Everything that characterizes you is there for a specific purpose.
Whatever good or bad.
For most of us, our weaknesses are a blemish in our personality!
But imagine it would be a moment,
that this weakness is in fact your greatest strength.
This characteristic that you lack can be what makes you unique.
If you work on this weakness, one day others will speak of this weakness as
as a force! A person too young to work in
a certain company could become the youngest entrepreneur in his class.
A person who is too small could not play basketball but could also become the
smallest professional basketball player.
A person without arms or legs could become a very motivating and prove
that even without arms or legs, life is beautiful.
Every person on this earth can turn his weakness into something
that will change the world if he works hard enough, and if he never abandons!
You will have understood, a weakness remains a weakness if you do nothing to tame it.
But if you decide to work on it by stopping to worry about the look of others,
it will be the first step to turn this weakness into strength.
For my part, my greatest weakness was my great shyness.
Speaking to someone I did not know was a real ordeal! To speak in public,
to reveal myself, to phone, all that was of the order of the impossible.
But this shyness allowed me to become someone very observant
since I spoke very little.
I am able today to learn very quickly only by observing others do
I am able to identify a person quickly, able to listen.
And all this was possible only through my past shyness.
Every weakness is there for a specific thing that will totally define your personality!
You must not avoid it, but become
your friend, tame it and learn what it will serve.
All that exists is a whole, I have the firm belief that everything happens for a specific
thing and that everything is connected.
So why do you suppress things that displease you?
It is little to be the opportunity that will make you evolve.

How to Use Spinach in a Smoothie - Mint Persian Detox Smoothie Recipe - Duration: 6:11.Hey everyone! Today we are making the
Mint Persian Detox Smoothie and it is
going to be delicious!
My name is Jess and I am with GreenBlender! GreenBlender is a smoothie
delivery service. Every week we send you
all the fruits, vegetables, and superfoods
you need to make awesome green smoothies
at home. And every weekday we make one of
those smoothies with you! So today, like I
said, we're making me Mint Persian Detox
Smoothie and I'm really excited about it
because it's one of those smoothies that's
really good for your digestion, really
good for your skin, really low in fat,
really low in calories- just the perfect
thing to give your body first thing in
the morning! So before we get into what all the ingredients in this
smoothie. I want to talk a little bit about
spinach! We use it all the time and we
don't often talk about it. But a few fun
facts about spinach is that in the 1930's,
in the US, the Spinach Growers
Association actually credited Popeye for
a 33% increase in spinach consumption,
which is pretty awesome. I can't verify that
but that's as they say. China is the
largest grower or the produces the most
spinach, but Texas and California are
right behind. And late spring to early
summer is prime spinach season so we
are coming up on that, which means it is
going to be fresh and delicious! And one
thing that people don't realize is
spinach is one of those delicate
vegetables that loses its nutrients
quickly after it's picked. So, if you
receive a smoothie box or you go to your
farmers market or even your grocery
store to pick up some spinach that's
already been cut try to freeze it if you
can. Now, it's better to freeze it if
you're going to cook with it, or
put in a smoothie- it's kind of... it'll
come out a little soggy for salads. But
especially for you people out there who
are making smoothies with your spinach, try
to freeze it immediately -flat in a
plastic bag and that will help it retain
the most vitamins that it can. And the
reason spinach is so healthy is
because it has a lot, a lot of vitamin K,
a lot of vitamin C, and a lot of iron
-which a lot of us need more of.
Especially if you don't eat meat or you don't
eat a lot of meat, it's important. And if
you're female, it's important to get as
much iron as possible and spinach this
great way to do that. So let me show you
what else is in this smoothie. Very simple
today... so we are doing some spinach; we're
going to do a pear; we're going to do a
little Persian cucumber here; we're going
to do the juice of a lime; and we're
doing some mint and of course water and
ice. So let's get started here! I'm going
to pour my water in. I'm going to pour my
spinach in. I find that baby spinach
disappears into smoothies really easily.
You can't taste it, and it's just a great
way to get greens in, if you're not
particularly into eating salads all the
time. I have to admit I'm not the world's
biggest salad person. I find
traditional salads to be a little boring,
so it's great for me to get my greens
in smoothie form. I'm going to cut up this pear
really quickly. This is a nice ripe
pear, which I'm excited about because pears have a
lot of great fiber.
They're great way to make a light
smoothie like this have a little bit
of heft and creaminess to it. Now
here we are with the mint. Mint can be a
bit of a decisive herb, divisive herb.
Some people like it; some don't like it.
Some people are right in the middle. I'm
right in the middle. So, if you're a
little hesitant to throw this whole
thing in there, what you can do is you should
peel off a few of the leaves and put
them in there. I find that the taste of
mint can overpower my smoothie for my
personal palet. So, instead of throwing
the whole thing in there, I'm just going
to pick off a few leaves -throw it on in
there. You can really experiment -start
small work up see how much mint you
do like in your smoothie. It's really a
personal preference. So, all right! I'm
going to put this lime in our
handy-dandy,
awesome citrus squeezer, which we just
found on Amazon and we use all the time and
we love it. The perfect way to get the
majority of the juice out of your lime. And
lime, incidentally, actually has fiber
in it as well, which most people don't
realize. If you want to get the full
benefit of the fiber in the lime, just
cut it up and throw it in there, cut the skin off
and you can throw it in there.

It's going to be really good. It's actually pretty thick, for as light
as a smoothie as it is. Which means it will help you
stay full.
Mmm, its really nice. Tastes like a day at spa, which
I'm sure we can all use! So, this is
great for you skin. Like I said, it's low in
calories, high fiber -the perfect way to
start your morning or to give you a
little non caffeine boost in the
