Tesla is making a push to highlight the contrast between the upcoming Model 3 and the Model
S. A side by side sales comparison brochure was leaked last week with "0 to 60" acceleration
topping the list of major differences between the two models.
Another push that Tesla is making before Model 3 hits the market is reaching out to current
lease holders.
The three options that include extending a lease term by 6 months are nothing new by
the industry standards but this is the first time Tesla had attempted to address the ownership
retention.
It looks like Tesla won't be coming to India anytime soon.
Elon Musk had suggested that Tesla is no longer planning the summer launch due to requirements
of at least thirty percent of all parts having to be locally sourced.
Tesla stock had closed at $325.14 on Friday up 4.6 percent for the week.
