Youtube daily report Jun 21 2017

Sean Collins: We serve amazing, Mexican inspired, fresh food, that offers a quick escape to

the coast.

David Rutter: A lot of times we will shorten that and just say, we serve amazing.

Heather Cashmore: We serve amazing means a lot to our stores and our brand.

That is what keeps customers coming back every day.

It's what keeps us in business.

It's what makes us all grow.

Brad Davis: I think our mission is important because it speaks to the genuineness behind

the brand.

If we live up to the standards that are within our mission statement, we're hitting it on all cylinders.

Our customers will feel that.

Sean Collins: What amazing means to me means we don't take shortcuts.

Heather Cashmore: We serve amazing, to us, has to do a lot with the food, making sure we are

providing the best quality that we can to each customer.

David Rutter: We take good care of you.

We want you to come through and have an amazing experience.

Brad Davis: What we serve amazing means to me is that when you go into a Costa Vida,

it is not just going in there, getting your food, and leaving.

It's an experience in itself.

Heather Cashmore: But it also means that we're serving the product to our customers with an amazing

attitude and amazing atmosphere, and what can we do to go out of our way to make sure

each guest has the most amazing experience.

Geoff Alter: For me, we serve amazing encompasses everything we're trying to do as a brand.

From my chair, it starts with the products and recipes.

David Rutter: We serve amazing, Mexican inspired, fresh food that offers a quick escape to the

coast.

Heather Cashmore: It's more than just the food.

It's everything put together.

David Rutter: Jeff, take one.

My Uterus Has An IUD (Pt.2) - Duration: 5:49.

So didn't anticipate not wanting to reach for my camera

at all during this appointment.

Vlogging was the last thing on my mind

when I got into the doctor's office.

So I'm going to tell you about my IUD

story of getting it.

I'm also going to be eating my breakfast.

So I got my IUD Thursday, the 15th.

My boyfriend took me to the doctors at like 9 in the morning.

I waited in the waiting room for like 45 minutes.

And then I went in, they gave me this

like paper dress to wear because I also had to get a pap smear.

So my doctor's really great, she discussed

everything that we were going to be doing with me.

I laid down on my back, I had to scoot my butt to the very edge

and put my feet in the straps.

Which that is the most unnatural position

I have ever been put in.

So she got that clamp thing, I don't

remember what it was called.

But it opens your vagina up.

She put that in, that felt fine.

She did the pap smear.

I didn't feel that whatsoever.

And I think that has to do with

some nerve damage I probably have in my vagina.

But the kind of confirmed it a bit for me.

Then we were getting ready for the IUD.

So the first thing she had to do for my IUD

is she had to, she had to look at my cervix

and then dilate it.

That was painful but it wasn't unbearable.

It was an uncomfortable kind of pain.

When she dilated it, she told me "you're going to feel

period cramps right now."

And as soon as she said that, I felt period cramps.

It felt like just a pretty bad period.

I also felt like I had to poop.

Which when I'm on my period, that's a feeling I always have.

But it wasn't too bad.

After she did that,

she told the nurse to give her the Skyla box

because that's the IUD I picked.

Mind you Skyla is like this big

and the box that it came in was like this big.

And even sh- like I guess I made a face

and she laughed at me, she's like "I know,

I don't understand why they put it in such a big box."

So she got the IUD out and

she told me the worse pain is over

from when she dilated me but

it wasn't really that painful for me.

But she said this is going to hurt a little bit.

So she put the IUD in,

that pain was also very uncomfortable.

But it wasn't excruciating.

I was just doing breathing stuff like I normally do

to handle pain.

It was just so uncomfortable

and I could feel my uterus just not wanting things

to be done to it.

Uh, after she put it in she cut the strings.

Because you have little strings hanging in your vagina

close to your cervix.

She told me my body was going to have cramps and contractions.

And oh boy was she right.

So the whole insertion of the IUD

was not that painful for me.

But the period cramps and the contractions

that came the rest of the day sucked.

It would fluctuate for me, I would feel fine

and then I would get very bad contractions.

I would feel fine and then again bad contractions.

And it was the most annoying thing.

My boyfriend had to go and get me medicine.

I did spot for a little bit

and then the next day I didn't really bleed or anything.

And then um...

the day after that I started bleeding.

Which is normal, apparently you do spot and bleed

for a while, sometimes for months.

Uh cramps are also normal.

So I was getting still cramps after that.

And now I'm on my period.

So I don't know if I'm still bleeding

from getting the IUD.

But I'm definitely on my period.

And that's pretty much it for me, I have a 1 month appointment.

Next month so she can check and make sure everything is good.

I'm hoping uh skyla gets rid of my period

for a while because that's apparently a thing.

But I'm happy.

Uh my mental state, the day after

I got the IUD

I felt such a difference.

My head started feeling clear,

I started just feeling happy again.

And feeling like me.

You know I told my boyfriend that I still have anxiety

I still have depression but

the problem was when I was on the patch

my coping mechanisms to get through my anxiety

to get through my depression that I personally use

they weren't working and that was hard

on the patch, it was hard to do and deal with my mental state

but so far being on this IUD

all of my ways to get through my anxiety

and my depression, they have been working.

And I just feel free.

I chose Skyla which is a low hormone IUD

and since it's low hormone it's just centralized in my uterus.

It's not going anywhere else, which is fantastic.

But that's my IUD...experience.

I think it wasn't extremely painful like everyone told me it was going to be

probably because I'm disabled.

I have a higher pain tolerance than most people.

So I think why it wasn't painful for me

is because I've felt way worse pain than getting an IUD.

Honestly my brain surgery was the worst pain I've ever had.

So the IUD was just...it was still painful

but it was uncomfortable.

And it wasn't like I couldn't deal with it.

But that's it, if you have any other questions

about my experience with my IUD

the type of IUD I chose,

let me know in the comments below.

And if you got an IUD whether it be Mirena, Skyla or the copper one

let me know your experience with it.

How do you feel after getting it?

That's it, I barely touched my breakfast

so I'm going to get to eating this.

And I will see all of you next time.

Bye!

Oh! Also I'm at Vidcon when you see this video

so if you're at Vidcon and you see me

come say hi.

And if you wanna support my channel

the links to how to do that are down in the description below.

Okay now actually good bye!

DreamMaker Strong Margins. Quality of Life.™ - Duration: 1:24.

With DreamMaker, we have a brand position from the franchisor to the franchisee, strong

margins and quality of life.

The idea is that we're not only talking it, we've built it into the system that the first

day of training, in the first phone call you'd have with us investigating DreamMaker

is, we want to find out about your goals and objectives.

What do you want to accomplish?

And then in our actual training, we're helping you refine that, because we have very refined

systems for goal-setting, and planning, and looking into the future and how to achieve what you

want to achieve in business.

And most business owners miss that.

They don't start out with them, and then they become slaves of the business.

We don't want you to become a slave of the business.

We want this business to work for you, not you just work for the business.

So you got the old saying, "You got to begin with the end in mind," so we help you get

really clear about beginning with the end in mind with how our processes work at DreamMaker

Bath and Kitchen.

My hope for our franchisees is I want them to achieve strong margins and quality of life.

Then ultimately, either have a business they can pass on to a family member or that they

can resell and build some equity for retirement out of the business.

Who is Costa Vida? - Duration: 1:43.

Why is now a good time to become a part of the Costa family?

I think back when I joined the Costa family.

We were the first franchisee of the Costa brand.

As an emerging brand, there were so many growing pains, so many things that had to be figured

out.

Today, we're no longer an emerging brand.

Today we're a growth brand, and today as you join the brand, I look at our executive team.

They truly are an all-star team, clearly the best in the industry.

As I look at our growth, our trajectory, there's no better time to be part of a brand that

has the leadership that we have.

When you look at our brand and that we're up double-digit in our growth, not many brands

can make that statement.

That speaks to we learned a lot since we've started and where we're going is not only

a good time, it's a time that we're having more fun now building this brand than we've

ever had since it started.

When we started as a franchisee, we were simply going to build some stores as part of our

overall portfolio.

When we bought the franchise company, we always knew we'd have a certain number of our stores

owned by corporate, by the franchisor.

It made us a better partner.

We figured that'd be 10 to 15% of our stores would be corporate.

It kept us on the front line.

It kept us dealing with what our franchise partners dealt with, made us a better partner.

When we had 60 stores, about 15 of those stores were corporate-owned.

Today, as I look at our trajectory, our growth going forward, as I look at a brand that does

700 to 1,000 units, I can easily see half of those units being corporate-owned.

(Airsoft) Unboxing the HK45 Tactical Tokyo Marui - Duration: 12:03.

Thanks to them !

Hello YouTube, welcome to this new Unboxing video !

Today I show you the HK45 Tactical from Tokyo Marui

It comes from Impulse101 where it's available for 17380 yens, which is about 145 euros

This is a "tactical" variant of the HK45 I already showed on my channel

I really like the HK45 Marui and I decided to buy this model in order to build myself a hybrid between the two versions (more about that later)

Here is the box and now the inside of the box

We have the gun of course, we have the silencer, which comes with the HK45 Tactical, a magazine

We have a backstrap here (small), which point is to make the grip a bit smaller if you need

The gun comes with a threaded barrel on which you can screw the silencer, or the thread protector which also comes with the gun

The gun comes with a FDE color body, I don't think any other color is available right now

I prefer the black version, so in the end I'll use the upper of this version on the lower of the original HK45

As usual the packaging is really cool, it looks awesome and it also protects the products well

The booklet is under the polystyrene here

Let's put the silencer... The thread is 16 mm CW

And here is the HK45 Tactical

So, where to begin... What is the HK45 ? A pistol from H&K, basically the grandson of the MK23

It's a full size pistol chambered for the .45 ACP, which has a low capacity of only 10 rounds

In comparison a FN FNX45 carries 15 rounds of .45 ACP

The HK45 actually carries less cartridges than the USP (12 cartridges), which seems odd

I would assume that H&K made the choice to make the gun as comfortable as possible to hold, and the grip indeed feels very nice in the hand

I really like the ergonomics of the gun, which is one of the reason why I used it a lot in games

Also, in airsoft, having the replica of a double stack .45 pistol comes with an advantage : big magazines, which carry a lot of gas

So this is the HK45 Tactical, I brought the original HK45 so we can make a comparison, we'll see the few differences

The most obvious one of the color, black for the original, FDE for the tactical

The HK45 Tactical comes with a threaded barrel

We have an ambidextrous safety lever on the tactical model, it's only on the left side on the original

Which is actually something I prefer on the original model, I don't like the ambidextrous lever, especially when you want to decock the hammer

On the HK45, you have a safety you can put on whether the hammer is armed or not

And when the hammer is armed, pushing down the lever decocks the hammer

Very easy to do with the original HK45

But on the tactical model, my finger gets in the way of the lever, which doesn't make it as easy to use

It's not a big deal I guess, but between the two versions I prefer the non ambidextrous one

Another little detail : the rear sight, both models doesn't share the same one

You could think that the tactical model has higher sights, for easier use with a silencer on

But actually it doesn't, the sights are the same height on both models, despite the rear sight difference

It's possible to aim with the silencer on though

But why the rear sight is different... I'm not sure to have an answer

A little detail I like on the HK45 : here you have the typical H&K ambidextrous paddle mag release

I like to use my index finger to use it, feels natural enough to me

If you push the paddle very briefly, the mag will move just a little bit and will stay blocked inside the grip

I'm not sure to know if it's made on purpose or not, but the good thing is that if the paddle is pressed by accident, it lowers the chances you'll lose your mag on the field

Also, it's possible to adjust the hop up without removing the slide

The wheel is just here, you can adjust it with your finger, assuming it's thin enough

To disassembly the slide : remove the magazine, pull the slide and remove the slide release lever

Easier to move the wheel this way

A last detail on the HK45 : on a real HK45, the slide release lever makes contact with the slide just here

Since the real one has steel parts it's no big deal, but on this airsoft version, a metal part on a plastic slide wouldn't be a good thing

So on this Marui model, the "external" slide release lever doesn't actually act as a slide stop ; what actually blocks the slide is this internal part

It works as good and it doesn't damage the slide

A last difference between the two models : the external barrel

Apart from the threaded barrel, you can tell that the base of the barrel on the tactical model is a bit different

I'm not sure to understand what it does, but I'm going to assume it's here to assure a better cycling when you use the silencer

Marui acknowledged the fact that putting a silencer on will put more stress on the barrel and they did something about it

In general, when you put a silencer on your GBB it's not going to work as well, it will need more energy to cycle the slide

We'll see in the shooting video how it performs

I guess I said everything I had to say about the HK45 Tactical, which doesn't have a lot of differences with the original HK45 I alreadt own

A GBB I really like, good out of the box performances, good cool down resistance, nice kick, feels very comfortable in the hand

Now with this "tactical" model you have the possibility to make it a bit more fancy

The silencer itself is made of metal, yet it's still very light

There is foam inside

Of course, it's still a GBB, it makes a lot of sound from the blowback itself, putting a silencer isn't going to make it a lot more discreet

In Airsoft, silencers mostly work on NBB and bolt sniper rifles

But GBB, with or without silencers, always make a lot of sound

Thanks for watching and see you next time for the shooting video !

Why is the Dreammaker Code of Values™ Important? - Duration: 1:28.

Why is our code of value so important to us at Dream Maker?

Well, the code of values is the bottom line.

It's really foundational to all of our other systems and how we do business.

And so it simplifies decision making processes.

There's only so many ways to make our code of values true, and so it really guides in

that decision making process.

We found with prospective franchisees, if you read over our code of values, and you

go, "It just doesn't connect with me.

I don't get it," then we're probably not a match for you.

But if you read the code of values and you like that it says, "We believe you must re-earn

your positions in every day, in every way."

We believe that success is the result of clear, cooperative, positive thinking.

We believe that living in a responsible manner above the line.

Those kinds of things, living out life that way.

Then we'd be a great match.

In fact most people that become Dream Maker franchisees say that the code of values is

one of the things that drew them to us.

Often, our franchisees tell us that the consumers really like the fact that we're willing to

put our values out there and put them in writing and not just talk about them, but put them

in writing and walk them out.

I was so excited when I found out the film got into the San Francisco Black Film Festival. It meant waking up really early in the morning and heading to San

Francisco. I stayed at this lovely hotel called the Queen Anne hotel and it

was walking distance to our venue for the festival. I had an incredible

vegan Thai lunch, and then I got to the Fillmore district. I hadn't spent

much time there, but it was really beautiful and full of lots of art

that was reflective of Black beauty and Black joy. I had dinner with Kaily and

then it was time for the festival! I got to meet filmmakers and I'm really

2015-2017 F150 Smittybilt M1 Bolt-On Fender Flares Review & Install - Duration: 2:40.

So Smittybilt's M1 bolt-on fender flares we're taking a quick look at today should definitely

appeal to my newer F-150 owners out there that are going to be after a premium fender

flare that's going to give you that much more clearance, as well as giving you some attitude

with their stainless-steel rivets.

Another great point about most if not all fender flares for this platform is that they're

installing with little to no effort at all, no drilling or modifying your truck.

For that, you're looking at a very easy one out of three wrenches on my difficulty meter

here, and about an hour's worth of labor.

I will have more for you coming up on that later.

Now, these are going to be one of your more pricey and superior options out there in the

category of fender flares.

That's primarily going to be due to the construction and materials, which with the M1s we'll see

that's going to be a heat and a UV-resistant ABS plastic, Now, additionally, these are

going to feature Smittybilt's Perfect Fit Technology, which means that they will come

supplied with some rubber gaskets to go around the underside of the flare itself to ensure

that you have a great fit.

Now, looks and materials aside here, guys, one of the best aspects about fender flares,

aside from how aggressive they're going to make the sides of your truck look is that

they are going to offer protection when you're doing some light off-roading.

Now, while the black finish looks great on any F-150 here, if you did want to take it

a step further, you could absolutely have these color-matched to your truck by your

dealership or any local paint shop.

In terms of the pricing, expect to see these fall in line right around $430 to $450.

If that sounds like it's a little bit on the higher side, there's absolutely other options

out there which can easily surpass $500.

But for the money here, you're going to be getting away with a great-looking, premium,

no-drill option that's going to set your F-150 apart from the pack.

Installation-wise, you're looking at an easy one out of three wrenches on our difficulty

meter here, and about an hour's worth of labor.

So there's a couple different ways you can begin to tackle the installation here.

But personally speaking, what I would do first is take one of your flares before they even

hit your truck, put them face-down, and then work the provided rubber-edged steel trim

all the way around the perimeter of the flares, and then cut off any excess.

Once you're done putting on the rubber-edged trim, you can take the stainless-steel riveted

hardware, and then begin by working that all the way around your flares.

Now, once you're done with the rubber trim and the rivets, simply take these up to your

truck, and then use the provided clips and hardware, work everything around, repeat the

process on the opposite side, and then you're good to go.

So that's my quick review of Smittybilt's M1 bolt-on fender flares fitting the 2015

through 2017 F-150, which can be found right here at americantrucks.com.

2010-2014 F150 Vision X Fog Light Mounting Kit w/ 4" Square LED Lights Review & Install - Duration: 3:12.

Vision X's fog light mounting kit featuring the four-inch pods is going to be a perfect

option for my Raptor owners out there that are looking for a very unique and aggressive

fog light setup that's going to throw that much more light than your factory headlights.

So this is a great and convenient way for any Raptor owner out there to add some very

low-profile and cool-looking fog lights, without needing to invest in mounts or do any type

of modification to your factory bumper.

The great thing about this kit is that it's going to install with little to no effort

at all, and for that I'll be giving it a very easy one out of three wrenches on our difficulty

meter here and about an hour's worth of labor.

So diving into the construction and materials of this quartet, we're going to see that this

U.S.-manufactured and designed kit is going to be able to throw over 1,000 feet of light,

produce over 6,800 lumens, while only drawing 6 amps.

In terms of the pods, these are going to be Vision X's Optimus Series LEDs.

They're going to have a specially-designed reflector, as well as their IRIS technology,

which essentially means that they're going to be throwing tons of light.

Now, in terms of the pattern, that's going to be a narrow 10-degree.

While that might sound like a small number, believe me, these things are bright as hell.

Now, externally, that's going to be a durable, aluminum-constructed housing.

That's also going to feature a very tough polycarbonate lens, which essentially means

that whatever you're putting your Raptor through, be it on or off-road, they're going to be

able to take that abuse.

U.S.-built parts and great state-of-the-art technology will come at a premium here.

You should expect to be spending about $600 to get into this kit.

But I honestly think it's a bargain, as there is another option from Ford Performance, which

is almost double this price.

Now, for the money here, guys, you're getting a very convenient, subtle, and aggressive-looking

option for your Raptor that's not going to require you to get into a different bumper,

pick up any type of brackets or mounts, or do any serious modification to your truck.

Switching gears to the installation portion of the video, despite needing to tap a couple

holes for your brackets, I'm still going to be giving this a very easy one out of three

wrenches on our difficulty meter here, and about an hour's worth of wrenching.

So looking ahead here, some things I'd make sure to have on hand is just going to be a

basic socket set, a drill, and then an eighth-inch drill bit.

So you can start on either side, where you're going to want to take one of your brackets,

and then simply fish that through your opening.

Then, you're going to be looking for your frame support, which is going to be painted

the same color as your Raptor.

Once you locate them, simply get your brackets in place, and then you can either use a grease

marker or permanent marker, mark them, and then whip out your eighth-inch drill bit,

tap your holes, and then you're good to go.

Once you've tapped your holes, simply take the provided hardware from Vision X, tighten

everything down, and then you're going to need to run your lines, tap into a power source,

and then run that into your cabin, into an auxiliary switch.

So that's going to conclude my review of Vision X's fog light mounting kit, featuring the

four-inch pods, fitting your 2010 through 2014 Raptor, available right here at americantrucks.com.

2015-2017 F150 T-REX X-Metal Series Upper Replacement Mesh Grille Review & Install - Duration: 5:19.

Today, I'm bringing you a detailed overview and installation of the T-Rex X-Metal mesh

upper grille in black, available for all 2015 and newer F-150s, excluding the Raptor model.

Now, the X-Metal upper grille from T-Rex is available for any 2015 or newer F-150 owner

looking to pick up one of the highest quality blacked out upper grilles on the market, that

offers a stainless-steel rivet option going all the way around the border with a mesh

interior.

Now, this one does offer the toughness in construction to go along with the intimidation

in appearance, making this one of the more premium options on the site.

The install will require you to completely remove your factory upper grille.

But there's no drilling involved.

So it gets a one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter.

We'll talk more about that toward the end of the video.

As you can see, the X-Metal grille separates into four sections here, which offers high-quality,

fine-woven, diamond wire mesh with 4 diamonds per square inch, obviously, covered by a 12-guage

and 304 stainless steel frame, with stainless steel polished rivets.

Now, with the exception of the rivets, this is all covered in a black powder-coated finish,

which not only gives it the intimidation factor, giving it a stealthy blacked out appearance,

great for the guys out there going for an all-out exterior blackout.

But this one is going to offer a corrosion and rust resistance on top of that.

Now, aside from that, the rivets are actually completely real and go straight through to

the back, unlike some of the fake rivets or stick-ons that some of the other products

use on the market.

This one is 100% authentic.

Now, right in the dead center, you'll see it's all separated by the X-Metal logo, which

sort of has a textured aluminum look to it, just to top things off here.

Now, this is all manufactured using the original CAD data from Ford, which ensures a perfect

fit.

If it's a perfect fit for you, that's all depending on whether or not you're a big fan

of the stealthy look and the riveted finish.

If you are, this is up your alley.

If not, tons of other options out there with a stealthy finish or a polished finish if

that's more fitting your preference.

There's a couple of different reasons to be taking a look at a grille such as this one.

Now, if you're anything like me, you kind of hate the idea of factory chrome trim on

the exterior appearance of your truck.

This is going to be a great alternative to give it a more aggressive finish.

On the other hand, if you're more concerned about durability, since this is a more premium

option, it can hold up a lot longer and actually blows the factory one out of the water in

that department.

The factory one is very prone to scratches and dents both on and off-road.

It can look like crap after a while, thanks to rock chips.

This one, since it is a 304 stainless steel, very durable stuff here, top-quality stuff,

in fact, with a black powder-coated finish, it is a little more impact resistant.

It can definitely hold its own in the long run.

Now, because this one is such a premium, top-notch option, the price tag is going to fall just

south of the $900 mark, obviously, putting this one toward the top end of the spectrum.

Definitely, some options in the thousands there, which can be as durable and as attractive

as this one, but might just offer some exterior lightbars included in the kit or some mounting

positions for such.

If you're interested in the durability and the attractiveness of this type of front grille,

but you're not really into the lighting, this is going to be up your alley.

If you'd like to spend a few extra bucks, you can definitely get some of that off-road

exterior lighting for your truck.

Or on the opposite side of the spectrum, lots of entry-level stuff here to give you a blacked

out look without the top-dollar price tag.

One quick disclaimer before jumping into the install.

This one, unfortunately, is not going to work with F-150s equipped with a forward-facing

camera on the front end.

If that is you, there's a bunch of other options out there that will work with your setup.

But unfortunately, this one will not be for you.

Now, speaking of that installation here, this one again does require you to remove your

factory upper grille.

But there's no drilling involved to get this one installed in its place.

All you'll need is a flathead screwdriver, a ratchet, a 10-millimeter, 8-millimeter,

and 7-millimeter socket to get the job done.

Overall, you should be able to get this done start to finish in about an hour or so, which

is why it gets a one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter.

To kick things off, remove the pushpins holding on the radiator support under the hood.

From there, a couple of bolts on the front inner wheel wells hold on the headlight trim,

as well as a few more next to the sides of the factory grille, as well as the top of

the radiator for support.

From there, all you'll have to do is disconnect a couple of wires by the hood latch, pull

the factory grille out of place, and set it aside.

You'll have to remove the shutter components from the back of the factory grille, which

is held on by a couple of bolts by the outer edge, as well as a couple of plastic clips

by the top lip.

Once that's taken care of, you'll have to transfer over the shutter components to the

new T-Rex grille, and you'll have to install the corner extension brackets included in

the kit.

From here, you can put the X-Metal grille into place on the truck.

You'll have to replace all the bolts you removed, starting with the top radiator cover support,

the sides of the grille, once we initially removed.

Once that's taken care of, plug in the hood latch stuff that we removed again, as well

as the headlight trim for the inner wheel wells and the top radiator shroud.

Then, of course, you can straighten everything out.

If you need to make any adjustments, the top mounting brackets can be tightened or loosened

in order to straighten everything out.

But once everything is taken care of, bolt it down to secure it and you're good to go.

Just to wrap things up here, if you're the owner of a 2015 or newer F-150, you might

want to check out the T-Rex X-Metal mesh upper grille in black, available right here at americantrucks.com.
