long way.

So, that'd be my next book.

Shawn, Shawn, I love you buddy, so Shawn says,

"Hey Tom, we recently saw lots of homes

"coming off the market and sellers are not relisting."

So Shawn, you had a lot of questions here,

I want to unpack that first one.

If you're paying attention right now

and I know you are, you really have the tale of two markets,

in almost every marketplace in North America today.

And by the tale of two markets I mean,

it's like a dual market.

If you're looking at the top one third

of your pricing in your area,

it's no longer a seller's market.

It is absolutely a buyer's market.

You know it today, you're looking at the MLS,

you're seeing the hot sheets.

You're seeing expireds coming up into these areas, right?

You're seeing withdrawns coming up

in these certain price ranges

or their just on the market forever.

Remember the great line, if it's not compelling

it's not selling.

If it's not compelling, it's not selling.

That is a script you need to have down on every appointment,

talking to every potential seller out there, very important.

So, the tale of the two, the duel markets,

in the top one third, guess what,

it's a buyer's market but as soon as you move

to that low or mid and lower price range,

instantaneously, it becomes a seller market.

So Shawn, the first thing I would ask you

and everyone watching is, know your real data.

Know your market stats so you can speak intelligently

when your talking to potential prospects.

When you're talking to the seller to say, look,

we're actually, for the first time in my real estate career,

in what we refer to as a duel market.

Were in both a buyer and seller market,

buyer in the high end, seller market in the low end.

With your sales price today at a million,

you're in that, they're in that upper one third.

Here's the reality, there's more inventory

then there is buyers.

If your price was, if you're in this price, guess what,

it's the exact opposite.

So Shawn, being informed and educating,

always as first and foremost.

So Shawn also asked, "Hey Tom, one of the fears

"that some of the sellers have is

"if I put my home on the market,

"you know, what's gonna happen?

"Am I gonna be able to buy a home,

"especially if we're talking about

"that lower two thirds price."

Look at the end of the day, this has been an issue

since the 2010 to 2012 beginning of this flurry,

Shawn, you and I both know, every professional knowing

or watching this knows, you put that home on the market

while simultaneously showing them property.

And when you get that offer,

if you're in that lower price range,

you're in control.

Maybe you give up a few less sheckles

to keep the property a little bit longer

or give yourself the position where you can

lease the property for another 30 days

so the buyer now, or the seller now has the funds

to go out and wright that offer

and be aggressive in the marketplace.

At the end of the day, there's a few strategies

but it all comes down to one thing,

communicating and be really clear on the expectations.

Right, letting people know, how crazy it is

in this lower two thirds of the market.

So, a lot of great questions,

we did books, oh, there was one other one here.

Tom, what are your thoughts on billboards

and radio advertising?

Boy the last couple weeks it's like,

IGTV and an I build my entire business on social

and now somebody's asking about billboard and radio.

Well, here's the reality, I drive everyday,

you drive everyday.

When was the last time you saw a billboard?

I'm sure they're out there,

Gary Vee used to say, nobodies looking at the billboards,

they're barely lookin' at the road, right?

They're drivin' like this.

So, I would say pass on the billboards

unless you've got so much additional cash,

you're just not sure what to do with yourself.

I think if I did a billboard, it would literally say,

"Stop looking up here and keep looking at the road."

I would just mes with people.

What I would look at though is radio advertising.

Radio advertising is very low cost today,

I would challenge you to test something, right.

To test is it, you know, an offer in 15 or 30 seconds

on Drive Time Radio, ESPN, or you know your market,

right, talk to them about the demographics

of who's listening supposedly at that time.

But do you guys even listen to the radio anymore?

I'm looking at my team like, I know it exists, right,

but now with what's available, it's just Pandora

and everything else.

Anyway, I do a very low cost, short term,

not long contract test and you decide.

Short test, low cost, nothing long term, you decide.

I think there's still an opportunity

'cause guess what, not many people are doing it anymore.

So, check that out.

Alright, so that's a wrap guys.

Lots of interesting questions,

Miss Polly Had A Dolly | Kindergarten Nursery Rhymes For Kids - Duration: 1:02:27.

Miss Polly loves her dolly

Miss Polly had a dolly, who was sick, sick, sick.

So she phoned for the doctor to come quick, quick, quick.

The doctor came with his bag and his hat,

And knocked at the door with a rat-a-tat-tat.

He looked at the dolly and shook his head,

And said "Miss Polly, put her straight to bed."

He wrote a paper for a pill, pill, pill.

I'll be back in the morning with the will, will, will.

I'll be back in the morning with the will, will, will.

Initial D: Special Stage - Story Mode - Part #21 - Conflicting Pride!! (ENG SUB) - Duration: 8:04.

During the battle between Takumi's Eight-Six and Ryosuke's FC

...Keisuke was shocked at the development of it

- Keisuke: 10 seconds faster than the time we raced?

- Keisuke: Give me a break... This is getting scary...

- Keisuke: Just what is going on with those two cars...

- Ryosuke: What a big miscalculation. How could this happen?

- Ryosuke: With my tires on this state, I'll be unable to speed up.

- Keisuke: Tonight's battle will be legendary

After seeing Akagi's White Comet in action, Keisuke doubted of his own skills

- Kenta: Keisuke... I can't stand this anymore

- Kenta: Everyone will talk about how the Takahashi brothers were defeated!

- Keisuke: Isn't that the reality? A defeat is a defeat.

- Keisuke: Now we have to care about other matters.

And so, Akagi's RedSuns decided to fight for their pride challenging the NightKids

- Nakazato: I don't care if it's Ryosuke or Keisuke... Come at me!

- Nakazato: I'll show you how much my driving skills have changed!

Conflicting Pride!!

I've been waiting for you... Although I didn't know which one would challenge me

Myogi's route is deep... I hope you hold tight to your life

Quit it. The only one scared here is you...

I'll spell it clearly, the NightKids aren't worth being my rivals

That miserable cunt... If only my right hand was fine, then I...!

There's no use on thinking about it anymore, we just have to do it

I'll win the uphill, and the downhill is 50/50... The rest is up to luck

I won't lose... This is our home course!

(The wind is strong... I hope it doesn't rain...)

You are not allowed to pass Nakazato during the first 3 sections.

Once the 4th section begins, go and win the race!

I will never lose to a GT-R, not even dead!

I hate how he pass the corners so fast...

Now then... How can I pass him...

It would be a pity if you lose on the straights

Ill go all out! Let's see how far can you go!

You are too similar, Nakazato... To my old self...

You bastard! You keep doing that!

Now look at this perfect machine doing the perfect race!

I won't let you!

I'm glad we are not holding back!

Let's go all out, hope you can follow me!

But why?! I'm going the fastest I can yet he's still on my tail!

I'm glad we are not holding back!

CRAP! Why I had to understeer on this moment!?

Amazing technique...

Keisuke Takahashi... You are not the type that lives very long...

Doing such insane driving in the middle of the rain...

If the road was a bit more wet, that FD would be scrap by now

Wrong... If something is impossible then I wouldn't do it...

In that moment I felt like I could handle the steering better...

I felt that I could do it

Isn't that just a gut feeling... I didn't feel anything like that...

Your control is too rough...

In the last section, I noticed you would lose based on your front tires...

Your tires were wasted, isn't it...?

You overstimated your front tires and there you have the result...

I kept my pace and managed to keep an eye to my tires at the same time...

The car is not to blame here... It was all about our techniques

...Ugh!

(That bastard... I couldn't even say anything back...)

(It's all over... Keisuke Takahashi... What a bastard...!)

I will tell you however that every piece of denoising

software i've ever used has effectively reduced the sharpness of my images so

anyways I hope you learned something by watching this video I appreciate that

you stuck around to the end with me and if you've learned something from this

video please give me a thumb up don't forget to subscribe and I will

see you in the next one! peace!

Liverpool legend John Aldridge reveals secret behind resurgence at Anfield ● News Now ● #LFC - Duration: 2:16.

LIVERPOOL's calmness when not in possession has been key to the recent resurgence at Anfield.

That's the view of former Liverpool striker John Aldridge, who saw Jurgen Klopp's side

beat Crystal Palace 2-0 on Monday to make it two wins from two.

Liverpool have been tipped as the closest challengers to Manchester City this season

having reached the Champions League final last year.

Goals from James Milner and Sadio Mané earned the win at Selhurst Park to follow up on a

4-0 win over West Ham on the opening weekend.

It means the Reds are the only team yet to concede in the Premier League with Virgil

van Dijk looking secure at the back alongside new goalkeeper Alisson.

And Aldridge believes the influence of both has been key to how secure the Anfield outfit

have been in recent months.

"We look calmer, a lot more in control and we don't panic," Aldridge said on LFCTV.

"The centre-halves and goalkeepers we've had in the past do panic when things aren't

going right.

"But with Van Dijk and the goalkeeper, who is as cool as a cucumber, it gives such a

calming effect to everyone.

"We've got a very good spine now.

Wijnaldum had a good game against Crystal Palace and the spine compared to a year ago

is excellent."

Klopp has led Liverpool to three finals since taking charge, being beaten in each one.

And Aldridge admits Klopp needs to start winning the silverware instead of just making the

final two.

Aldridge added: "He's only been in the job for two and a half years but you can see

the transformation, but we have to start winning these finals."

Klopp himself though has insisted he doesn't feel under pressure.

"We can't guarantee titles but we can increase the possibility of winning titles," Klopp

told Kicker.
