Youtube daily report Aug 21 2018

- I was a police officer, and, you know,

moved into my adult life in my professional career.

Being fit and healthy was very important.

When I started at the Police Academy, I was in shape,

I was really into lifting weights.

And so, a lot of that weight was muscle.

I was involved in a very serious car accident.

I was in uniform, in my own personal vehicle,

and a car with three kids cut out in front of me.

I swerved to miss them, and I ended up hitting a tree.

Took seven months of rehab

before I got back to even being able to walk right again.

And when I was sedentary, I couldn't get up.

I still had to eat, and not being able to work out

is when I started to really start to put on some weight.

Before I knew it, probably within a year and a half,

look back and realize that I packed on,

you know, over a hundred pounds.

Not only was I heavy, but was on

three different blood pressure medications,

a cholesterol medication.

One of my best friends is from pretty much my entire life,

we were college roommates.

He and his wife did Ideal Protein together,

and had very good success.

Between the two of them, they lost 60 pounds each.

For me, to see one of my best friends go through it,

it couldn't get anymore real.

That was initially what kinda turned me onto something

that is absolutely doable for me and my wife.

We made the decision to start doing it.

And, my wife loves to cook.

We would cook things together so I would learn how to do it.

I think the fact that we just did

the entire journey together, to me,

that was not only was it a huge motivator,

because we were both losing weight,

but it just made it that much more special, really.

We started to see results pretty much immediately.

I lost 14 pounds in the first week,

and all I did was change around my eating habits.

I didn't get on the elliptical,

I didn't walk, I didn't do anything.

And then, every week, I averaged around five pounds a week.

If that's not self-motivating enough, I don't know what is.

It's not hard.

It's about discipline throughout the entire process.

And if you do that, it works.

I'm now off all three of the blood pressure medications,

I'm off of all that stuff.

It is awesome.

Now, there's a lot of things that I can do

that I wasn't able to do before.

We get some bad winters,

and I can shovel the entire driveway.

And you know, you get a little tired,

but you're not winded, and it's not,

like, killing ya then for the rest of the day.

Because I don't have that extra weight

that I'm carrying around.

And I don't have a small driveway.

My driveway's huge.

Now I can climb stairs.

And I'm not winded, you know, at all.

And my wife and I take our dogs for walks.

But when I had the extra weight on,

that stuff would pretty much put me out of commission.

You know, or I wouldn't do it at all,

because I knew that how I was gonna feel.

You know, I knew that I'd get winded,

I knew that it would make me very tired.

And now I have that energy, you know, and I don't get tired.

(motivational instrumental music)

One of the things we really like to do

is ride the motorcycle.

And, it's one of our favorite, you know,

pastime things to do when the weather's nice.

When I had the extra weight on, it was tough to fit

and maneuver around.

When I was able to lose the weight, you know,

one of the things that we noticed right away

was that how much better we fit on the motorcycle together.

And how much more we can control, you know,

and how much more I can control everything better,

and just the overall comfort of riding it

without all that extra weight.

I'm not afraid of gaining the weight back,

and putting on the extra pounds,

because thanks to Ideal Protein,

I have the knowledge that I need

to make sure that I don't do that for the rest of my life.

Rebel Creamery - Chocolate Review | 6g of Net Carbs per PINT! - Duration: 5:53.

Yes, we are quite aware of your rebel friends. That is a terrible Tarkin. I'm

sorry. Rebel Creamery - Chocolate, starting now.

Hey guys! Welcome to A.D. Keto. My name is Aaron. This is the channel where you

can watch a weird dad work his way through the ketogenic diet. I do some key

to eating vlogs, I do some keto product reviews, I do some keto giveaways. If this

is your first time here, please consider subscribing, and if you do, make sure

you're on Notification Squad by clicking the bell. With a rebel yell, she cried

more.. I think those are the words. "She cried more more MORE."

I think that's it. Any Billy Idol fans out there? Please let me know. I forget. I

had a cassette tape of Vital Idol. I wore that thing out, I'm not ashamed to say it.

I kinda am ashamed. At any rate, this is Rebel Ceamery's Chocolate flavor.

I reviewed Vanilla -- right up there -- last week. You can check that out for some

information about the company. But I'm gonna get right into the review of

Chocolate this week. If you've been here before, you know that I break my reviews

down into four parts: The texture - this is 20 to 23 minutes out of the freezer. Last

time I did a review of Rebel, I left it out WAY too long, upwards of... you know, 40

minutes. I tried to remedy things by sticking it back in the freezer for a

little bit, but it was a little gooey. This should be optimal. Then the next

part of the review is the taste. Do I like it? You know I like me some

chocolate, so we'll see how this does in the taste department. Then I talk about

the carbs. Again, Rebel doing things up right in the carb department. And the

final part of the review is the ingredients, where I just talk about what

is in this thing. So let's get into it.

Look. That is what I'm talking about. So that's about the perfect amount of time,

guys. 25 minutes. It looks to be super- ready to go. Yeah.

Yep, that is chocolate.

It's pretty milky. The chocolate is milky chocolate, which I like. I would love a

little bit darker chocolate in one of these guys, I think. You know? Kind of... the

taste is about what you'd expect from like... a milk chocolate, not super-

overpowering, not crazy strong, not so light that you don't kind of register it.

It's very smooth milk chocolate. Yeah, I like it! Oh yeah, I do like that. All right.

Here is the carb situation. I'll just read you all of the nutrition information.

The serving size is 1/2 of a cup, so 4 servings per container. Sara has

informed me that if I emerge from the basement with fewer than two servings,

she's basically go to file papers. 150 calories, 120 of those from fat. So again,

high calories. 600 calories in this pint. 14 grams of fat, 9 saturated fat, 60

milligrams cholesterol, 20 milligrams sodium, 2 grams of protein. 11 grams of

carbs, 13 dietary fiber... I'm sorry. 13. THREE dietary fiber, 7 sugar alcohols. So that's

a little north of 1. I think they round up their information here, so this is

looking like one point something net carbs per serving. Just like it says on

the front of the package, 6 grams of net carbs per pint. How can you go wrong?

Let's read the ingredients, here. Where are the ingredients? Oh. Again, very few

ingredients. I almost missed them. Ingredients: cream, water, erythritol,

chicory root fiber, dutched cocoa, egg yolks, milk protein isolate, vegetable glycerin,

Peruvian carob gum, guar gum, and monk fruit. Clean as a whistle. Yes. Chocolate.

And yes, I'm going to remove the lid one more time, and have another scoop.

Yeah, come at me people. I don't care.

I'm trying to... it's got sort of a...

The color and the taste remind me of a Three Musketeers Bar, almost. I don't know

why that popped into my head, but that's kind of what did pop into my head. It's

really good, you guys, and definitely support these guys. I said it last week

in the vanilla review -- print out that product request form and bring it to

your local store. Hand it over to the people behind the customer service desk,

and get this stuff in stores. It's amazing, and perfect for keto. That's it!

I mean, chocolate is chocolate. I feel like I've gotten through the very basic

flavors, vanilla and chocolate. Both winners! Stick around. Next week I'm going

to be hitting Mint Chip, I think. So that'll be next week. I hope you have a

fantastic day, guys. I'll see you next time.

One Minute Singing Secrets: How to Be Confident When Singing - Duration: 1:37.

This one minute video is for all singers who don't feel confident in their singing whether

on stage or in a practice room.

Start the clock.

Let's go.

Singing is a vulnerable act.

You are showing your true yourself to the world.

And therefore, you can feel uneasy or even fearful in some situations.

You need to know that it is normal, we all go through some variations of fear when singing,

weather it's on stage, singing in front of your loved ones or trying new skills with

your vocal teacher.

But this is how you can change that: First, just notice your feelings and name them.

Say: "Thank you, fear, for showing up!"

Now, it's time to change negative feelings into positive thinking.

For example, "I feel this way because it is important to me," or "I have felt this

way before and it turned out ok."

Finally, practice your serenity prayer and decide if you are worrying about something

you can change.

If not, accept it.

If yes, change it.

This is how you build calm confidence in singing.

Lui Hill Interview | ♫ 5000 Miles ♫ | Music Maker JAM - Duration: 2:24.

The track 5,000 miles was recorded in South Africa. I only had a microphone and

my computer with me and I was walking around with my field recorder trying to

capture trying to catch all these sounds around me so I took all these acoustic

souvenirs into the song I manipulated them... at one point you can hear a crow

that was flying over my house every day.

Hey there, this is Lui Hill and this is my JAM Backstage

For five thousand miles the video, we basically went to LA and got inspired by

that place these abandoned streets during night time. I think for me getting

inspired in a different country with different people is easier than just

sitting in my studio at home. My music is about like this organic sound. I love

real instruments but I also love the synthetic sounds like 808 drums

synthesizers and they collide in my songs. And I love Childish Gambino, Frank

Ocean, Sohn. Yeah I think if you listen to my music

you can hear references of these artists. Even though I don't try to copy them, I think

I always fail to copy them. My skills are too poor to copy these artists, but

something unique hopefully comes out of it in the end, and it's the Lui Hill sound.

It's important to believe in your own uniqueness, just don't copy too

quickly something that is successful right now. Just find your own voice

and your own colour in music.

Hey there this is Lui Hill, and you can remix my track "5,000 Miles" on Music Maker Jam now!

How to Build a $100 Million Satellite - Duration: 12:21.

This video was made possible by Brilliant. Learn intuitively with Brilliant for 20% off

by being one of the first 200 to sign up at brilliant.org/Wendover.

If you look up, there are 4,708 satellites that came from earth currently orbiting our

planet. Just in the portion of the sky you can see, hundreds of satellites are passing

overhead at any given time. You often can't see them, but they're there making GPS work,

taking images of earth, providing communications, even spying for governments. These satellites

are some of the most expensive single objects that can be made. If you took at tennis ball

sized chunk of the Hubble Space Telescope, it would be worth over $1,500. Modern full-scale,

commercial grade satellites cost in the hundreds of millions of dollars. They're just incredibly

complex objects that require years to construct. Many of the satellites flying over you right

now, though, started their life here at SSL in Palo Alto, California.

SSL is a commercial company owned by Maxar Technologies specializing in satellite and

spacecraft construction. They've built spacecraft that are current in orbit for everyone from

DirecTV to national governments. If you've ever watched satellite TV, listened to satellite

radio, or used satellite internet on a plane, there's a decent chance you've directly

used one of the satellites they built here in their factory. But let's say you want

to buy a satellite from SSL, what do you do? "Well the first thing you do is you pick

up the phone and call us but the next thing you should do is check your bank account to

make sure you have enough money to buy a satellite. Satellites, depending on what kind it is and

where it's going can cost tens of millions of dollars up to several hundred million dollars."

Once a customer makes that first phone call to SSL, there will then be an ongoing back

and forth between them and the customer. Essentially, the customer will tell SSL what they want

their satellite to do and SSL will come back to them with a price. Eventually, if all goes

well, they'll sign a contract. That's exactly what happened a few years

ago between SSL and Telesat—a global satellite company headquartered in Canada that owns

and operates a fleet of satellites. Their satellites are used to broadcast signals,

whether it be TV, Radio, or Internet, for their customers—satellite TV, radio, and

internet providers. In this case, Telesat needed a satellite to provide additional capacity

over the busy North Atlantic region and so they came and signed a contract with SSL to

build their new satellite—Telstar 19 VANTAGE. Soon after contracts were signed, work began

on designing the satellite. In that process the designers usually pull designs for some

more generic aspects from previous projects and then modify them to suit the particular

job. The length of that process can vary widely based off how complex the satellite is but

throughout the process, as soon as they've locked a design in, they'll begin ordering

parts. SSL builds about half their components themselves and orders the other half from

other companies. The decision on whether to order or build in-house usually comes down

to performance. "There are certain components where, depending on what the requirements

are we build higher performance components than suppliers, some of them our suppliers

build better components than we do." Over the years SSL has looked at what it's good

at and what other suppliers are good at and made the decision on what to order based off

that. For example, one of the components that SSL builds are the antenna reflectors. These

are what actually direct signals down to earth and each of them is custom designed for the

region that the satellite will cover. "So this is, for example, for Telstar 18 Vantage,

you can see here that these are these reflectors that would be sticking out on the side and

it's used for sending signals back to earth and all those little dots you see on there

are for photogrammetry so they're used to make sure that the surface is actually exactly

as designed so we have these cameras that take pictures of these and all the dots to

make sure that it was build according to the design." The satellite these antenna reflectors

eventually went on, Telstar 18 Vantage, the sister satellite of Telstar 19 Vantage, will

launch in late August 2018 and soon after will go into service providing data services

over Asia and Oceania so the antenna reflector was carefully crafted to provide signal over

populated areas and busy flight and maritime corridors while not wasting resources on providing

service to areas the company already has coverage for or that would have little demand such

as to the south of Australia. About 9 to 15 months after ordering, the majority

of the ordered components will start rolling through the door and then the bulk of the

assembly process begins. This process is too complex to go into detail on, but essentially

they'll first build the major elements separately. One group will assemble the propulsion system

and framework of the satellite while another will assemble the payload, what the satellite

is actually built to carry whether that be an advanced camera or a communications system,

while yet another group will assemble the super-light and efficient solar panels that

will power the satellite when in orbit. The assembly of the different major components

will take a few more months and then they'll start to compile those different major components

together over a period of a few more months. Each component is tested independently before

and while being installed on the satellite, but once they're all pieced together there

begins an incredibly rigorous phase of testing the satellite as a whole. When buying a satellite

from a trusted manufacturer like SSL, the customer is buying reliability so there can

be no compromise on testing. They need to be sure that the satellite will actually survive

launch and work in space and the best way to do that is to just simulate launch and

space. There are three major factors that could harm a satellite—vibration, temperature,

and sound. The vibration comes as a satellite launches

in a rocket so they test that their satellites can survive launch. "When you put these

satellites on top of a rocket in the payload faring they experience a lot of vibration

loads in the x, y, and z so we're able to simulate those with this vibration table.

It has a baseplate there and you can shake it in this direction, in this direction, or

in this direction so it does in all different directions to simulate the environment and

make sure that it's all operating." The satellite on the table in testing here is

Telstar 19 Vantage itself. This here is just one of many tests where they literally just

shake the satellite and see how it responds. They only last about 60-90 seconds each because

that's how long the satellite will experience vibration during launch until the rocket reaches

the upper atmosphere. They'll also test to be sure that their

satellites can survive the vacuum and temperatures of space. "So, what you see up there, this

big blue pumpkin looking thing like Cinderella's carriage, that one is called our thermal vacuum

chamber, we like to call it the blue pumpkin, and what we use it for is to simulate the

thermal vacuum of space so we'll go down to the vacuum levels of space, you know 10-10

TOR, and we will turn on the payload on different parts of the satellite to make sure that everything's

functioning properly when you put it in space and in addition to that, once it's under

vacuum, we have these thermal panels in there to simulate the hot and cold environment.

So like, when you're facing the sun and the satellite gets really hot, we bring those

temperature to bear and then we make it really cold when it's facing away from earth in

an eclipse type situation and make sure everything's functioning properly."

Lastly, launch is very loud to the point that the acoustic energy could actually damage

a satellite so they make sure it doesn't by simulating the launch environment through

bombarding the satellite with acoustic energy with speakers. There are a myriad of other

tests performed before the satellite is given SSL's stamp of approval, but once it's

ready, the satellite does, of course, need to get to the launch site. The customer decides

which launch provider to use whether it be SpaceX, United Launch Alliance, Arianespace,

or another so the satellite might only need to go as far as Vandenberg Air Force base

a four hour drive away or as far as Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakstan.

The launch site is also partially decided based off what sort of orbit the satellite

is going into. If a satellite is going to orbit in a north-south direction over the

poles they want to launch in that direction so they want to launch from a site with open

water to the north or south both for safety and, for some rocket designs, so stages of

rockets can fall into the ocean throughout the launch process. SpaceX, for example, therefore

uses Vandenberg Air Force Base in California for their polar orbit launches as it has the

Pacific Ocean directly south. For geosynchronous orbits where satellites travel from west to

east at the same rate as earth rotates they want to launch in the same direction as the

satellite will orbit. For that reason they can't launch from Vandenberg as it has land

to the east so SpaceX uses the launch pads on Cape Canaveral, Florida as they have the

Atlantic Ocean to the east. In the the case of Telstar 19 Vantage, it was going in geosynchronous

orbit in order to stay consistently over it's service area so SSL needed to get the satellite

all the way across the country to Florida. No matter where a satellite is going, it gets

packed up into one of these specialized shipping containers. For travel to closer launch sites

within the US they'll often drive. They'll put the container on a truck driven by trusted

oversize vehicle drivers, have a lead vehicle checking for obstructions, a trailing vehicle

watching to make sure nothing goes wrong, and for longer drives a motorhome so drivers

can swap out and rest while still moving. If the launch site is far, such as the ones

overseas in French Guyana, in Kazakstan, or even the further ones in the US such as Cape

Canaveral they'll fly the satellite over in an Antonov cargo plane. Satellites arrive

to their launch sites at least a month before their launch as there's plenty of last minute

preparation to do. They have to perform additional testing to make sure nothing was damaged in

transport, fuel it up, and mount it in the rocket.

Once that happens, though, there's a period where there's really nothing for SSL to

do. "As they go through the process of the countdown there are a number of places where

we're asked to confirm that we're ready for launch, then they launch us and at that

point we can no longer monitor our satellite until we're off the launch vehicle so for

about a half hour we're hoping that the launch vehicle guys are doing everything ok

and they usually are." In the case of Telstar 19 Vantage, the customer entrusted SpaceX

with the responsibility of getting their satellite to orbit so on July 22nd, 2018 at 1:50 AM

a Falcon 9 rocket lifted off from Cape Canaveral carrying SSL's latest creation to space.

The launch of this satellite actually made the record books as it is the heaviest commercial

communications satellite to ever be entered into service at 15,600 pounds. On that early

morning in July, the Falcon 9 gained altitude as it flew south-east over Africa, then 32

minutes and 40 seconds after launching, 358 miles above Mozambique, Telstar 19 Vantage

was released from the rocket and gently pushed forward in the first moments of it's 15

year long orbit of earth. At that point, the work's not done for SSL,

though. Their job is not just to build the satellite but also to enter it into service

in space. Once the satellite is deployed, SSL will look for its signal and establish

communications. "We start commanding the satellite, we tell the satellite what we want

it to do, we start to get the satellite into a safe position after launch, we'll deploy

solar arrays so we can start generating power, we'll start to activate everything on the

satellite and we'll put the satellite in the safe condition so that the crew can start

to get some rest." Over the next ten days there's a process of firing the satellite's

engines to raise it from the altitude of 350 miles where it was deployed to 22,000 miles

where it will stay for its service life. There's then another two to four weeks of testing

to make sure everything survived launch and then, finally, after years or work, it's

time to hand over the satellite to Telesat, the customer, so they can put it online and

start operating it commercially. At that point, after years of work the satellite can finally

itself be put to work. One of the aspects of how satellites work

that I found most interesting to learn about when I filmed this video was on how orbits

work. The science of how you can make an object orbit at such a consistent speed that it will

stay still over one particular area of earth is fascinating and if you want to learn all

about how that works, Brilliant teaches you exactly that in their classical mechanics

course. Of course there's more than just orbits, this course provides a great overview

of physics and with Brilliant, you'll actually understand the concepts rather than just learning

them. They specialize in teaching the intuitive principles behind concepts so that you learn

the why. They also have plenty of other fascinating courses on topics like astronomy, logic, and

gravitational physics—a course that teaches how planetary orbits work. All in all, Brilliant

is a great place to learn and best of all, you can try Brilliant classes for free by

signing up at brilliant.org/Wendover and then, if you decide to upgrade to their premium

account, the first 200 to do so at that link will get 20% off.

How to Draw Doodle a Woman With Horses - Narrated - Duration: 4:17.

Hello my friends and welcome to another Tuesday of tutorial!

I am Leonardo Pereznieto and today we will freely doodle a girl

with her three horses.

Let's have a lot of fun!

We begin by doodling or scribbling toward the center of the figure

and from there we expand to build the masses and shapes as needed.

This technique reminds me a little bit of using clay and add

more and more to the figure.

Until we have it constructed.

And at that point if we want to, we add more detail.

But for now, we are really scribbling away [laughter].

Now the head and body of the horse.

The legs… let's also add the ears

and the leash, very good!

Now another horse over here,

and a third one.

I start with the shape of the head, then the body,

and down to the legs.

I'm using a Tutto3 mechanical pencil on fine grain paper.

The list of materials is in the information below the video.

Let's continue building the body and the head will be a little bit bigger

like so,

with the ears and the eyes,

the part of the body on this side, and down to the other front leg

and to the back legs and the tail.

Try to keep your pencil on the paper as much time as possible

for this exercise.

What I mean is not too lift it too often, but rather to keep

it flowing from one place to another, on the paper.

Let's begin giving more detail to the ears and over here

the shape of the face.

Actually, I erased the top of the head of the horse, to redraw it a little bit better.

The leashes, and a…. she will be wearing a hat.

A nice hat!

Very good!

Let's darken some shadows here.

And with an eraser, I will clean up a little bit.

Now let's draw some of the features of the face.

First the sides of the face, actually.

The chin and the jaw,

and then the hair, being pushed to one side with the wind, a middle line as a reference,

and a guideline for the height of the eyes,

and then we can draw the features in.

The eyes, the nose and the mouth.

I will refine them in a moment.

Now we need more contrast,

so I will darken some of the areas

like the once catching shadow, the bottom of the hat,

and other ones that I want them to be dark, like her dress.

Since we will do a black dress.

I find so nice to draw scribbling it is so free and relaxing!

You can go anywhere and it is ok [laughter].

The horse on the right, I want it to be black, while the other two, will be much lighter.

So, let's darken him.

Very good!

And slightly refine the shapes of the others.

We draw the shadows, which immediately make the whole drawing

look a lot better.

They are long shadows, like from the sunset.

Very good!

¡Excelente!

We give it the last touches and its ready!

If you enjoyed it please give it a LIKE! share it to your friends

and subscribe to Fine Art-Tips.

And I will see you on Tuesday ;)

Queen Maxima's most stylish looks ahead of state visit to the UK - Duration: 3:48.

The King and Queen of the Netherlands are coming to the UK for a state visit for one night on October 23

The Queen will play host to King Willem-Alexander, 51, and Queen Maxima, 47, at Buckingham Palace

Willem-Alexander ascended the throne in 2013 and Argentina-born Maxima became the first queen consort of the Netherlands since Emma of Waldeck and Pyrmont (1879 to 1890) and the first Latin American-born queen consort in the nation's history

Before the couple married in 2002, Maxima had a career in finance, having worked for Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (now Kleinwort Hambros) in New York and the Deutsche Bank in Brussels

She is also known for her fashion-forward style and is regularly seen wearing bold prints, block colours and wide brim hats

Maxima has also coveted some of the best fashion designers in the world, including Tom Ford, Givenchy and Valentino

Take a look at some of her best outfits ahead of the state visit in October.  While visiting the region of West-Friesland in June 2018, Maxima wore a dove grey dress, with a semi-sheer overlay and a hat by Fabienne Delvigne

For the Liberation Day concert in May 2018, Maxima wore a shimmery A-line style dress by Dutch designer Claes Iversen, with a nude wide belt to cinch in her waist and block heel pumps from Salvatore Ferragamo

For the Red Ribbon Concert, by the AIDS2018 organisations, Maxima donned a very apt asymmetric wide-leg jumpsuit by Valentino, with tie-neck detailing

For the King's Day concert in April 2018, Maxima chose a mixed colour striped maxi dress by Mary Katrantzou

Maxima showcases a chic off-duty look during a family photoshoot in summer 2017

She wore a striped top by Sonia Rykiel and navy three-quarter length trousers by J

Crew.  To welcome the President of Costa Rica, Maxima wore a bold coral lace dress by Natan

To attend King Harald and Queen Sonja's 80th Birthday celebrations in May 2017, Maxima stunned in a blue and gold lace and satin gown, designed by Claes Iversen

Joining the likes of Ivanka Trump at the W20 Conference in Berlin in April 2017, Maxima stood out in a red poppy printed shift dress by Natan and matching pointed pumps

For the New Zealand state visit in 2016, Queen Maxima wore a beautiful red embellished one shoulder gown by Claes Iversen, with the Queen Emma Diamond Tiara, which was gifted to Queen Emma by her husband King Willem III of the Netherlands after he passed away in 1890, according to Order of Spendor

Maxima wearing a navy bateau neck dress by one of her favourites Natan, with a matching wide-brim hat and statement necklace

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate - Filling in the Gaps of the Gang-Plank Galleon Remix! - Duration: 3:06.

Do you still love the Gang-Plank Galleon remix featured in Super Smash Bros.

Ultimate?

Because we sure do!

And Nintendo has released even more of the track as part of a gameplay video showcasing

K. Rool in action, which handily fills in the gap in the music between K. Rool's reveal

and the song selection from the Smash Bros. Blog.

Except not all of it.

There's more instrumentals in there than we realized before the rap begins!

So we did our best to match up this new selection of Gang-Plank Galleon although we had to tweak

when it starts and ends in order to have the music match up properly.

So there's still more in-between where the Smash match ends and the rapping begins!

But enough of that, let's listen to some more great music!

Castañeda style trip into yourself? Adrenaline as a drug? Roadtrip conversations (SUBS EN,ES,PL) - Duration: 5:52.

She will have to jump from 15 meters from a waterfall

then she went to Illinois then down to Texas

then from Texas she went all the way down through Mexico

Veracruz, Oaxaca

Chiapas

and now she was in Yucatan

she actually did all those kilometres with Linda

and now we are back to Palenque because...

Romi wants to take part in a course

trip into yourself

but without drugs

without drugs

adrenalin being probably the only drug she can use

one of the things she told me she will need to do is..

she will have to jump from 15 meters from a waterfall

15 times till she is not scared any more

all right, it would take me 15 years

to not to be scared any more

why are you going to do that?

cause I really like to face my fears

and I really want to prove myself

but don't you think that with this trip you already proved to yourself, that you are..

that you are absolutely self confident and all that stuff?

it all started with a book that you read

from Castanedas

since quite a while I am looking for something in my life

tidying up some of the things from my past

cause my life wasn't easy and...

at some point I decided that I deserve a happy life and all that sadness.. - need to go away

I need to overcome that and the only way to face all that is to

just go directly into it

this is how even became attracted to the Castaneda books

it's about a man, who is actually just looking for

information about the peyote

which is a medicinal plant in Mexico

peyote, the cactus

he met this Don Juan is just writing all his story

and it was kind of so interesting to observe how this story gonna happen

a lot of practices about

how to save energy...

observe yourself to really see what am i doing the whole day

when am I thinking the whole day

is that necessary? that's what Castaneda learned from Don Juan

and a lot of more things

and this workshop I'm going to make is

like the Castaneda practices

but they also many more practices from the indigenous population

this Castaneda also had to jump from 15 meters?

he had to do a lot more crazy stuff

that is the craziest I would do

I think that the jumping from the waterfall this is - the least

the hole is really deep enough

no, no, it's just your own fear

it's not like really something is going to happen to you

and maybe I enjoy the flying down

How did you bump into that course how did you find this guy

it's not like probably you google it and say

how to overcome my fear is in the Palenque area

No, it just came to me by itself

yes, some things just come to you if you're in no rush and looking for something

that would fit you in your current needs

normally the course last one months and

leads from the Palenque area through Chiapas and then

to the Center of Mexico

it's like 4000 km traveling

in a group with a mentor

and what do you expect from it?

to challenge myself cause I really need that

because there are... - yes, because this driving through all Mexico

was not challenging enough

no, no because there are still like... - like what?

I don't really want to be addicted to cigarettes because this is just it's just kind of

wasting my energy and money

its unhealthy

smells bad it smells bad

it's bad for the environment

it makes the aging faster

so, the end of the course you're not going to smoke again, right?

I hope so - nooo, that's your decision

You know how difficult it is

cause it's like yeah yeah yeah I want to stop, I know it is not healthy

but actually now...

but not today

not today, and maybe not tomorrow

but right now I really need a cigarette and stuff like that

no, it's not going to be easy, cause it's something, which is in my life for over 10years

and became like a deep habit and I am

you're compensating something with it - yeah

also sometimes that fear of talking to people and being just open

and just showing myself - you have that fear?

I have that fear very often

that's difficult for me to show myself because I'm shy

are you shy? - not right now

because I'm in my car and I'm driving it's a comfort zone

and when you have finished that course what do you think will change

my perspective is already changing since I'm making that journey

I have a more clear view

what I was doing and what are my possibilities

sometimes in life, when you are too much in your daily routine

you cannot see that any more

sometimes you lose it and you are living something

what is not true....

bye bye bye bye

Airstream Atlas vs Leisure Travel Vans Wonder Murphy Bed | Class B+ Head to Head Comparisons - Duration: 12:48.

It's another head to head comparison today but this time between the most and least expensive

class B pluses on the market! You voted and your wish is my command! It's a battle between

the Leisure Travel Vans Wonder Murphy Bed and the Airstream Atlas! Can the Wonder hold

its own against the mighty Atlas? Let's find out!

Welcome to Ultramobility! I'm Neil Balthaser and I'm your host. Ultramobility is all about

class b and B plus camper vans. I love camper vans and if you do to then you should subscribe

to my channel. I do comparison and review videos like this every week.

At $200k the Airstream Atlas is the most expensive motorhome that I've reviewed to date. It's

Airstream signature touring coach and they've thrown everything into this coach including

a powered slideout, and integrated LED lighting in the shower. It's built on the venerable

Mercedes Sprinter cut-away chassis and features a 3.0 liter V6 turbo diesel engine packing

188 horse power and 325 foot founds of torque. Mercedes and Airstream come together as a

marriage of two iconic brands to produce a stunning coach... but you'd expect it to be

for $200k. The Wonder is built on the more humble Ford Transit 350 HD cut-away chassis

and it packs a very respectable 3.2 liter I-5 turbo diesel engine that delivers 185

horse power and 350 foot pounds of torque. No it's not as sexy as driving a Mercedes

but then again you won't have to worry about the kind of diesel you put into it either.

So at least from a chassis spec, the Wonder can hold it own against the Atlas. Let's head

inside now and see how these two great class b plus RV's compare.

Here we are inside the Atlas' lounge. The first thing that I notice is how dark the

interior is - even with all the light on and that giant sun roof open it's still dark.

Part of the problem is the Columbian Walnut décor which is shown here. The Beach Wood

décor option features lighter colored wood, a moon colored couch and white cabinet doors

which all helps but the biggest problem isn't with the décor its that there aren't enough

windows in the lounge to let the outside in. But as lounges go this one is pretty spectacular:

you've got a large ultra-leather sofa with electric foot rests that comfortably seats

3 and when the cab seats are swiveled around 5 people can watch a movie on that enormous

40 inch flat screen TV. The lounge is also flexible with 2 pedestal tables: one for the

couch and another for between the front cab seats. Before we head into the Wonder's lounge

let's talk about some standout standard features and options. Some of the biggest standout

standard features of the Atlas are the air suspension and the electric jacks and all

the standard safety features like blind spot detection, collision detection and side cameras

none of which are available on the Wonder. But the Wonder has some optional practical

features like an exterior ladder, satellite dish and wifi extender which aren't available

on the Atlas.

The first thing I notice is how much more light and airy the Wonder's lounge feels.

It's not any larger than the Atlas but Leisure Travel Van's choice of lighter colors and

materials really helps to open things up. There's a bank of windows above the seating

area that's also letting light in. Clever use of under cabinet and floor rope lighting

all help to give the Wonder a much less closed in feeling than the Atlas. I also like the

seating configuration here with two large comfortable chairs and that fold down table

between them just makes a whole lot more sense than having to setup a pedestal table. While

the stock chairs don't recline you can option for a foldable ottoman that stows under the

TV cabinet - perfect for kicking back and watching a movie. Speaking of movies, the

TV is only 28" compared to the Atlas' 40" BUT I love the simplcity of how you raise

and lower it - just lift to rotate it up. No fuss and nonsense and no motor to go out

on you later. The cab seats also swivel around so that 4 people can sit in this lounge. So

as lounges go, the Wonder is holding its own against the Atlas. Let's take a quick look

at tank sizes: Surprisingly other than grey water the Wonder has larger tanks all around.

I'm a proponent for larger grey and black water tanks because it means you're going

to be dumping them less often. You can always find a place to fill up with fresh water.

Okay, let's compare the galleys.

This is the Atlas' galley. It's "L" shaped layout is very similar to the Wonder's except

that the sink and stove swap places. I'm not sure how i feel about the stove's orientation.

It looks awkward. I think the Wonder's layout makes more sense. Also that's a rather smallish

window behind the sink - a larger window would let more light in and help to brighten up

the inside. Unlike the Wonder there's not really any counter prep space so instead the

Atlas has a pull out counter extension. One big difference between the the Atas and Wonder

is the size of their refrigerators. The Atas has a -- get this -- 9 cubic foot compressor

refrigerator. 9 cubic feet! that's one of the advantages of a compressor refrigerator

- they're deeper. Finally before we head over to the Wonder let's take a look at their electrical

systems. Both come standard with 2 lead acid batteries and neither can be upgraded to lithium.

Both also have inadequate 1,000 watt inverters, but the Atlas comes with a 2.8kw diesel generator

with autostart as standard while a 3.6kw lp generator is optional on the Wonder. Finally,

the Atlas has 300w of solar standard while the Wonder offers up to 400w as an upgrade.

This is the Wonder's galley and I have to say I like it better than the Atlas'. I think

Leisure Travel Vans made a couple important design decisions to work in their favor: First,

they oriented the stove and sink correctly. the stove is right in front of you when you're

standing at the counter and not stuck in a corner; second, they give you counter space

to work with - no need for a pull out extension and finally they put in a larger window that

lets in loads of light and opens up the galley. These are small changes but together they

just add up to a better galley. Now let's take a look at the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Here we are inside the Atlas and I want to point one thing off right away: The Atlas

features a slideout. This wall where the couch is extends out so that when the bed flips

down you get some extra room. Now I'm not a huge fan of slideouts. While they do add

some extra living space they're also prone to failures and leaks. When you purchase any

motorhome with a slideout always check to see what the warranty is. If it's not 5 years

or more then you should be concerned about that slideout because there's a liklihood

you're going to have a problem with it after around 5 years. And as we see here, the coach

warranty on the Atlas is only 3 years so that's a red flag for me. The bed itself is an odd

size: 73 inches by 73 inches falling between a queen and king sized bed so good luck finding

sheets that will fit. You don't need the slide out to lower the bed so like the Wonder you

can have a day bed. There's not much more to say about the bed except that it is comfortable.

it has a proper mattress and sports the Froli sleep system. Let's take a quick look at the

bathroom: it's a master piece there's no doubt. Teak wood, integrated LED lighting in the

shower and a cedar closet. Those curved glass shower doors are the same ones that we found

on the Pleasureway Plateau XLTS - very sexy. There's not much that you can fault here.

Top notch all the way. Let's see how the Wonder holds up.

First off, no slide out. I think that's a plus because the slideout on the Atlas didn't

really result in a king sized bed. They would have been better off giving you a standard

sized queen bed which is what the Wonder has done here. This bed is 80 inches long meaning

if you're a tall person you're going to do better in this bed than in the Atlas'. I also

love how simple it is t to setup: you just flip out the support and lower the bed. the

chairs and table automatically fold away as you lower the bed. no having to flip up armrests;

no waiting for the electric couch to lower and no mattress piece to fill in at the top

like you have to do on the Atlas. Simplicity. Let's take a quick look at the bathroom. Okay,

not as glamorous as the Atlas' but it's not too shabby either. What it lacks in glitz

and showiness it makes up for in practicality. Look at that sunroof in the shower. It lets

loads of light in and gives you the added benefit of more headroom. A taller person

is going to be more comfortable in this shower. Also notice how the shower controls are recessed

into the wall. That's going to give you more elbow room while showering. These little design

decisions make a big difference with everyday use. While integrated lighting and teak are

nice, more head and elbow room are better.

So how does the little $100k Wonder hold up against the mighty and pricer $200k Atlas?

On the one hand you're certainly not getting premium finishes like a brushed metal ceiling

and trim and you're not getting a ton of options as standard features.... BUT you're also paying

100 grand less. You know honestly, I have to award the win to the Wonder! Yes, the Wonder!

I'm all for luxury and glamping but for $200K I expect everything to be perfect. I want

a proper queen sized bed; a functional galley layout and a shower stall that's tall and

gives me plenty of elbow room. The Wonder got it right all the right areas and it manages

do it all for $100,000 less than the Atlas. That's quite a savings. You could buy both

a Wonder and an Aktiv for the price of the Atlas. Makes you Wonder doesn't it?

you enjoy them as much as I do then click that playlight to the right. And if you want

Czech organizations of natural science and conservation.

Since 1926 we work to protect, study and promote birds.

One of our long-term projects which started in 1982

is the Breeding Bird Monitoring Programme (JPSP).

This programme uses huge amount of data that need to be processed

in order to know which species grow, which species decrease.

Then we can investigate what causes it.

Currently, we have over one million records which we need to work with,

prepare them for statistical analysis and to actually analyse them.

And the tool that we thought would be good for this purpose was Microsoft Access.

We started to work with it and we found out

that it does suit our data processing needs - even batch execution - very well.

We don't need to be programmers and still we are able

to do sophisticated, complicated operations with such a big amount of data.

I go down the route and record all birds I can see or hear.

I record them into the map and I also fill their position, species and other details:

how I noticed the bird, whether I saw it or heard it,

what was it doing, if it behaved territorially etc.

This monitoring is very important if we want to protect the environment,

which most of the society today considers as something natural and necessary,

so for this protection we need precise data to be effective

in using the limited resources and efforts we have.

With this technology everything is much faster,

now the whole data analysis can be done in one or two weeks

and within the same season we can have the results, almost in real time,

on what is happening with the bird populations,

which then serves as a basis for active environmental protection.

And so we can focus the effort in environmental protection

where it is actually needed.

Microsoft helps those who help.
