all out of breath. H is tangled up with I.

J and K are about to cry. L is knotted like a tie.

M is looped. N is stooped.

O is twisted alley-oop. Skit skat skoodle doot.

Flip flop flee. Looks who's coming!

It's black-eyed P, Q R S

and loose-tooth T. Then U V W

wiggle-jiggle free. Last to come

X Y Z. And the sun goes down

on the coconut tree... But-

chicka chicka boom boom! Look, there's a full moon.

A is out of bed, and this is what he said,

"Dare double dare, you can't catch me.

I'll beat you to the top of the coconut tree." Chicka chicka BOOM! BOOM!

of marginalized people?

better in our country and deserve access

to proper healthcare, jobs etc?

Do you believe the government should stay out of our bodies?

Do you believe Black Lives Matter?

Do you believe Trans lives deserve to use

the bathroom just like everybody else?

If you've answered yes to all of this,

then you must be an intersectional feminist.

But you know what you're missing?

Disability.

If disability isn't part of your feminism,

then it isn't truly intersectional.

After all, disability is in every race,

sexuality and gender.

Basically any identity, there are disabled people within it.

And they need to be included in feminism.

So go! Make your feminism truly intersectional.

Make sure disability is part of your feminism.

The Reality of Cheat Meals - YES OR NO - Duration: 2:52.

In today's lesson you will learn about cheat meals as a whole.

If you take a look at almost any diet, they are setup to have cheat meals already strategically

placed into the meal plan.

Coachington is no different.

However, we give you the option of choosing whether you have cheat meals throughout your

diet or not.

Although they are recommended, they are not required.

Some people believe that by eating a cheat meal, it makes them have urges to cheat more

often.

Resisting that temptation becomes easier and easier throughout the 90 days.

It does not matter what position you are in.

You will have cravings that will require willpower to overcome.

We believe that by giving yourself some type of cheat on a scheduled day you will allow

your body to cope with the diet better.

It even gives you a little psychological boost!

Although many nutritionists and dietitians don't seem to like the word "cheat," a well-designed

and well-executed cheat meal might very well save your sanity.

It might even help you overcome a weight-loss plateau.

The gist of these cheats is to eat clean for the better part of your week, stay active

and reward yourself by taking the shackles off your menu only once a week.

Once a week, plan a high-carb, high-protein meal, and have a little bit of your favorite

dessert.

Eat reasonably, and don't go back for seconds.

A single cheat meal is practical and easy for anyone with focus and self-control.

However, if you believe that for the past 10 years you have been cheating and feel as

if it's not necessary, then be my guest and don't cheat.

If you choose this strategy I would like to applaud you for your bravery and commitment.

This is by far no easy task to accomplish.

90 days of clean eating might do justice to your body internally!

But remember this diet is not meant to just be for 90 days.

It is meant to transform your lifestyle forever.

If you are willing to go about our plan, then we have already included the cheat meal on

Sundays.

You are going to eat your Powerful Core Food Plan meals as described for 6 days.

On the 7th you are allowed to eat your one cheat meal.

Let's take a look at what a cheat meal should look like.

The meal should only be about a standard size which is about a fist and half for the entire

meal.

Yes, it's small but that meal will satisfy you enough for the week to keep going.

When you are finished eating, you should not feel full.

You are eating just enough to make you satisfied.

For instance, instead of eating a whole pizza pie, eat two or three pieces.

Eating more than recommended will cause you more harm than good.

The purpose of the meal is to help you stick to your diet, don't overdo it or you will

regret it when you hop on the scale the next morning.

Keep focused, and you will prevail.
