Shipt Shopper. Everything you need to know - Duration: 7:16.

Would you consider yourself to be a smart shopper would you like to work for

an employer who not only helps the community but also pays you for it. If

you answered yes to these questions you should consider working for the company

Shipt

I in an interest in becoming a shipt shopper I went online looking for

reviews on what it would be like working for shipt I had questions about how

you got hired how much you got paid how it all worked but I could never find a

really clear answer then I joined shipt now I'd like to outline for you

everything you need to know from your application to your first paycheck

it all starts by going online and filling out an shipt application this process

takes about three minutes you'll be asked some questions

telling shipt about yourself questions include your name your email address

your phone number what area you'd like to become a shipt shopper in. Confirm

that you're at least 18 years old and for some reason ask you if you work at

Target they'll get your current address and find out your shirt size they'll ask

if you're available to work during their peak hours and this is very important

they'll ask you if you were referred by anybody I'd appreciate it if you click

they want to know if you smoke and they'll want to know what kind of car

you drive they'll confirm that you've been driving for at least a year and

they'll want to know where you first heard about shipt and that's it click

Submit and you'll get an email soon your next step is to do your shipt shopper

interview this step you can do at your own convenience you'll need to have a

computer with a webcam as they'll be asking you some questions which will

require a video response there are nine questions and all the first four are

multiple-choice then there tool essay type and then three video response questions

the questions are nothing to worry about they're pretty basic

once you're done Elliot will tell you all about the company shipt.

publix costco winn dixie Target whole foods krogers

now don't get

discouraged but the first email you received from shipt is them telling

you they don't need you right now I don't know how long it's gonna be but

for me it was four more days congratulations you've been selected

this is when the emails start coming in first you'll need to fill out a w-9 form

for your taxes then you'll need to sign a shipt shopper agreement you'll need

to agree to a background check send them proof of auto insurance and

then you're all set next you'll need to do a 45-minute

shipt shopper orientation course and find yourself a comfortable spot for

the next 45 minutes you're gonna learn all about how the shipt app works all about

the zones how to put yourself on a schedule how to claim an order how to

shop and the policies of all the different stores plus much more keep an

eye on the mail because soon you'll be receiving your shift starter package

inside the package you'll find documentation your first shipt visa card

and your very own shipt shirt now at this point you're ready to go on your

first order I jumped on the app and put myself on the schedule for the next

morning within 10 minutes I had already had a customer tomorrow morning I'm

going to deliver my first shipt delivery. Now if there's anybody from

Shipt to watch it I love the logo let me ask your question does it have to be

green

The first order I did went better than expected the app worked flawlessly and

easily outlined the product I was searching for with detailed description

and a picture all you need to do is scan the UPC code in the app tells you if

you've got the right product

if you grabbed the wrong size or flavor or

brand the app will tell you the product is instantly put into your cart and

you're ready to move on to your next item

shipt outlines how much time you'll need to get your delivery there on time

communication with the client is easy as you can text back and forth while you're

shopping sending images is also an option which is very handy when it comes

to substituting items

you'll want to take care of your canned goods your dry items and your personal

hygiene products before you head on over to your produce, you're fish your

meats your dairy products and then end with your frozen foods

when I got to the deli products it was as easy as reading it right off on my

phone

everyone at the store was very helpful they seemed like they really wanted to

help me out

now here's the question I really wanted answered how much was I going to make

for this delivery I spent a little over an hour doing this delivery and that's

because I gave myself a little bit of extra time I bought a hundred and thirty

four dollars worth of groceries for this customer I got paid fifteen dollars and

five cents for that order on top of that I got another five dollar tip this was

pretty good money for this order considering now that I know what I'm

doing I could do this in less than an hour I really enjoyed my first

experience working with shipt so much so that I continue to do orders for them I

would compare shipt to a scavenger hunt you get paid for I would also say it's

like playing let's make a deal you get to choose the runs you go on. Some you

lose and some you win

in two days I did six runs I made a hundred and fifty nine dollars fifty

dollars of that was from tips. So here's my suggestion to you if you're good at

customer service and you like to go shopping then shipt might be a great

opportunity for you

first day. first day?

you like it I take it then

I LOVE IT!

How to Remove Blackheads from Nose? 4 Easy Methods - Duration: 14:57.

How to Remove Blackheads from Nose? 4 Easy Methods

Blackheads covering the nose can become unsightly over time, particularly as they're never mistaken for cute freckles.

At first, only you can see them up close in the mirror.

Then they soon cover your entire nose.

Not only are they difficult to remove from the tiny pores in the skin, but they can cover the tops and sides of a nose, and along the cheeks.

If it's only one, it's barely noticeable, but the more blackheads that are congregated together, the more it makes your face appear darker.

Both men and women can suffer from this condition.

There are store brands of pore strips, but they seem to do little more than pull out hair.

Many people who suffer from blackheads will want to make an effort to remove them, particularly before a special event ahead.

Best Methods to Remove Blackheads from the Nose.

Dermatologists can use laser treatment to remove blackheads from the nose, but the main issue is that scar tissue can be left behind.

For people who wish to look their best, the resulting redness and burns may be counterproductive.

These scars can take weeks to heal up, which doesn't work too well if you have a special event coming up shortly.

The best methods to remove blackheads are through natural recipes and techniques.

And the good news is that since blackheads are located on the epidermis of the skin, it's easier to remove them than you think.

You can try organic face packs, clay masks, and peel-off masks.

And often many of the ingredients for these blackhead-banishing recipes can be already be found in your kitchen or bathroom, so you won't have a great expense.

Here are a few of the best methods to try, from simple to more complex, before booking that expensive dermatologist appointment, or buying that prescription cream they want you to buy.

One Simple Aloe Vera Gel Ingredient to Decrease Blackheads.

This is one of the simplest remedies to try.

Aloe vera gel is sourced from a plant called aloe vera.

You can either grow your own plants and extract the thick gel from inside of the limbs, or you can buy a bottle of aloe vera gel, which you can toss in your bag or purse.

One Ingredient for Blackhead Improvement.

All it takes is one bottle of aloe vera gel to help improve and heal up your blackheads.

Aloe vera gel contains many natural compounds that are beneficial for your skin.

And best of all, since it's full of antioxidants to banish free radicals from your body, it's also providing moisturizing properties for your skin that can actually neutralize the over-production of oil in your skin's pores.

This also assists in stopping that build-up of debris in your's skin's pores and follicles.

Method and How to Use.

Buy the best aloe vera gel you can buy.

Find a brand that contains at least 98% or more of real aloe vera gel, rather than a regular lotion that contains a minute amount of aloe vera gel.

Aloe vera gel is also colourless, so if that store brand is bright green, skip it, as dye additives are in it.

Simply squeeze or pump out a small amount of aloe vera gel and rub it into your nose.

Many people like to treat their whole face with aloe vera's moisturizing properties.

It's safe to use around the eye region, and if you get it in your hair, it simply comes out with a damp cloth.

Use your aloe vera gel up to three times a day, particularly after washing your face.

If there is no noticeable difference after a week, move to number 2.

on this list of easy blackhead removal recommendations.

Recipe for Rinse-off Honey and Oats Nose Mask.

Another simple recipe is to use honey for a nose mask, but this version is easy to rinse off, not being a peel-off mask.

Ingredients List for Honey Nose Mask.

Pour the following ingredients into a small bowl and mix with a spoon.

Pinch of real oats, not oatmeal cereal.

1 teaspoon of honey.

If you can afford manuka honey, then use it.

How to Use Honey and Oats Mask.

Apply the honey and oatmeal mask to your nose.

Only apply it to your nose and not the rest of your face.

Let the mixture sit for ten minutes.

The oats will provide scrub properties, so gently rub the honey around on your nose for a minute.

After that time rinse off with warm water and dry with a clean towel.

Avoid using cosmetics.

Do your treatments twice a day until you see a noticeable difference.

Toothpaste and Salt At-Home Blackhead Removal.

This toothpaste and salt remedy provides some additional cleansing and removal properties. It's also helpful if you just begin to see blackheads developing on your nose that you had previously cleared up.

The chemicals in the toothpaste can help brighten your skin, while the salt acts as a scrub, which is known to remove dead skin cell debris from the surface of the skin.

Ingredients and Supplies List.

2 tablespoons of store brand toothpaste.

1 tablespoon of table salt.

How to Mix and Use Toothpaste and Salt Remedy.

Simply mix your toothpaste and salt mixture together in the palm of your hand, then apply it to your nose.

Add a few drops of warm water.

Massage the mixture around your nose for one full minute.

Rinse off thoroughly.

Pat dry for a fresh towel.

Do not apply cosmetics.

Repeat treatment twice a day.

Recipe for Homemade Peel-Off Clay Mask.

A peel-off clay mask can offer a deeper treatment than simply using an abrasive nose cleanser.

This mask takes a bit longer, requiring more time to mix it up, apply, dry, then peel off.

Ingredients List for Clay Peel Off Blackhead Removal Mask.

Gather together the following ingredients and supplies.

You can purchase them online or from local health and natural foods stores.

1 teaspoon of activated charcoal.

1/2 teaspoon of calcium bentonite clay.

2 tablespoons of tap water or filtered water, or distilled water if you can spare the expense.

1 tablespoon unflavoured gelatin.

(Do not use fruit flavours!) Small glass spoon or bamboo skewer, glass bowl, and a clean cosmetics brush.

Note: It's important to avoid using metal utensils or bowls to make this recipe due to the calcium bentonite clay, because it can pull the metals out and into the clay, which is not what you want to do.

- Now... - Bend at the hips.

You can do this at home for 30 reps.

Before you go on to the names, are there more of these bands?

Are there other bands? What are these bands called?

There's different type of resistance bands.

They start at very light, all the way up to extra heavy.

You could do speed work, you could do

this type of stuff in the living room of my house,

that we're on set of right now, um, filming.

So you can come to my-- you could do it in your living room at home, too,

but I have a really nice living room.

What the ( bleep ) is going on?

- Huh? - What the ( bleep )?

- Okay. - Stop cursing.

I'm just gonna do my Romanian deadlift.

Do your 30. Let's go.

- Yeah. You said here? - Yeah, 30.

Does this go around my neck or my shoulders?

- Right there, perfect. - And I just do what?

- 30. Bend. Good morning. - Is it here?

Yeah, but hinge at the hip a little bit.

- Slight bend in your legs. - Here?

Yeah. Turn so the people can see you.

Should my legs be spread shoulder width apart?

- Shoulder width apart. - Okay.

I'm not trying to complicate it for the people at home.

First of all, we just want you to move.

We wanna challenge you guys

to be better than you were yesterday.

Good job, Kevin. You're working your gluteus maximus.

Right here, you're working your hamstrings.

- Boy look good, don't he? - Okey-dokey.

There you go. 30, kid. You got to do 30.

What's next after my 30, boss?

All we're gonna do, we're just gonna do some shuffle,

squat shuffle right here back and forth in my living room.

What's the purpose of the squat shuffles, boss?

Why do you wanna complicate everything when we just simply--

I want you to tell the people what the exercises are doing?

I simply just wanna motivate the people to move at home

and not complicate things.

So you don't want the people to know what they're working on?

- Yeah, they're gonna feel it. - Let's do squat shuffles,

and hopefully we fix something.

Are we trying to fix something or we trying to burn?

I'm doing a hypothetical shuffle, boss.

That's not hypothetical.

What's hypothetical about you moving?

Because you won't tell me what I'm working.

I just told you, you're working your glutes,

your hamstrings, you're working legs.

Is that simple enough for you?

- Now it is. - How do you-- okay.

Thank you. Don't ask for much.

- I said that in the beginning. - What's next?

We're doing squat jumps.

Kev can't do squat jumps because he hurt his self

- trying to play basketball. - That's my personal business.

Squat jumps. Resistance bands squat jumps.

You can do these at home. Let's try it, Kevin.

Now are these also working my legs?

Working your legs.

Working your gluteus maximus, you're working your legs.

Now, for those people who may not know

- what a gluteus maximus is-- - That's your butt.

What's funny?

This is my time to tell the people--

Say it-- say it again. Say "That's your butt."

Okay. So right now, you're saying my chest should be up?

- Just shut up and do it. - And then jump.

There you go. Good job, Kevin.

It looks good.

My girl does it better, but it looks good.

What? All your girl works on is her legs.

Yup. Here at "What The Fit,"

we challenge you guys to do this--

- That's it? - You want more?

We got the resistance bands. What else could people do with the bands?

Okay. I got another move for you that's really cool.

So, we're gonna do thruster squat press.

We're gonna challenge you guys at home...

- There you go! - for 50 squat press

with the resistance bands at home. That's very simple.

You wanna tell them what this is working?

- This here-- - You're working legs and shoulders.

- Keeping your chest up. - Oh, yeah.

- Come on. - Can't do that. My groin.

My groin.

We challenge you all at home.

I don't know why this man

makes these episodes difficult.

That's been another episode of "What the Fit,"

followed by a very informative mini workout session

with Ron "The Boss" Everline and myself, guys.

Honestly, take these moves, apply them to your daily life.

Can I ask you a question before you leave?

- Can I ask you question? - Yes?

Is it simple or is it complicated to move?

Why did you-- is it simply because you wanted to be better?

- Why I started moving? - Yeah.

Well, because I'm different. I'm great.

No, no, no. He simply wanted to be better than he was yesterday.

Don't let him tell you something different.

It's all about compound interest,

and everyday small sums of effort make you better.

- All about compound interest? - Yeah.

- Jesus Christ. - You save a penny today,

you have two tomorrow.

You save a penny every day, you got--

you see what I'm saying?

- "What The Fit." - Yeah.

Ash

The florist hadn't fertilizer anymore

Doesn't matter

Are you hungry ?

Yea, sure !

Who are you ?

Why are you taking photos of us ?

*take pictures of them and run back*

*someone must have seen us*

No ! Wait a minute

Come in, come in Auguste

Can I get you anything ?

No, thank you Hortense but I just ate

How was the ride up ?

What's a weather ! But I drove well

Good evening Auguste !

How are you ?

Did the rain wake you up ?

No, in fact, it rocks me

I hope workers won't have trouble coming tomorrow

Workers ?

How expensive is that ?!

And you should have asked me

No, look at you

You must take care of you

You've already done a lot for us

We'll fix the whole attic

The walls must be destroyed, they were built in a hurry

Well, I'm going to check the tiles

If we have to change some

It's not worth it Auguste

I'll be quick

Why does everything look so familiar ?

That is to say ?

I don't really know

This place has always given me a feeling of déjà vu

I also have those feelings

Sure, but it's stronger than that

I'm living them, as if they were a part of me

Did you hear your dad again ?

It has nothing to do

Forget about it, would you ?

You necessarily heard him once to recognize him

I told you it has nothing to do

Moreover, it's impossible that I have heard him

I don't have any memories of him, neither visual

I was offered this house as I left the orphanage

I never met anyone from my family since this time

Grandmother and grandfather died

When you were still a child

However, the voice I heard is familiar to me

This house is yours

I just want you to recollect

On my wife's grave

I won't be there for her anymore, so...

Her name was

Pauline

It's been 50 years, she died of tuberculosis

I will come here from time to time

If it doesn't annoy you

Yes

Sure

You'll always be welcome

Your name ?

Arden

Auguste Arden

This house really attracts me

It's a reassuring place

I think so too

Then, why are you selling it ?

I'm old nowadays

I don't want to climb 2 floors to take a bath

I see

If you pretend to a large family

This house is ideal

Workers have called

They will only be able to come tomorrow

Because the machines are too heavy

And they would be stuck in the mud

Ok

Do you know if Auguste changed broken tiles from the rooftop ?

I don't know, he didn't tell me anything about it

He was in a hurry

Ok well

I'm going to swim a bit now that the weather is nice

What are you looking for ?

There is nothing to see here

Mom ?!

What the hell are you doing ?

What's wrong with you ?

We are hunted down

Someone takes pictures of us, we have to call the cops

Calm down, that's probably a thunderbolt

You confused

No honey, it's not the first time

Last night, someone was outside, we are observed

But, why ?

Cover the windows with newspapers

He will leave if he doesn't have what he wants

Run to your bedroom

I'm scared

Come, we have to hide ourselves in the attic

They will come to kill us

Wh... What's that ?

My desire to forget the past leads us here

At the meeting of our destinies

I lived in this house

And you bought it from me

I know you remember

But do you remember

When you took a picture of me ?

Do you know the myth of Pandora ?

Zeus vowed hatred to Prometheus

After he stole fire by offering it to humans

To avenge himself

Zeus created Pandora

A woman

Whose the sole goal was to be seduced

By the Prometheus' brother

What he did

The day of her wedding

She received a box

That she had prohibition to open

However

She succumbed to her desire

And scattered all the evils which were contained

On Earth

My box

Is the wall

Behind the painting

Either the workers will destroy it

And you will open the Pandora's box

Take pictures of them and run back

Or you can go on closing your eyes

I remember

I took the photos myself

Don't shoot !

She only listened to us

I beg you, let my daughter alive

Go into the house

Fuck ! What did you do ? And the little girl ?!

What's your name ?

Auguste, and you ?

Hortense

Burn in hell

Memories

Are only what we got

When forgetfulness cures you of a misfortune

It's when you remember about it

That's everything goes in ashes to erase it

Dr. Brabrand Visits Lees Corner ES - Duration: 3:41.

Hello Fairfax County Public Schools. It's Scott Brabrand your superintendent here. I'm here

at another amazing Fairfax County school with principal Bob D'Amato at Lees

Corner Elementary. First of all Bob you do so much around professional

development it's a great reminder actually that the week coming up we have

professional development days. A teacher work day on Friday and a professional

development day on Monday. Very important that you go to the division and school

professional development days and get good learning out of it. But Bob, you put

a lot of structures in place for adult learning. Talk a little bit about what

you've done here at Less Corner.

Absolutely, thank you for being here, Mr. Brabrand, Dr. Brabrand.

Some of the structures, the main structure is collaboration.

You know that is HUGE.

Those CLTS are huge aren't they?

Very important. CLTs, our school leadership team all of those play a huge part in everything that we do

here at the school. So, collaboration positivity, having fun. I mean those are

big messages you have to have those things in place and plus relationships.

Those are very important to this school.

You know Bob, it was so exciting today.

I saw you had 94.7 FM the morning show folks. The Tommy Show, yep.

Coming and talking about Portrait of a Graduate and the real value of communication as a skill that

our young people need to know.

So today we're talking about working together.

We're talking about working with your best friends, or working people who you've never met before.

And that is called collaboration.

We were talking a lot today about Portrait of a Graduate and skills.

And you've been very intentional about staffing your building around Portrait of a Graduate.

Tell me about some of the trades and some of the intentionality

and the kind of staff positions you put here at Lees Corner and why.

Sure, absolutely. We really focus on our literacy. We're really working hard

on our writing program and in embedding that into our balanced literacy and so

when I look at staffing I try to have the best people those literacy people in

the right place.

You created two literacy positions.

Created, uh, yeah, a position and a half-two. Position and a half.

To help in that PD so our teachers here at Lees

Corner receive additional PD during the day on their writing and working with

the new curriculum language arts mapping of that. So that's been fantastic. Another

area is our advanced academic. We have full-time academic teacher here and she

helps build on this critical and creative skills in the (inaudible).

And you really put equity first in that because you're providing some of that resource teacher

support for all kids. Absolutely every every child in our building is receiving

every service that we can possibly have and we are a site center for special ed

additionally and we make sure that all our resources are in place as well for

all our special ed children as well as our advanced academic. This this school is

about embodying the whole child.

And Bob something else I've seen you do. We've talked about Portrait of a Graduate we've talked about professional

development but you've really baked Portrait of a Graduate and professional

development into your master schedule. You told me one hour every day is

devoted to collaborative time for teachers, is that right? Absolutely. And

understanding that's is unique and we can make this these types of things work

but in our schedule here at least for know every grade has one hour every day.

That's amazing. We use utilize one of those for CLT time and then the other

one is planning with their their teams and also the additional literacy time

that I shared at the beginning and ending of their planning. It's clear you're a

real instructional leader. One of the, another amazing principal here in

Fairfax County Public Schools. Bob thanks for all you do! Okay. Amazing things

happening here at Lees Corner!

Have you ever had a health coach? Here's how to optimize your mitochondria health - Duration: 18:05.

- Hey, have you ever had a health coach?

My name's Benedick Howard, and that's my gig.

So if you'd like to find out more,

listen to this testimony from Simon.

Simon had, major pain going on in his neck

and degeneration in there and pain going

down his shoulder.

He'll tell you more.

But in 10 weeks, I think it was, he'd gone from

like, major pain, to like, knowing that

he'd mastered what I had to teach him.

So aloha.

Enjoy this.

- After having the Skype session with Benedick,

I was able to tell that he wasn't a scam.

So I decided to join his coaching program.

Well the coaching program included both

equipment and lessons.

I got two pieces of equipment two weeks later from Russia.

One of which was a PCM 6 handheld unit.

And the other was a Vertebra back unit.

When I got these units, I had no idea what to do with them.

But then, after having the training with Benedick,

I can tell you now that I'm pretty much

a master of these devices.

Now I would say the pain, which was very bad

for me initially, has been reduced by more than 50 percent.

And I don't think I will need to go to surgery

in the future.

Well definitely I would recommend Benedick's

coaching program to everyone out there who has

a similar condition as myself,

which is cervical disc herniation.

I would highly recommend one of Benedick's technique

called the Ninja 2.

With the Ninja 2 technique, which I learned

near the latter half of his lessons,

I was able to reduce my pain substantially.

So if you decide also like myself to go ahead

with Benedick's coaching program,

make sure you learn this very great technique.

Well anyway, I'm signing off now.

Cheers from Hong Kong.

- This video, what you saw, it's fairly typical

of what the results you can get.

Now, we're not just musculoskeletal and stuff,

it can be a whole wide range of issues.

And it's all from tingling the body

from these electrodes.

This is what Simon got, was one of these DENAS PCM 6s,

and if you look on the left there,

the Vertebra there,

pop it right up, and

my left, your right, I guess,

between the two of these,

between using the Vertebra and learning how

to do it, and using the handheld device,

he used electrical stimulation in this region down in here

and various other places, in order to boost up

his energy, solve the pain, and actually

rejuvenate the tissue issues

that were going on underneath.

So this is totally possible, it's not out of

the ordinary, right?

In fact, what is so ordinary now, for me,

having worked with these devices for all

of these years, seems like miracles

to most people.

However, with electricity, it really is quick

to do that, just to numb down the pain

and actually solve the pain issues,

right, so you solve the pain, and

you boost the energy, because electricity

boosts the energy in the body,

and you've got more resources to do whatever.

So if you're, like, waking up tired in the morning,

and even after a good night's sleep,

kind of like me last night but it was only four hours,

but it's like I felt groggy and slow in the morning,

and that's my normal self, and that's because

my energy was low.

So if you're waking up tired in the morning,

we can quickly boost that so that we get that energy

back, naturally.

Now this is the thing that people don't understand.

They don't understand how electricity works.

But if you go back to this quote, and I'll put it up here,

in full, from Tesla, you know, he sees electricity

as possibly being the doctor's best medicine,

or and words to that effect.

So what he's saying there, is actually being

kind of like hidden from us all the way through.

We talk about Tesla and we talk about alternating currents

and radio waves and magnetrons and

all this different stuff that he's well known for,

but that quote there is because he used

electricity regularly on his own body

in order to solve pain, to energize himself, right?

And that was just the beginning.

What the Russians did years later was

got into testing this, and refining it,

and by changing the electrode dynamics,

they managed to get a whole different

range of frequencies or whole different

range of activities initiated in the body.

So that initiation causes these whole things to cascade,

and what happens is the long C fibers,

is that they generate these neuropeptides

and the neuromodulators, in fact the electrical

sine wave or wave form of the electrical current

coming from these devices, is designed to

literally release neuropeptides

and neuromodulators from the nerve fibers.

So that's the regeneration potential for you.

Because we can solve the pain,

we can numb it out, and if you look at Chris's arm here,

we'll just flash it up there, he had

third degree burns down his arm here,

and those third degree burns let the pain shut off

but more importantly, he slept that first night.

In fact, he slept over the next 12 days,

until those scabs were off, and

you can see it in the video.

And that is the extraordinary benefits of what these devices

or what this technology can do.

Now my name is Benedick Howard, I'm a health coach,

but my expertise is in microcurrent application strategies

for long-term results.

And so my health coaching combines those to give

a whole new resonance to the body, electrically.

And so what we're doing is fortifying the body,

we're strengthening the body, so that it

can do its job better, right, and just simply by using

these little devices.

Now, they have a lot of different frequencies

and a lot of different settings in there,

in fact this device itself has

24 programs built in.

Plus, different frequencies sets that you can use.

And let me splash up some of the programs

here on the ... so that you can see

what this one is about.

So these have preset programs that you can dial in here

and use the onscreen directions to put it

in the right locations, so that you can maximize

the result, and get better again.

Now, funny though it may seem, and I can understand

you must avoid this temptation, right,

to really investigate what I am saying,

or to discredit what I am saying to you.

Because that temptation we have a lot, as to new things,

and when there's some technology like this that has

30 years, three decades, of proven results,

you begin to wonder what's going on and

why haven't I heard about it if it's that fantastic.

Well, the truth is, guys like me have been

living in the rainforest and different places

around the planet, and I've been really applying this

the last 12 years or more.

Plus, I've been working in sound fields before that.

So I've come out from the rainforest now,

just to really launch this, and I'm looking for

20 coaches that I can train and qualify

in using these application strategies

to help other people.

That training I'm gonna detail in more,

so if that's something you'd be interested in,

you know, sign up.

More details on the training you can find in

another video.

The short and thick of it is I have a Bronze,

and a Silver, and a Gold, and a Platinum levels,

and the Bronze and the Silver are for,

the Bronze is for the, this unit, which

is what I call a self-study program,

it's for people that just want to study it

and get some result, right?

And the Silver is for the Vertebra over here,

and the Vertebra it's amazing what that device does.

It sends different frequencies and different patterns,

charges those electrodes up in different patterns

and sequences, with different frequencies,

so the whole spine gets these stimulation

going up and down.

And it's quite remarkable what that does.

It can be really deeply relaxing,

but because it's feeding in through the spine

and all of the nervous system into the organs,

it's supporting the whole torso there.

And up into, it also puts up in here, too.

So that device is what, say, Simon used

to get those results.

So we have two trainings.

So the Bronze is the hand held,

and the Silver is for a "loner" training,

a self-study training, with the Vertebra.

Now the Gold is more long-term.

The Gold group coaching is you really want to master

what we can do with these devices,

because we can show, we can pinpoint,

we can exactly pinpoint by measurements that

we take with this device on the body,

we can exactly pinpoint where you need to

apply the microcurrent.

Well, let's face it folks, if you've got pain,

it's certainly in those areas to begin with.

But once it's settled out, you can apply this

to certain areas of the body and take numbers and readings

and actually get data, biofeedback data off this,

as to the condition of the energy in your body.

Think of it as cell phone, think of it as

like charging up a cell phone, right?

The battery is flat, the computer doesn't work, right?

It doesn't even fire up.

Well maybe that's like you some mornings

when you're waking up tired in the mornings.

Or you've been on those exercise things,

or diet stuff, and all those dogmas are

not really working any more.

And the reason for that is because your body

is low on energy, and energy equals electricity

which equals, in this condition,

microcurrent application, and the strategies

to get the results you need.

So the coaching program is at the Gold and Platinum levels

and the group coaching in the Gold.

So it's really looking at the hundred and something

different settings that you can use in here

for different applications.

So there's a lot in here, and as the body changes

and we're all unique, right, and as the body changes,

things change.

And so, we adjust those application strategies

according to those changes.

So it's a dynamic, fluid thing that's happening

when you start to charge and measure in the body

where these electrical currents and

where things are low and high and blah blah blah, right?

It's a lot of fun.

Because what we're doing here is

we're discovering a whole new way

of looking at, hmm,

at health.

Because nobody's actually done this,

from this health coaching perspective.

So not only do we look at the microcurrent stuff,

which I'm an expert at, I've been doing it for a decade,

over a decade now, been studying it like crazy

and getting phenomenal results for all sorts of people.

So with those results, what's happened,

is it has brought me to another level of wanting to

make changes in the world.

So I have this desire, this goal,

this high goal of "Changing the Face of Medicine".

Because literally, and I know this may be hard

for you to believe at the moment,

because of the indoctrination of decades,

if not centuries of medical "stuff,"

purely by applying electricity to the body

you can get these 88.50 percent cure rates.

You can get this 99, 90 plus percent cure rates

for the musculoskeletal, no matter what you could,

especially when you've got this device like the Vertebra,

and you know how to apply these modes.

So it's quite phenomenal.

So my goal here is to change, literally,

to change the face of medicine, and I really invite

that to come from you, as an individual.

To make these changes on this planet now

we have to step forward individually.

I have to come out of the rainforest

individually and get this message across to you.

'Cause it's not as bad as they would

like you to believe, right?

The fear shit is like fear shit.

And when you've got the electrical energies,

if you do get these disturbances,

emotional disturbances, you can address those

electrically, too.

Remember that part that I was telling you about,

maybe I lost you, I was talking about

how the long C fibers release the neuropeptides

and neuromodulators and you're going like,

"Yeah, well, I take those in supplements and pills."

Like, no, wrong.

You can get the body to generate that stuff

naturally, in it, just by tingling it.

And that's how connected we are.

Now when we get disconnected, you know,

disconnected from the ground,

when we're getting disconnected from the sunlight coming in,

that's when things start to fall apart.

That's when the main powerhouses in the body,

the mitochondria, fall apart.

And so they can no longer function fully.

That's again, because the electrical energy has gotten low.

And that's again because it's not being replaced.

So, by using microcurrent, we can vastly

accelerate the charging of the mitochondria

and, in particular, the mitochondrial membrane,

and the ATP cycle, and electron chain transport,

at the end of that, all of this has to do with electricity

and the 100,000 bioelectrical reactions

happening in your body at any one time.

A whole bunch of stuff.

So we're really like a computer.

All of these electrical actions that are

happening in the body are caused,

the proteins have different electrical properties to them.

And so we're all like computers.

We run on that energy.

So the microcurrent is the missing link.

So I invite you to "Changing the Face of Medicine" with us,

with me, to get in on whatever level feels appropriate,

at the Bronze, which would be alone, a self-study,

the Silver, would be the self-study for the Vertebra,

the Gold coaching, which would be actually this unit

and the Vertebra, which would be a group coaching,

and the Platinum, which would be for people

that are coming in to the coaching program.

So aloha, my name is Benedick Howard,

this is a pleasure bringing this to you,

see if this one would fit.

You know, for the Bronze training,

you get one of these devices, and you can actually

choose different models.

This one is exceedingly, exceedingly good value.

And, I would recommend everybody start at this level.

But there are other models available,

like the ENART 911, like the early T models,

like the RITM units as well.

And this one DENAS PCM 6,

simply because it's got way more settings,

or as many settings as some of the

3,000, 4,000, 5,000, 6,000 dollar units.

So I've got this Bronze training,

and that's the handhelds, only the handhelds,

and the Silver training, which is for the Vertebra,

and the Gold, which is a three-month coaching package

with the handheld and the Vertebra, and me,

one-on-one, 24/7, for three months

to optimize your health.

To move you so that you have more energy in the morning.

That you're not waking up tired.

That you're feeling vibrant.

That you're connected to your desires.

You're connected to your vision.

Talking about being connected to one's vision,

this year I released my Wellness Ninja Manifesto.

And it has Five Uncommon Energy Secrets.

And in there I've detailed five uncommon ones.

I've shared one of them, so that's one down,

there's four left, actually there's

a whole bunch of interwoven text in there,

about my background as an engineer,

about my time in Africa,

about my time working with sound and sacred geometry

for years, and taking over the work of Dr. Randall Baer,

and then more recently, in the last 15 or so years,

working with these handheld and the Vertebra units.

So that's a brief only, but in that

Wellness Ninja Manifesto, there's five

uncommon energy secrets.

I'd really like you to study that,

because in that manifesto, and if this coaching is

right for you, and if you're in a self training,

that's fine, you don't need to implement it,

but in that Wellness Ninja Manifesto,

I detailed how you can get that long-term results

by putting in place the mindset stuff,

the vision stuff, and all of that that goes with it,

and ongoingly reviewing it, just like you were

running a successful business, right?

So your life, now, is your investment.
