People often compare spirituality and religion as if they are the same thing, but this is
very misguided.
A person does not have to say their prayers, attend sacred services or devote any special
specific time or money to anyone in order to be spiritually connected or active.
Similarly, a person who regularly follows rigid religious practices isn�t necessarily
particularly spiritually connected themselves.
Good spiritual health can manifest in a couple of different ways.
First, there is the collective or cultural spiritual health; This is something you see
in a society, for example, the way they treat the elderly or the attitude toward impoverished
members of that society.
The ability to accept those who are different from them is also a big indicator.
The second way this manifests is in an individual manner.
This is how well you truly know yourself or your own soul.
How connected you are to your own inner space, or your base instincts and inclinations is
a pretty clear indicator of spiritual health.
A healthy spiritual connection within yourself can be cultivated by raising your personal
consciousness and being as present in the moment as possible.
Many people achieve this through traditional practices like meditation or yoga, but it
can also be achieved by getting in touch with the things you have passion and love for.
Here are 5 non-traditional ways to promote your spiritual health and well being.
1.
Tactile arts and crafts
This includes anything from cross-stitching to oil painting to Origami.
Working with your own hands to make something original or beautiful is always a great way
to express yourself with authenticity.
We rely on very subtle inner cues to inspire us creatively, and this can be an incredibly
informative process to go through while also being downright fun.
2.
Taking part in music
Whether you are just listening and experiencing it or playing it yourself, music is a wonderful
tool for self expression and exploration.
Something about music can move us in psychological and emotional ways like nothing else can.
Clear vibratory tones have even been used as part of traditional medicinal practices
since ancient times.
Music truly connects the body and mind to the soul.
3.
Do some writing
Writing is a unique form of expression in the sense that you can use it as an outlet
for extremely intimate and private thoughts in the first person, or you can use it as
an extension of yourself, expressing things through metaphor or symbol in a different
narrative.
Either way, it is thoroughly cathartic and useful for documenting and being able to see
the progress you�ve made over time.
4.
Exercise and movement
All human beings need movement in order to thrive.
Even if you are injured or out of shape, some form of (appropriately safe) exercise is nearly
always recommended by medical and spiritual healers.
Movement and physical activity not only promote a healthy body and efficient function of joints
and muscles, but it also encourages your brain to release more of the chemicals that make
us alert and keep us content.
Getting out and exercising doesn�t necessarily have to mean going to the gym or doing push
ups or running a mile, it can be low impact and soothing, swimming in a cool pool or hiking
a beautiful mountain trail.
This promotes a full activation and connection between mind, body, and spirit.
It also gives us time to reflect.
5.
Do nothing at all
In these modern times of technology and media, many of us are left with almost no time in
the day during which we have no external stimuli engaging our senses.
This might be fine for the most part, but truthfully one of the best things you can
do to enhance spiritual growth is to spend some time totally alone with just yourself
and your thoughts.
Simple introspection without any distractions will do wonders for a person�s relationship
to their spirituality.
Some do this through a meditative practice, but it can also be done just by withdrawing
into a quiet place where you�re comfortable and safe to question and work on yourself
without fear of judgment or disturbance.

Narcissists are all around you � they work at your office, attend the same parent-teacher
interviews and are even members of your family.
Their presence in your life, however, is not the problem, their skill in manipulating others,
including yourself, for their own benefit is.
It is necessary to learn how to recognize their tricks.
Toxic people will often act �normal� for periods of time, forming relationships and
friendships, their true nature going unnoticed.
Once these relationships have been formed, narcissists will often use a variety of tactics
to manipulate and control the people in their lives.
They refuse to take responsibility for their actions or to acknowledge that they may aver
be wrong, instead using diversion tactics to victimize others.
Learn to recognize these tricks, so that you can distance yourself from the toxic people
in your life.
Shaming
A narcissist will try to manipulate you by belittling you and making you feel less valuable,
especially in front of other people.
They may do so by shaming your appearance, social class or lack of education.
Their goal is to leave you feeling ashamed, which will in turn make them feel better about
themselves, feeding into their shallow ego.
There is power in believing in yourself, and they need to stop you from feeling that power.
Gaslighting
Regardless of what accusation you may have against them, a narcissist will always have
proof, even if it they have to fabricate it, that you are wrong.
They will make you question your own sanity by instantly offering their proof, and then
assert that it never happened.
If they can convince you that what you believe your have seen is not true, then they obviously
could not have been wrong in that moment.
�Joking� Maliciously
In order to get away with putting you down, a narcissist may attempt to do so in the form
of a �joke�.
Taking this approach will allow them to claim you simply have no sense of humor if you react
negatively, suggesting you should learn to better appreciate the joke.
Don�t allow them to convince you that you are wrong for standing up for what you believe
in.
If you try to laugh it off, and play into their joke charade, you are only going to
open yourself up to more of these �jokes� in the long run.
Name Calling
When a narcissist is running out of tactics to spin a situation to show they are correct,
this will anger them.
They will then resort to name calling, in an attempt to degrade you.
They know that they cannot change your belief about the topic you are currently disagreeing
on, so instead they will criticize and ridicule you directly so that you are left feeling
incapacitated to defend yourself.
Nonsensical Conversations
Narcissists need to ensure that they are always right, and if they aren�t they will resort
to whatever means they feel are required to make it appear as though they are.
If you find that you are in a conversation that became so turned around that you no longer
even remember what you were fighting about, stop and take a step back.
Rather than accept that their attitude towards to conversation may be what requires work,
they are steering the conversation enough to avoid admitting the error of their ways.
Playing Victim
A favorite phrase of many narcissists is �I can�t win with you.� This ensures that
regardless of whether they are right or wrong, they are the victim in any situation.
They are looking to put you into a position in which you feel you need to console them
or help them to justify their inflated ego.
Don�t fall into this trap and back down or they will always get their way.
Claiming to Always Be Nice
For the most part, those who are genuinely nice people will not fell the need to shout
it out to the world, they will allow their actions to speak for themselves.
They will attempt to hide their character flaws by bragging about how compassionate,
sympathetic and well meaning they are.
Controlling
A narcissist will go out of their way to control your life.
If you live together, for example, they may try to keep you inside your home as much as
possible, away from the influence of other people.
This will leave you dependent on them for all your needs.
If you are financially independent, they will also take control of your finances to ensure
that you do not have the means to leave them, and instead require them to support you.
Twisting Your Point
While your point may have been simple, and clear, a narcissist will put their own spin
on it, accusing your of having said or meant things simply because they believe they know
what you are trying to say.
They do, however, know all, right?
By the end of a conversation they may have turned it all around so much, even you are
starting to question if you are that bad of a person for thinking that underlying reason
which they accuse you of actually meaning.
Inappropriate Behavior
Those who have been found to be narcissistic are often found to behave in ways that others
feel are questionable or inappropriate.
They are more likely to engage in ways that are seen as vulgar, or resort to obscene language
in public.
They will embarrass you, leaving your apologizing for their actions.
Projection
If ever you accuse a narcissist of having done something that you do not agree with,
you will find that they are going to project their errors onto you to ensure that you are
the one who is �wrong�.
This technique will in turn take the attention off their errors, ensuring they can maintain
their flawless image.
For example, if they are a cheater they will accuse you of cheating instead.
Devaluing You to Others
If a narcissist is unable to make you feel badly about yourself, you can bet that they
are going to instead bring you down in their conversations with others.
They may accuse you of actions which reflect negatively on your character, even if they
didn�t happen.
For example, they may accuse you of having cheated on your ex-partner to others regardless
of whether you had previously cheated or not.
Manufacturing Faults
If a narcissist needs you to question yourself in order to move their own agenda, they may
spin all of the things you are good at, your strengths, into faults.
This will ensure that you can�t possibly be better than them.
If you have positive feelings in regards to an achievement in your past, they will manipulate
your memories to spin them into a negative.
Their goal is to leave you feeling frustrated and out of control of your emotions.
This tactic is not going to happen over night, but rather over an extended period of time.
Generalizations
Narcissists are selfish, and their only interests are those subjects that relate directly to
them.
For this reason, if you are speaking they are not listening to what you have to say.
This is until a topic arises that either is about them, or creates enough drama to put
the attention on them due to their need to argue.
At this point, their lack of attention has left them with no details from your previous
conversation.
Instead of admitting they weren�t listening, they will speak in large generalizations,
such as using the excuse that �you are always unhappy�.
Playing with Your Feelings
Early on in your relationship a narcissist will take the time to know and understand
your insecurities.
They are not doing this so that they can support you, but rather so that they can use them
against you during an argument if they feel they need to in order to come out on top.
For example, if you make a simple accusation against them that they can�t directly refute,
the conversation may turn ito a full blown session to expose
all
of
your insecurities and faults.

Asus' New Laptops From Computex + New Intel Core i9 Chips + Nvidia Max-Q + Notebook 9 Pro with S Pen - Duration: 8:35.
Hey guys Brainy Here with a brand new video and this is another episode of Tech News.
The Weekly video series on this channel where I give you the full rundown of some of the
most important and trending tech news of the week.
Keeping you informed with what you need to be.
I've got a bunch of cool things to talk about in this video, So with that being said,
let's get right into the video.
So Computex is underway and if you don't know what it it here's a very short summary.
COMPUTEX Taipei, or Taipei International Information Technology Show, is a computer expo held annually
in Taipei, Taiwan.
That's about it.
And at this tech show a lot of cool stuff is shown off.
And Asus has shown off a few cool laptops at Computex 2017.
So here's the rundown on a few they have announced.
The Zenbook Flip S. The Flip S is the "world's thinnest convertible," according to Asus
chairman Jonney Shih.
It's 10.9mm thick, which Asus says is 20 percent slimmer than the MacBook, and it weighs
in at 1.1kg (2.42 pounds).
Asus claims 11.5 hours of battery life from its Core i7 processor, though the company
isn't specifying which specific chip it's using inside the Flip S. There's a single
USB-C port, and the 13.3-inch 4K screen folds around 360 degrees for tablet use.
The ZenBook Flip S starts at $1,099.
The Zenbook Pro.
The new ZenBook Pro sounds like a pretty solid all-rounder, cramming an Nvidia GTX 1050Ti
GPU, a 15.6-inch 4K display, and an H-series Core i7 CPU inside an 18.9mm-thick chassis.
Asus claims up to 14 hours of battery life for the ZenBook Pro, which will start at $1,299.
The Zenbook 3 Deluxe.
Asus called the ZenBook 3 the "world's most prestigious laptop" last year, and
it's using the same tagline for the new ZenBook 3 Deluxe.
It's bigger than the regular ZenBook 3, with Asus calling it the world's thinnest
14-inch laptop at 12.9mm thick.
It has two Thunderbolt 3 ports, an unspecified Core i7 processor, and a 1080p display; it'll
start at $1,199.
The VivoBook S. The VivoBook S Is a $499 laptop in a 17.9mm-thick vaguely MacBook-Pro-ish
aluminum case with up to a Core i7 processor and an Nvidia GTX 940MX GPU inside.
The 15-inch screen didn't look great in my brief time with the laptop, but the specs
aren't bad for the price.
And finally the, The new VivoBook Pro is Asus' mid-range offering, coming with a 15.6-inch
4K display, a Core i7 processor, and a GTX 1050 GPU.
It'll ship in the summer for $799.
There's a lot of other cool stuff from Computex so I'll keep you guys updated in future
videos.
Samsung's new Notebook 9 Pro includes a built-in S Pen.
Samsung is bringing its S Pen technology to the company's notebook line.
At Computex, Samsung is launching its new Notebook 9 Pro.
Unlike the previous Notebook 9 series, this Pro version now has a 360-degree hinge just
like Lenovo's Yoga laptops and it means the Notebook 9 Pro can be used as a tablet
or a laptop.
Samsung is pairing that hinge with an embedded S Pen that slides into the base of the Notebook
9 Pro.
The S Pen includes 4,000 levels of pressure and the ability to detect tilt for shading
(just like Microsoft's new Surface Pen).
It also includes Samsung's Air Command software for drawing, notes, and editing documents.
Samsung is also ensuring its S Pen is fully compatible with Windows Ink, allowing Notebook
9 Pro users to use the stylus across all of Windows 10.
Samsung is releasing 13.3- and 15-inch models of the Notebook 9 Pro, and both will include
Intel's latest Core i7 processors.
The 13.3-inch version will ship with 8GB of RAM, while the larger model includes 16GB
of RAM.
Both will include a 256GB SSD, and the 15-inch model has AMD's Radeon 450 graphics card
inside.
There's also USB C for fast charging, two regular USB ports, a HDMI port, and support
for microSD storage.
Nvidia has announced Max-Q at Computex Taipei, a new design approach that's intended to
enable thin, light, and quiet laptops with strong gaming performance.
The company says that the Max-Q spec can cut the power consumption of a GTX 1080 in half,
for example, allowing it to be used in an ultraportable notebook.
Nvidia is working from the principle that you get diminishing returns at some point
when increasing performance capability, and Max-Q software figures out the optimal point
to target.
That GTX 1080 with half the power consumption is the exact same chip you'd find in a bulky
gaming laptop today, but Nvidia says it should achieve about 90 percent of the performance
in a thin and light design.
Intel has announced a new Core X line of high-end processors, including new Core i9 chips.
Intel announced a new family of "Core X" desktop processors at Computex today, offering
even more powerful versions of its existing Core i5 and Core i7 models, along with a new,
top-of-the-line Core i9 line for those who want even more firepower.
The Core X platform is being targeted squarely at enthusiast customers like gamers and content
creators — people who want to be able to run the latest games at the best possible
resolution while streaming footage and running a chat with viewers or have four different
creative tools open at once to put together a new vlog.
To that end, the Core X series scales from models with 4-cores topping out with the $1,999
Core i9 Extreme, which Intel proudly points out is the first consumer desktop processor
to offer 18-cores and 36-threads.
The Core X family starts with the Core i5-7640X at $242, which offers 4-cores and 4-threads.
The Core i7 X-Series range from a $339, 4-core / 8-thread model to a $599 8-core / 16-thread
chip.
As for the Core i9?
Intel will be offering four models (not counting the i9 Extreme mentioned earlier) ranging
from $999 for a 10-core / 20-thread processor to a $1,699, 16-core / 32-thread chip.
Essential Home is an Amazon Echo competitor that puts privacy first.
Essential Home is the new intelligent assistant with round "auto-display" just announced by
Andy Rubin's new venture.
It can be activated with a question, a tap, or even a "glance," according to Essential,
and it's designed to never intrude upon the home.
In that way Essential calls it "an entirely new type of product" but it mostly borrows
ideas from existing products in an attempt to outdo them.
Essential Home lets you control your music, ask general interest questions, set timers,
and control your lights — capabilities we've seen from Google and Amazon, only Essential
promises to do them better, somehow.
Essential has some nice renders showing the concept in action.
But we're not seeing any photos of a working device and nothing in the way of specifications,
prices, or delivery dates.
Actually not much solid info is available about the new device.
But there are also a few other cool pieces of tech announced by Essential which include
a new Android phone with a unique edge-to-edge display, a modular accessory system, a new
360 camera for that system, and a new intelligent speaker with a huge circular display.
So A Lot of stuff is going down with Essential.
And now in our last bit of tech news for today, Uber has fired an executive accused of stealing
Google's self-driving car secrets.
Uber has fired Anthony Levandowski, the former head of its self-driving car project, according
to the New York Times.
Levandowski came to Uber after a long stint at Google, where he helped launch that company's
own self-driving car project before it was spun off into a standalone company called
Waymo.
Earlier this year, Waymo filed a lawsuit against Uber, alleging that Levandowski stole some
14,000 documents from Waymo, and that that information became the technological basis
for Uber's self-driving cars.
Levandowski had already stepped away from running Uber's self-driving car project,
with the company moving him to an operations role in late April.
Uber has denied the allegations against Levandowski, and in the meantime has been trying to prove
in court that it developed its own self-driving technology independently.
Levandowski's refusal to cooperate with those efforts were the reason for his firing,
according to the report.
And as things are now this is still a developing story so you may wanna pay attention to tech
news feeds from websites such as the verge and cnet.

Hello! Today I'll show you a very cool idea with a water spray.
First we need: a water sprayer, a switch, a battery compartment, a battery and a motor, you can get it from a regular toy.
Take a water spray and use a cool gun to glue the motor, then the switch.
After the glue dries, take the battery compartment and solder those to the motor, everything is soldered sequentially through the switch
Then glue the battery compartment, we almost have everything left to put on the propeller on the axis of the engine and connecting the battery.

more inevitable.

Word War 3 is definitely a fearsome topic.

If a country was to drop a nuclear bomb, you�d die immediately in the explosion � if it�s
close to you.
If not, you�ll soon die from the exposure to radiation and contamination.
So it seems the best reassurance to have in the event of world war three is that you�re
in a safe place.
The world leaders will obviously be a bad place to be hiding during the third world
war.
They will be the direct targets of rivaling countries and you don�t want to be caught
in the middle.
That means that you�re probably going to want to avoid the United States, United Kingdom,
China, and Russia � and don�t go anywhere in the middle east.
That would most likely be a death sentence.
If you are worried about your world war three fate, these are the safest countries to be
in during the collapse � you might want to hurry and make a move.
