Cosmic Energy Update Karmic Evolution

by Morag,

The transcendence of Gaia to higher planes of existence offers her travellers a unique

opportunity for total karmic overhaul.

It is the fast track to existential, DNA cellular evolution.

To ride waves of lighter frequencies, to access quantum existence, is to consciously choose

to embrace ourselves as mind body soul beings.

Many of us have energetic armor, a protective shield or wall, we built around us in our

formative years to protect us.

It may have been constructed in past lives or by others in the form of ancestral karma.

Taking off our armor is karmic evolution.

It is to lighten our energetic load, raise our cellular frequencies and create more fluidity

in our energetic body.

We release blockages, shift and increase energetic flow.

We begin to become our true selves.

When we are too much in our head, releasing painful memories, paralyzed by fear or incessant

worrying, we block, clog or cut off flow of energy round and through our chakras.

We can disconnect from our own energy field unable or unwilling to respond to energies

around us.

Our spirit seeks release from pain, we can become dislocated, distanced from our day

to day reality.

Our mind in turmoil, our ego in overdrive and our vibration lowered.

This creates negative cycles, grooves in our mind like hard trodden pathways.

We get stuck on repeat.

To break this we must haul our vibrations up.

We connect to our present.

We engage our senses, we hear, feel, smell, see again.

We awaken to the world in front of us.

We acknowledge our pain but we draw a boundary, a self love line in the sand, that this pain

will not define or destroy us.

Making self care an integral part of our existence is necessary if we are to gain and maintain

balance, equilibrium, inner calm.

This transition of our systems from carbon based to crystalline is the hurdles of lifetimes

compared to other lifetimes.

Accelerated evolution.

Our chance to exorcise eons of karma.

This is a rare cosmic occurrence.

Summon your inner warrior, fight your demons with acceptance, forgiveness and love.

Connect to the present.

Be in the moment not in your head.

This is the frontline beautiful people, seek balance by making peace with yourself, your

past and embracing your present and future.

In love and light.

Mantra:

I am healing, I am protected, I am safe.

I am moving my spirit back into my body

I release all that no longer serves me to my highest purpose.

I am one with universal

love frequency.

House Republicans Block Russia Sanctions Bill - Duration: 5:35.

House Republicans Block Russia Sanctions Bill

by Tyler Durden

After recruiting Trump, the KGB and Moscow have clearly also managed to make all House

Republicans their puppets, because the Senate bill that passed last week and slapped new

sanctions on Russia (but really was meant to block the production on the Nord Stream

2 gas pipeline from Russia and which Germany, Austria and France all said is a provocation

by the US and would prompt retaliation) just hit a major stumbling block in the House.

At least that's our interpretation of tomorrow's CNN "hot take."

Shortly after House Ways and Means Chairman Kevin Brady of Texas said that House leaders

concluded that the legislation, S. 722, violated the origination clause of the Constitution,

which requires legislation that raises revenue to originate in the House, and would require

amendments, Democrats immediately accused the GOP of delaying tactics and "covering"

for the Russian agent in the White House.

House Republicans are considering using a procedural excuse to hide what theyre

really doing: covering for a president who has been far too soft on Russia, Senate

Minority Leader Chuck Schumer of New York said in a statement. The Senate passed

this bill on a strong bipartisan vote of 98-2, sending a powerful message to President Trump

that he should not lift sanctions on Russia.

And, if the House does pass it, a huge diplomatic scandal would erupt only not between the US

and Russia, but Washington and its European allies who have slammed this latest intervention

by the US in European affairs... a scandal which the Democrats would also promptly blame

on Trump.

That said, the bill may still pass: Brady pushed back against Democrat suggestions that

House GOP leadership is trying to delay the bill, stressing that he thought the Senate

legislation was sound policy.

"I strongly support sanctions against Iran and Russia to hold them accountable. We were

willing to work with the Senate throughout the process, but the final bill and final

language violated the origination clause in the Constitution," Brady told reporters on

Tuesday. "I am confident working with the Senate and Chairman [Ed] Royce that we can

move this legislation forward. So at the end of the day, this isnt a policy issue, its

not a partisan issue, it is a Constitutional issue that we will address."

Or maybe not.

AshLee Strong, a spokeswoman for House Speaker Paul Ryan said that "the Senate bill cannot

be considered in the House its current form" according to The Hill. She added that Ryan

strongly supports sanctions and "we will determine the next course of action after speaking with

our Senate colleagues." An aide for Sen. Bob Corker who was deeply involved in negotiating

the Senate deal, said that the House has raised "concerns with one of the final provisions"

of the bill.

"The House has always, in a bipartisan way, followed protocol to avoid Origination Clause

violations. It's the Constitution. It's pretty straightforward," a senior GOP aide added.

And yet, despite the clear procedural issues, Democrats would just not let it go and warned

that Republicans are trying to delay the bill amid pushback from the Trump administration.

As usual, Schumer lambasted the move, arguing they're using the procedural roadblock to

cover for Trump, "who has been far too soft on Russia."

"Responding to Russias assault on our democracy should be a bipartisan issue that unites both

Democrats and Republicans in the House and the Senate. The House Republicans need to

pass this bill as quickly as possible," he said.

Rep. Eliot Engel, the top Democrat on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, added that

Republicans could easily work around the violation by introducing an indention House bill. [But]

I predict this isn't the last excuse we'll hear for trying to slow this bill's momentum,

but make no mistake, anything short of an up-or-down vote on this tough sanctions package

is an attempt to let Russia off the hook," he said.

Another Democrat, Sen. Ben Cardin stressed that he didn't think the Senate bill actually

had a "blue slip" issue, but echoed Engel noting they it could be "easily corrected"

by using a House bill.

Under the bill which was voted 98-2 in the Senate, new Russia sanctions could be levied

on entities engaging in malicious cyber activity", perhaps like those which gave Republican

Handel the victory in Georgia. It would require the administration to explain any moves to

ease or lift sanctions, and create a new mechanism for Congress to review and block any such

effort according to Bloomberg.

And, of course, the most controversial issue, the legislation would also put into law penalties

that were imposed by the Obama administration on some Russian energy projects, a move in

2014 that came in response to Russias actions in Ukraine. It is over this part of the legislation

that America's European "allies" have threatened the US with retaliation.

The White House has said it is committed to existing sanctions and hasnt taken a formal

position on the Senate bill.

Arc'teryx Cerium LT Hoody Review - Down Jacket Review - Duration: 2:57.

Hi there I'm Daniel Zweier the editor-in-chief of Backpackers.com

Today we're looking at the Arc'teryx Cerium LT Hoody, our Premium Pick for the

Wilderness Backpacker, Car Camper and Day Hiker.

Backpackers.com is your first stop for outdoor gear we've done all the hard work and heavy

lifting to research the best gear around and only recommend the best for you

to do this we put here into price brackets and Backpacker Types

Our price brackets are Budget Pick, Classic Pick, and Premium Pick. Pretty self-explanatory, right?

Arc'teryx, or the bone bird as I like to call them, is known as the most

expensive and best quality outdoor gear on the market. Typically that's true.

The Cerium LT Hoody has the trifecta of any down jacket super light super warm and super comfortable

the first feature and what's always most

important for a Down Jacket is warmth the Cerium LT Hood is stuffed with three

point three five ounces of down which is a lot more than your normal puffy it is a

furnace when you put it on I'm hot right now wearing it

The next feature that's incredible on this jacket is the hood the best way to retain warmth with a

down jacket is to have a hood and to use it

the hood is in between technical and oversized so you can fit anything you

need in there like your head or helmet the Cerium LT Hoody also has an elastic

drawstring on the back to tighten the hood so that it's closer to your head

and keeps them even more warmth this is great if it's super windy and cold outside

Another feature that's great on the Cerium LT Hoody is the CoreLoft

synthetic insulation in key areas on the coat you'll find it in the cuffs

the shoulders and the neck of the jacket which are the most prone to getting wet

and it will get wet the worst thing about a down jacket is that it wets out

and it's no longer warm doesn't retain loft and it's kind of like a wet dog

feeling on you The Coreloft in the clutch places makes it dry out much

faster and become a much more versatile coat in inclement weather

the final feature for the Cerium LT Hoody and any down jacket should have worth its salt

in the wilderness is if it can be stuffed into a sack or into its own pocket

so it takes us basically no room in your pack and you can grab it at anytime

the trifecta of warmth weight and coziness with this jacket makes me reach for it

every time I go into the backcountry

That's why Backpackers.com has chosen the

Arc'teryx Cerium LT Hoody as our Premium Pick

for the Wilderness Backpacker, the Car Camper, and the Day Hiker

You can find the full review of the Arc'teryx Cerium LT Hoody on our website including links to

Top 10 Fascinating FACTS About the MARS Candy Company - Duration: 12:31.

Top 10 Fascinating FACTS About the MARS Candy Company

10.

The Milky Way in the US is the Mars Bar in the United Kingdom

Those who live in the United States are very familiar with a candy bar known as the Milky

Way.

It is made up of nougat and caramel coated in chocolate and is incredibly delicious.

The name is actually inspired by the fact that the creator was trying to mimic the popular

malted milkshakes of the day, and not really inspired by our galaxy as some imagine.

Many of us who love this candy bar may take it for granted when traveling, only to find

that it doesn't exist in quite the same form in other parts of the world.

In the United Kingdom and almost everywhere else it is sold besides the USA, there is

a very similar bar – although not made with the exact same ingredients – known as the

Mars Bar, that replaces the traditional Milky Way in those regions.

To make matters more confusing, you may actually see a candy bar called the Milky Way when

traveling abroad, but that version of the Milky Way is actually the European version

of our current 3 Musketeers bar.

And yes, all of these are produced, sold and marketed by the Mars Candy Company.

9.

The 3 Musketeers Has its Name Because it was Once Three Flavors Packaged Together

Many people have wondered why in the world the 3 Musketeers bar has the name that it

does.

It is a chocolate bar filled with a nougat fairly similar to that in a Milky Way, except

airier and fluffier.

It enjoys a certain strong popularity of its own in the United States, but that doesn't

bring most people any closer to an explanation.

Most people cannot be blamed for not knowing either – the package no longer has any three

musketeers on the logo, and it has been a very long time since the product namesake

made since.

The reason it has its name is because originally, the candy bar was packaged to share with three

separate pieces, and each piece was a different flavor – chocolate, vanilla and strawberry.

Not long ago some of you may remember the Mars Company releasing a set of promotional

mini 3 Musketeers candies with the flavors of Cappuccino, French Vanilla, and Strawberry,

as a throwback to their roots.

It would certainly be interesting if they brought back the original 3 Musketeers with

all three bars wrapped in the same package, it would probably be a huge hit.

8.

The Mars Company Also Owns Pet Food Brands Pedigree And Whiskas

When most people think of a candy company pet food is not something that immediately

jumps to mind.

However, the Mars Company has owned several pet food brands for many years now, including

the well known Pedigree dog food brand and Whiskas cat food brand.

Some might imagine that this was simply part of some strategic acquisition or deal, but

Mars is very serious about their pet food business and has been going to great lengths

to increase their market share and dominance in that sector.

Just a few years ago in 2014 Mars coughed up almost three billion in cash to Proctor

and Gamble to buy up most of their existing pet food business, which includes the brands

Iams, Natura and Eukanuba.

The president of their petcare division was excited about the deal and had this to say

"the deal reinforces our leadership in pet nutrition and veterinary science".

We are not saying the Mars Company doesn't own good pet food brands, but we don't think

what most people know Mars for is pet food.

Most people aren't even aware they own pet food brands at all and know them mainly for

their popular candy products such as M&M's or Snickers.

7.

During WW2 M&M's Were Only For Soldier Rations

M&M's have a very fascinating history indeed that is steeped in the lore of wartime.

It is said that originally Forrest Mars Sr. had witnessed troops in the Spanish Civil

War eating chocolate that was encased in a hard candy shell.

He noticed that the chocolate was managing to avoid entirely melting in the hot temperatures,

and he decided he wanted to perfect the idea into a perfect candy.

He approached a man named Murrie who worked as an executive for Hershey's and struck

up a partnership – incidentally their two names are what the two M's stand for.

With World War II starting Mars saw an opportunity and started selling the candy exclusively

for use in soldier rations for the duration of the war.

The troops found it very convenient as it was easily packaged in small tubes, and didn't

melt easily in the heat, making it easy to preserve and transport in the thick of troop

movements.

Eventually the war ended and all the veterans were already big fans of the product.

With chocolate no longer being rationed and the veterans introducing it to their family

and friends, M&M's became the runaway success that they are known for today.

6.

The Snickers Bar Was Actually Named After a Horse

The Snickers bar is easily the most iconic candy in the United States of America.

No one really needs an introduction to this perfect candy bar.

Not only great tasting, but filling enough and with real peanuts which could make it

feel more like a real snack.

It has enjoyed incredible popularity in the United States since its inception, but most

people never stop to think where the name comes from.

Many candy bars have rather odd fanciful names that we never take the time to stop and think

about.

Probably in the case of the Snickers we don't think about it too much because it sounds

rather strange and doesn't seem like it has much to do with the candy at all.

The reason for this is because the Snickers was named after the Mars families' favorite

horse at the time, and they thought it would be fun to name the candy bar after him.

There really is nothing connecting the candy and the horse besides a flight of whimsy.

Strangely though, the name was once again different when it was marketed in the United

Kingdom, where it was originally known as the Marathon Bar and enjoyed popularity at

the top spot for many years.

However, for continuity sake Mars changed the name worldwide to the Snickers Bar and

the sales in the UK dropped significantly.

Generally consumers don't take well to a products name being changed out of the blue

after so many years.

5.

Mars Got Into a Dustup With Vegetarians in the United Kingdom

Back in 2007 vegetarians got angry over a very small amount of potential animal rennet

in their confections.

Mars had told the public that they were switching from a form of whey that came from microorganisms

to a form of whey that comes from rennet – an animal byproduct taken from the stomach of

calves.

After a week of criticism Mars agreed to back down on using it in some of their products,

but was also unwilling to pull it from all of their products entirely.

This left many people who were following a strict vegetarian lifestyle angry with the

company.

They felt that Mars was not entirely backing down, and also that there was still confusion

over what did and not did include animal rennet.

The reason for this is that there was no recall, as too many products had already gone out

and there wasn't any health risk with them – most people, even vegetarians, will not

freak out about a small amount of potential animal byproduct in an already unhealthy candy

bar.

So many vegetarians complained that even though the company was leaving a few product lines

without the whey with animal rennet, that there was no way to know for quite some time

if they might be eating one of the vegetarian unsuitable versions that had already shipped

out.

Mars argued in return that their hadn't been any boycott or noticeable effect on their

sales, and that they were already bending over backward to please a small minority.

4.

Mars Owns Uncle Ben's Rice and Has Tried to Smooth Over the Controversially Racial

Roots

Another brand many may be surprised to know is owned by Mars is the Uncle Ben's instant

rice company.

An incredibly famous product ubiquitous in grocery stores around the United States and

likely other parts of the world as well.

Everyone knows the image and many of us feel a little strange knowing the likely origin

of the image.

Similar to Aunt Jemima's pancake syrup brand, it pictures an African American in a role

that depicts them as a servant preparing food for white people.

The clothes worn by both of them and the title used, as well as the lack of a last name,

tends to give a lot of people misgivings and wonder about what the creators were thinking

when the brand was first designed.

When Mars acquired Uncle Ben's rice not that many years ago they decided that they

wanted to try to change the image to uplift the brand from its controversially racial

origins.

They put together a marketing campaign where Uncle Ben was depicted as the chairman of

the board of his company, in a fancy office overseeing all decisions regarding the product.

The advertising campaign depicted him as a wise leader who always knows best, while still

leaving him with the bow tie he was known for.

The reactions from many African Americans were mixed.

Some people felt that it was a good step that helped rehabilitate the image of the brand,

but others said it felt like it was glossing over the past and trying to hold onto something

they would prefer to go away.

To Mars credit, most people seemed to feel that an honest effort was being made to overcome

the racially charged past of the brand.

3.

The Reese's Pieces in E.T.

Were Supposed to be M&M's, but the Mars Company Declined

E.T. is an iconic movie, and once of the most well known scenes, as well as the most famous

product placements ever in movies, was the scene with the Reese's pieces.

We all know it well, and someone at Hershey's is probably still gloating over the acquisition

of a lifetime.

See, the original candy intended to be used in the film were M&M's and Mars was approached

about doing a tie-in deal with the movie.

In a move that someone may still be kicking themselves for, the Mars Company declined

to have M&M's in the movie or do any kind of marketing deal.

Some people claim that the executive who made the decision didn't want their product in

a movie with a strange alien being, others say that they simply didn't think the movie

was going to be successful and didn't want to tie their brand to it.

Whatever the reason, the Mars Company declined, and the filmmakers were stuck looking for

an alternative.

Realizing there was a similar, but not as popular candy made by Hershey's, they struck

up a deal to use Reese's Pieces instead.

The movie was successful beyond anyone's wildest dreams, Hershey's was able to use

E.T. in their advertising to create a very successful association in the minds of consumers

and sales of Reese's Pieces shot up by a huge margin, gaining a strong share in the

market that they had never had before.

2.

Mars Has Been Criticized in the Past For Their Chocolate Buying Practices

Mars and all the other major chocolate giants have a huge problem that is hard to ignore

– the fact that their chocolate, and essentially all chocolate, comes from countries where

child labor, abuse and oftentimes what amounts to outright slavery are incredibly common.

This has been the subject of many documentaries and lawmakers have tried to force the chocolate

industry into self-policing and helping to end the child labor practices.

After all, the chocolate industry is so rich it dwarfs the economies of the countries it

buys chocolate from, so the power is mainly in their hands.

Many of the chocolate makers have pledged to try to end child labor, but the goalposts

keep shifting.

For many people the major chocolate makers such as Mars, Nestle, and Hershey's are

not doing nearly enough to deal with the issue.

One of the original deadlines to majorly curb child labor was back in 2005, but the deadline

was then extended to 2008 and then 2010.

When 2010 came around the major manufacturers of chocolate candy made a new pledge to reduce

child labor in the Ivory Coast by 70% by 2020.

Not only is that another ten years away, but that isn't even three quarters of the child

labor reduced.

It would seem that companies that have more money than the economies they are buying from

could do more to prevent child labor and exploitation if they really wanted to.

Mars and Other Companies Have Moved Recently to Remove Artificial Dyes From Their Products

Recently many companies in the food industry have moved to start removing artificial dyes.

One of the most famous examples is the move by Kraft to use only natural coloring in their

famous instant macaroni and cheese products.

What may be more surprising is that candy companies are starting to follow suit, despite

not being generally known for trying to appeal to the health conscious.

This shows that consumers today are increasingly concerned about artificial ingredients, even

when indulging in less than healthy snacks.

Mars specifically made the news in 2016 when they promised to remove all artificial dyes

from their human products and move to natural options.

They did add the caveat that this will not happen right away.

They expect to finish removing all artificial dyes in five years, but they are still looking

for some of the best natural alternatives and it will take time to cycle old inventory

out and bring in the new.

This includes any Wrigley products such as Starburst and any other food lines, but does

not include pet products at this time.

While this may not seem huge, moving toward natural dyes can only be a good thing.

More and more studies seem to suggest that many artificial dyes are dubious in terms

of whether they are truly safe to be consuming on any kind of regular basis.

A natural alternative that is proven safe would make people feel better about what they

are eating in a world with increasingly processed foods and ingredients.

2015-2017 F150 Rough Country 2" Leveling Strut Extensions Review & Install - Duration: 5:58.

The Rough Country two-inch leveling or strut extension kit will be one of the most affordable

ways to get your truck two inches higher in the front, not only giving you a more leveled

appearance, but also making room for some bigger wheels and tires.

In fact, with this kit installed, Rough Country claims you can squeeze a set of 33 by 12.5s

underneath your truck without issue.

On top of that, this extremely popular and highly-rated kit here on the site will match

the Zone Offroad two-inch leveling kit for most affordable in the category at right around

that $100 price point.

Installation, you're looking at a two out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter.

Installation time, anywhere from a few hours to a half a day in the shop or garage.

So the big question we always get around here is, why level your truck as opposed to going

with those full-blown suspension lift kits?

Well, it's pretty simple, guys.

It's going to be to get the truck level, obviously, improving the appearance and your ground clearance,

and just to squeeze a slightly bigger set of wheels and tires underneath there as well.

Not only that, 100% of the time, a leveling kit like this is going to be far more affordable

than those full-blown suspension lift kits with the drop knuckles and all that good stuff,

that oftentimes start around $1,000.

But can go anywhere up to $3,000 to $4,000, depending on how crazy you want to get.

On top of that, by keeping things simple with a strut extension or leveling kit like this,

the install is going to be far easier, like we already talked about.

There's no cutting or anything involved, and the ride quality really won't be all that

different from the stock ride quality.

Because realistically, you're not changing the geometry all that much.

Now, sure.

Those CV angles are going to be a little bit more extreme than they were before in factory

form.

But as long as you're not doing any hardcore rock-crawling or off-roading, this really

shouldn't be too much of a concern.

Instead, this kit is going to be a great choice for a majority of F-150 owners out there who

realistically are going to spend most of their time on the pavement, with maybe a few off-road

days mixed in for good measure.

But let's talk about how this thing works.

Honestly, guys, it's extremely simple.

A strut extension kit is just that.

It's a disc that's going to mount to the top of the strut assembly, usually ranging from

one to three inches thick, raising the front end of the truck in the process, while leaving

the rear untouched, giving you that more leveled appearance.

Now, the reality is, these trucks from the factory come with the slightest bit of rake,

and that means the front end is typically a little bit lower than the rear.

This is done for a number of different reasons, but mainly aerodynamics and also towing.

But the problem is, not everybody is a big fan of this appearance.

Now, the Rough Country kit will eliminate that nose-down look, thanks to the two-inch,

6061 billet aluminum spacers that do also include the hardware, of course.

They are going to mount to the top of those strut assemblies like we already talked about.

Now, there are other manufacturers out there that will offer a bigger lift for the front

end, up to three inches-plus, using an extension like this.

There's also companies that are going to offer smaller lifts as well.

But the two to two and a half-inch range will be the sweet spot for this truck.

It's what you're going to see a majority of the time in the aftermarket or in the category.

Now, this is also a great time to point out that Rough Country does offer a slightly snazzier

version of this kit that does also include rear shocks, longer U-bolts, and rear blocks

as well, that will lift the rear of the truck slightly higher in the process.

But ultimately, guys, this is your call to make.

If you do want to check that thing out, it is also here at AT.

You can find that for about $100 more than the kit we have on the table.

Now, before we show you some of the installation, I do want to quickly talk tires, because this

is kind of a 50/50 type thing.

Some owners out there are perfectly fine with leveling the truck, and leaving the stock

wheels and tires on, simply because they like that leveled appearance.

Other owners want to do it to fit the larger tire.

I will say Rough Country does claim you can fit a 33 on with this kit.

We did try it.

I personally think it looks a little bit better, a little bit more aggressive.

But ultimately, again, that is your call to make.

But let's switch gears and talk about that installation here, briefly, gang.

I did stick with two out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter.

Because, yes, there's some elbow grease involved, but at the same time it's not nearly as bad

as those full-blown suspension lift kits that we talked about earlier.

So installation time, anywhere from a few hours to a half a day in the shop or garage,

depending on your expertise and your setup.

As far as your tool list, well, you're looking at a number of different sockets and extensions,

in addition to a few open-ended wrenches.

You're definitely going to need a hammer, and I suggest having a vice ready as well.

Then, finally, a way to get the front end of the truck up in the air, whether it be

lift, jack, or jack stands.

That's totally your call.

Speaking of getting the front end of the truck up in the air, that will obviously be your

first step, in addition to removing the front wheels and tires.

Also, at this point, go ahead and unplug the electric power steering computer.

Now, you can go ahead and remove the tire rod nut, in addition to removing the two brake

caliper bolts and the front brake rotors as well, making room for some work that happens

behind all of that stuff.

Loosen those two lower control arm bolts, but don't totally remove them.

You can now remove that upper control arm nut.

At this point, you can remove the strut assembly from the truck, using the 18-millimeter socket,

and the necessary bolts on the lower portion and the upper portion of the assembly.

Now, once those strut assemblies are removed from the front end of your truck, go ahead

and install the new extensions from Rough Country using the included hardware.

At this point, you can reinstall the front strut assembly, reassemble the front suspension

and braking components, reinstall the front wheels, and your installation is complete.

Now, obviously, this is just a general overview of most of the big steps with the install,

just to give you a better idea of what you're working with.

But at the end of the day, if you don't feel confident with tackling this one, you might

want to give your local shop a buzz.

Wrapping things up here, gang, if you're looking for an extremely affordable way to get the

front end of that new F-150 two inches higher making for a more leveled look, but also squeezing

in a set of 33s, you'll want to check out the two-inch strut extension kit from Rough

Country here at americantrucks.com.

2011-2014 F150 MBRP Black Series 3" Cat-Back Exhaust 3.5L EcoBoost Sound Clip & Install - Duration: 4:44.

This particular cat-back exhaust from MBRP is available for any F-150 owner looking to

pick up a pretty affordable single side exit design cat-back that offers a louder, more

aggressive exhaust note than the factory option.

Now, the installation does not require any drilling.

But it may require a single cut to this here extension pipe, depending on your cab size

and bed length combination.

We'll detail that toward the end of the video.

But I am still going to give it one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter, because

of how straightforward it is.

As you just heard from our sound clips, this definitely beefs up your turbo motor's tone

to sound throatier, deeper, and more aggressive, without going overboard like a Borla Atak.

Inside the car, it stays pretty low.

But once you hit the highway, I will say there may be a very slight amount of drone, which

in my personal opinion isn't really a bad thing.

Now, at idle, you'll get a slight rumble, nothing too crazy.

Not much different than stock, I will say.

But once you open up that throttle, people will notice it's an aftermarket exhaust.

I'm giving this one three out of five on our loudness meter here, and I do think it's one

of the better options for the 3.5 EcoBoost, which we all know is saying a lot.

We all know they don't offer a very favorable tone from the factory, and a lot of aftermarket

exhausts typically don't help.

But in my opinion, this one is a pretty good sound.

The sound is almost directly attributed to materials and construction and, in this case,

the black powder-coated finish does sit on top of three-inch, heavy-duty, aluminized

steel tubing.

Aluminized steel typically isn't the highest-quality materials.

It's not entirely recommended for the guys in those wintery weather areas, fighting with

salty roads.

But again, it is for the guys looking to keep it very budget-friendly.

Now, on top of that, you're getting a bullet-style muffler, typically responsible for the sounds

you just heard in those sound clips.

It does all connect to the three and a half-inch steel tip, also a black powder-coated finish.

Now, black powder coating is on everything.

As you can see, it's not only on the muffler and the tubing, and the tip.

But it's on the hangers and the flanges, and the clamps, which aren't on the table with

me.

But I want you to know, this is a completely head to toe stealthy kit here, for the guys

who are very interested in beefing up durability and giving it a more aggressive look.

Now, MBRP does offer a few options, as far as their exhaust series, all of which have

the exact same sound, just different quality materials.

The Installer Series is the entry-level with an aluminized steel.

This is one notch above that at about $500 if you want the powder-coated finish.

On top of this will be the XT Series with 409-stainless, and the top dog is going to

be the Pro Series with 304-stainless, some of the highest-quality materials you can get

for an exhaust.

It really all comes down to how much you're looking to spend and how durable you really

want that quality to be.

Now, since it is a single side exit design, it is one of the easiest ones to install,

because there really isn't too much to install.

With that said, you might have to make that single slice I mentioned earlier to this here

extension pipe, depending on your cab size and bed length.

All that is detailed in the instruction manual, how much to cut and where to cut.

So if you do have to do it, and I mean if, you want to make sure you measure twice and

cut once.

Once that's taken care of, a ratchet and socket set will handle the rest.

All you'll have to do is unbolt the factory cat-back, unclamp everything, and pull the

hangers out of their isolators.

Once that's taken care of, reinstall all of the MBRP options in the reverse order, starting

from the flanges at the mid-pipe.

Work your way back to the muffler and the exhaust tip.

Overall, one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter.

Like I said, a ratchet and socket set will do the trick.

About an hour or two in the driveway or garage at home.

So if you're the owner of an '11 to '14 3.5L EcoBoost F-150, you might want to check out

the MBRP three-inch, single side exit, Black Series cat-back exhaust, which you can find

right here at americantrucks.com.

2009-2014 F150 Recon Billet F-150 Logo Door Sill Review & Install - Duration: 3:51.

The Recon billet illuminating door sill plates in the brushed aluminum finish will be available

for any '09 to '14 F-150 owner, looking to get a little bit more custom with the interior

appearance of their truck.

Not only does this help with the styling, but it also helps with the visibility hopping

in and out of the truck at night.

Now, this is offered in a brushed aluminum finish with your choice of red or blue F-150

illuminated logos in the middle.

It does carry higher-quality materials, so that'll carry over a higher cost of about

$300.

The installation also requires just a small amount of drilling into your factory door

sill plates and the splicing underneath to get the wiring done.

Because of that, I'll be giving it a two out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter.

The factory door sill plates are obviously all fine and dandy.

But if you're looking to upgrade and go a little bit further with customization, this

is a great place to take a look.

But if you're looking to stay in the F-150 family, this one actually has the F-150 logo

embedded in the materials with a translucent cover that illuminates in your choice of red

or blue.

The Ford logos are also on both sides and covered on top of a brushed aluminum finish.

It has pre-drilled holes in the sides here to mark the locations you'll need for the

install, but we'll touch on that a little bit later on.

Now, if you're not too interested in the brushed aluminum finish, there is a black anodized

finish, both of which are manufactured from a lightweight billet aluminum.

Now, because of that it is warp-free and, of course, will not crack or fade over time.

So it's built to take a beating.

Now, the lighting here will not crack either, as it's not really glass.

It's still covered over by that brushed aluminum.

Because of those high-quality materials and because it is so impact-resistant, this is

definitely going to cost a little bit more than the average Joe door sill plate.

Because of that, you should expect to be spending around $300, which to some guys out there

might sound like a little too much.

But it is definitely good for guys looking for the customization and want that high-quality

material.

Now, it's great for off-roaders, because if you're hopping out of your trucks a lot in

your boots, carrying in the mud, you want something that is going to show off that customization,

but also take the beating in the long-run.

For this price, you definitely can't beat the quality materials.

Shifting gears over to the install portion of the video, as I mentioned in the very beginning,

it does require minor drilling and some splicing to get the job done.

Overall, it's really not too hard.

But for the guys who aren't too comfortable with that job, I will give it a two out of

three wrenches on our difficulty meter.

Now, the holes, as I mentioned, are already pre-drilled into this and have a stainless-steel

material around it, to make sure it doesn't fray.

Now, that does mark the drilling location, so that's pretty much straightforward.

All you'll need is a screwdriver to pop off the factory door sill plate to get underneath

to attack the wiring.

Once you pop off the factory plate, you can see a couple of wires underneath.

You'll get a solid black and a solid red.

Now, with the Recon plate, you're getting a solid black and a black with a white stripe.

Now, black to black makes sense, because that gives you your solid ground or negative connection.

Now, the black with the white stripe will splice to the red wire to give you your positive.

Once those are connected using the splicing connectors provided in the kit, you'll be

good to go.

Now, before you tighten everything up and bolt everything down, and do your drilling,

you definitely want to test the connection.

So throw your ignition switch on and open up the doors to see if the illumination works.

If it does, you can put the factory door sill plate back on, put your Recon one into place

overtop, and drill down into the pre-drilled locations on the plate.

Once that's taken care of, you are good to go.

Overall, I will give it a two out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter, because

it does require a few extra steps, but it's not too hard.

You should definitely have it done in about an hour's worth of time from start to finish.

Just to wrap this one up here, if you're the owner of an '09 to '14 F-150, you might want

to check out the Recon billet illuminating door sill plates available in your choice

of the brushed aluminum or the anodized black finish with an F-150 logo.

Now, this'll be available right here at americantrucks.com.
