Youtube daily report Jun 19 2017

Hello! Welcome back to my channel.

Today's video is May Favourites.

Finally, I'm filming in my bedroom, I've filmed in all different rooms in my house recently.

So I can talk to you all about what has been my favourites during May.

Damn it, I've missed a couple of monthly favourites videos.

I think I've missed three.

Because I have been busy with my college life and my illness too.

I've been feeling unwell for a month.

Finally, I'm starting to feel better recently, improving, ups and downs really.

I'm sure some of you guys don't know what medical problem I have.

I've been ill for four years now within ups and downs.

The illness I have is Ulcerative Colitis (inflammatory bowel disease).

The illness comes from have ulcers in my colon (toilet problem).

School/college always make my colitis worse, flare up

so Its been very hard. Ive been trying to put up with carrying on attending school

and managing my colitis at the same time.

Recently, I never attended my college for a month to take care of my colitis.

I'm feeling better now as my colitis has calmed down.

Anyway, let's move on to a different topic.

Yeah, damn it.. I've missed a couple of monthly favourites videos.

Time flies by, that's why!

I remember back in the beginning of 2017,

Im determined to do monthly favourite videos every month without failing, as they were my 2017 goal.

Now, I've failed my goal. Oops.

It's hard because the time has gone so fast.

I'm so excited to chat to you all about what has been my favourites through May.

Enjoy watching this video!

Let's start with the video, woo!

Whatever.

Because, England's weather has been really nice recently

and I'm going on a holiday in the beginning of July

with my friends.

This is my very first holiday aboard with my friends without my family.

Wish us luck!

I'm so excited about it.

So, I've bought so many Summer clothes and things.

So far, I've spent so much money. OOPS.

I'm really broke at the moment.

What do you need to protect your eyes from the sun?

Sunglasses, obviously.

I've bought new sunglasses that I've been obsessed with during May and June.

I just LOVE them,

They are a gorgeous colour like a mixture of pink and purple.

They look good for the holiday, taking pictures of me sunbathing with these sunglasses.

The colours are like tropical

which matches the holiday's style.

The quality is amazing.

These sunglasses are from Urban Outfitters.

Plus, some of you know how much I love looking in the mirror,

these sunglasses have mirrored lenses on them

which means I can use them anytime if I forget to bring my own mirror.

I now can see myself lol.

This is the other reason why I love these sunglasses.

The second product I've been loving during May is..

This is my zodiac sign necklace, cancer the crab.

The birth date of Cancer is middle\end of June to middle/end of July.

My birth date is between then.

I love wearing this necklace as it makes me feel proud of my zodiac sign.

Last year, I did a video with my hearing best friend (Bestfriend Tag)

we thought my zodiac sign was Leo which was a mistake.

My birthday is on the 2nd of July.

I was born in 1999 which means I'm turning in 18 soon.

My birthday is in less than 3 weeks time (2 weeks now).

I'm so looking forward to my birthday, turning 18 finally!

I've been waiting to turn 18 forever and it's now the time soon.

Cancer has plenty of facts which are like me

like, for example, my personality.

A lot of them are true.

At the first, I thought zodiac signs were fake like not really true.

I've realised that they tell the facts about me which were out of the blue.

Wow, I'm impressed.

This necklace is from Urban Outfitters again.

The price is affordable, its only £10.

There is an image of a crab with cancer spelt under it.

Here's the other product I've been loving through May.

It's a fake tan.

Because my skin is really pale, like milk.

My skin is white as that colour

I'm not even joking

Maybe a little bit.

Sometimes I feel like I want to make myself look a little bit brown

for special occasions such as parties, birthdays, going out for a meal with friends etc.

In SuperDrug, I've been searching for the best fake tan to use.

I've picked this one as it looks good.

It's called Solait Bronzing, the Mousse - Medium Tan.

The smell reminds me of fruits which are lovely like summer fruits.

I felt like the fake tan will make me look so dark.

On the next day after using the tan lotion, I washed it off and the results are amazing.

There weren't any patches on me.

It looked perfectly smooth.

I've bought this fake tan with a tanning glove to help rub the tan in properly.

It lasts roughly 4/5 days, depends on how hard you wash it off.

If you wash it gently then the tan will last longer

which is good.

Last month, May, I went to Dagenham Market with my dad and sister

to buy cheap clothes and summer things for our holidays.

I had my eye on a lovely bag which I've fallen in love with.

I was like, I'm definitely buying this!

I'm loving images of the flowers.

Some of you guys might know how much I love flowers.

The colours of them, pink and white mix is gorgeous.

This bag is nice for night outs on the holiday.

This is like a fake Ted Baker bag

but totally worth it.

The bag wont break easily.

There is a strap, if you don't want the strap then you can take it off.

If you want the strap with the holder then you can use them.

This is perfect as you can have two choices.

There are plenty of the zips in the bag to keep things safe.

I've bought this bag with the purse that looks the same as this bag.

I cant show you my purse today.

I was stupid. Last weekend, I went to Color Obstacle Rush which was the best time

I just loved it.

I put my purse in my friend's bag as my bag was too small to fit the purse in.

When I went home, I totally forgot about the purse

until I felt something was missing then I've realised that I've left my purse

with all my things in like my bank card, my freedom pass etc!

I hope my friend will give it back to me very soon.

There is plenty of space in this bag.

Normally, I do not like reading books

as I'm not a fan of reading.

Id rather watch movies than reading

because I like watching the movement, people's facial expressions.

I'm not good at imagining things while reading.

Anyway, my mum has bought me a book which I've fallen in love with.

I got addicted reading it recently.

This book is about...

It's called 'Get Rich Vlogging',

Zoella did it, Alfie did it then you now can do it.

I just like these words as they're powerful.

This book is giving out advice/tips how to be successful on YouTube

like which camera are the best to use, YouTubers should be themselves etc.

A lot of good facts about YouTube.

It's interesting to read this book, I just love it.

It also gave me ideas, it makes me want to save money to buy good equipment.

How to improve my YouTube Channel too.

This book is from Amazon.

There are lots of different books to pick and my mum just picked this book

because my mum knows how much I love YouTube.

My mum kept it a secret for a while and surprised me with this book which was lovely.

Thank you to my mum.

This is my dream catcher necklace.

I've loved dream catchers nearly the whole of my life.

I have dream catchers in my bedroom as they stop me from having a bad dream.

I believe that dream catchers actually work.

I've always dreamt of getting a dream catcher tattoo

but at the same time, I'm scared to get it done.

Wearing this necklace makes me feel safe and it looks lovely too.

Now, I'm going to show you my beauty products that I've been loving during May.

I absolutely love using this lipgloss.

This is a Metallic Rose Gold lipgloss.

Normally lipsticks do not suit me

finally, the colour of this lipgloss does suit me.

I love having a bold look.

The colour of this lipgloss is just incredible amazing and is affordable too.

This is from Superdrug, Revolution.

I will show you.

The pigment is just amazing which means I'm impressed.

I recommend you to buy this lipgloss, 100% definitely.

I'm not good at looking at eyebrow makeup, I know a lot of good eyebrow makeup

but I would like to get the PERFECT one.

I went in the shop, Benefit and I saw this eyebrow cream which I've heard of

as they're popular.

It's called Ka-Brow.

My eyebrow shade is 3.

This is a cream eyebrow,

normally, I prefer powder eyebrow

but from now, I like cream eyebrow the best as it stays on the whole of the day

and gives a nice look.

This is what I'm using right now.

It also gives my eyebrows a nice shape.

Finally, the last product I'm showing you are...

Victorias Secret body sprays

I've bought both of them for only £10 which is so affordable.

Victorias Secret's reality: SO EXPENSIVE.

They're just cheap for Victoria's Secret.

They smell AMAZING.

The smell reminds me of holiday.

This body spray smell stays all day

This is called...

I can't even read it cos the writing is too curly.

I think it's called Pure Seduction, I'm not sure if I've spelt it right

because I just couldn't understand the writing.

I will take a look on the website.

I can't describe what it smells of but the smell is just lovely.

It's called Pink Sunset.

Ahhh, they smell so LUSH.

The smell is like coconut.

This body spray, the Pink Sunset is good to use for the holiday.

This is my favourite one.

Okay, that's it.

That's all the products I've been loving during May.

I hope you like the products.

I will add the links to these products to the description box.

Don't forget to subscribe!

I hope you have a lovely day, I will see you again soon.

Byeee!

Thor: The Dark World (2013) CLIP | Odin & Thor 'I Will Win This War' & Stan Lee Cameo (Scene) | HD - Duration: 4:14.

The universe rotates on a 5,000 year cycle

and once a cycle, all the worlds align.

Imagine... Imagine that this is our world.

Oh, thank you. And this is another world.

Normally, they're separate.

But during the Alignment,

everything is connected, all nine realms.

All nine realms are passing through each other

and gravity, light, and even matter,

is crashing from one world to the other.

But if this happens to us now, the result will be cataclysmic.

My gravimetric spikes can stabilize the focal point of the Convergence.

This time, the Alignment

and all the other worlds would just pass us by.

It's beautiful.

It's simple. Any questions?

Yeah.

Can I have my shoe back?

Heal. You will need your strength to reclaim the Aether.

And when you wake, we will kill them all.

Jane Foster?

You need to come with us.

We are still unable to restore the palace shields.

Our artillery cannot detect them.

Even Heimdall cannot see them.

My king, we are all but defenseless.

She's your prisoner now?

Leave us.

I do not wish to fight with you.

Nor I with you.

But I intend to pursue Malekith.

We possess the Aether.

Malekith will come to us.

Yes, and he will destroy us.

You overestimate the power of these creatures.

No, I value our people's lives.

I'll take Jane to the Dark World, and draw the enemy away from Asgard.

When Malekith pulls the Aether from Jane,

it will be exposed and vulnerable.

And I will destroy it and him.

If you fail, you risk this weapon

falling into the hands of our enemies.

The risk is far greater if we do nothing.

His ship could be over our heads right now,

we would never even know it.

If and when he comes

his men will fall on 10,000 Asgardian blades.

And how many of our men shall fall on theirs?

As many as are needed!

Ah!

We Will fight!

Till the last Asgardian breath.

Till the last drop of Asgardian blood.

Then how are you different from Malekith?

The difference, my son, is that I will win.(CoolestClips4K)

We can't have you spilling blood here.

Although to most, this compound is known only as the first Magitek production facility,

to you this place should have some sentimental value after all, it is your home sweet home.

Now you finally come home to Niflheim, my son.

Lose your will to live and you'll lose all hope of me helping your sorry ass.

Got it?

You're wrong, I'm a Lucian!

Castle Ammersoyen and surroundings | Touring The Netherlands #6 - Duration: 9:10.

The medieval castle at Ammerzoden (alternatively spelled Ammersoyen) is one of the most complete medieval castles in the Netherlands

The current building dates mostly from the first quarter of the 14th century.

The castle is now a museum.

Next to the castle stands the Reformed Church.

The nave has been in a ruined state since the seventeenth century.

The protestant community in Ammerzoden was not large enough to maintain the entire church.

The community decided to retreat into the choir, which was walled off.

The rest of the church fell into ruins. A rarity for the Netherlands.

The river Maas. Castle Ammersoyen was initially built right on its left bank, but the river has moved since.

Close to Ammerzoden, on the edge of the village Well, stands another medieval keep: Slot Well

The castle is in private hands and not open to visitors.

The former bend in the river Maas is still visible in the landscape today.

The Wordragenstraat and Hoge Heiligenweg follow the old bend and are built on the remains of medieval dikes.

The Reformed church in Well was finished in 1546. The tower is much older, it dates from the 12th century.

John J. Sbrega, Ph.D. - Celebrating a Legacy - Duration: 16:26.

With a deep sense of humility,

of profound respect for this magnificent institution,

especially its extraordinary community of colleagues in learning,

and inspired by the great academic chain of being

that's been forged throughout the ages,

I humbly and eagerly accept the presidency of Bristol Community College.

With unqualified commitment and

boundless enthusiasm, I dedicate myself to

this College and to this community.

I first met Jack in the fall of 1999.

He was one of the people we invited to come to the

college to be interviewed for the position.

I think right off the bat he made

a very good impression on a lot of people.

Well it had a great history under

President Farley and before that President Hudnall.

It's ideally located in terms of a

community college, I think, with now

they call them gateway cities.

I don't think they call them that then.

Low levels of literacy, low levels of

educational attainment.

This is ideal position for a community college

and I wanted to be part of that growth

One of the most important things is location. location, location.

And it has to be nearby, accessible, and easily obtained for the students.

And that was a big lesson for me.

Community college campuses

have played an instrumental role in the

revitalization of the downtown area.

And I know, and I'm very confident that

that will happen here in New Bedford as well.

We're part of the community.

We're not just in this city, we're of the city.

I thought that what would happen by

opening a campus in New Bedford would be simply,

to move current BCC students

who lived in New Bedford, simply closer to home.

And not necessarily a great influx of new students.

And how wrong I was.

We surveyed the students in New Bedford and

some 60% had not been in higher education,

and let alone not being at BCC.

I used to hear from a lot of people in New Bedford

that wanted to take courses that they just couldn't get

to Fall River because of transportation.

Because a lot of our students that go to

our New Bedford campus, they don't have cars

You can't rely on public transportation to come to Fall River.

But because it was right there and they got

programs that they can do on weekends.

It's very affordable to a lot of people

in New Bedford who might not have had a chance to go to college.

In addition, this partnership, at first with the

Princeton Review and then with Higher Education Partners, HEP,

enabled us to form a very productive public-private partnership

that was a pioneering effort

and attracted a lot of attention.

We were able to put in state-of-the-art labs.

Expand our nursing program. Open up some other health programs.

As well as our liberal arts and other offerings that we normally do.

We're standing in front of a literally a dream that's come true.

The opening of our Bristol Community College center at Attleboro.

This center is the fulfillment of our dreams

and will be a place where dreams come true for countless area learners.

BCC has had, and still continues to have,

a tremendous impact in Attleboro.

Mayor Judy Robbins at the time and I

were anxious when Jack contacted us.

He was very pro trying to do something in Attleboro.

And we are very excited that he had shown an interest.

We were able to get this Texas Instrument campus building.

And it's worked out just terrific. We have remodeled it

to state-of-the-art equipment and labs

befitting what the residents of greater Attleboro need for their education.

This is a perfect opportunity for us.

It was a great place for the convenience of our residents.

It's a great economic development tool for the city.

And it's been a resounding success.

What a milestone event for Bristol Community College.

We're very pleased to

welcome you to this brand new Taunton center.

Bristol Community College Taunton Center at the Silver City Galleria Mall.

Taunton again we went through a number

of buildings and the financing just didn't work out.

And then all of a sudden this idea came open at the mall.

Another public-private partnership.

A pioneering project that kind of broke the mold, if you will.

And they got a lot of attention.

A lot of publicity as we moved into the mall and it's state-of-the-art.

The impact on the community in Taunton is

I just can't say enough about what BCC has

done for our families our children's moms and dads.

I've had the good fortune to go visit some of the classes at BCC.

The impact in terms of their employment opportunities

and their self advancement has just been incredible.

I think people will look back on this day as a kind of a turning point.

Here is another step for Bristol Community College.

And I'm just very excited about this.

Workforce development and adult basic education

and English for speakers of other language.

Those areas are crucial in economic development.

You can't go very far without earning

that high school equivalency.

Or being able to communicate in English.

And also being trained as a worker.

Businesses may not necessarily know about it,

but they rely on the work product

that comes out of the facility on Davol Street.

There are many colleges that I have learned that say

that they have a workforce center.

Or say if they have a workforce academy or an Institute.

There is nothing like what has been created here at Bristol Community College.

I've always believed that higher education

should not only profess what should be done.

What the community should do about this topic or that topic.

But we should model it and do it ourselves.

It's important that the college stand as a

beacon for the importance of sustainability.

We've showed that it could be done.

And there is a bit of an investment cost.

But it's quickly paid back in the outcome.

For example, the solar panels provide 70% of the electrical costs of the campus.

The new building is zero. So it costs nothing

to the College to maintain if you will

in terms of electricity and utilities.

So it is something that we're very proud of.

We have to be of the community,

not just in the community.

A part and parcel of the community and that means going to

these events and being attuned to what

what the needs are throughout the community.

It helps us with our programming but it also ensures in them,

them, the people in the community,

that BCC is standing by as a resource to help any way we can.

I wanted to marry faculty research interests

with the needs of the community and the college.

To have a particular interest that fits in

with the community is very important and or betters the college.

So some of the examples of the Presidential Fellowship:

The Luso Centro was the first one.

And it turned out to be still going strong

today and marries the great Portuguese

Luso-speaking culture that we have in the whole region.

You know if you're teaching five classes,

if you have a lot of committee work,

or if you're doing some of the other release time work,

there really isn't the time to pursue a particular thing.

So I really appreciated the fact that that I had those opportunities.

And that he provided those opportunities.

Our Trustee chair,

Joseph Marshall is a Vietnam veteran

and he was instrumental with getting us some

funding to move forward with a veterans center.

We're very excited about that

and continue to strengthen the services that are available to our veterans.

We also have a Multicultural Student Center,

the Women's Center.

We are very excited about all this.

We're expanding the health center.

These are all student services at this point.

I hope that we can expand it in the future into community services.

I wanted to marry BCC with the community

and recognizing the great achievements of Dr. King.

But also in a larger scale, to become a warm and welcoming

environment for all points of view.

And I'm very proud of that the

community breakfast continues to this day.

And we have a course, a free course

for community people on the writings and speeches of Dr. King.

And I thought it was a wonderful way to honor him

and demonstrate BCC's commitment to diversity.

The idea is to promote community feeling about BCC.

Every game we're in the newspaper about BCC.

And it is a recruiting tool

You know what is very important is that not

just for the athletes but for faculty

and staff and other students who come to the games.

And they get into the spirit.

It's been one of the heart warming things of my career

to see dedicated faculty and staff and students

coming to the games regularly.

There are probably a hundred thousand people in Bristol County

who have taken college classes,

improve themselves, improve the lives for their families,

improve their community, because of his leadership.

That's personal impact. That's civic impact.

It's community impact that makes us stronger and better able to compete.

More and more people have come to realize

the importance and the value of community colleges.

The affordability for their

children and other students who want to

see in price comparisons and the quality.

It is no good unless there's great quality.

And we have the best faculty in the world here.

Since I came here President Sbrega has been nothing but super supportive.

I mean we have facilities that rival most four-year institutions.

So we have state-of-the-art equipment.

We've always had his support

in traveling to various conferences and training opportunities.

So I can't say enough about how supportive he's been

of the life sciences and biotech specifically.

His thing has always been

about the students and...

it's the present the future students the present students and the past students.

One of the things that I think

the students really like about him is that

he's very involved with the student body.

So he'll have maybe like an

International Day or orientation or just

like a club event and he's always there

you know talking to students getting their concerns.

So I think I think his leadership and

just his presence in general is going to be very missed.

When I met with Jack, he was the reason

why I actually came to BCC.

I had really researched the position.

I had researched the college. And it truly is a BCC family.

And he was responsible for that.

Jack has an addiction to popcorn.

He loves popcorn. When he has a bad day

if I'm around I know, I always made him some popcorn.

And he very much enjoyed that.

Try to give him the low sodium the low, you know,

a little bit of butter not much butter.

The healthier one. But he loves popcorn.

And not too many people know that.

Well I believe he has the same thing for lunch every day.

And I don't know if that's okay to share that, but.

And it's a lovely lunch but it's a homemade bread that his wife makes him.

And he has that every day for lunch if he's in the office.

Large paper clips.

Yes, yes, oh yes, yes, he wants large paper clips.

The large. The jumbo.

No. He does not like those little ones. No.

I think his dedication and devotion to

BCC has been absolutely outstanding and unsurpassed.

He really...He lives, eats, and breathes the collage.

And no matter is small enough that

he will take it on. And, you know,

whether it's a student and faculty or staff,

you know he'll...He as well, as our office,

you know we are trained to help anybody who

comes through the door or calls us

at least direct them to the appropriate

person. And Jack takes it beyond, you know.

He really takes everything to heart.

And everything really means so much to him.

It was an honor and a pleasure to work with you and the BCC family.

I hope I lived up to your expectations.

Have a wonderful retirement with Jo-Anne and your family.

He was the community's president.

I mean he was the guy who walked around talk to everybody,

knew everybody. Wasn't up in his ivory tower.

Just you know, ruling. He he he considered everybody a friend.

My wife has just been unbelievably...

Throughout my whole, our whole marriage of 43 years.

She's been just wonderful.

Wonderful understanding uh-huh.

Some of the things... Oh, I got a meeting I have to go to tonight.

There were a lot of family sacrifices that were made.

I think, you know the kids always knew that dad

taught them to follow their dream and

for them to be a part of fulfilling his

dream was just a really important piece to them as well.

Everything about him makes me very proud.

From being a young kid to being an adult,

we've watched him work so hard.

Where...Even when we would be playing

games he'd show up in a suit and tie

because he'd be at a meeting and he

he wouldn't miss it for anything.

He's always always been there for us and

that's when I'm proud of the most.

Being a father now. A father of four. I look back on

many kind of subtle lessons he taught, so.

I draw on his fatherhood more than ever now.

I'm not sure where are we going to go.

I mentioned to Jo-Anne that I would like to

volunteer in the Children's Museum.

As soon as I said I'd have those children

marching lockstep down the hall you know

and get them in order. She said you're

you're not going anywhere near that place.

The first thing he needs to do is

clean out his files, Jack.

And then I hope he's going to be able to find some time

and maybe get into some of his Vietnam history as well.

I'd like to see him do whatever he wants.

Because and I think he

can achieve anything he puts his mind to.

I'd like to see him be with his

grand kids all the time because he absolutely adores them.

Babysit. Babysit or help coach Little League.

We forward to having him around a lot more.

He could do a lot of things probably.

I think he should just like stay here

because he's done a lot of hard work.

Congratulations Grandpa!

As you can imagine there's a long list of

things I'd miss. But perhaps most important

is the personal relationships.

Working with such wonderful people.

I don't mean personal friendships but just

personal knowing all the faculty and the

staff and the students.

I'm going to miss that's going to be a

big void in my life upon leaving.

It's been wonderful just walking outside,

talking to people outside the office.

Talking to people around the campuses

it's been a great thrill for me.

Digital Marketing in 90 Seconds - 6/16/17 - Duration: 1:31.

Digital Marketing in 90 Seconds.

Hi, I'm Melissa Shaine

and this is last week in digital in 90 seconds.

Hubspot shared an insightful post on the

Mary Meeker's annual Internet Trends Report.

Of the predictions for 2017,

Spending on internet advertising

will surpass spending on tv advertising for the first time

and eventually exceed 200 billion dollars.

In addition, and to nobody's surprise,

online advertising is growing, especially on Google & Facebook.

And, in fact, Facebook online advertising revenue

is growing faster than Google ad revenue

at 62% year over year.

Of course, the reports show that

the future of advertising is mobile

and roughly half of ad spending for 2016 took place in mobile.

A.I. in the marketing space is a trending topic, as of late,

and as mentioned by Adweek,

A.I. will change the way marketing is done

by turning to machine learning in order to discover

patterns and data on human behavior,

making every marketing campaign, smarter, predictive,

and more personalized.

Snap officially launched it's self-serve ad manager on Monday,

MediaPost reported, with new features specifically for

smaller brands, like auction buying

and credit card ad purchasing with no minimum required.

They also introduced a certified partners program,

and announced Snap Publisher, debuting next month.

I'm Melissa Shaine, thank you so much for tuning in

to this week's news, and stay tuned

for next week's trending topics.

Sameh Ellaboody Migration Media Award: First Place, TV Category Arabic - Duration: 1:08.

"I'd like to welcome Professor Aboubakr Jamai form Aix-En-Provence University, who is going

to present an award to Sameh Ellaboody, whose winning entry "Eastern Gateway" focuses on

stranded refugees in Greece and Turkey."

My next story which will be funded after this award, is about traffickers, smugglers of

illegal immigrants, and the fight amongst these smugglers which sometimes leads to the

deliberate sinking of illegal immigrants' boats, the reason behind this being the absence

of surveillance of traffickers and the absence of laws incriminating traffickers in Egypt

and the Maghreb region.

Dude, are you seriously trying to kill me?

Why wouldn't I?

Ahh!

I am not one of your experiments!

I ran into your buddies in Tenebrae, you've got them worried sick.

Prompto!

You're nothing but a failure.

Shut up!

Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!
