everyone so before I get started I just

really want to say thank you so so so

pretty much for 300,000 subscribers

that's just insane guys like really

insane I'm just really really thankful

for your support and just won't put it

up there before I get started with the

videos so today we have a leg workout

routine and inner thigh workout routine

which is what a lot of you guys I've

been asked for for months so it is here

this is a bodyweight routine so you

don't really need anything at all except

for a resistance band if you want to so

I personally don't do exercises

targeting in a size only

I don't do isolation exercises for my

inner thigh but today's workout has been

low five - targets inner thigh more so

yeah it is going to be 10-minute but I

really recommend you guys to do it three

time so business hope you guys enjoy

this video and let's get into it today

I'm wearing Jean sharp leggings and this

got sold out within a couple of hours

last week but good news is still be more

coming this April

description box the first exercise is

lateral lunge take a big step to one

side and lunge down as low as you can

you can definitely feel the stretch on

your inner thigh and do it slow and

control there is no need to rush it and

my upper body usually needs a little

forward to just to create some balance

so today we have eight different

exercises with the first half being more

of a compound move yes

now we have a 10 seconds break and we

are going to move on to plie squats or

small squat sorry for sumo squat make

sure your feet are pointing outlets and

your feet really wide apart as well and

then you squat down don't arch your back

because you can potentially hurt your

back especially if you are using weight

I'm sure you can feel it on your inner

side this obviously was on your whole

side but you can feel it

more on your inner thigh

now that we have done with plie squats

we have leather elite necks so this is

pretty simple

just take a really big step to your

right with your right leg and then bring

your other leg which is your left leg to

the back so this exercise is really

great for your late

next we have crisscross Jack's which is

super awesome because this works on your

inner thigh more than the conventional

jumping jacks it is pretty much like

jumping jacks except that you are going

to cross your feet over slightly so this

helps to target your inner thighs

next we have pretty much like a sumo

squat with a jump so squat down as low

as you can with your legs wide apart

then jump up and then repeat again so

yeah this really really burns

okay now that we are done with our first

half we are going to do more isolation

exercise for our next half you can also

take a little break if you want to you

like a minute break so next we have in

the side list this is quite an awkward

position I find it pretty uncomfortable

the first time I did it you just have to

adjust until you find that spot so just

bring your top leg over like while doing

here then lift up your Gordon like this

really isolate the inner thigh muscles

so there is super slow in control

especially when your leg is coming back

down let it down slowly and you can

definitely do this

you can also try putting your leg behind

like what I'm doing here it is

definitely more comfortable but it is

also easier you can also leave your leg

higher and touch it with your hand and

that oh it's on your ass too so you're

working your abs and your legs I mean

your inner thighs same time so that's

awesome so now that we're done with one

side we gotta do some love to the other

side

sorry focus on your inner thigh lift

through the bird until you can't do it

anymore

next we have banned adoption honestly it

works both inside and outside so to

target your inner thigh more make sure

you don't let the resistance band do the

work and basically what I mean is that

try to resist the band from closing up

your legs does that make sense so yeah

my resistance band is quite resistant so

that really really burns if you don't

have a resistance band you can just do a

normal leg lift just bring your leg as

high as you can then lower it down as

slowly as you can and you'll be able to

feel the burn on your inner thigh

and you're going to do the same on the

other side yeah

yes it's our last exercise and we have

Caesar cakes so this is just like the

ordinary piece of cake

um but to target your inner side more

you can point your feet slightly

outwards but if you want to target more

of your lower abs then bring your legs

down a little so yeah

splendiferous I just wanted to kind of

show you what the brushes do if you guys

would like to see a more you know beat

face kill 'em look then let me know so

that I don't keep rambling oh my gosh

difference between these brushes I have to

I have to put these down, sorry...

they are made of a different

fiber they're made with NuFibre which

just like to the more expensive...I do not

know why I keep doing this sorry guys let me put this down

these brushes just like the other

ones are vegan friendly cruelty-free

they will not have any irritants to the

skin

they just leave your skin looking

really nice and blended and awesome

and beautiful so if you have any sort

of you know brush hair concerns you

don't have to worry these brushes are

also very very soft just because they're

more of an affordable line does not mean

that there was any sacrifice in quality

and I can attest to that because I have

both the expensive

and the inexpensive so if you are really

looking for a way to jump into the Artis

family but you're just kind of like "I don't know..."

these are the ones to try out and

give a whirl to - I will say overall my

favorite one the 7 (Oval 7)...I don't

really know why it's just so wonderful

but it just is the 7 (Oval 7) because of the

shape of it because it's flat I just

feel like this one I could use it for so

many things whereas the other ones they

are wonderful but the seven I just

just something about the shape on this

one that I'm like oh I could you can put

your skincare on which I did I put my

skincare my foundation I was only

tempted to stop because I had to use my

other brushes but I really

honestly could have done my whole look

with this if I wanted to I mean sans my

brows obviously but I could have done

everything I could have done my lipstick

my blush my highlighter my contour my

eyeshadow I mean everything with this

one brush so if you're thinking what

brush should I get out of the whole

collection I would honestly say that

7 (Oval 7) is the best way to start because

everyone starts their make up with

either skincare or foundation so that

being said this one's my favorite if you

wanted to know...it's the 7, the 7 (whisper)

anyway um yeah guys there's not really much

I'm going to say about these that hasn't

been said already the proof is in the

pudding you saw the video hopefully you

liked it if you have any questions let me

say that you have to...yes, is have to the

word I wanna use? yes, have to and the reason why

I say have to is it really changes the whole

game

is the cleansing system...everybody does

not understand but once you get the

cleansing system it will make everything

bomb, okayyy, bomb...the cleansing system is the way

to go with this particular...with any of

the Artis brushes if you purchase

them please get yourself a cleansing

system the foam is amazing the brush pad

is amazing all of it, BOMB...I'm telling

you you wont have any regrets as you

can see and I'll put that in the little

display these brushes come in a nice

beautiful package you know they have a

gallery feel to them, yasss...the packaging

is really amazing because when you're

done with the brushes you can transport

them aka if you're moving or put them

in a drawer or pop this part off and

display them on your beauty counter I

will say be careful because if you do

what I did and try to carry all of them

at once you might drop it and then you

might end up cracking the case so please

be careful...there are so many things you

can do with this product (case)

so other than keeping your brushes dry

and when I say dry I mean free from dust

and debris you can also draw your

brushes with this so if all you do is turn

your brush to the side your brush can

now float and dry on the case, whaaat and

you can also place it here and place this on

your vanity to display your brushes so

do not feel like this is just like

cumbersome packaging you know why would

they even give you this it is very

useful try not to have your brush wet

and then close it like this because all

you're doing is creating a very yucky

zone for your brushes so think of

covering it when it's dry or you're not

using them for a while then put the

top case on otherwise I would keep it

like this, like this or drying like this

like I said the case is very useful so

don't feel like you know am I paying for

just the packaging in a sense...yes, and the

packaging actually works
