Or just meticulously put together your own DOOM

with this 1,000 piece puzzle.

Alright so since the last episode I finished up my first play through of Nier Automata

It was awesome. I say first play through because like the first game this actually requires multiple play throughs.

to experience the whole thing. Not just multiple endings but literally the game changes

the more you play it. So other than this, I also finished up Shin Megami Tensei IV Apocalypse.

It's really really good. It's a big step up from its predecessor SMT 4.

If you're not familiar with this series, it's kind of like if Pokemon was really evil.

Next up on my list will be the epic Persona 5 which I'm really, really excited about digging into.

I'm a huge fan of the Persona series which is kind of like a sister series

to SMT. Anyways I'll let you know what I think about that next time. For now I wanna show you something really cool that I picked up last week.

Okay. Alright so this right here is the Game Boy Player. It's a Game Boy

advanced adapter for the Nintendo Game Cube. This thing is getting pretty tough to find.

I actually got it through a friend of mine on Instagram. There's a great community

of game collectors on Instagram and I actually post a lot of special editions and stuff so

if you wanna see more gaming stuff follow me over there

Now this includes a boot disc and finding the adaptor with the boot disc is actually pretty tough

So if you come across either of these at a garage sale or a flea market

definitely try to pick it up because it's really cool so let's hook it up and

we'll see how it works. It actually attaches to the bottom of the Game Cube

It hooks right up to this port and then there are two screws that you have to secure

So we'll just tighten these screws. Now that this is secure to the Game Cube

just pop in a Game Boy advanced game like Metroid Zero Mission

which is an awesome remake of the original Metroid. Turn it on. Well let's check it out.

As you can see you have a number of options here.

You can do full screen or normal which won't mess up the aspect ratio and you can also change the frame or background

behind the screen. Camouflage there.

Obviously I like the outer space background so we'll go with that.

and there you have it. Game Boy advanced through the Game Cube

thanks to the Game Boy Player. Alright so that's my latest pickup, the Game Boy Player

If you have one of these, let me know what you think. If you played SMT IV Apocalypse, let me know what path you chose.

I chose the path of friendship. And if not just let me know what you think of ham. Okay.

and as always thanks for watching.

Elgato Game Capture HD60 S - Unboxing PL/ENG Subtitles - Duration: 3:31.

Lately we have received quite a lot of questions

about how do we record our gameplays from racing games

available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.

We've contacted Elgato and this is an answer to your question:

This is Elgato Game Capture HD 60 S.

It is a device that allows recording gameplay from consoles,

which we connect to our PC or laptop.

HD 60 S is a successor to the HD 60, which has debuted quite a while ago.

In this video you will se unboxing of it,

the next one will feature a setup guide, how to record gameplays from console.

Of course on the front of the packaging we can see how the Elgato looks.

We have information that we can stream and record instantly.

On the back we have a screenshot showing the software,

few important notices, like live preview thanks to speed of USB 3.0,

of course it records the gameplay in 1080p, 60 FPS,

it has a built-in editor, all needed features and options to live stream,

ability to add live commentary and "Flashback Recording",

which means that if the Elgato software is up and running when we're playing,

but we haven't turned on the capturing,

and something funny or important has happened in the game,

we can still record it thanks to this.

We can see all the inputs and outputs: Audio, HDMI and USB Type C.

There are also system requirements for recording without any issues.

So it's time to open it up and see what's inside.

OK, this shows that we need to connect device to PC,

console and then download the software from Elgato's website.

This is our capturing device, Elgato HD 60 S.

This is the HDMI output,

and these are audio, HDMI and USB 3.0 Type C inputs.

Safety notice.

These are all the cables that we are going to need:

USB 3.0 Type C to USB Type A.

And a HDMI cable to connect the device to console or TV/Monitor.

And as a bonus - a sticker.

As I've said before, this is just an unboxing,

next video will show how to set it up with console,

and how to record gameplays from games.

If you've enjoyed the video, leave thumbs up.

And subscribe to MotoGamesTV channel.

On My Shelf II [CC] - Duration: 7:31.

Hi everyone, it's Lily, and today I'm

going to be doing the On My Shelf Tag. So

this is just like a kind of video thing

that is around booktube a lot, and I did

this I think over a year ago now. And i just

think it's a really fun video, i get to

talk about some books that i don't

always talk about in videos so much. And I'm just

in a really chatty mood, I've literally

just decided to do this on the spot, so I

thought it'd be really fun, I just get to

chat about some books that I don't

always talk about on my channel.

Because I just decided to do this like

now, I've just got the numbers up on a

random number generator. So I have 10

shelves that i keep my books on currently. I

do have three bookshelves in my room.

So i have this one behind me which you

can see which has five shelves. And this

has all of my young adult books on them as

well as my TBR shelf. And then i've got a sort of

six cubbyhole bookcase in front of me

which you can't see, which has most of my

adult books and classics and like just

big classic anthologies and things like

that. And then there is a bookshelf to my

right and to your left which is on a wall

and at the moment my family are just keeping

some books on there, and there are some

free shelves which i will end up using

eventually as well because like I have a

lot of books. So I decided to go with six

combinations so I'm gonna be talking about six

books today so let's just get into it. So

the first combination I got was shelf

8 and book 2. Shelf eight is my graphic

novels and kind of just other random

literary fiction, literary adult fiction

shelf. I kind of organize my books by themes

I guess, like I have a favorite adult

book shelf and a favourite YA series.

So I kind of do it by genre,

and themes but it's not particularly

organized in any way other than that. So

the first book that i'm gonna talk about today

is Saga volume 1 by Brian K Vaughan

and Fiona Staples. I'm sure you guys will know

what this is about. It's like the most popular

graphic novel series on booktube. And this

is actually the first graphic novel I

ever read. I really wanted to get into

them but I wasn't sure where to start

and everyone was talking about this so I

just decided to pick it up. I am now six

volumes into the series and I really

enjoy it. I know the seventh volume has just

come out I do intend on getting it at

some point but graphic novels are

really expensive. And so I think maybe,

because I'm not like desperate to get to

the seventh volume in the series, I might just

wait until like my birthday and just get

them. I really do enjoy them they're

just really expensive. This is a space opera kind of

graphic novel series about these two

characters here who are from different

species. They're kind of warring and its

kind of illegal for them to be together

but they have a baby which is obviously a problem. So it's kind of

following them and everything that they

kind of encounter

because of that. It's really fun, really

good, lots of action and really fun

characters. The next combination i got

was shelf 3 book 17. And shelf three

is my favorite YA series shelf. And so

the book that i got from that shelf was

Six of Crows by Leigh bardugo. And I

wasn like 'oh I talk about this series

a lot' but actually i don't think i do,

I don't think I talk about it enough, as

much as I love this series. You guys all

know what this is about, it's a magical heist set in the

Grisha world. I just really really love

this, like I really enjoyed the Grisha

trilogy, it is also on my favorite series

shelf, but this is just like a whole other

level. Like I'm so attached to these

characters and I hadn't felt this

attached to characters since i read The

Fire and Thorns trilogy and before that it'd

been a few years since I felt really

attached to characters in this way. And I

just love all of them, they are all my

children. And like the plot in this is

good, I do you think that this book is

slow to get into definitely, I didn't

really mind that because I felt like we

really got to know the characters

through that. It has a lot of backstory in

this but again I don't mind because I'm

a character person and I like learning a

lot about characters especially if

they're as interesting as they are in

here. But I can see how that might be a bit

slow for people or they might get a bit bored. I

just thoroughly enjoyed this book and Crooked

Kingdom. I do prefer Crooked Kingdom a

littl bit more to this. But if you haven't picked up

this series, I'd really recommend it

because they're really good. The next

combination that I got was shelf 6 book

7. And shelf 6 is basically some

classics and some literary fiction that

I wasn't as keen on. There's a lot of

books that I read for school and then just

some other literary fiction I've read

that I didn't hate but just wasn't as big

a fan of. And so the book I got there was The

Secret History by Donna Tartt. I actually

read this this year. It was the second

book I read this year and i buddy read it

with Reggie from don't stop readin'

which was a lot of fun. And I picked this

a long time ago, I was just rediscovering

my love for reading after I left

University. And I read it and it was okay, it

wasn't mind blowing, it wasn't the best

thing ever. I liked her writing kind of, i

appreciated what it was trying to do, I

just felt like it was way too dragged

out. I didn't like the characters,

you're not meant to like the characters but

like I didn't love to hate them I just

didn't like them at all. So it was fine but

it wasn't as good as I thought it was going

to be. The next combination I got was

shelf 5 book 1 which is my TBR

shelf. So i haven't read this book, and book i got was

Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë. I

actually got this edition in Barnes and

Noble when I was in

America. So if you guys don't know I spent three

months in America in 2015, I worked at

a summer camp through Camp America. And when I was

staying with my dads friend who lives in

New York State just on the New York/Connecticut

border, I was staying with him to go to

New York City. One day I instead went to a town

over the Connecticut border, I'm totally

blanking on the name of, it has a big

shopping mall. I went into Barnes and Noble and this

was really cheap, I think this was like

five dollars. It was very cheap. And it

has deckled edges and I thought it was a

really really pretty cover. One of my

really good friends from camp loves the

brontës and so she was like 'Lily you

haven't read Wuthering Heights what are you

doing'. I always meant to read it. I don't think

I'm actually gonna like this book very

much, which is why it's still on my TBR but i

do want to read it so i can have like an

informed opinion. I know i'm not going to

like the characters but i am interested

to read it and see what everyone kind of

goes on about. The next combination is

shelf 9 book 12 and shelf 9 is again

it's kind of like adult contemporary/

literary fiction, there's a lot of Jodi

Picoult on there, Time Travelers Wife, so like

those kind of books. And so that book was

The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah. I read

this last year and this is a historical

fiction novel st in world war two in

France and it follows two sisters who

are very very different and just how

they experience the war in their

different ways. One is kind of I guess

more passive but they're both kind of

rebellious for their own ways. One is just

kind of more I guess actively rebellious

compared to the other one. I cried at the ending, I remember crying at the end a lot.

I just thought this one was really

well done. I do really love historical

fiction, I'm a history student so like yeah.

I thought that the character

development of the characters was really well

done. But there was one

little thing there was a scene in here I

remember I felt was weird which is

why it didn't get five stars from me. I think

I gave this like four or 4. There were

just a couple scenes that I felt like

were just really odd and didn't fit in with

the rest of story. Overall I did really

enjoy this book. And then the final

combination i have is shelf 2 and book

20 and so shelf 2 is my YA contemporary,

YA historical fiction kind of shelf, so

it's got both of them on there. And the book that

was chosen, book 20, was Liberty's Fire by

Lydia Syson. This is set in 1871 in

paris during the revolution

that happened that year. And it follows

the commune that arose from that and

then Bloody Week. And it follows four

different characters and I really really

enjoyed this. I think that the way Lydia

wrote the historical setting was so

vivid and you really felt like you were

there. There's a romance in this book

that to be honest I wasn't like a

hundred percent on. Like, i just, i'm a hard

sell on romance to be honest. But I

did really like the two other main

characters in this and I found the two

characters of Anatole and Zephyrine interesting

like as characters, I just wasn't a

a fan of their romance. And yeah this

also has lgbtq+ character in here which

I wasn't expecting and which was a really

nice surprise because there are not a lot

of lgbtq+ characters in historical

fiction even though obviously they

existed. I gave this four

stars, really liked it. So yeah guys that was

the On My Shelf tag, let me know what you

guys thought of this let me know if you

guys would want to see a video like this

again, I really enjoyed making it. If you've

read any of these books, let me know what you

thought about them. I hope you guys are

all having a lovely day and that you enjoyed this video.

And I will see you soon in another one. Bye!

all having a lovely day and that you

enjoyed this video and i will see you

food in another one sorry

Shadowhunters // Alec & Jace: A Sacred Band (Jalec AU) - Duration: 2:33.

I'm Jace.

Alec.

This whole parabatai thing seems oddly intimate if you ask me.

You don't know the half of it.

Do you remember Achilles, the hero of Troy?

He loved Patroclus.

I will be your parabatai.

There's no human bond that compares to what Alec and I have.

We're bound together for life.

I was so proud.

We make a great team.

The best team.

We fight together.

Among the bravest, the best of the Shadowhunters.

You're hereby sentenced to the City of Bones to await trial for the charge of high treason...

...and aiding Valentine in the war against the Clave.

Alec!

What are you doing? You're scaring me!

I can't live without him.

If one of us were to die...

Alec!

You can kill me.

Just please, let me get to him first.

I love you, Alec.

I love you, too.

The Clave in their wisdom has exonerated him from all crimes.

Will you marry me?

You've made me so proud.

Alright, you ready for this?

As ready as I'll ever be.

I'm glad you're here with me.

Wouldn't be anywhere else.

If aught but death...

...part thee and me.

С чего начинается Родина? - Вячеслав Козленко (2013) - Duration: 2:14.

What's a beginning of the Motherland?

It begins with a picture in your ABC-book;

With your good and true friends,

Living in a neighboring yard.

Or maybe it begins

With those songs that the mother sang to us;

With those things, that in any tests

No one cannot take away from us.

What's a beginning of the Motherland?

It begins with the cherished bench near our gate;

With this little birch tree that in a field

Grows, bending in the winds.

Or maybe it begins

With the first spring song of starling,

And with this country road

That looks like endless one.

What's a beginning of the Motherland?

It begins with windows, shining in the distance;

With the father's old Budenovka

That we found somewhere in our closet.

Or maybe it begins

With a sound of railroad wagon wheels,

And with an oath to it, that in the youth

You've taken deep in your heart.

What's a beginning of the Motherland?

3 of the Strangest Moons in the Solar System - Duration: 4:22.

The universe is full of weird and exciting things, a lot of which we still don't really

understand — from giant electrical currents in distant galaxies to stars that look like

they're surrounded by some kind of alien megastructure.

But even just within our own solar system, there are plenty of strange hunks of rock.

Because the solar system has some ugly, pockmarked, and sometimes very potato-like moons.

First up: Miranda, Uranus's largest moon.

Miranda has some very distinct features that have left astronomers wondering why it's

so ugly.

In addition to the usual craters and pockmarks that cover any rocky object with basically

no atmosphere, Miranda has deep, almost parallel gashes running along its southern hemisphere.

It kind of looks like a ball of yarn, or like a giant space monster was playing basketball

and fumbled the ball.

What's especially weird about these deep grooves is that they are confined to three

regions called coronae, which is just Latin for "crown".

Astronomers do have some ideas about where these features come from.

One possibility is that Miranda was hit by something so large that it actually broke

the moon apart, and the patterns formed as the pieces clumped back together.

Don't you love if astronomers aren't sure how a thing formed, they'll often suggest

that it got hit by something else.

More recently, researchers have suggested that the ridges and grooves are actually Uranus's

fault.

As Uranus and Miranda orbit, they pull on each other, deforming each other a little

bit.

And that deformation would generate some heat inside Miranda — maybe enough heat to lead

to geological activity, like icy volcanoes or stretching, which could have formed those

ridges.

There are still some unresolved questions, though.

Like, why do the ridges only show up in the southern hemisphere?

And why only in the coronae?

We might have to wait until the next mission to Uranus to find out.

Then there's Iapetus, one of Saturn's dozens of moons.

Iapetus looks like a half-moon cookie, but not because it's hidden in shadow.

Half of it is covered with some unknown, dark substance.

It also has this big ridge running along the equator, which was discovered by the Cassini

orbiter in 2005.

Scientists have come to a kind of consensus about the dark material: they believe it's

caused by two factors.

First, Iapetus sits right inside the Phoebe ring, which is an enormous, diffuse ring that

astronomers discovered surrounding Saturn in 2009.

Dark material from the Phoebe ring falls into Iapetus, mostly on the leading side.

Second, ice sublimating, or vaporizing, off of Iapetus's surface leaves behind a residue

of darker particles that were suspended in it.

The part of the moon that's already a little darker because of the material from the Phoebe

ring is also a little warmer, so more ice sublimates on that side.

The equatorial ridge is still a mystery, though!

One option is that Iapetus used to have rings — or "moon moons", if you will — but

the ring material fell into Iapetus, creating a ridge along what was once the ring's orbital

path.

It's also possible that Iapetus just used to be very squat, and the bulge is all that

remains from that period of its life.

Hyperion is another of Saturn's really odd moons.

For one thing, it basically looks like a haggard, gnarly potato.

It's about as big as something can be before its gravity forces it into a more spherical

shape.

Well, the astronomer's standby answer of "it probably got hit by something" applies

here too!

Astronomers think that Hyperion looks like a potato because it's the leftover fragments

of a larger moon that was hit by something enormous.

But those fragments didn't have enough mass into a compact, spherical shape, and instead

are more like a big group of different rocks.

You may have also noticed that it looks a lot like a sponge.

That's probably because Hyperion is mostly ice, and not very dense.

When it's hit by meteorites, they just punch down through the ice like a very aggressive

knife through butter, giving it that spongy look.

But even though it's mostly ice, Hyperion is a lot less reflective than we'd expect

ice to be.

So there's a layer of some substance on there, but astronomers don't know exactly

what it is.

It looks a lot like the stuff on Iapetus's dark side, and Hyperion is very icy, so sublimation

might also play a role on Hyperion.

And Hyperion doesn't just look weird — it also acts weird.

Its rotation is super chaotic, meaning that it's very hard to predict which way Hyperion

will be facing at any given time.

That probably comes from the way Hyperion's lopsided orbit lines up with the orbit of

Saturn's largest moon, Titan, which leads to a gravitational pull from Titan that keeps

Hyperion's orbit lopsided, and its rotation from stabilizing.

So, these moons are kind of ugly, and fantastically weird.

But studying them has also taught us a lot about the history of our solar system.
