We're on the second market. Let's see what we can find here.

You can see that ,from the outside, it looks like a normal street market, one you could find in almost any country in the world.

But we will soon see that in this market some things are absolutely unique.

Noodles, more noodles, more noodles ... Is that a dried squid?

You can easily tell that in a local market like this one, everybody seems much more relaxed.

There is also a greater variety of goods for sale.

We have seen vegetables, here we have ceramics, here we have a clothing store ... So there is a good range of products.

Washing-up bowls.

This market is full of bikes.

The truth is, if you smile, they will like you, and they will treat you really well.

Here we can see some ducks, pigeons, chickens and quails.

They are getting the birds ready (for sale) over there, removing their feathers.

Seeing live animals in cages is not something that makes me feel excited or cheerful, actually.

But it is the reality: the meat we eat comes from animals that were once alive

and what is the difference between buying a tray of chicken or having a living chicken ready to die whenever someone wants to buy it?

Let's see how many types of rice they sell in this stall: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 ...

They really like rice

We've just got to a street food stall

And we have grilled bird, this is pork, this is a kind of sausage made of vegetables and a little meat (I tried it last week ;-))

and over there, we have what I think is pork. And over here you can see, a bit of BBQ.

Even though hygienic conditions are not the best, then they cook the food well: they grill, BBQ or boil most of the food

which is a good way of making sure nobody gets sick.

And here a seafood stall...

Look!! There is a fish still alive in that bag!

And now we're going to go into an indoor section of the market where they sell clothes, spices and other products.

This market is actually like a miniature Vietnamese market

which you can see in just 20 minutes, although I'd advise staying for at least 1 hour.

Shu makes Hasbro/Takara earn a lot of money and every time he shows up, he ends up in the news

So it is certain he will probably get a new beyblade

I think it will have even more modes, as previous spryzens allowed so

Legend S3 had 2 modes, Requiem has 6 (2 rotations X 3 tips), so maybe a tip with 4 modes could be next

That would be the ultimate balance-type beyblade

Maybe not on battles but a cameo for sure. If i recall correctly, lots of secondary characters showed up in a certain scene in season 2

So at least that, so we can see how they aged

Takara will probably evolve it just like they did with reboot

So maybe xtend becomes ultimate xtend

I can imagine a third slot to fit the tip,giving ya 3 modes

That would be the real extra mode on it, you cant just disassemble the thing and say it is a secret mode, it wasnt manufactured as such

I speak english and portuguese, basic mandarin and some japanese

I ended up learning some hebrew and ukrainian on accident,

because people ask if i'm from their countries due to the translations i write to the channel

My videos are available in 7 languages, so all my audiences can understand what i say

Sometimes people ask "are you ukrainian?", "do you know hebrew?", I dont really do

hey guys I just want the into a question somebody had asked me and it's a they

asked me one do I eat and of course I need that's my problem now I can't lose

the remaining of the 17 to 23 pounds because I'm eating but to answer your

question they also asked me what are you gonna just juice for the rest of your

life no I'm not gonna juice for the rest of my life but I want to say this to you

things and whoever you believe in in your life God or whoever that person is

that you believe in puts situations in your life whole

reason I believe this I'm a firm believer of this and I'm so grateful

that I gained weight this third time because I don't think that I would have

ever started to think maturely and say not only do I want to lose weight but I

want to detox the body and I want to heal myself of this anxiety and also

lose this weight but also do it in a detoxing way so I'm grateful that I

gained this weight do I want to do it all over again no but I'm glad of what I

learned from this which was juicing because I took away from losing that 58

pounds on my hundred and four day juice cleanse

I'm juicing and I can't be without it now and I never would have thought in a

million years of the two times that I had lost weight that I would take away

anything that I had learnt from those last two times that I lost weight I

don't even want to remember the things that I had to apply to lose that weight

but this third journey of losing the way in the 43 years that I've gained weight

juicing has been a lifesaver and it's changed my life and it's also taught me

that I can have control over my life and I don't have to go to the doctors to

get a medication that's just gonna cover up the problem so juicing is gonna

always be a part of my life I prove that because I've been eating now

that I've been off the juice cleanse for a good almost four months now rolling on

four months and I don't even need a solid meal until I have a juice juicing

drinking a 32-ounce of juice each day is one of my meals I must have a 32 ounce

of fresh juice before I even have a solid meal and that's just a rule of

thumb for me for the rest of my life I have to have a juice so these days that

are gonna be busy and I can't make juice every morning I'll make it at night so

that I'll have the juice for the morning time but I'm juicing for life that's

just something I'm going to do it makes me feel good it makes my skin look good

it makes the whites of my eyes look good it makes my mental I'm better and I just

love juicing it's just something that I tried and it's all natural and I got

hooked I like the energy feeling it gives me it's not the same as the coffee

energy feeling you get it's a more natural and it's it's it's just like

mother's nature natural energy and you can only know what I'm feeling

if you experience it that's all I can say and it's the bomb.com that's all I

can say I honestly gave up drinking a few years

ago and I think by you know juicing in the way that it makes me feel throughout

the day when I take and drink a juice I might not even drink ever again like not

even on like holidays I might some you know sometime if I go

to functions make me a pitcher of juice you know bag it up and have my juice

somewhere in the cut and just get my natural energy in liveliness friend just

drinking my juices I love the way it makes me feel just like I used to love

the way liquor used to make me feel but I've found something that's all natural

that feels even better than drinking alcohol so I'm gonna stick with that so

ART 117 Basic Design 3D Foundations with Hillary Barsky - Duration: 3:49.

HILLARY BARKSY: I'm Hillary Barsky, and I am an art instructor here

at PCC.

So if we want to define 3D art, it is something that exists in space.

A lot of times, that something is an object.

This was originally a piece of paper.

It's been covered with some plaster bandage, so it's hard now.

And what this one has is, it has contrast.

It has movement.

It has use of light and shadow.

Often in 3D forms, our first reaction,

response is like, I want to touch that.

I want to feel the surface of it.

There's something about its contours that's inviting.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Students who take this class come from a broad variety

of backgrounds.

Regular art students, people who are interested in art,

sometimes interior design students or architecture students,

sometimes graphic design students, people

who are maybe a business major, or just want

to have that outside experience, are going

to be working maybe more in a digital mode

but still having that experience of working with objects in space.

We'll work with plasticine modeling.

We carve, sometimes plaster, sometimes flour foam.

We do a relief project with the concept of space and density.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

The question of challenges that you face when trying to teach 3D art,

there are several.

There's a broad range of students who take this class.

So if someone has, say, taken drawing,

but they've never built something, then they have no experience.

Sometimes students get frustrated like, well,

this doesn't look like a nose, or my something is falling apart,

or this glue doesn't work, or oh no, I cut too big of a hole.

What do I do?

We obviously learn by overcoming challenges.

And sometimes it just doesn't connect.

I try to always work with students and say, well, here's your option.

Maybe you could change the form by doing this,

or maybe you want to add this to it.

So you just go on to the next thing and hope that that will be better.

What students learn affects the world around them.

I think it's an important part of our education.

A lot of times, students tell me that they

feel like they've accomplished something,

that they feel like just being in an environment of a constant parade

of new things challenges them.

And that they come out of it with a greater

appreciation of the visual world.

In that sense, any art class gives the students

a view of the world that they didn't have before.

I'm Kyle.

I'm the captain of the track and field team, and I love being a SAM mentor.

I'd recommend becoming a mentor to someone else if you have any passion for helping others.

You can kind of shape Gryphon Athletics this way.

The things that they learn from you, they're going to carry throughout their university

career.

And I think if you have any passion for that, then it's just an excellent experience.

I think the program helps improve life because we have so many resources available: SSN,

so Student Support Network.

We go through a lot of like mental health things, workshops every week, how to cope

with exams, some time management skills, all those things.

So I think as an athlete, even just as a student like coming in, it is very, very stressful

out of high school.

And I think we definitely improve the life of everyone coming in because we take a lot

of stress off.

We kind of like show them the ropes.

We explain what works, what doesn't work.

So I think that really helps everyone coming in feel more comfortable in the university.

Throughout first year, maybe in second year, like there's going to be some dark spots where

you're overwhelmed with your course load.

Athletics aren't going the way you want it to be, like you're not in that starting position.

My biggest advice is just push through it.

Everyone kind of goes through it.

You've got to get over the hump.

And once you're over there, you will feel so much better.

And past that point it's honestly, it's high flying after that, and you'll figure it out

for sure.

mostly focused on body image. It's something that I've grappled with my entire life.

The book pieces I have are telling a story - a story of who I am and my identity,

the struggles I have when I think about body image, and the things that I heard growing up, and putting them in

the face of people to think about.

I speak english and portuguese, basic mandarin and some japanese

I ended up learning some hebrew and ukrainian on accident,

because people ask if i'm from their countries due to the translations i write to the channel

My videos are available in 7 languages, so all my audiences can understand what i say
