Paul Hellyer, Canada�s former Minister of Defence, has been creating awareness about
the fact that we are not alone, and that an extraterrestrial presence has been identified

In the interview below with Motherboard, Hellyer details a personal story which involved himself
and his Nephew.
Keep in mind, there are hundreds of these high ranking individuals, from presidents,
to four star Generals, to Defence Ministers around the world and more who have all made
some eye-opening statements.
Hellyer is the first from the G8 countries of cabinet rank to speak publicly about it.
He goes on to speak of a conversation he had with his nephew about the book, who in turn
had another conversation with a United States Air Force general stating that the General
said, �every word of it is true and more.�
Hellyer then goes on to explain how he himself then phoned the general and said, �before
I could even say hello and how are you, he said �every word of it is true and more.�
And he said there had in fact been face to face meetings between United States officials
and extraterrestrials from other Star Systems.�
Again, stories like this from credible people have spread their way into the mainstream.
It�s not really a fringe topic anymore.
The only thing that worries me is the �spin� corporate media could put on it, given the
fact that they seem to do that with so many stories in all fields, from politics and science.

What is Sweet Wormwood? | Useful info - Duration: 5:09.
What is Sweet Wormwood?
There is a difference between Wormwood and Sweet Wormwood.
Regular wormwood, or Artemisia absinthium, is famous as being the main ingredient used
to make absinthe.
This species has been touted as a beneficial alternative cancer treatment as well, although
to date, scientific evidence cannot yet support these claims effects.
Regular wormwood also contains thujone, a volatile oil that can lead to problems with
the kidneys and liver.
It is not recommended for consumption in high amounts.
Sweet Wormwood however, has long been used in traditional forms of herbal medicine and
does not contain the same harmful amounts of thujone.
Sweet Wormwood, or Artemisia annua, typically grows in western regions of Asia, Northern
Africa, and Europe, although it is now grown in North America as well.
Its primary active ingredient is artemisinin which is now widely accepted as a conventional
medical treatment for malaria.
Currently, the use of Sweet Wormwood for cancer treatment is a major area of interest.
Initial research conducted on in vitro cancer cells showed that artemisinin from this plant
helped to eliminate these cells by promoting apoptosis.
Cancer cells require iron to replicate their cellular structures when dividing.
Because cancerous cells have higher concentrations of iron than normal cells, it has been proposed
that mechanisms which target and kill cells that only have high iron levels may be an
effective way to attack cancers without affecting healthy cells.
Artemisinin has been shown to do exactly that.
When this compound from the Sweet Wormwood plant comes into contact with high levels
of iron, it breaks down in such a way that creates free radical particles.
These free radicals destroy the cancer cells in a type of pro-oxidant effect.
However, only cancer cells are targeted with the oxidative damage; healthy cells that do
not have elevated iron levels remain untouched.
The University of Washington is just one of many engaged in such studies on Sweet Wormwood
in regard to breast cancer.
Studies at the University of Washington have focused their attention on leukemia as well,
with promising results regarding the percentage of cancer cells remaining after introducing
artemisinin.
For example, leukemia cells have as much as 1,000 times the iron concentration as normal
cells.
Artemisinin initiates a chemical reaction that results in the production of charged
atoms (free radicals) that attack these cellular membranes.
Anti-Cancer Effects.
Part of the reason that Sweet Wormwood may be effective for both cancer and malaria is
the fact that Artemisinin contains a reactive endoperoxide bridge.
The action of endoperoxides has been shown to be effective in treating malaria, though
studies are still underway in regard to their efficacy in cancer treatments.
The endoperoxide bridge found in Artemisinin reacts with the mineral iron to form what
are known as cytotoxic free radicals.
Because of the cytotoxicity, Artemisinin and its derivatives may initiate apoptosis (cellular
death) in certain cancer cell lines.
The endoperoxide bridge is necessary for the anti-cancer activities of artemisinin and
other derivatives of Artemisia annua.
This process occurs through the formation of free radicals.
Free radicals cause oxidation, which damage or destroy cells in the body.
Think of oxidation as the rust that forms on a car that gradually eats away at the metal.
The same process is true of free radicals on cellular structures.
While the actions of artemisinin and its derivatives can destroy cancer cells through a pro-oxidant
effect, in normal healthy cells it actually has an anti-oxidant effect.
Compounds found in artemisinin are also believed to have anti-inflammatory, anti-angiogenic,
as well as anti-metastasis effects.
While these effects may make it plausible as an adjunct chemotherapy drug option, it
is also known that artemisinin derivatives are not as potent as currently utilized chemotherapy
cancer drugs and have very short plasma half-lives.
As such, use of artemisinin-based therapies would require more frequent treatments as
well as higher dosages in order to be effective in cancer treatments.
Studies are underway to improve the efficacy and the targeting abilities of these artemisinin
compounds found in Sweet Wormwood for cancer treatments.

Jeep Wrangler Rigid Industries 20" E Series Hood Mount Bracket (2007-2017 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 3:54.
I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com and this is my review and installation of the Rigid
Industries 20 inch E Series Hood Mount Bracket, fitting your 2007 and up JK.
Today we're going to talk through the installation of this bracket, which is a very simple one
out of three wrench install.
This is going to go under the existing bolts that are already holding your hood to your
hood hinges.
So, no drilling or major modification necessary, but we will talk more through the installation
in just a second.
This is of course for those of you looking to mount a 20 inch E Series Rigid Industries
Light Bar on the hood of your Jeep, without the need to drill or do any major modifications.
This bracket is going to make that installation very, very simple and something that will
bolt directly onto your Jeep.
Now a 20 inch light bar, in my opinion, is a pretty good size.
A 50 inch is a lot of light and most of us don't really need that, and I think if we're
being honest with ourselves, a lot of people install the 50 inch because they like the
aesthetics even more than the functionality.
A 20 inch is going to be a little bit more functional, not quite as much light but still,
more than enough for what most of us need it for.
And there are only a couple of locations that really fit a 20 inch light bar really well.
There's a grill mount, which is something that I really like, and then of course on
the hood.
But again, if you're looking for something that's going to be a very easy install I think
this is going to be a very nice option.
And Rigid Industries makes a premium product.
We all know that their lights are very, very high quality and they also carry a premium
price tag.
However, this bracket is only $5 more than something very similar from a brand like Rugged
Ridge.
So, I think this is also going to be a really good deal.
This bracket is made of stainless steel that's covered in a textured powder coat finish.
So, if you were to ever get any sort of chip on it, it wouldn't rust like mild steel would.
This is going to hold up really well, it's going to look good.
Adding a light to your Jeep as we said before, can be an aesthetic mod and give you that
tough off-road look just as much as it can be functional, so having a light on the hood
is going to give you guys that off-road look that you're after if you're in this for the
form over the function.
Again, this is a very simple installation.
Definitely, a one out of three wrenches and this should take you less than an hour to
get installed.
All you have to do is remove two bolts from your hood hinge on one side, put your bracket
down, replace those bolts, repeat on the other side and you're finished.
Now anytime you're removing those bolts that have been painted over, it would be a good
idea to go ahead and use a razor knife to go around the bolt, to make sure that you're
not going to flake any of the other paint on the hinge.
But other than that, not a big risk of doing any sort of damage, and this is certainly
not one of those mods that is permanent.
If you ever wanted to remove this, you can certainly do so.
After you have the bracket installed, just go ahead and install your light.
Get it wired up and you're finished.
This bracket's gonna come in at right around $80, and like I said before, there are other
brands out there.
Rugged Ridge for instance, that makes a bracket for 20 inch light bar on your hood that's
only $5 less.
So, what that means is you're getting a stainless bracket with quality powder coat, everything
is going to be laser cut, fit, and look good and you're getting something from Rigid Industries
that's designed to work specifically with their 20 inch E Series light, for only $5
more than you would have to pay for a Rugged Ridge mount.
So, I do think that this is a pretty good deal.
If you're looking to mount a 20 inch on your hood, I would definitely recommend going with
these.
I think they're fairly priced.
So, if you're looking to mount a 20 inch E Series Rigid light on your hood, I think going
with a set of brackets like this is a great idea because you're gonna make that install
completely bolt on without having to do any major modification to your hood and I think
they're priced fairly.

A couple of months ago we heard the first rumors about Samsung Galaxy J7 2017 and
Galaxy J5 2017.
We know their specs and see renders, but the South Korean manufacturer has not released
them officially.
We can see first hands-on review videos of Galaxy J7 (2017) and Galaxy J5 (2017).
We decided to compare both smartphones, their specifications and design.
As for design, both smartphones Galaxy J7 2017 and Galaxy J5 2017 have metallic bodies.
They have similar design and unique looking antenna bands on the rear side.
Also, they are equipped with front-mounted fingerprint readers.
The smartphones have nothing at the top, but at the bottom we see a microUSB port, and
3.5mm audio jack.
Their right-side features volume up and down buttons, and dedicated slots for microSD card,
and SIM card.
The Power button is on the left side.
The older model Galaxy J7 2017 will be available in four color options: Pink, Gold,
Black, and Light Blue.
New smartphone Galaxy J5 2017 is also expected to come in these color variants.
Now, we look at specifications of both smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy J7 2017 is powered by Exynos 7870 chipset that features a 1.6 GHz octa-core
processor and 3 GB of RAM.
It will come with 16 GB of inbuilt storage.
It is expected to feature 5.5-inch full HD resolution support Super AMOLED screen.
The 13-megapixiel cameras sitting at the front, as well as at the back are coupled with LED
flashes.
It includes a 3600mAh battery.
As for the second smartphone Galaxy J5 2017 has 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display, that
supports HD resolution of 720 by 1280 pixels.
It is powered by Exynos 7570 chipset and 2 GB of RAM.
The native storage of the phone is 16 GB.
The front and rear sides of Galaxy J5 2017 are equipped with LED enabled 13-megapixel
cameras.
It features 3000mAh battery.
It's a pity, but there is no information on the launch date of Galaxy J7 and J5 2017
It is likely to get introduced in the next month.
Recall, that Samsung has already quietly released Galaxy J3 2017 in earlier in May.
It is an entry-level phone that is widely sold in the US and elsewhere.
The new smartphone Galaxy J3 has a price of $180.

inches of ginger, 2 teaspoons of tea dust or tea leaves, 1 teaspoon of honey and half
a lemon.
We'll start by taking 2 glasses of water in a saucepan, and then we'll add 2 teaspoons
of tea dust to the water.
Scientists have discovered that tea contains high levels of compounds that help to reduce
the amount of fat absorbed by the gut and can cut cholesterol, however proteins found
in cow's milk nuetralise this fat fighting ability.
And then I've added finely smashed ginger.
Ginger is used for weight loss as it increases metabolism , stimulates blood circulation
and excretion of toxins from the body and then add 2 teaspoons of saunf/fennel seeds.
Fennel is excellent for combating obesity as it suppresses the appetite and creates
a feeling of fullness.
Fresh fennel acts as a natural fat buster by boosting metabolism and breaking down fats.Being
a diuretic, Fennel helps reduce water retention which is a common cause of temporary weight
gain.
Let it come to a boil and sit for another 1 minute.
Now strain the Weight loss Detox Tea and when it is luke warm add the juice from half a
lemon
and finally add a teaspoon of honey and give a quick stir.
Lemons contain flavonoids which are plant pigments that are known to have strong anti
oxidant properties, lemons also contain important vitamins ike vitamin C and potassium and this
naturally helps to boost your metabolism and thereby weight loss.
Honey contains nutrients such as Protein,water,energy, fiber and various vitamins and minerals.
It contains minerals such as Iron,Sodium,Potassium,Phosphorus,Zinc and Calcium.

today I've come up with a meal plan
specially designed for weight loss
during Ramadan out of my personal
experience Ramadan is an excellent
opportunity to adopt dietary
modifications for many Muslims who want
to lose weight and maintain it the
spiritual and physical practice of
self-discipline can help many achieve
the weight-loss target here are some of
the meal choices for suhoor and iftar that I
personally follow to lose weight
during Ramadan. At suhoor ,start your day
with the weight loss detox tea the

I'll leave the link in the description
box below and then have a bowl of brown
rice along with any one of the side
dishes from these choices, half a cup of
prawn curry, remember not to deep fry the
prawns or you can have half chicken
breasts or a bowl of kidney beans or a
fish that is cooked in olive oil or if
you don't want to have brown rice you
can have 2 to 3 rotis along with any of
the side dish of your choice . Choices for
iftar, we all know that it is Sunnah to
have to 2-3 dates for iftar that is
for breaking the fast as it provides the
body with sugar helping restore low
blood sugar after fasting all day so
this fruit becomes the inevitable part
of our iftar with this you can have a
bowl of Channa or chickpeas with a glass
of any fruit juice or you can have a
bowl of fruit salad with a cup of cocoa
and then after half an hour have the
weight loss detox tea follow these
suggested meal plans and may The Almighty
increase our health, wealth and iman in
