Look, there you go again
with your prized excuses and pleas:
"But, you see"; "I mean"…
Look, there you go again.
So your routine is like, saying "Sorry," and then glossing it over with a kiss?
How simple.
I used to dream that someday, I'll be the only one for you,
but you only ever call me when you're lonely,
and I'm sick of it!
You're not interested in me at all.
You only love yourself, don't you? (Yeah!)
I knew it, you're not interested in me.
I've heard enough of that story.
In the first place, you pretty much have zero interest in me.
And then you'd go and trick me into thinking otherwise again… (Jeez!)
Be my boy, you're too self-centered, baby.
Come on, hold me in your arms!
Seriously, I don't know what to do with you.
Then again, I'm too soft on you, being like: "What can I do with you?"
You'd never change, even if I were to cry and ask you not to leave me!
Well, I guess I don't mind dancing to your whims just a little longer.
I want to melt in your sweetness, honey.
It's pointless to try to get your attention, 'cos you'd never notice it,
but when I'm lonely,
do come and see me, too!
You're not interested in me at all.
What's not good about me? Come on, tell me (Yeah!)
I knew it, you're not interested in me,
'cos you keep fiddling with your phone like that.
In the first place, you pretty much have zero interest in me.
But let me have some hope, won't you? (Jeez…)
Make this lonely girl yours, baby.
Stop twisting me around your little finger!
Come on? Maybe Melty?
One, two, shall we dance?
Let's move to the beat
Hurry up, take my hands, and at the end of it all,
love me so much that I'll lose myself in it.
Get the last dance, are you prepared?
Whimsical mercy!
What kind of taste would it be?

The Submissive Has All the ⚡ Power 🔋 in a BDSM Relationship? - Kinky Quickies - Duration: 7:02.
so you hear this up has all the power in BDSM so often that it's pretty much
cliche at this point but is it true stick around we will talk about it hey
guys is Morgan with BDSM relationships and education thanks very much for
checking out this video don't forget to subscribe and give me a thumbs up if you
enjoy this video and that way I know to make more like it so there is this sort
of saying and it's that the club has all the power in the BDSM relationship bugs
me because I've been doing all these videos the things that just bugged me in
those videos and communities and whatever so we're continuing the theme
which this all has all the power now what I think that people are trying to
say by saying this is what the sub can stop the activity at any point by using
their safe words or that the sub can leave a relationship at any point it
will be permission to do so they don't need to wait to be released or anything
like that and that you know we have to engage in play that is within the
submissive or the bottoms limits and all of those things are absolutely true for
the most part but when we look at the reality of it well that's where things
start to fall apart a little bit so as far as stopping the activity with a safe
word some submissives are involved in what are known as either total power
exchange relationships or consensual non consent relationships where they don't
have a safe word to stop things I mean they may be able to save like oh and leg
cramp or oh this is like really harming me I'm bleeding can you stop I think but
they don't have the ability to say hey I don't like that stop it
and they've negotiated that and that is their prerogative and why is the type of
relationship that they enjoy so saying that if I've always had a favorite is
not true just plain and simple not true the dawn can also stop activity at any
time you know they can do it the true if face word or more commonly just by
stopping whatever it is that there doing I don't just keep flogging
somebody because they haven't called a safeword email my arm is so tired it's
going to fall off you know that's it's not best thing
that's going to happen I'm just going to stop I'm going to be like I don't want
to flog anymore what the hell am I doing here so bad that it's I don't know it's
just seems so silly to have it one-sided like that so of course dominance can
also end or leave a relationship at any point in time you know then sort of the
way relationships work is one person doesn't want to be in the relationship
anymore well then there is no more relationship now I gained when it comes
to things like PPE and CNC relationships actual power exchange substantial amount
consent power relationships Austin is a success or the bottom with this wave or
whomever says no to a thing then that is considered the end of their relationship
so that is something to keep in mind as well but I mean like yeah a dominant can
end a relationship at any point in time we don't have to wait for the sub to do
it in the game it sort of seemed self-evident but hello sangs um and then
when it comes to placing Rick play has to be within both peoples limits I am
NOT some just like sadistic robot that is going to do things and tool my bottom
says red you know I do things that I want to do I don't do things that I
don't want to do I have limits I have boundaries I just think that I don't
want to do I mean like if I had to do everything that the sub wants then I
would enter doing a lot of humiliation slay that I absolutely hate doing you
know I did it's not my thing I don't like doing evaluations like so that's
one of my card limit is humiliations way I just don't engage in it it's not like
like I said that I have to do all these things until somebody says red you just
I don't have to do them but I want to the joy of being a dominant we have to
remember that domination and Submission is a consensual Power Exchange so the
dominant has the power or more precisely the authority within whatever areas that
these people have negotiated so whether that is you know sex life day
to day stuff everywhere the don't whant has with power slash
authority in those areas and you know so the sub doesn't that is kind of a point
of the relationship is that the submissive gives up the power to make
their decisions or whatever to the Dom is within the negotiated terms wouldn't
be a power exchange relationship if one person didn't give up some power and the
other person takes some power that's kind of the whole point of the
relationships so the thing that I really just get to me is that the side wall of
power sort of assumes that again these bonds are sadistic robots or whatever is
it just keep going until someone says read which obviously is not the case we
are humans and we have our own wants and needs and likes and dislikes and limits
and all of that and this is why finding a compatible partner is so important my
sub or bottom or slave or never shows it's engage in relationship with me
say for the knowledge that I'm not going to do things that require them to use a
safe word unless we're playing with that purpose in mind but they don't have to
stop me from doing things because I don't want to do them because we are
compatible we are interested in the same thing and if we aren't always interested
in the same things cuz nobody is like matches up a higher percent then you
know they should know that it's their safe word is and what's stopping me the
fact that they don't want to do it is what's stopping me you know just like if
they're into things my not into it's not you know a safer thinking that's
stopping that from happening it's just that I don't want to do it and they
respect that and they won't still want to be me despite that so really in the
end both parties have the power and the sub agrees to submit to the dominance
Authority and/or power however you want to phrase them within the negotiated
areas and that's kind of the point of a Power Exchange relationship right
anyways guys that is my little rant about how the sub has all the power you
don't have to agree with me of course and if you don't leave your
once below if you have anything you want to talk about within that sort of about
that phrase and then absolutely leave comments below don't forget to subscribe
to my channel give me a thumbs up if you enjoyed the video or you'll appreciate
is what I have to say and yeah turn on your notifications and that way
you'll keep up with all of the videos that I post on a weekly basis maybe

Streaming services are changing the music industry. So how are rock bands surviving? - Duration: 4:15.
Can I get more my vocal and a touch more my guitar.
Not a lot of jobs have someone you know like right in front of you
cheering you on, you know?
It's nice to like fill a room with people that you you don't know any
of them but they like took time out of their their lives and like money out of
their wallets to come see you.
I love that like every day when we're on the
road there's the possibility that somebody is going to change my life for
the better
The Orwells are playing to a packed house at ANR music bar in Columbus Ohio
it's the band's 34th show since February and are running on adrenaline.
Like so many bands before them, they started with jam sessions in their parents basements.
For the Orwell's it was in the Chicago suburb of Elmhurst.
We started this group
just about around seven years ago. Most of us were freshmen high school, Mario
was a sophomore and we covered "Barely Legal" by The Strokes and recorded and put
it up and I was the first thing we ever did.
Backyard gigs turned into local shows, the national tour dates and TV
appearances. Still in high school, they'd already arrived.
The bands that I looked
up to and I think most of them looked up to
they were never huge and that's kind of where I feel like we are now.
But the road to success is longer than it used to be and the band is preparing to tour
again. They pack up the rental band after a
couple hours of sleep, the Orwells are back on the road to promote their 3rd
album.
Just in three years it's like it's the approach was so much different
compared to what it was when we had originally gotten into this thing. When
we were putting out Disgraceland it was a lot about do playing radio shows
or you know pushing units physical units CDs and and and vinyl records and stuff
like that and this time around it was all about streams.
But streaming apps like
Spotify, Pandora and Apple music pay less than a penny per song. That doesn't add
up to much after you've split it with the record label and five band mates. So
they've sold the rights to some of their songs, which have been featured in video
games, TV shows and commercials. These days it's how bands get by
Selling out
isn't really a thing anymore because like if someone calls you a sell out
and they just stream music it's like how do you expect me to make money?
You have to go out on the road more and play more shows and sell more shirts
because you can't stream t-shirts yet so there's still a way to do this.
From Chicago, it's about a six-hour drive
to Columbus. Sleep is important but so is
checking and updating the band's social media.
A lot of festivals now look at how
many Twitter followers you have and will plan your slot accordingly. It's not why
we're you know it's not we're making music to have enough Instagram followers
to you know it's to reach I don't know stupid I think it's stupid too but I got
you know I mean I understand the merits
it's just a bummer that like you can't make a good record and play a good live
show and like that's it like now that's like half as important as it was
After the show the band unwinds and greets fans. In the morning they'll pack
up the van again and be back on the road. Next stop: Detroit.
You know we don't have
private jets we share hotel rooms with each other we do you know just like all
that stuff it's obviously not as glamorous or something like you know
like "Almost famous" or something makes it out to be.
It's, it's much more of a kind of just a little bit of a grind, but a good one, a
fun one.

[ ENG SUB ] SEVENTEEN — GOING SEVENTEEN EP 03 - Duration: 5:43.
( english subbed by giantbaobei )
SC: Hello~!
SC: On Wednesday, we do Show Champion.
SC: I heard that Seventeen is nominated for first place.
SC: Seventeen (3X)
SK: What is this?
SK: Going... Seventeen!
SC: Today, Seventeen is the nominee for first place.
SC: We're the nominee for first place.
DN: So, this is Seventeen's...
DN: Music Show...
DN: Don't Wanna Cry Show's waiting room.
DN: This time, we have a very different feeling and practiced a lot for it...
HS: I think this person is a celebrity..
DN: we're able to show a really good image-
( No, but... This hyungs...? )
HS: Hello. DN: Hello, i'm Seventeen's Dino.
HS: Ah! Seventeen.
DN: Do you know Seventeen's Maknae, right?
HS: But i don't know about the Maknae, though?
DN: Ah- Is.. Is that so?
DN: That one cool friend from Seventeen...
HS: Isn't it Seungkwan?
SK: Seungkwan! J: That one cool friend?
SK: Seungkwan Oppa! I love you, Seungkwan Oppa! J: The one cool friend is here.
( . . . Froze )
J: I'm sorry ( A quick apologize )
JS: We're now preparing for Show Champion.
JS: Jeonghan-ssi, what are you doing right now?
Jeonghan, who is doing whatever he is doing, alone.
JH: If you come inside like this and sing, the sound echoes like in Karaoke.
JH: Like this. You know what i'm saying?
J: Ooh~ JH: Just like karaoke, right?
JH: That's why i come here often.
JS: Wow, it's amazing.
JS: While looking in the mirror, practice singing
JS: testing the microphone, checking the clothes...
J: Mirror, mirror. Is there anyone in the world more good-looking than you? No.
( Another frozen victim )
JH: Jun is good at coming and going
JS: Try to sing here.
DN: It's finally time to go up on the stage.
JH: It's finally...
JH: I think he's using the word 'finally' in a wrong way.
DN: I'm not supposed to talk much (when i'm about to perform).
JH: You can't talk much...
DN: Because- JS: You can, though~?!
DN: We're really thankful to Carats.
DN: It's all because of Carats that we're able to become the nominee for first place.
DN: We're really thankful towards Carats.
JH: Eyy~ Not something like that. Try something more arrogant.
JH: Just once, just once. DN: No~
DN: Even if i do it, it won't come out.
DN: Thank you. ( Chic )
DN: Thank you.
JH: Dino is really arrogant~
JH: For us, we'll always try to do our best.
DN: What is this?
JH: Please edit it and then use it like that.
DN: I knew it'd turn out like this.
DN: Today we're the nominee for first place.
SC: I already said that all earlier. DN: Ah, you did?
DN: We will now go up the stage and come back later.
Bye~!
DK: I just came but it's already over.
DN: Body stretching- LOL
DK: Because we have to go up on stage right now, see you later~!
DK: There is a popular stretching method in Seventeen lately.
DK: I will demonstrate what Seungkwan did.
DK: You do stretching this way, don't you?
DK: But there is also a limit to stretching.
This is stretching without limit.
DK: Now we're coming up on stage. ( This time, for real )
( Self-froze )
J: If you're the last one remaining,
J: you can have a single-shot.
J: I'll be going~
HS: Now, only the announcement is left.
JH: DK! Why didn't you do it?
DK: Ah. I couldn't do it.
JH: What we were planning to do was...
JH: Because there's a lot of Carat who came, let's give them a fanservice.
JH: "While dancing, let's do this."
JH: But DK didn't do it.
DK: No.. I didn't show it because i wanted to show the performance just like usual.
JH: I didn't do it as well.
Let's agree that both of them is at fault.
HS: Then, are you going to do it here? JH: Alright.
DK: "Hello~" Then immediately closing the ear.
SK: ( sings don't wanna cry ) Seventeen won 1st place on Show Champion!
SVT: Thank you, Carats~!!
T8: We won first place!
SK: So cool!
JH: If it wasn't for Carats... How do you think it would be?
HS: We wouldn't be able to get this trophy. JH: Exactly.
SK: There wouldn't even be Seventeen right now.
JS: We wouldn't also be able to make good performance and music.
SC: Us, Seventeen will continue going forward with Carats.
DK: We'll come up with more good contents in the future.
SC: This has been Seventeen. Say the name. SVT: SEVENTEEN! Thank you!

Normally I only do these on my birthday
but I decided maybe we should do one a little earlier.
It's actually supposed to celebrate my 50,000 subscriber milestone.
So... OK. Chronicles of Sassy asked and says:
Just started watching your channel because of BrizzyVoices.
Loved it instantly. What made you want to start doing YouTube?
A long time ago, I was a makeup vlogger.
I had graduated from high school and after that, I was bored and depressed.
I needed something to do.
So when I firsted started watching YouTube regularly,
I somehow came across makeup tutorials and reviews.
I became intrigued by them and spent all night watching more.
I started thinking a bit and thought, "I'm liking this. I want to try it."
Later on, I thought, "I want to start a YouTube channel."
I didn't have school or a job.
I just needed something to do.
So I continued making makeup videos for about four years.
Eventually as time went on, I got bored of making these videos.
I wanted to stop doing makeup videos, but not YouTube altogether.
So I had to start thinking of what it was I could do.
Then I remembered, "Hey! I'm deaf!"
I watch a lot of YouTube that's uncaptioned content.
And so I wanted to talk about being deaf or hard of hearing,
captions, learning ASL, and learning about Deaf culture and the community.
I wanted to about accessibility since it was important to me.
For the record, I'm not making makeup videos anymore.
Ever.
I 100% quit that.
Kathryne asks,
Turquoise.
Paul Roth asks:
Who are you looking forward to hanging out with at VidCon?
What's something you haven't eaten in a while or ever that you'd like to?
You, James - even though he's not coming to VidCon -
Molly, Annie, Andrea, Abby.
A lot of people.
I want to eat...
What do I want to eat?
Ramen.
I mean, I ate that last week, but I want it again.
Oh, and Doomie's!
I've never had Doomie's before and I really want to try it.
I know there's a Doomie's in LA.
And Natalie asks:
What's some advice you can give on someone who is becoming hard of hearing
and isn't familiar with the deaf community/deaf culture
How to sign that? How to sign that?
How do I translate that?
Close enough?
Research online. Read books.
Watch videos [from deaf people].
(Hi, watch my videos!)
No, but really, there are other d/Deaf/HOH vloggers.
Also, find d/Deaf/HOH people in your area if you can.
Rikan asks:
How did you find out about Hello!Project?
What's your favourite group and song?
OK, in case you have no idea what Hello!Project is,
it is a Japanese music label, record label, right?
So, they have groups like Morning Musume
and C-ute and Berryz Koubou
and really the only group I mostly listened to from Hello!Project
was Morning Musume, and then there were some solo artists.
I did like some songs from C-ute and Berryz
and other subgroups that may have been made,
but my ride-and-die group was pretty much Morning Musume
whenever I listened to J-pop.
It took me years to get into AKB48 so...
FYI, AKB48 is not part of Hello!Project,
they're kind of rivals in that industry, but yeah.
(laughs)
Mack asks,
"Where are we going for dinner?"
AKA... Where am I taking you for that dinner I owe you?
Bean in Charlotte or Asheville.
Depending on wherever you are, we're going to the Bean there
because that's my favourite vegan place ever in the area
and I want to go - I always want to go.
And if I can get the queso dip for free, I'm getting it.
I forgot how to pronounce my own friend's name, but Mhairi asked...
Mary? Is it Mary? (laughs)
You ever think about coming over to the UK to some events?
Maybe Summer in the City?
[attempting to translate in ASL]
Something like that.
OK, I have a philosophy when it comes to events
and going somewhere and travelling
that isn't my own personal trip.
If you will fly me out and pay me, I will go anywhere.
So, if Summer in the City wanted to invite me, I would love to go.
That is something that I've always looked at and was interested in.
I want to go to the UK, I want to go to places like England and,
you know, Ireland, Scotland, but
that's a little expensive for my own pocket so...
And I'm sure those events could use accessibility talks.
I am more than happy - if any of these events want to invite me over,
I am more than happy to come on over.
So, those are all the questions that I have for that hashtag
and, yes, I attempted to do two languages
in different spots of the video.
I don't... Don't ask me why, I just wanted to.
Variety is the spice of life.

Noah: "I'm telling you. "
"They're everywhere."
"Twitter,"
"Facebook."
-Raven: "Ugh. This is so depressing."
"Why are we looking at all of these again?"
Noah: "Raign says she's not being harassed.."
"I just..."
"I don't buy it."
"I think she's holding out."
-Raven: "When have you ever known Raign to hold out on you?"
-Noah: "Exactly! If she doesn't want me finding out about it-"
"-It's gotta be bad."
Raven: "Orrr you're just being your super dramatic self,"
"And jumping to conclusions like you usually do."
Noah: "Look at this."
"Half of these guys are men our age, okay?"
"Now just imagine being surrounded by teenagers with nothing better to do."
Raven: "Alright, yeah."
"I see your point."
"Should I try talking to her?"
"She usually opens up to me."
Noah: "Yeah about girl shit,"
"Things she can't talk to me about."
"But not things like this."
Raven: "If she's holding out,"
"It's because she doesn't what you're in particular worrying about her."
"I'll try talking to her."
Noah: "Okay..."
"Yeah."
"Thanks."
Raven: "You're welcome."
bruh
Ezra: "Hey."
Tresor: "Hey! I've been trying to reach you all morning."
"Are you okay?"
Ezra: "I-I'm just really held up with work right now."
Tresor: "You sound upset."
Ezra: "I'm just tired."
"That's all."
Tresor: "You should take a break."
"Meet up for lunch?"
Ezra: "I can't."
"Work's just-"
"Kind of been, uh-"
"Stacking up."
"And I-"
"I really need to get them done."
"Sorry."
Tresor: "Oh! Yeah, it's-It's okay."
"I'll see you later then."
"I love you."
Ezra: "...I love you, too."
*clears throat*
Tresor: "Are you sure you're okay?"
Ezra: "Yeah, I have to go."
Noah: "Everything okay?"
Tresor: "Yeah."
"Ezra can't make it to lunch."
Noah: "Let me take you then!"
"It's been a while since we spent some time together."
"Just the two of us."
Tresor: "That-That sounds great.
Raven: "Noah."
"Want me to pick up Raign today?"
"I'll take to her on our ride back."
Noah: "Yeah, that'd be great."
"Thanks, Raven."
bitch
whore
Jonah: "Are you and Raven exclusive?"
Simon: "What?"
Jonah: "You and Raven."
Simon: "Yeah."
"We're exclusive..."
"Why?"
Jonah: "Uh.."
"The-"
"Way"
"she is with Noah!"
"Because everyone seems to be acting like it's nothing!"
Simon: "It is nothing."
Jonah: "How is THAT nothing?"
Simon: "I trust Noah."
"And Raven."
Jonah: "We are way pass the whole-"
"Would they or wouldn't they.."
"They already are!"
"It's happening."
"That ship has sailed."
Simon: "They're close.."
Jonah: "Yeah."
"Too close."
Simon: "It.."
"Takes some time to get used to,"
"I know.."
"But-"
"Noah is the most important person in Raven's life."
"Always will be."
Jonah: "And You don't find that weird?"
"She's your girlfriend!"
Simon: "I- I did at first..."
"Like I said, takes some time to get used to-"
"But..."
"He's her best friend."
"That's all there is to it."
Jonah: "And you believe that?!"
Simon: "Like I said!"
"I trust Noah with my life."
Jonah: "Didn't realize you two were so close."
Simon: "I did practically raise the kid.."
"I mean.."
"Tresor did, but-"
"I was there for most of it."
Jonah: "I still think it's weird..."
Simon: "You know what's weird?"
"That phone call between Tresor and Ezra."
Jonah: "What about it?"
Simon: "The whole..."
"Not answering the phone all morning."
"Not available for lunch situation."
Jonah: "He's stuck at work."
"I mean I'd hardly call that a situation-"
Simon: "Something's obviously off."
Jonah: "Cause he couldn't make it to lunch...?"
Simon: "It's not about the lunch."
Jonah: "I don't think ezra's as bad of a guy as you've painted him out to be."
"I think something's clouding your judgement."
"Do you have feelings for Tresor?"
Raven: "Babe someone's on the phone for you."
"Rick something?"
"He said it's about the beer tap or whatever."
Simon: "Can't you handle it?"
Raven: "I tried, but he insisted on speaking to the manager."
Raven: "You know there are tons of other bars you can waste your day away at."
"Tons of other states too."
Jonah: "Alright!"
"What is it?"
"I mean this- this can't just be about me leaving Noah fifteen years ago."
"What?"
"Do I remind you of an Ex or something?"
Raven: "You wish."
Jonah: "You know, you, uh-"
"-Might be missing out on something really great here."
Raven: "I'll take my chances."
Jonah: "You can't genuinely hate me."
"You don't even know me."
Raven: "Simon's going to work in ten,"
"You can see yourself out."
"If he's not here to deal with your shit, then I sure as hell don't have to either."
*clears throat*
Ezra: "What?"
Jordan:" I heard."
"So I came to check on how you're doing."
Ezra: "My mother is forcing me to choose between my fiance..."
"And my life as we know it."
"All for a job that-"
"-That I don't even want to begin with."
Jordan: "I'm-"
"Sorry."
Ezra: "I know."
"I'll have to-"
"-Find another job."
"It'll take some time..."
"To.."
"Uhmm.."
"I'll have to work-"
"I'll have to start."
"From the bottom."
"And work my way up, but-"
"It'll be okay."
"I just-"
-"I don't know where to apply..."
"I never really.."
"Had to apply for a job before, and uhm-"
"I don't know.."
"I'll find-"
"I'll find something!"
Jordan: "So you're just gonna stand by and let her take everything away from you?!"
Ezra: "I don't have a choice!"
Jordan: "Yes, you do!"
Ezra: "Leaving Tresor-"
"Is not a choice."
Jordan: "Listen to me.."
Ezra: "There's nothing to discuss, Jordan."
Ezra: "I'm not-"
"-leaving Tresor."
Jordan: "Just hear me out!"
Ezra: "No!"
Jordan: "I am your spokeswoman, Ezra."
"I'm the one who foresees all the polls, and statistics, and numbers."
"Since the shooting the percentage of people voting for you has dropped from a 78 to a 42 percent."
-"The odds are stacked up against you winning, Ezra."
"The odds are you are going to lose the election."
-"Whether you stay with Tresor-"
"-or not."
"Why lose everything when you can end up losing nothing at all?"
Ezra: "What are you saying?"
Jordan: "All your mother wants is to see you try."
"To see you fight for this position."
"Just like you dad did. And his dad before him, and so on."
"Whether you win or lose, it doesn't matter."
-"If you were to.."
"Momentarily.."
"-hold off your relationship with Tre-."
Ezra: "No!"
"Absolutely not!"
"I'm not gambling away my life with Tresor!"
Jordan: "Ezra look around you!"
"This!"
"Is your life with Tresor."
"Your job, the house, the car, the money!"
"Your life together has been built around it whether intentionally or not!"
"You will lose-"
"EVERYTHING."
"You don't think that'll effect the life you've lived with Tresor so far?"
"Is that the future you promised her?"
Ezra: "Any future is better than no future at all."
Jordan: "You are not listening to me."
"The odds are stacked up against you."
"You are most likely going to lose this election."
"You just.."
"You need to take some time away from each other until after the election."
"That way,"
"Your mother can see you fight for this position."
"And when you do lose, she'll understand."
"And she will leave you alone."
Ezra: "And If I win?"
Jordan: "We'll cross that bridge when we come to it-"
"-IF-"
"We come to it."
Ezra: "I don't know..."
Jordan: "Just please.."
"Promise me you'll think about it."
*weird splash sound effect*
Bellamy: "Rivers?"
"You okay in there?"
"I know you're in there."
"Might as well just answer me."
Raign: "What do you want from me?!"
Bellamy: "I'm just checking if you're okay."
"Are you?"
Raign: "Just leave me alone.."
"I said leave me alone!"
Raign: "What do you want..."
Bellamy: "I want to help."
Raign: "I don't need your help."
Bellamy: "I saw what happened out there.."
"It sucks."
"Look-"
"Your shirt is all wet."
"It's practically freezing outside."
"I have a dorm room."
"I can lend you a shirt!"
Raign: "Why?"
Bellamy: "Because your shirt is all wet and it's freezing outside. "
Raign: "No..."
"Why are you being so nice to me?!"
Bellamy: "Why not?"
Raign: "Because..."
"My dad shot down a hospital..."
Bellamy: "Its right there in the sentence."
"Your-"
"DAD."
"Shot down a hospital."
"I don't see the point in taking it out on you."
Raign: "Most people don't seem to see it that way."
Bellamy: "I'm not like most people."
"Come on."
"Let's get you out of these clothes and into some dry ones."
Jonah: "Ehhh, Fuck it."
"Fuck."
Tresor: "Soooo.."
"Raven's going to be picking Raign up."
Noah: "Mm-Hmm."
Tresor: "Why is that again...?
Noah: "She's going to be talking to Raign about college and stuff like that."
"She's not really opening up to me."
Tresor: "And you think she's going to open up to Raven?"
Noah: "They're close."
"What is it?"
Tresor: "Nothing! I- I just-"
"I can't stand the idea of Raven breathing next to Raign, never mind being the one she comes to for advice!"
Noah: "Tres..."
Tresor: "I mean.. Raign is so easily influenced,"
"And I think everyone can agree that Raven isn't exactly the epitome of good behavior-"
Noah: "Tresor."
Tresor: "Or decent behavior for that matter."
Noah: "Tresor, I love you,"
"but you need to stop talking."
" I know a lot has happened between the two of you,"
"but that doesn't change the fact that she cares about Raign,"
"And what's best for her."
"And I wouldn't have her around Raign if I doubted for a second that she's not good for her."
Tresor: "I know..."
"I'm sorry."
"She's just so-"
Noah: "Tresor."
Tresor: "Okay, okay!"
"I'm sorry, I know you care about her."
"For some reason...."
Noah: "Seriously??"
Tresor: "I'm sorry! I'm done. I promise."
Noah: "You're impossible."
Bellamy: "Make yourself comfortable."
"I'll find a shirt for you to wear."
"Here."
"I really only own over-sized shirts, but hopefully it'll do."
Raign: "Thank you."
"Can you...?"
Bellamy: "Oh!"
"Right."
*weird inconsistent sound effects*
Raign: "Okay, uh, how does it look it-"
Bellamy: "-Perfect."
Raign: "You're very tall."
Bellamy: "And you're very tiny."
Raign: "I'm sorry about earlier."
"and yesterday..."
"I just..."
"You were trying to help..."
"And I-"
Bellamy: "Water under the bridge."
"To tell you the truth,"
"I was kind of impressed."
"Was starting to seriously doubt you could even talk never mind go off like that."
"Never took you for a badass."
Raign: "I am not badass..."
Bellamy: "Your dad freaking mass murders a whole hospital, and you're back here in a week?!"
"That's badass."
"I would've been long gone by now."
"Some place where no one knows me."
"But not you."
"You stayed."
"You my friend,"
"Are one of the strongest people I know."
"Oh fuck! Class started 10 minutes ago."
Raign: "Wait, what about your shirt?"
Bellamy: "Just, give it to me tomorrow."
"It'll give me an excuse to talk to you."
Jonah: "Are you alone?"
Tresor: "Yes..."
"What's going on?"
Jonah: "Follow me."
Jonah: "You should sit down."
Tresor: "Okay, you're starting to freak me out."
Jonah: "I found these hidden in Noah's room."
"Okay, now. I'm not saying Noah's addicted, but there are a lot of pills."
"and I mean a drawer full of them-"
Tresor: "Jonah..."
Jonah: "And I googled symptoms-"
"-of painkiller pills abuse,"
"And I got a lot of shit,"
"But also anxiety."
"And I mean, I-I know I've only been here for like a week,"
But Noah's just about the most anxious son of a bitch I've ever met."
"Oh! And- And get this!"
"one of the symptoms..."
"Mood swings."
"MOOD SWINGS."
"Everything adds up."
Tresor: "The orange ones are cholesterol modifying medications."
"I guess you're familiar with the aspirin one."
"The yellow ones are beta blockers, the purple and white ones are nitroglycerin."
"Raign always thought they were the prettiest so we had to be extra careful with keeping them out of sight."
"The rest are, uhm,"
"Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors."
"And.."
"Angiotensin Receptor blockers."
"I don't know which is which, I can never tell them apart."
Jonah: "I- I don't understand."
Tresor: "Coronary artery disease."
"He was diagnosed when he was ten, and had two coronary artery bypass grafting since."
"Both were covered by insurance."
"As long as he takes his medication, avoids smoking, drinking, heavy physical activity, or stress.."
"You know stuff like that that'll wear his heart out."
"He'll be fine."
Jonah: "Sorry you had to go through all that alone."
"So he's not a prescription painkiller pills abuser,"
"Suffering from mood swings among other symptoms.."
Tresor: "Sorry."
Jonah: "He just hates me."
Tresor: "He doesn't hate you."
Tresor: "Okay, he hates you."
Jonah: "Do you think he just needs time or...?
Tresor: "Do you want me to tell you the truth or what you wanna hear?"
Jonah: "Well that's pretty much all the answer I need."
"God..."
"I.. Was really holding on to the possibility that my younger brother is a pill-popping Druggie
"How screwed up is that?"
Tresor: "Pretty screwed up."
Jonah: "Fuck."
Tresor: "Come on."
"Let's go to Simons bar. We're hanging out there tonight."
Jonah: "I think I'll just hang out here."
Tresor: "Uh-huh."
"Self pitty is definitely not a good look on you."
"Come on, let's go."
Jonah: "I don't know..."
Tresor: "It'll make Raign happy."
"It'll make me happy too."
"Please?"
Jonah: "Jeez, if you're going to start beggining."
Tresor: "Come on."
Noah: "You two have been out all day."
-"I was starting to worry!"
Raign: "We had lunch then went on a shopping spree."
Noah: "That explains the weird shirt you're wearing."
Raign: "Oh, no, this-"
"This belongs to a friend of mine... Bellamy."
Noah: "Bellamy...?"
Raign: "You've never heard of her because we only just became friends today."
-"Raven can I have the keys to your apartment?"
"I need to use your bathroom upstairs."
"I've been holding it in since I left the house this morning."
Simon: "It's already open Raign. Go ahead."
Raign: "Thank you."
Noah: "She's making friends?"
Raven: "She's making friends."
"She is going through shit, though. Don't get me wrong."
"But, she's handling it."
"Really well actually."
"I think she's going to be fine."
Noah: "Thanks."
Raven: "You're welcome."
"Alright."
"I need to get out of these clothes and into something more comfortable."
Jonah: "Listen..."
"About earlier today..."
"I-I was out of line."
Simon: "You were."
"And this is the last time you're opening this topic,"
"Not with me-"
"-Not with anyone."
"Are we clear?"
Jonah: "Got it."
Simon: "So, can I get you anything?"
Jonah: "Just a soda.. Thanks."
Simon: "You got it."
Noah: "What is it?"
Tresor: "Nothing. I'm just trying to reach Ezra."
Noah: "Since this morning?!"
Tresor: "Of course not!"
"We talked durning the day, it's- it's just-"
Raven: "I think you owe me a dance."
Noah: "Yeah?"

Get the last dance, are you prepared?
Whimsical mercy!
What kind of taste would it be?

WHOLE FOODS MARKET TOUR: BEST OIL, VINEGAR & SALAD BAR OPTIONS | How To Shop For Weight Loss Part 4 - Duration: 10:32.
what's up guys it's Max Barry owner of Max's Best Bootcamp let's go on a
grocerystore trip today here at Whole Foods Market talking about the best food
choices that you can make for weight loss and optimum health
well let's come on
all right any of these foods here in this salad bar are probably good but talking
about weight loss, let's have a heart to heart if you have your favorite salad and you know
it's like a thousand calories good stuff it's still a lot of calories so when
you're looking at topic what is the base any lot of greens yep so let it yeah I
do that but it's like all kinds of greens that's your fate
load it up then you want to pick and choose when you're feeling that day all
of these could be great options a lot of these are raw we have some roasted over
here what about the pre-made salad you don't know well you don't know what's in
so I would look and that would be your smaller portion size stuff I would say
stay more to the food like to have one ingredient like that's like so bell
pepper scent that's what it is so you know I had a serving the bell
peppers when we start to deviate gets harder to keep track and also we don't
know what other things are in it good news is they will list what's in it so
you can check but we want to base it on a lot of those greens but
vinegar yeah love vinegar well certain vinegars are going to be better and
actually the Sicilian is that we open because we just like take over Isles
that's good vinegar let's check it out anybody here apple cider vinegar
yes vinegars here guys come on yeah yeah baby come on down this is actually a
cool area right here so we haven't gone deep into a lot of the aisles because a
lot of the like packaged stuff it can get a little tricky I would say
complicates your diet and your the foods that you're taking in a lot of snacking
so we tend to want to stay on the outskirts like we've been doing and then
you can work in some aisle stuff maybe some treats
right here though all this stuff is in a jar of some sort but actually it's
minimal ingredients which is good we got hot sauces down there which my brother I
know is a huge fan actually got quite a pallet for it so just want to watch out
for any of those sauces use a lot of sugar added sugar but hot sauce like I
will say this like this is the cool brand I like this one Tallulah but a lot
of them they're they're just like a high in sodium so you want to look at you
like yes good bread you want to just look out for like there free high in
sodium so if you're like you're facing like the whole dish with a lot of this
sauce it's too much sodium at one but it's a good flavor option you can make
some sort of healthier chicken wings don't fry it bake it but use some soft
it's a good option just make sure no sugar and try and go with the lower
sodium option olives red peppers pickles cool good stuff it's just it's pickling
and that's a traditional food too doing it for a long time and
what's better jarred or fresh yeah we know that right so but some of those
options can be good add-ons vinegar Tara what so woody what have you heard about
the vinegar what's a good option I don't know I've got a thing
so applicator surging yeah we actually did a video on that there's there is it
a miracle weight-loss there is not you tried it didn't work pumping okay every
morning yeah okay yes I do as well so but to count on it to be some kind of
like miracle or just like melting right off it's amazing no food will ever be do
that okay so there's nothing that's going to replace hard work and clean
eating but there are two proven benefits of apple cider vinegar one and these the
only two there are some digestive health issues good good benefits to it good for
your for your gut awesome but as far as for weight loss
two things one appetite suppressant it is an appetite suppressant it will help
suppress your appetite so if you have a in the morning for breakfast
theoretically you're going to eat a little less maybe and that's how you
will cut some calories so that's why people are having some weight loss with
it because it is a mild it does suppress the appetite
number two it has been proven to burn two to five percent extra subcutaneous
fat with consistent use so there is so that might seem like 2% that's nothing
yeah it's not a lot but it's a little bit I'll take so so that has been proven
animal studies only so I would say but it is an appetite suppressant and the
gut health is important thing to so I would recommend take it what brand to
get any of these are going to work you want it so like I'm just looking at
these couple right here we got spectrum we got Ian Bragg's to
most stuff most well-known a lot of the ones that you'll see like for example so
this is the 365 brand again what you wanted to say is organic unfiltered and
if it says raw that's going to be the best and it's going to be like cloudy
down there you look for that so any of those so this actually organic raw
unfiltered with the mother unpasteurized so it's got everything in there lies the
lid it's like a living food so take that that's a rough shot in the morning
though right it's pretty strong so start off with like a teaspoon one to four
tablespoons per day good we're my balsamic people yeah I love it
it's like grape juice though guys so you know you have a cup of it on your style
it tastes really good but you want to look for I'm just pulling this one off
the shelf this is Colavito this is from Modena and
they are saying that this has ingredients wine vinegar concentrated
grape must caramel color and the serving is one tablespoon has 15 calories this
is a rich balsamic probably tastes really good there's another one that you
can grab that's right next door probably that is like five calories per
tablespoon so for me I'm a balsamic freak and so I got to kind of limit that
stuff next though so this has hey this has 30 calories two tablespoons but it's
even more concentrated there's double calories now how those the tablespoons
like that so you put like six tablespoons that's 200 calories almost
just vinegar then you get your olive oil going and man that salad tastes really
good we were talking about this earlier right so you just got you gotta for some
things out I'm going to find one right now that only has $5 $5
you just got to look white calories these are these are it's like sugar just
pretty much for each other 15 not having great luck man on the spot ha ha
Newman 20 yeah all right well 15 I think it's pretty good
15 is particularly pretty good enough so 30 you saw that was double so just check
probably tastes really good but how do you be careful
anybody here coconut oil yeah coconut oil it's but it's pure fat isn't
that bad
you were told avocados oil is better I would say they're both okay
avocados good choice but coconuts going to be better also if you're doing a lot
of high heat cooking coconut oil is a higher smoking point so that's safer
than cooking with off anybody cook with olive oil yeah I know the chef so I'll
tell you to cook with olive oil Ron doesn't have a high smoking point and so
it actually oxidized when you eat it so I want you to I would recommend that
instead you use your really good olive oil for your salad 1 to 2 tablespoons
and then cook with coconut safer it's a higher smoking thing so that's gonna be
a better option they might feel max s would be a lot of calories yeah so just
gotta measure it out tablespoon or two totally good great great food safer to
cook with olive oil raw that's check it out I would say look into that further

Authority and/or power however you want to phrase them within the negotiated
areas and that's kind of the point of a Power Exchange relationship right
anyways guys that is my little rant about how the sub has all the power you
don't have to agree with me of course and if you don't leave your
once below if you have anything you want to talk about within that sort of about
that phrase and then absolutely leave comments below don't forget to subscribe

is what I have to say and yeah turn on your notifications and that way

How John F. Kennedy Changed Political Campaigning On 'The Road To Camelot' | TODAY - Duration: 5:59.
>> AND THAT'S YOUR LATEST FORECAST.
MATT? >> DYLAN, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
>>> JOHN F. KENNEDY WOULD HAVE TURNED 100 THIS YEAR.
HE WAS THE FIRST CATHOLIC TO BE ELECTED PRESIDENT, A PRESIDENCY
THAT MARKED A TURNING POINT IN THIS COUNTRY.
IN THE NEW BOOK "THE ROAD TO CAMELOT," FORMER "BOSTON GLOBE"
REPORTERS TAKE AN IN DEPTH LOOK AT HOW KENNEDY CHANGED MODERN
POLITICAL CAMPAIGNING FOREVER. THEY'RE HERE WITH OUR FRIEND TOM
BROKAW. WHAT AN HONOR TO HAVE YOU ALL
HERE. I STARTED READING ABOUT THIS
WHEN THE BOOK SHOWED UP ON MY DESK ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF
AGO. AND MY FIRST REACTION -- I HOPE
YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THIS IS WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO TELL ME I
DIDN'T KNOW BEFORE WHEN IT CAME TO JOHN F. KENNEDY.
WHAT WERE YOU LOOKING TO DO? >> WELL, EXPLODE A FEW MYTHS.
THERE'S A MOUNTAIN OF EVIDENCE OVER THE LAST 60 YEARS THAT'S
BEEN HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT. WE TOOK A DEEP DIVE INTO THIS
GARGANTUAN SUPPLY. >> IT OCCURS TO ME WHEN I SAID
IN THE INTRODUCTION, THE FIRST CATHOLIC PRESIDENT, I LET IT
ROLL OFF MY TONGUE. AND IF YOU GO BACK TO THAT TIME,
THERE WERE A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THIS COUNTRY WHO DIDN'T THINK
THAT WOULD EVER HAPPEN. IT WAS MONUMENTAL.
>> I WAS 20 YEARS OLD. I WAS IN COLLEGE.
AND I HAD FORGOTTEN WHAT AN INCREDIBLE ISSUE IT WAS TO
CATHOLICISM.
TODAY, WE DON'T THINK ABOUT IT. BACK THEN, IT WAS AN ENORMOUS
ISSUE. >> IS IT UNFAIR TO COMPLETE A
COMPARISON BETWEEN JOHN F. KENNEDY AS A CATHOLIC, BEING
ELECTED PRESIDENT AND FAST-FORWARD TO BARACK OBAMA, AN
AFRICAN-AMERICAN BEING ELECTED PRESIDENT?
>> I THINK BARACK OBAMA GOT TO BE PRESIDENT IN PART BECAUSE OF
THE BREAKTHROUGH THAT JOHN F. KENNEDY MADE, IN TERMS OF -- THE
OTHER THING ABOUT THAT TIME, MY PARENTS WERE DIRT ROAD
DEMOCRATS. THEY WERE SUSPICIOUS OF JOHN F.
KENNEDY, CATHOLIC AND FROM THIS VERY WEALTHY FAMILY IN
MASSACHUSETTS. THEY DIDN'T FEEL CONNECTED TO
HIM. AND WHAT IS STRIKING WHEN YOU
LOOK AT HIM, AND THEY BRING IT OUT SO CLEARLY, HE WAS THE END
OF THE CROWD. WE HAD STU SYMINGTON, A MISSOURI
SENATOR. HUBERT HUMPHREY, THEY WANTED TO
BE THE DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE. HE WAS THOUGHT OF A PLAYBOY IN
THE SENATE. AS YOU SAID IN THE BEGINNING, I
DIDN'T THINK THERE WAS MORE I COULD LEARN FROM ALL THIS.
BUT THESE TWO HAVE TURNED UP A MOUNTAIN OF STUFF.
>> ONE OF THE THINGS HE DID THAT NO ONE HAD DONE BEFORE, WAS HE
HIRED A POLLSTER. A YOUNG GUY NAMED LOU HARRIS.
AND HARRIS TAUGHT HIM, FOR EXAMPLE, RELIGION WAS ACTUALLY A
TWO-EDGD SWORD. THERE WERE ALL KINDS OF
INDEPENDENT-ORIENTED CATHOLICS WHO CAME OUT TO VOTE FOR HIM
BECAUSE HE WAS CATHOLIC. AND SEEING THAT BALANCE AND MUCH
MORE IMPORTANTLY GETTING KENNEDY TO TALK ABOUT IT.
UNLIKE AL SMITH IN 1928, KENNEDY WOULD BRING IT UP.
>> WE TALKED A LOT -- TOM AND I TALKED ABOUT THIS AND WE TALK
ABOUT IT ON THE SHOW A LOT, CAMPAIGNS THESE DAYS GO ON FOR
WHAT SEEMSMS LIKE AN ETERNITY. AND YET, THERE IS A VERY
IMPORTANT VETTING PROCESS THAT IS A PART OF THE LENGTH OF THAT
CAMPAIGN. BUT IN THE BOOK, YOU GUYS GO
BACK AND LOOK AT IT WASN'T A ONE-YEAR CAMPAIGN.
IT WAS A FIVE-YEAR PROCESS. UNDERTAKEN BY JOHN F. KENNEDY TO
PREPARE HIMSELF AND PUT HIMSELF IN THE RIGHT POSITION TO BE
ELECTED PRESIDENT. >> RIGHT.
HE GOT STARTED '56, AT THE DEMOCRATIC CONVENTION, WHERE
ADALAIDE STEVENSON THREW IT TO THE CONVENTION TO CHOOSE HIS
RUNNING G MATE. AND SOON, THIS YOUNG,
INEXPERIENCED SENATOR, NEARLY CAPTURED IT AT THE CONVENTION.
AND HE BURST ON TO THE SCENE AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF IT.
>> PEOPLE TALK ABOUT JOE KENNEDY, TOM.
AND I GUESS DEPENDING ON WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCE WAS WITH HIM AT
THE TIME, YOU WOULD HAVE ONE OPINION OR ANOTHER.
STRING PULLER, BACK ROOM DEALMAKER, SOMETHING YOU HEARD.
BUT ENTERING IN THE BOOK, WITHIN THE CAMPAIGN, HIS REPUTATION WAS
DIFFERENT. >> VERY DIFFERENT.
THE MONEY, YES, THAT'S A GIVEN. BUT WE FOUND IN OUR DEEP DIVE
INTO ALL THIS STUFF, THAT HIS ADVICE, HIS ORDERS, HIS
BROW-BEATING OF HIS SONS, WAS ALMOST NEVER PAID ATTENTION TO.
HE HAD A CONCEPT OF THIS GAME THE OLD WAY.
BACK ROOMS, BIG DEALS WITH BOSSES AND WHATEVER.
KENNEDY WAS THE FIRST GUY TO RUN FOR PRESIDENT IN A WAY THAT LET
THE VOTERS IN. AND THAT PUT HIM AT -- HIS
FATHER FIELDED THE TURF. BUT TO SAY HE WAS A SIGNIFICANT
INFLUENCE ON THAT CAMPAIGN WOULD BE A GROTESQUE --
>> THAT'S A MAJOR MYTH ABOUT HIM.
MY FEELING ABOUT HIM WAS HE SAID JUMP AND THE SONS SAID HOW HIGH.
>> REMEMBER ONE OF THE THINGS, CURTIS, JOHN KENNEDY GOT UP AND
SAID, THANK YOU VERY MUCH, DAD, FOR YOUR ADVICE AND EVERYTHING.
BUT HERE'S WHAT WE'RE GOING TO DO.
>> YEAH. ABOUT GOING TO WEST VIRGINIA.
HE OPPOSED GOING TO WEST VIRGINIA.
IT TURNED OUT TO BE A PIVOTAL PRIMARY.
AND THEY HAD HAD A POWWOW. AND THE OLD MAN SAYS YOU DON'T
DARE GO THERE. THERE'S NO CATHOLICS IN WEST
VIRGINIA. AND JOHN KENNEDY SAID, WELL,
WE'VE HEARD FROM THE AMBASSADOR AND THIS IS WHAT WE'RE GOING TO
DO, WHICH WAS THE OPPOSITE. >> IT'S BEEN STRIKING TO ME
ABOUT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOHN KENNEDY AND THE FATHER.
THAT KENNEDY DIES, INCLUDING BOBBY, ALSO, LEARNED FROM THE
FATHER HOW TO DO A DEAL. THEY TOOK IT TO THE NEXT
GENERATION. THIS WAS A CORPORATE KIND OF
CAMPAIGN IN TERMS OF HOW THEY ORGANIZE IT.
AND THE OLD MAN HAD A HARD TIME DEALING WITH THAT.
>> IF YOU'RE LIKE ME AND YOU THOUGHT THERE'S NOTHING NEW TO
LEARN ABOUT JOHN F. KENNEDY, CURTIS AND THOMAS CHANG
