Youtube daily report Aug 23 2018

Reinhardt vs Reinhardt is the pinnacle of Reinhardt mastery once you've learned

how to outplay the enemy's Shield BOTS you're going to be the hero of every

battle today I'm going to walk you through some of the Ryan be Ryan mind

games so that you can start clutching victories every time my name is Nate and

welcome to Blizzard guides, I do want to mention before I start the video that

this is my experience as a 4.1 KSR rhein-main I'm certainly not as good as

a pros nor is this guide foolproof this is solely my experience playing Ryan

I'm completely going off of my own play style that tends to work pretty

effectively in matchmaking games and also before we get into this video I do

want to mention that today and tomorrow are the last days to enter the giveaway

we have going on over at our Instagram page and overwatch guides we're giving

away four sets of loot boxes so if you want to get your hands on some summer

game loot boxes go ahead and check that out but without further ado let's get

into this video at number seven the engagement this is the stuff that most

players get wrong that has really impacted the way that the fights work

for me as Ryan before I explained the Ryan fee Ryan mechanics when engaging I

have to explain a few things about using shield and engaging basically the way I

use my shield is twofold first I try and use it to obviously protect my team if

someone dies before we're actually making it to point and engaging and I

could have protected them then I'm failing as a tank even if your teammate

overextends a little bit you can usually push up rotate yourself 45 degrees and

protect them with the tip of your shield this is something that you really have

to master to really speed up fights as you'll find that it has a huge impact on

the game secondly I use my shield as a sort of counter to the enemies resources

the way I look at things is just based off of resources if the enemy invests a

lot of dps abilities to break my shield if I can get them to expend it all I

effectively allow my team to push up without the fear of just getting bursted

down by the enemies abilities I can push up protect a little bit fall back and

continually do this until there's a strong opening for my team this is the

process of creating space you push up wait for the enemy to invest resources

and allow your team to invest resources and then push up or fall back based on

openings in the enemy lines if your team gets a pick during that way

period you can usually push up looking for an opening to start poking back and

forth and then actually engaging and starting the teamfight now when the

enemy has a rind you're going to want to apply this knowledge but in a slightly

different way when you're pushing up you're going to want to make sure that

your team has a sight line to either beat the enemy Ryan or give them an

advantage to see past the rhein shield which typically means high ground or

through a flank you can do either of these things you immediately have the

advantage in terms of resources as you can think of the high ground or the

element of surprise as a resource that you have you have to get your enemy to

win the shield battle pretty much before you've completely engaged the enemy

shield has to be lower than yours or you have to be in a better shape to win the

rhein be right in the engagement typically the engage isn't about how

well you counter the enemy right but rather it's more about how well you

manage the engagement for your team to prop yourself up during that poke and

then the teamfight make sure that you're near full health have cooldowns and are

ready to build up your alt and then begin the poking phase at number 6 we're

going to start talking about the poking you've got to use your hammer whenever

you know that the team behind you isn't going to die and be ready and watching

to immediately protect and shield whenever you're up in the face of the

enemy Ryan your best bet is just to constantly hammer and push the enemy

right away with that knock back if you do this you draw resources in the form

of healing from the enemies DPS to the tanks if you start pushing the enemy

right around the healers on the enemy team will stop healing their DPS and

then start healing the tanks a bit more allowing your DPS to return the favor

and deal damage the enemies DPS while the enemy DPS does not have healing

you're also likely to draw the enemy Ryne shield down allowing your DPS to

then deal damage in the form of old charging damage and you put your shield

back up while the enemies is still down putting your team in an offensive

position with a protective barrier if your DPS do get a pick in this face you

usually want to start swinging aggressively and using the knock back of

your giant body to literally push in a harass the enemy frontline if you see

that something like a ferrah widow Hanzo or junk wrap prepared to burst put your

shield up for a bit to protect and then continue creating space it's balancing

this damage blocking and damage dealing that really makes a good Ryan good if

you can protect your teammates from the high damage stuff that will kill them

you will not only negate the enemy's DPS old

to also allow some of the healing resources from your team to switch from

your DPS to you allowing you to play more aggressive and so on so forth the

cycle repeats if you're on the defensive end and you're getting pushed around by

the enemy Ryan you just want to aggressively hold your shield up not

allowing any damage to come through except to your own shield by doing this

you negate the enemy DPS old charge and allow your DPS to start dealing damage

to their tanks gaining them all charge and you kind of balance the old economy

out unless however if the enemy DPS aren't in a position to deal damage to

your team in which case you should just start playing aggressively forcing the

enemy right to backup this will not only provide your healers with all charge in

the form of you the damage that you take but you'll also provide your DPS with

all charge because the enemy Ryan isn't going to necessarily be protecting

anything except for himself the only thing however is that once you

do begin to play aggressively here's when you should watch out for shatters

and number five the poking shatter during this poke face is usually when

you'll see a shiner happening on this point I'll go over getting your shadow

off and then in the next point I will go over blocking the enemy shiner

whenever you're trying to get your shadow off there's a few things that you

should be looking out for first and foremost you're just going to want to

look for that moment when the enemy Ryan plays a bit too aggressive if you see

that the enemy Ryan is full HP has shield and is ready to push they'll

typically not think about blocking shatter and you'll find that if you

swing right as they're about halfway through their swing you'll be able to

shatter without the need of them being stuck in any sort of animation they'll

also usually use charge if they have full resources so if you combine them in

a charge you can shatter them and they'll be without a method to block it

the next the situation is if they're fire striking this is the most common

way as Ryan you should be using fire strike nearly off of cooldown so if you

see that the enemy Ryne begins his fire strike animation you shatter immediately

without hesitation and you'll usually get the shatter off just remember to

think constantly about when the fire strike might come out and use it even if

you're only going to get two to three targets it is better to make sure that

you get the enemy frontline then with it and hesitate with the shatter the final

way is the hardest but if you begin to play aggressive you can usually find an

opening when the enemy Ryne backs up if you start swinging at the enemy Ryan

they'll typically start swimming back allowing you to catch them as they swing

you'll cancel your swing with shatter and they'll not really realize

that the shadder hit them until they're stunned and dead on the ground next up

at number four blocking those shatters I'm going to go over the points above

but from the other angle if you're ready to play aggressive because you have full

HP and full shield just be ready to block it and watch out for the bait from

the enemy shatter you can't play aggressive and not be constantly

thinking about the enemy shadow if you don't then you're just going to let it

go right through you if you think that the enemy Ryan has shed or you also just

don't want to fire strike unless you know that you don't have allies behind

you this is also extremely crucial finally if the enemy Ryan starts

swinging and immediately putting shield up he knows that you probably have

shatter and probably has shed or himself you'll probably just want to be aware of

that once they start swinging and shielding a lot they're probably looking

for a shatter and might begin playing aggressive don't swing back when they do

this unless you're certain that you'll react fast enough to block the shatter

at number three there's a few things about counter shattering that you should

know if you successfully block shatter and you have shattered yourself it's

almost never a bad idea to immediately go for a shatter after you've blocked

theirs if they you shatter they're usually going to push up to allowing you

to go for your shadow while they're busy swinging and trying to push up because

typically whenever the rhein uses shatter the enemy lucio might speed

boost them or they'll just start investing a bunch of resources despite

the fact that the shadow missed allowing you to just use your shatter while

they're investing resources and not using shield also a minor thing to note

if the enemy is stuck in a grab and the Ryan's continent always be ready to

block it they're usually going to shatter to protect their team if you

block the shatter you definitely do not want to shatter back but if they do

shatter and they're coming out of grab and they do lay in the shadow and you're

not stunned yourself you want to counter shatter almost immediately there's a

weird kind of counter play here but you basically just go off of if your team is

in danger use a shadow to block them after there Ryan use their shatter to

block their team from danger if that makes any sense I'm just trying to word

it in a bunch of different ways so that hopefully you understand it it's a bit

difficult to explain but I hope you do understand this part

and that number two we're going to go over the mid-fight here is where you

want to just do the normal stuff that you do as Ryan just being ready to block

the enemy shatter everything else you just do normal regardless of the enemy

tanks push up use the hammer to bully the enemy frontline around and use fire

strikes to drop enemy targets to half health or just to finish them off

completely you should be aware of the enemy damage though and always be ready

to block incoming damage if your allies need it

while you'll be playing aggressively as right here you still want to make sure

that you're always ready to block enemy alts and aggressive DPS players that

might try and clutch the fight for their team

try not to pin too far away so that you're always ready to shield your team

but still sometimes go for it if you can get a pin on the enemy Rhine or

frontline tank you can probably look for one here but it is also not very optimal

at times you really just don't want to charge if you think your team might need

you at some point in time for example if the enemy has a soldier 76 and he might

have tactical visor you probably want to stay with your team so that you can

shield it in the case that he tries and uses to clutch the fight if you charge

and pin away and you're not there to block your team he more than likely will

get all of the kills that he needs clutching the fight for his team the

main thing though is just focus on the enemy Ryan shadow percentage and always

be ready for a clutch chatter from the enemy Ryan just in case and finally at

number one just some miscellaneous stuff I couldn't really fit in any other

sections or just didn't really want to try and fit them in there if you swing

you can cancel the animation with a fire strike use this if you want to get some

extra old charge this is really useful when you're playing aggressive and

trying to bash the enemy right away if you use that fire strike you will always

hit their Ryan and you will usually hit subsequent enemies behind them another

tip is just to wait outside of chokes outside of line of sight and charge the

enemy Ryan's out of position this is a pretty good strategy even though it's a

little bit risky if you wait and you don't abuse it often and you just kind

of randomly use it here and there you'll usually get them off speaking of pins

you can counter pin in enemy Ryne charged to force them in a bad spot

don't do this if you're going to get melted by the enemy if you're by

yourself and you counter pin you more than likely will die but if you counter

pin while the enemy Ryan is just about going through your backline you'll be

able to kill him yourself I usually count depend whenever I am

more towards my own back if you're going to get pinned but our

full health and the enemy isn't going to bail their Rhine out or kill you let

yourself get pinned and feed some support for your team Rhine cheddar is a

worse open the support alts that you might get from this so feeding enemy

rinds some old for your team support old is usually more valuable also if the

enemy rhine charges and hits the wall you can usually charge him back and pin

him back and get the kill on him this works usually and is super valuable full

year old also if you can shatter right after you land a pin most enemy rights

won't expect it this also works really well and finally I just want to describe

the maximum Joe Bates trap if you hold your shield and press

left-click you can turn your camera 180 degrees so what you want to do is put

your shield facing your team so that your back is actually facing the enemy

team hold your camera so that you're facing the enemy team and you can see

the enemy but you're turned around 180 degrees and then release your shield and

you shield immediately right there after releasing left click as well and you'll

turn 180 degrees instantly so that you can surprisingly block the enemy around

shatter I use this actually quite a bit and it usually turns out pretty well you

just have to practice a lot but it is really hilarious when you do actually

get it off anyway I hope this guide helped you guys out let me know if I

missed anything in this video I know that there is a lot that I covered here

10 BEST VR GAMES OF 2018 (SO FAR) - Duration: 10:13.

Hey everyone!

Today I am going to show you our personal top 10 VR games released in 2018 so far.

Yes, this list contains of games that we have played and we love so much that we wanted

to share it with you guys.

In case you some need more VR games!

I mean... who doesn't need more VR games?

So this list is not in order of rank by the way so be aware of that.

And well...

If you want to check our 2017 top list then make sure to check out the link down below,

because I linked an older video down there.

And now... let's get started!

Number 1.

Budget Cuts

A VR stealth game set in the future where you are one of the few humans left in a corporate

company run by robots!

Now money is running low and the company needs to cut budget.

Of course, as one of the useless humans, you are the first to go.

But wait, are they planning on killing you too?

Let's not wait and confirm that, you need to run!

So now equipped with high tech spy gadgets you are on the run, but make sure they don't

spot you or it'll be hard to defend yourself against high tech robots!

Budget Cuts can get intense, but the humor incorporated in the story and the design makes

it a lot of fun.

Number 2.

Sprint Vector

VR meets extreme sports in this game!

Run, jump, climb, drift and fly at extreme speeds in Sprint Vector.

You are basically freerunning in VR, but not on our boring earth, but in a championship

in between galaxies far, far away!

So yes, landscapes look surreal and beautiful while you sweat your butt off in this intense

racing VR game where you have to use your arms to swing for speed.

If you get this game, your adrenaline will go up guaranteed.

And, you will definitely feel like you worked out too!

That's the dream right?

Working out while playing a game and having fun, hah!

Number 3.

Pixel Ripped 1989

Are you a nostalgic person for classic retro games?

Did you use to play Super Mario Bros?

Or are you just a fan of the genre?

Then Pixel Ripped 1989 is a game for you.

This is an unique indie VR game where you will be playing a flat 2D game in Virtual

Reality, and not only that, soon you'll discover that you will also be transported

inside that 2D game, but not in 2D... in 3D and with a 360 degree view.

Yes, it's like VR inception.

Maybe this sounds confusing, but it is awesome!

This is a bit of a short game with about 2 hours playtime if you are an efficient gamer,

but if you remember the classic games... you'll know this one is not an easy one to beat...

Number 4.

Beat Saber

This VR rhythm game is not to be missed.

Videos of it went viral and even people we know that never played VR before told us they

wanted to try this game!

You might think now: "Why?

It looks so simple!"

Well, the game just does it right.

You are holding two light sabers and on the beat of the music you have to cut boxes in

the right direction.

Beat Saber is implemented so well that you will feel epic playing this game.

And not only that, if you like the music in this game.

You'll be playing it for hours!

Number 5.

Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice VR Edition

A title that was already available as a flat game, or should I say in VR terms pancake

game hehe.

You might have heard of the game, it's amazing in it's style and visuals.

You follow along a Celtic warrior on her journey to get her lover's soul back by going to

the Viking hell.

The story makes an impact and you will definitely be playing it and thinking about it even after

you close it.

The 3D sound effects in this game is perfected making it a game that can be pretty scary,

not with jumpscares, but mentally.

So be wary that this might not be for everyone.

This game is also more unique for VR, because it is in 3rd person and you will have to play

seated.

Recently they released the full game in VR and if you got the pancake game, you will

get the VR version for free.

Even if you buy the flat game now – So be sure to do that!

Number 6.

Red Matter VR

A story driven VR puzzle adventure game set in a dystopian Sci-Fi Cold War on a different

planet.

You are an astronaut agent dispatched to an abandoned base with a mission.

Equipped with hi-tech tools you will have to solve puzzles, that make you feel like

an engineer.

This game is a high caliber experience, done well with the puzzles, has beautiful visuals

and an intriguing story.

Definitely a title to pick up if you like puzzles and adventure.

Number 7.

COMPOUND

A randomized rogue-lite, free-roaming shooter for VR experts!

This is a retro looking First Person Shooter that is a difficult game to beat, because

it is meant to be a classic retro game brought to life in VR.

And wow, we love it!

It's different from what we usually play, but being in a 3D, 360 degrees environment

while looking at retro graphics is just pretty cool.

You might think, wow, this looks so bad on this video, then make sure to download the

demo that's available and check it out yourself.

I think you might be surprised.

Also, this game is made by only one developer.

We feel that that's incredible, since this game feels polished.

We can't wait to see what else he brings.

Be aware that this game is in early access, so a lot of features will be added later.

Number 8.

Skyrim VR

We can't imagine that you don't know Skyrim yet, unless you don't like the genre.

This is the full open world RPG adventure game brought to VR.

The full game including all official add-ons.

And wow, how awesome it feels to be in the magical Skyrim world feeling like you are

really there.

This is THE VR game to play.

Be ready to make a lot of free time for this, because you will be exploring, questing, crafting,

having fun with NPC ladies or gents, listening to their story lines, battling dragons and

...ughh... this is a mouthful...

Just many things to do in Skyrim ;). Even if you have already played it before on a

flat screen, Skyrim in VR is a recommendation.

Number 9.

Moss

An action-adventure puzzle game where you will follow along Quill, a young mouse that

you need to help on her epic journey to save her uncle and to conquer the darkest of villains.

This is a platformer game combining classic components of a platformer with the opportunities

of Virtual Reality and it is done well.

You will solve challenging puzzles and battle foes, while feeling like you are really there

to help out.

Definitely a genre to try out in VR even if you don't usually play this genre.

Number 10.

The Forest VR

A first person survival horror simulator.

It was only released as a flat game before, but now the developers have added support

for VR!

It's still in beta, but because this game is already fun to play in VR, we wanted to

mention it.

In this game you are the lone survivor of a passenger jet crash...

When you wake up for a second you see your son taken away from you by something that

looks like a mutant.

Now you really wake up and you find yourself in the middle of a forest with cannibalistic

mutants.

Lucky you...

ahem.

Now you gotta scavenge, loot and craft survival items to stay alive and find your son!

Be aware that this is not a game for the faint hearted, especially when playing alone, but

thankfully you can play this game in online multiplayer too and that makes it so much

fun.

The recent beta VR updates also keep refining the multiplayer experience, so if you have

friends to play with, definitely check this out.

Wait, wait, wait!

It's not over yet, we still have two more games that we wanted to mention because we

enjoyed them a lot this year too.

So here are two honorable mentions:

Apex Construct VR

Brass Tactics

And now, let's move on to the outro.

All right.

I hope you enjoyed this video.

Please let us know down below what kind of games you are still excited for in 2018, because

you know I'm super curious about that and we are also still looking for games to play.

And of course, thank you so much for watching this video.

One special thanks goes to our Patrons.

Thank you guys so much for being there for us.

First of all, I would like to thank all the athletes.

They have once again thrilled us so much with their high skills as well as their tremendous courage.

Not only are they real athletes but they are also real men too, and this can be said about everyone standing to the right and to the left of me.

Of course, we always cheer on the Russian athletes.

This is only natural.

But how should those who don't get any support from the spectators perform?

And they are here with us.

I would like to thank them very much indeed for coming here.

I would like to say a specially thank you to all the organisers of this tournament.

This is the ninth tournament in a row.

It has become truly famous, recognisable, and it is respected in the world of martial arts.

People really enjoy taking part in it here.

Each tournament has a certain theme and aims to popularise our sport, our art and the history of our country.

This wonderful event has become a tradition, and, of course, sports as well as martial arts lovers certainly look forward to it.

And, of course, I cannot help but thank our wonderful hockey players who have come here today to support the athletes.

Salomon Aggressive inline skates 2018 Review - Duration: 12:50.

Ola Youtube my name is Ricardo Lino and I's a wheel addict , today's video well let me

tell you something I'm ready to read some shit in the comments in this video

reason for that being well I'm going to make a review of what I called the 2018

Salomon skate why am I doing this well a few months ago I made a video I think

like the way that I communicated might have not been the best and a lot of

people got me in a way that I hate people skating Solomon skates and it has

nothing to do with that a lot of people also think that I do hate this skate

Solomon and it's not true the reason why I made that video it's because I see a

lot of people skating skates from brands that are not producing skates anymore

and I do understand that a lot of people really like those skates these skates

and other brands such as SSM NIEM even Bauer's through the main message with

that video was to make people understand how important it is to support the brand

supporting these industry right now and a lot of people commented on that video

saying that when someone is using a Salomon nowadays they're actually

supporting our industry because they end up buying new wheels they end up buying

new frames they end up buying new liners and that's why I'm doing this video

basically that's exactly what I did I do believe it's a really good boot so the

liner was messed up so I'm kind of happy that I made the setup the way I did and

what I'm using right here it's it's a second skin liner but because it's a

really old skate you can see here this gray thing it's a piece of what used to

be an amazing shock absorber which I guess it's melted the whole shock

absorbers it's hard to show I don't know if you can see it here but the whole

shock absorber is just it's gone it's not there anymore it used to be amazing

so I'm using the second skin liner from my feet then I'm just using some extra

long laces round laces extra long that after tiding on top they just go around

and I thought them again I had to change the buckles because the buckles that I

that came on these skates they were too short for me to use with this liner so I

had to change that then this is the frame that I was skating on my USD

sevens and on my G boot by the way the G boots are about to come out soon what I

did here was it's basically a wish frame with some 55 undercover wheels that used

to have like a flat profile they don't have that flat profile anymore and some

Ricci eyes are 68 millimeters in front the bearings that I have here are the

weekend I think it's the ilq9 classic which is one of my favorite bearings

from weekend like the relation quality price it's actually really really good

so there was this kid that I used first impressions

that I have about this skate is sorry everyone that thought that I hate this

guy because this skate is actually really good how can I explain that why

do I say is it that good it feels good does that make sense so it feels really

good I would say that as an aggressive skate and someone that skates a lot of

free skates or urban skates whatever you want to call it this is an aggressive

skate that feels like an urban scale I am not sure if it's because of the heel

box which is amazing on these skates the cuff is kind of low it doesn't have a

lot of forward flex I think it's because it has it's riveted in the back but it

does his function of supporting and it somehow still allows you to bend your

knees a little bit so comfort wise even with another liner which is basically my

favorite liner it felt really good I know that people used to love these

skates with the stock liner I like it with the second skin more than I

liked it weed the stock liner but obviously the

stock liner that I had was not in a good condition anymore so that might also be

the reason then something that it's kind of weird for grind specially for me

coming from the USD sevens or the aliens it feels like the soleplate it's really

really tiny which is not I remember when it came out it was actually has super

wide soleplate so when you look from the top it looks super slim which is

actually really cool something that you should know also is that this is a 42.5

skate 42 and a half and usually mice that's my true size and most of the

times I need to use a 43 so size-wise it's awesome it feels really really good

then like I was saying the soleplate it's not the widest one but it works

amazing I was scared at first for topsides but you know what it did work

really really good even with the tall frames such as the wish frame I can tell

you that it was not too hard to do top sides so that has to do of course with a

complete PC I wouldn't say it's just the width of the sole plates or it's the

height of the cuff the complete thing that makes it feel good when we do a top

side if that makes sense the back part of the soleplate the heel of the

soleplate it's a little bit slimmer it's a little bit thinner than the front part

but when you do a top side it doesn't really feel that much of a difference it

might feel a little bit of a difference when I do and like another you top side

like in a little top acid or another you fishman but if you really locked I don't

think that was a problem for me what I felt that was completely different was

when you look from there you see that the Royall plate it's basically an

existent basically you would need to real we'd the boot but because it's not

really centered and it's really deep like here it was hard it was hard for me

to do Royales but that can also be because I'm using a

wish frame at the wish frame is a little bit taller than the regular

aggressive skating frames the tiny bit taller so when I wanted to do rails or

when I wanted to do back slides it felt a little bit harder I spoke with some

people that has been skating with Solomons for quite a while one of them

it's cloudy on Tony Ellie and he is actually been doing sole plates for

Solomons and on those opiates that he told me that that's one of the main

reasons why is doing those soap is because on that sole plate he improved

the royal plate for these kids if you're scanning them like this you're gonna

need to bend a lot to be able to do rails and back slides and all that stuff

and we need soap it it should be easier but having such a deep soleplate also

add some advantages example when I wanted to do unities it felt like yes I

had to bend my feet a little bit more which in a unity doesn't really make

that much of a difference it actually looks even better because

your foot instead of being like here go like here so it looks better and you

bent your foot a bit more but because it's deep here it looks really really

good so unity grinds I think it's nothing new for anyone but

unity grinds with Sullivan's it feels really really good really cool too

because it's not a whole soleplate it's not a whole one piece when you grind

there's less surface touching so when you want to do like a sole trick it's

super fast compared to to a USDA n or to a USD 7 or even to a razor shift because

it's two pieces the soleplate it just grinds faster now cons like I just said

alright it was a little bit harder for me to do some Royale tricks back slide

tricks but the biggest con in grinds was torque tricks I ended up doing some full

torques I didn't film any full torque I did it some I did some front side full

torques and back side full Turks but when I wanted to do just the torque just

a one-foot torque it always felt a little bit scary I felt like I would

need to bend a lot again because I was using a really tall frame so I would say

maybe to build a skate like these I would need to change the soleplate

reason I didn't want to change the soleplate I didn't want to cut it I

think people need to do some cuts underneath the boot and that didn't

really want to cut these boots so the last thing is amazing because it's just

tighter and then on top once you pull it in the front it just it just locks the

laces there so it feels good what can I say

in conclusion about this skate I'm sorry to everyone

I might have communicated completely wrong with all of you when I said shit

about the Salomon skates I still stand for the same and it's not

about Salomon skates it's in general it's important for all of us to support

the companies out there producing skates nowadays still stand for the same but

seeing a lot of people skating with these skates with all these different

parts even like even the buckle added I needed a buckle would be possible to

find some Salomon buckles so you gotta need to use like a USD buckle power

slide buckle razors buckle whatever you're gonna end up changing that so in

the end yes you're gonna need parts you might not be using the main shell boot

from a main brand yeah even the shock absorber you would need to change

something like this so you're only using this piece and like a lot of people said

it's not gonna last forever so if you were one of those affected by my video

or if you felt like I was pointing fingers at you I'm sorry about that I

didn't mean it in a way that I wanted to to make people feel bad about it it's

true I do believe this is an amazing skate but I also do believe that we need

we inline skaters not as someone who work in the industry but as someone who

loves to skate we need brands to keep producing their

products and for them to produce their products we need to support them so yeah

I guess that's it I hope you enjoyed this video if you did enjoy this video

do not forget to subscribe to the channel click on that pal and you'll get

notifications every time I upload one of these and if you liked it give me a

thumbs up if you didn't like it give me some thumbs down if you're gonna say

shit about this video I'll write it I'll try to answer to all of you and if

you're doing Salomon skins if you're building a set of

Soloman skates or if you're building any other skater if you want to buy a

complete skate well you should know that you can use code lino at atom skate comm

or blade feel calm and you'll get 10% discounts on everything that you buy

there from the full skate to the liner to the soleplate

I don't think they sell Salomon soul plates but it'll sell everything else

and I guess that's it oh by the way I have a new pair of aggressive skate so

if you want to see what aggressive skates are those maybe watch one of the

next videos know what I always say I just don't forget why we all started

skating and that is because it's fun cheers guys and see you soon

First warm-up is swing and squat. You're gonna go into a deep squat

Keep your abs engaged and just swing your arms like you just don't care

Try to touch your shoulder blades to the back as you do this and then pretend you're trying to touch your elbows in the front

As you do this as well, you don't actually have to touch your elbows in the front, but just do the motion. Let's go

Here's a preview of our first move tricep chops on the right I have a dumbbell in my hand on the Left

I do not have a dumbbell pick the level that fits your fitness level. I will not be using any dumbbells in this workout

I'm living my best life today. Let's go

Good I

Always say this in my videos that have 45 seconds on the timer just because it's 45 seconds doesn't mean you have to work the

Entire 45 seconds. It just means you have to do your best in those 45 seconds

Keep your abs engaged do a slight lunge to the side and just hammer it down. You got this

Let's get those arms and that back looking like a full meal

Just a couple more you're doing it yes you're getting it

Goodgoodgood

Next up we're going to do a race to fly

You're going to hinge at your waist if you have dumbbells on you want to use them do the version on the right?

I will be doing the version on the left

Abs are engaged back is flat and your shoulders and arms are doing almost all the work

There you go

This is so good. So good for your back. So good for your arms

Just make sure your abs are engaged and you just try to stay steady the whole time

Really squeeze those muscles aha

Yeah, you're doing good. Keep going

This is so good just a few more seconds

Just a few more seconds don't worry about it don't even think about it just keep moving

This is good, this is good

Sweet next up

We have the Arnold press you're going to clap your elbows together and then race to the top again if you have dumbbells

You can do the version on the right

Otherwise you can do the version on the left pick what fits your fitness level. I'm gonna be dumbbell free today. Let's go

I know a lot of people are worried about getting bulky when you use weights

And I know I have even said to a lot of women that oh, don't worry about it

But I just want to clarify for you that if you use dumbbells that are not crazy heavy

You will not get bulky. You will only get bulky if you start lifting

5060 pounds with your dumbbells and you are doing it consistently over time

but for these types of exercises where it's just a few seconds and the weights are not

SuperDuper heavy, you are not gonna get bulky. He was gonna be toned and strong and feeling good

Just a couple more I just want to put your mind at rest, don't worry I got you

I'm not gonna have you out here looking like Hulk. I'm not gonna do that to you

Inside rotation abs are engaged and you just raise one arm at a time. If you have dumbbells, you can hold on to them

Otherwise just follow my lead on the left

Ready, let's get into it

Hallelujah, that's what it looks like I'm saying

After this, you have two more moves two more moves and you get a break

Can you even believe that it's almost time for a break and it feels like we just started you're doing amazing

Keep going. Just do your best. That's all you could do, right? That's literally the only thing you can do

You're doing great you're really good at this this looks good

Let's go let's go keep those abs engaged

Awesome sumo arm lifts. You're gonna put your feet nice and wide and just do this nice motion

If you have dumbbells, you want to do the version on the right?

If you do not have dumbbells you want to do the version I'm doing on the left

There you go, that's good

If that's like sumo bend in the knee is bothering you you can just stand up straight and do the same movement

Otherwise I encourage you to do the full thing with the sumo with your legs wide and that slight squat

It just gets you more work in the same amount of time

It's all about efficiency

Good

You're doing great. You're doing really really great one more exercise and it's time for a break. Can you believe it?

You're doing amazing. Keep going

Just a few more

There you go

Okay row two pool down

If you have weights, you're doing the version on the right if you do not have way to during the version on the left

I wish this move was called a caveman move because that's what I feel like when I'm doing this like Hulk

Hulk pool see see that

Doesn't that make you feel like a caveman?

Awesome just do your best do your best. This is great for your arms and your back

fantastic exercise and after this you get a break imagine that

Keep going

Do Trigger Warnings Really Help? - Duration: 4:44.

[INTRO ♪]

You might have already guessed this if you clicked on this video, but we'll be mentioning topics that some people might be more sensitive to, like assault.

That was a trigger warning.

You've probably seen them before—

maybe on your film class syllabus last semester, giving people a heads up that one of the movies you'll watch has a graphic scene depicting an assault.

Or in your sociology class, that you'll be discussing race-related violence.

The idea behind trigger warnings is to let you know what's coming,

so anyone who might find it more difficult because of their past experiences can avoid additional trauma.

Warnings like these have become one of the most divisive things on college campuses—and on the internet.

Some people think they're important for creating safe and open spaces for everyone, while others believe they coddle people and stifle free speech.

Those arguments have more to do with people's personal beliefs, so we won't get into them here.

But at their core, trigger warnings are about psychology, which can give you a more objective way of considering whether they're a good idea.

It doesn't mean there's an obvious answer, though.

The first thing to know is that triggers are very much a real thing for certain people.

Some of the core symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD, are all about having a bad reaction to something that reminds a person of their trauma.

That reaction can involve painful and distressing memories or flashbacks, where the person relives their trauma—what psychologists call intrusion symptoms.

Sometimes these symptoms happen all on their own, but in many cases, certain words or images can serve as triggers.

So the goal of a trigger warning is to try and keep people with PTSD and related disorders from having to experience intrusion.

The thing is, human brains can be strange.

So while something obvious like a sexual assault scene in a movie might be a trigger for someone who's been sexually assaulted, it also might not.

Researchers have found that triggers are highly specific to people, and are often things from right before the traumatic event--

almost as if the brain is holding on to that information to protect itself.

So, for example, one woman who was assaulted is triggered by doors, because her attacker stood in front of one right before the incident.

In another case, a man who was in a horrible car crash is triggered by bright sunlight, since he saw bright lights just beforehand.

This is where trigger warnings, whatever you think of them, aren't going to help, because no one is going to think doors or sunny days at the beach require warnings.

The triggers are just too idiosyncratic to predict.

That doesn't mean there's no point in warning people about the more obvious ones, though.

One study found that the majority of assault victims with PTSD were triggered by images of assaults.

And a separate study found that the most common triggers for shooting victims were things you might expect, like loud noises and sirens.

So, it seems like the types of things we usually slap trigger warnings on aren't completely off base—

although it's pretty clear they're not going to be able to prevent intrusion symptoms for everyone.

That, of course, assumes that trigger warnings work the way we want them to.

And it's not clear whether giving people the chance to skip potentially triggering content is the right way to go.

A hallmark symptom of PTSD is avoidance: basically doing all you can to avoid triggers so you don't have intrusion symptoms.

But the more avoidant someone is, the worse their PTSD symptoms usually are, and that avoidance is thought to be one reason why.

At the same time, being triggered in class or anywhere else without any warning isn't likely to be helpful to people with PTSD.

It might just make things worse.

One of the main PTSD treatments, exposure therapy, is based on having people think about their trauma on purpose.

But it's done in a safe and trusting environment, with a therapist.

That's a far cry from a classroom, where you might not feel comfortable and you're focusing on learning, not on trying to get better.

And when someone with PTSD actively chooses to think about their trauma, they usually don't have as severe a reaction as when they involuntarily recall a memory.

Warnings make the situation more predictable.

You also have more control, and the chance to try a coping strategy.

For all of these reasons, it's plausible that trigger warnings are effective.

They could let people pass on things that they think will harm them more, while allowing them to choose to participate, but with all the information, so they're prepared.

But it's also possible trigger warnings could be bad for people with PTSD.

Researchers have found that sometimes, warning messages can have unintended effects.

For example, if people are told about a side effect of a medication, they'll often say they have it, even if they're given a placebo.

That's called the nocebo effect.

And we know that expectations can change behavior in general.

In a classic 1964 psychology experiment now known as the 'panic button' study,

researchers found that if you lead people to think something terrible will happen, they'll go along with it and hit a panic button, even if nothing's really happening.

So it's possible that a warning about traumatic content is enough to serve as a trigger on its own.

The bottom line is that we simply don't know yet.

Trigger warnings haven't been studied in any rigorous way,

so we don't know, for example, whether students in classes that give trigger warnings have better outcomes compared to those that don't.

In the meantime, it mostly comes down to whether you think the benefits of warning people are worth the risk of the nocebo effect.

Paul Merson is concerned two players aren't working in Unai Emery's new system - Duration: 3:41.

From the moment the Premier League fixture list was announced, Unai Emery must have known he was in for a tough start

The sight of the former PSG and Sevilla coach in the dugout was always going to be a strange one after 22 years of Arsene Wenger

So far, it hasn't been a welcome one either. Two games in and the Gunners are yet to secure a point in the league following defeats to Manchester City and Chelsea

The majority of fans admit it is too early to judge their new manager given the calibre of opposition his side have faced

All that can be gleaned so far are drips and drabs of Emery's tactics: how he wants Arsenal to play, who he favours in the squad, and most importantly, if there is any sign of improvement after missing out on the top four last season

However, pundit Paul Merson - yes, we know - has been watching his former side very closely and he has identified a problem with the new system

Namely, he believes Emery does not have the right players if he wants Arsenal to press like some of their top six rivals

"He hasn't got the players to have a 20-yard gap between defence and attack, working hard

Ozil and Mkhitaryan are not those type of players," Merson writes for Sky Sports."If you were building a team tomorrow, you'd want to play a high pressing game, work as a team, not to have gaps between the lines, and you're not buying [Mesut] Ozil and [Henrikh] Mkhitaryan

"If you go the Arsene Wenger way, wanting to play entertaining, free-flowing, great football, then Ozil and Mkhitaryan will walk in any team in the world

But they will not get in teams that want to press! "I don't know if the current crop have gone past being able to learn that way of playing

That's my concern.I don't mean regarding their age, but in the way they play the game

"Ozil's future? I don't know.I'm a big fan of him, he's a quality player, but sometimes you watch him and the game passes him by

" Merson gets his fair share of stick but on this occasion, he makes a valid point

It may just take a minor miracle to get Ozil and Mkhitaryan running. There has already been plenty of debate about whether Arsenal players are getting to grips with Emery's tactics

Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville had a heated discussion about that very topic on Monday Night Football, with the ex-Liverpool defender imploring the Spaniard to adapt to the Premier League

If Emery's system does not start to work soon, he could have big problems.Arsenal's next test comes this weekend against West Ham United

Do you think Emery's playing the wrong system for the players he's got? Have your say in the comments

Wedding Photos: One Collector's Path to Connoisseurship - Duration: 5:14.

Hi, my name is Stephen Bulger. I'm the owner of Stephen Bulger Gallery and a

co-founder of FFOTO.com. What I'd like to talk to you today about is a

collection that's very close to my heart. It's something that I collect with my

wife, Catherine Lash. At the time, we were interested in building a collection that

talked about the early days of photographic history. Especially in the

first 50 years after its invention in 1839, there was a number of different

processes that continued to improve the quality of photographs and what we

wanted to do was have a box that would contain an example of each one of these

different types of processes. At the time, Catherine was photographing weddings so

we thought it might make sense to just concentrate our efforts on wedding

photographs. Authentic wedding photographs. So we source them in a

variety of different places; whether auction houses, other galleries, junk

stores, antique shops. And generally we hope to pay less than $50 for every

picture. Sometimes we have to pay thousands and thousands of dollars, which

seems a little crazy to a lot of people, but once you start on a collection

there's always gaps, and if you find something that fills an important gap

you're basically willing to pay almost anything for it. And so on the wall

here is a small selection of what we have. We currently have close to 600

photographs in this collection ranging in dates from 1840s up until the present.

So we've gone from daguerreotype to digital prints. There's a couple of

processes that we're still looking for - namely a cyanotype would be great to

find - and in terms of why we do this; again, it started as a simple idea but

you start to become an expert in whatever it is that you're collecting

and, with collectors, they're not really interested, or they don't really care so

much about how much something costs, they just care about how good it is and so as

an example here, we have some photographs that range in value from

probably $50 up about $20,000 and when people come to

see some of these pictures they think, "Oh, I know exactly which one is $20,000," and

usually they'll look for a photograph of, like, Marilyn Monroe or Princess Grace

Kelly, when she was getting married. On this wall, the most expensive one is a

very small photograph taken by André Kertész in 1914, in Hungary, and it's a

photograph that's about the size of a postage stamp.

But the reason why it's worth so much is that he's one of the most influential

photographers in the history of the medium and it's the only wedding

photograph that we have ever seen by him. It's a unique prints and it's over a

hundred years old and it's in perfect condition. So that was something that we

were - after seeing it - we were willing to save up money and luckily the owner,

The Estate of André Kertész, was happy to receive payments over about a year

for us to slowly chip away at the payments until this photograph became

ours. A lot of people might find it odd that a dealer such as myself has to rely

on payment plans but quite simply, like any collector, there's always more things

that we want to buy than we can actually afford at any one time, and a lot of

times it shows your commitment - and people that own the objects are always

happy to see whatever it is that they have go to a good home. So if you're ever

in a situation where you see something that you love and you really have to

have it for some reason, don't be shy about saying what your position is and

that you love the piece, it's a little more money that you've got right now, is

it possible to buy over time and 99 percent you'll find people more than

willing to accommodate your request. So after all this I realize that I'm still

probably one of the only people interested in collecting wedding

photographs. But that's not really the point of what we're talking about here;

the point is that there could be a subject that you're already interested

in - whether it's dogs, whether it's world history, whether it's famous people - and

there's a way to grow that interest by building a collection around

that interest. And you'll find through FFOTO.com that there's a lot of partner

galleries that are all photo geeks like me, and we love talking about any minute

detail that you might have a question about of something that you're looking

at on FFOTO.COM. So if you do have a question, you can send an email to

info@FFOTO.com, ask any question you want - there's no bad question - we'll be happy

to answer your questions that you might have and if there's others that relate

to the pictures that you saw on FFOTO.com, we will also be happy to show you

other examples, so please feel free to contact us.

Ma chaire en 3 minutes: Chaire UNESCO en paysage et environnement - Duration: 2:52.

The purpose of this UNESCO Chair is to deploy approaches and projects around the world to help cities develop better

amid the frenetic urbanization of the past 30-plus years

and address the challenges of creating wholesome, high-quality living environments.

The UNESCO Chair provides three key functions:

first, it transfers knowledge between universities and civil society;

second, it initiates and promotes open and inclusive dialogue, which is both multicultural and transdisciplinary, on the future of cities;

and third, it promotes the international mobility of young architects, landscape and urban designers

so that they can become more aware of the global issues and effects of globalization that affect the future of cities.

The most convincing example of our scientific activities is the UNESCO Chair's flagship activity:

WAT UNESCO. WAT is an acronym for "Workshop Atelier Terrain" or "Field Workshop."

This is an activity that brings together international students and international professors

to address the developmental challenge of a given city that has either hosted us or is currently doing so,

and for which we are required to produce 10 – 12 strategic visions of urban development.

The overall challenge for this UNESCO Chair is to address the urban development and other issues that all cities face.

The UNESCO Chair works with a broad range of partners. We have government partners such as ministries and departments in Quebec

and at the federal level, but also municipalities that are involved in related activities;

we also have international partners consisting of universities that belong to the UNESCO Chair's scientific network

as well as cities that host us to carry out our activities in different countries.

The advantage of having a UNESCO designation is that it confers international scientific recognition.

Another advantage is that it enables us to work with UNESCO on environmental programs

- heritage in our case - and also address issues affecting these programs.
