Youtube daily report Jun 18 2017

So, tell me, do you want to see

Medvedev's countryhouse? I feel like you do.

Honestly I'm very excited to show it to you

because Medvedev, he's

a Prime minister of Russia's government

and also a leader of Edinaya Rossiya party

He's now going to elections as a head of the party

He campaigns for the party, promises a lot of things

However for some reason

he forgot to show his countryhouse

He forgot, but we did not!

Strictly speaking, what's called Medvedev's dacha

is widely known for several years.

It's a huge residence

near the old Russian city Plyos

in Ivanovo Oblast (district).

Journalists wrote about it since as long as 2011.

There is a Wikipedia page about it.

But there weren't a single photograph of it

mainly because no one could come close to it.

And this isn't surprising at all -

look at how big is the 6 meter fence around it!

Any access to this residency

is not just limited from land

but also from the Volga river side, to which it adjoins.

Medvedev himself visits it quite regularly

he arrived there on his yacht

and even judging by his Instagram, Edinaya Rossiya's leader...

it can be concluded:

Here's a photo with wild mushrooms,

we then check where was it taken

and geo-tag shows us that it was done there

in the Plyos residency

Well, now for the easy part-

get over this 6 meter high fence

For Anti-Corruption Fund's airforce

this is not a problem at all

So for the first time, here's the flight

over what journalists are calling a Medvedev's countryhouse.

Flying from Volga's side, we can straight away see

the private pier

and also two hovercrafts.

They are located here around the clock.

Also we can see the finishing part of the slope

designed for skiing.

We can see two houses and we're eager to say

'Oh, they're not even that big!'

But take your time! You'll see a main residency

in the end of the overflight.

This is apparently a guest house

or just some house

built near the ski lift.

Have a look at the special communication station.

We such stations every time

on the private residencies of top officials.

And here's the renowned 6 meter fence.

And here we would like to say

here's a back part of the residence

where we can see the greenhouses, maids' house and whatnot.

But according to the documents

the residence actually goes all the way

to the brink of forest faraway, closer to the horizon.

Here's a hotel for the personnel.

A communication station again.

And here we see two helicopter pads.

There're three in total around the place.

just like in the famous Putin's palace in Gelendzhik.

And finally we fly close to the main part

Take a look - there's even a small fence

surrounding the it from the rest

Historical manor Milovka, built circa 1775

Although it was renewed and renovated.

A duck's house.

We turn and see yet another two guest houses

one of which has a very crafty

cascade swimming pool.

You will see it in a moment.

We can see another house on the shore.

so we fly towards it.

Here we have a 'house with a swimming pool'

We don't know the details, but documents suggest exactly so.

Pool must be rather big.

Here we have Russia's vast expanses.

And again our 6 meter fence, guarding the expanses

from Dmitry Medvedev or maybe Dmitry Medvedev

from Russia. Just in case if it decides to kick his ass.

And we fly back.

Total area of the residency is

more than 80 hectares (198 acres). It's almost like 3 Kremlins.

or 30 Red Squares combined (150 football fields).

We can't even estimate its market price.

Renovation of the ancient manor,

a number of houses,

a swimming pool, a hotel, skiing slope,

underground facilities. We estimate that

to build such a complex would cost

at least 25-30 billions of rubles ($386-464 mil)

Here's a giant chessboard by the way,

where Dmitry Medvedev himself

can be a king and can crush rebellious figures.

In sum, it looks freely and beautiful here.

Supposedly,

it's very good for Dmitry Medvedev to think here

and here specifically he came up with his famous quotes

'Hold tight here, Wish you all the best, good mood and stay healthy!'

You must be dying to know who

paid for all this beauty.

One thing we can say for sure - Medvedev.

did not do it.

The manor firstly belonged to

to a fund called 'Dar' ('Gift')

which is tightly connected with Svetlana Medvedeva (wife)

and even the supervisory board of this fund

was headed by a guy in the same cohort with Medvedev (same year student)

Ilya Eliseev

Judging by mass media, a generous sum of

30 billion rubles

was granted to the non-commercial fund

by the shareholders of gas company Novotek -

Simanovsky and Michelson.

Using exactly these money fund has acquired the historical manor

renovated it and

also built all that you've seen.

A month after the famous

castling of 2011 (swap with Putin)

Plyos residency was re-gifted. Today it belongs to

the non-commercial fund

of Saving the historical and cultural heritage.

That's such an interesting way

of how russian cultural heritage -

is guarded behind 6 meter fence and FSO guards

and special communication towers.

On weekends and public holidays the cultural heritage

is guarded by Russian Prime minister himself.

Is this all because of the corruption?

Sure it is! Same as the majority of the affairs

of Putin and Medvedev and their party - Edinaya Rossiya.

And Medvedev is deservedly

a first in the list of the party.

Just see for yourself what a countryhouse looks like

that belongs to German chancellor Angela Merkel.

And here's the house of USA ex-president, Bill Clinton.

Have you compared it to Medvedev's one?

Now let's compare the minimal wage.

Russia's minimal wage is 7500 rubles ($116 a month)

USA - 82000 rubles ($1268)

and in Germany - 107500 rubles ($1662)

It's very strange

that our country is poor

but its officials lives 300 times

more luxurious

than other countries leaders.

All of this corruption

is only possible thanks to anyone

who votes for Edinaya Rossiya

Please don't be like these people

and if you end up going to the elections

in the upcoming weekend

then make sure vote against

the Edinaya Rossiya and ask as many people as you can

to do the same thing.

Obviuosly, no one's going to show you

the Medvedev' dacha on the TV.

So we'll be glad if you could share this video.

We only speak truth here.

CEO Corner with Michelle Sandford & Sarab Singh - Duration: 13:18.

Okay so here I am and in the Microsoft offices today and why don't you

introduce yourself and tell them a little bit about who you are and where you come from?

Sure, my name is Sarab Singh, I am the chief executive of The Illuminate Group. So we

are a an organizational development company. So that kind of looks at

organizations systems and their people and their strategy and we try and create

magic out of that. We're kind of changing that landscape and saying okay People

First, Strategy Second - so really looking at, certainly for leaders to actually

understand, the people a bit better. Use the behavioral sciences in

understanding emotional intelligence and then aligning that effort of people into

actually achieving things for the organization that I were beyond a simple

person's purview of what can be achieved. So really flipping it to say now let's

actually focus on people. Sorry now I was gonna say I I just wrote a

blog post this weekend on LinkedIn and I, one of the things that I led with

actually was that um, one of the reasons that people fail and

organizations fail, is is in implementing big changes or in assimilating big

changes, it's you know, they don't they don't bring other people on the journey

with them .They don't make sure that people are engaged, they don't make

people, make sure people are understanding, and then make sure

people are really in it with them, and yeah I guess people assume it's all

about the process and it's not about the people just like you were saying. I know, and it's

only one part of it and then that process as well needs to kind of talk to

people as well as the strategy so you can't have great processes and great

people but if your strategy is wrong then the business is not going to do as

well as you think or certainly reach the stakeholders as much

as you think. So we do need to combine making sure that you've actually

got a product that people want, then you've got the systems and processes

that actually deliver efficiently and certain people actually engaged in

doing that so it's I can't say what comes first or second or third it is it

is about not even that it's actually about creating magic in the

interrelationships of the three but for me it always starts in understanding

people bit better and as you just just allowing them that place to flourish

and and it's incredible what what people achieve just to that but that's yet. So

last week you did the Young Leaders Symposium for the ACS and every single

one of those kids told me be your presentation was was the best thing they

saw the whole weekend and had the most key takeaways, a lot of them were talking to

me about something called "framing"? Yes, yes - so framing is how I describe it as a

the cognitive brick of why people behave the way they behave - so a frame for us is

made up of three things which is think, feel, and behave - so I kind of explained

to them how biologically we are designed to think and feel exactly that so happy

thoughts will release happy chemicals to make us feel happy and angry thoughts

will do the same is making us feel angry. So and it's biologically not possible

for us to think happy thoughts and release angry chemicals so once we

understand that the feeling then drives a certain behaviour. I gave them kind of

an experiential learning into that to say how that works. So we are, I guess,

a collection of our own frames so our frames determine our personality and

they determine our view of the world, well I guess, a bit like mental models but

there it's more driven at a cellular level to,

say okay - think-feel is a chemical process so the quality about frames determine what

results are going to be so and the differentiator here is frames are

neutral they're not good or bad they're not right or wrong they're not positive

or negative and what we need to do is use the frames in line with our goals

so actually, use that as a lens to view our goals once you are clear on your

goals then you can actually check your frames. So you go okay are these frames

helpful or unhelpful. Not right or wrong not good or bad - but are they going to let me

achieve my goals or not let me achieve my goals. So that is a high level of

consciousness in dealing with ourselves, dealing with our teams and dealing with the

organizations and our stakeholders and that perspective. So interesting way of

looking at it but it's a it's important way of looking at it. I think that my my

reason as being, science has been telling us a lot of these wonderful things for a

long time but we are still kind of stuck in old industrial ways of leading people

and more and more in Perth, certainly, in WA, we're finding there's a lot of

leaders in a lot of organisations who are now willing to sort of step up and go

"okay Sarab tell me bit more about this. How does this work?" and kind of

seeing some real benefits out of that. Yeah I was just thinking while you were

talking and what we were talking about before where I said that a lot of people

believe that there are no jobs in tech and therefore it's not a good career to

send their kids into and the kids are choosing to take different degrees and

things because that's what they believe but the statistics don't actually back

that up. There are, while jobs are declining, they are

not declining in Tech, they are increasing and the jobs of the future will be

perhaps even in roles that don't even exist today and how that messaging and

that belief that there's nothing there and it's pointless it's stopping people

going there is that kind of what you mean? Yeah absolutely, so it's, part of that.

So people, we frame everything right? We've, you've framed me already. I've

framed you . People listening to this um but it just happens biologically in an

instance so people actually watching this the the young ACS Group that we

were talking about earlier all of them. We frame every person in

every situation and every experience and we kind of store that as a memory bank

only to use it again so when people have kind of framed the Tech industry they've

they've not just done that through their experience but frames can be given to us

by media, by leaders by people that we think are credible. So it takes someone to

undo that and say no let's reframe this. This is not the fact this is a

perception or a frame and we can reframe that and I think that's what your TED

talk did for me last time say okay here's a bit of reframing going on right

there yeah yeah I was listening to a thing as well on the radio this morning

on "Impostor Syndrome" what do you think about that? You're gonna have to give me

a little bit more information. Oh you have not heard that one, you will love this. So impostor syndrome is

something that I hear about a lot in industry and specifically in Tech, but I

don't think it's it's stuck in there. It's where you are doing a role or

promoted to a role or are perhaps standing on the stage and framed as an

expert or as the you know the team lead or whatever but inside you think oh my

goodness I'm not good enough for this and they're going to figure it out soon. They haven't figured it out

yet, but soon they will. Soon they will! And everyone's gonna laugh at me when

they realize. Yeah isn't funny. Look I think it's the human

behavior we need to understand a little bit there is no such thing as an expert

and you're not born as an expert it's really directly related to the time you

spend in the subject and the amount of focus you actually put it so it's not

saying I've spent 20 years in Tech. You may only have an experience of two weeks

repeated over 20 years so that doesn't count but it's actually consciously

engaging with what you're doing and spending time with it that kind of makes

you an expert so people are way too worried about it.

They generally do know a bit more than people around them so then that's

why they don't have to compare themselves with the best in the

world or people who, actually that's their job, and in a lot, certainly in

leadership that's kind of very true. Where people go "well I'm the designated

leader so I'm blessed with all the leadership qualities" Again - Leadership

is a learned thing and it's not unless or until you actually spend time in

leading and and that experience and engaging with that is it until you do

that you don't become leader. And the people that you lead are the ones that

teach you how to lead. Absolutely so as I say you deserve

the leader you have. So, it comes back to people assume. What is,

there's a notion of leadership and then there's another notion of followership.

Followship is even harder and it's that that determines the quality of leaders.

So it really is what followers require in a leader to be. That's what the leader

becomes. Have you seen that first follower Video? Yes, so that's a great

example of that, so that's what courage. I think to me that's still a first

follower but that's kind of showing leadership in actually following so to

me that's that's still a very important lesson in leadership going okay here's

someone who's made up their mind thinking that is a good idea and and

they're going to back themselves up and back the other you know the lone nutter

I think in the video it's called so backing that lone nutter in into

something just because they think, they've made an independent decision to say that

is a good thing once people actually do that, think independently and have

the courage, have the courage to say I think that and start to influence people

that's where magic of leadership happens. Yeah, very cool. Now one

piece of advice for the kids of today. What would you say? Look we talked

earlier - its volunteer for everything and volunteer for more and more knowledge.

What I would encourage is is there's a there's a shift we need to have from a

fixed mindset to a growth mindset so a fixed mindset is something that people

actually all they do all their life is try and prove that they're good enough

and and they have to prove to the world that okay this is all based on outcomes,

this is what I've achieved and what not. Now the shift is the growth mindset

which is all about improve. So forget about proving just get on the line of

improve. So if people can improve their knowledge, improve the process something

they can do a little bit differently a little bit better today than they did

yesterday that is a great mindset to actually walk

into anyway. They actually gave that book "Mindset" out to every

single Microsoft Australia employee. There you go. It was really really good so

I downloaded it on audible as well because having it in physical format is

great when you want to look stuff up but I really like that you can listen to it

in the car on the way to work as well. It's a great book. Awesome, okay okay, that's enough of this so thank you

for speaking to us today. Thank you very much.

Arma 3 ACE3 Sniper Tutorial (very easy & simple guide!) - Duration: 9:44.

First off, you gotta select the perfect loadout for you to shoot long range with ACE3!

Choose your Rifle, Scope, Bipod, Ammo, & other stuffs that fits the type of shooting you're going to take!

in this case, i'm going to demonstrate precision shot that requires "one shot one kill"

so i'm gonna choose a loadout that gives me more precision & accuracy! Which is the M40A5 rifle....

you have to choose a Rifle based on its Rate of Fire, Accuracy, Range, Damage, & Mass.

you must pick a scope that fits your need. in this case, i'm gonna pick a Leupold Mk4 M3 (10x magnification) scope since my shot ain't gonna be too long.

you always have to attach a bipod to your rifle to increase the accuracy of it.

you can also attach suppressor to reduce the noise of your rifle to stay stealthy

you must load your rifle with some Match-Grade Ammo which has good ballistics performance!

Make sure the ammo has high Ballistics Coefficient, high Muzzle Velocity, and awesome performance!

Always bring some AtragMX (Ballistics Calculator) & Kestrel 4500 (Pocket Weather Tracker)!!! Put them inside your vest!

Don't forget to bring Laser Range Finder as well!!!

Now set a target at 100 m to zero the gun! Yes your gun has to be perfectly zeroed at 100 m!

Always measure the Muzzle Velocity of your loadout by shooting it at a "Chronograph"!!!

This "Chronograph" is basically just a steel target. Spawn it right in front of you and shoot it at point black range to find out your gun muzzle velocity!

you always have to do this before taking the real shot at the target coz if your MV is wrong, your shot will land off the target :(

After getting the actual Muzzle Velocity, plug it into the AtragMX (click "Pause Break" in the keyboard to bring it up)

The MV is in the "Gun" tab. Click on it and put the MV you got from the "Chronograph" in the "Muzzle Velocity section in the "Gun" tab.

you can see the True Muzzle Velocity from the Shot Statistic that shows up at the right upper corner of your screen!

or if you can't use this "Chronograph, you can calculate the True MV yourself. ACE3 MV Variation is always around 1.5 mps/1°C shift.

Plug all the Loadout Ballistics Data in there too!

Scope Height

Bullet Mass

Bullet Diameter

Ballistics Coefficient

Rifling Twist Rate

and the Zero Range!

Now Let's Zero the rifle at 100 m!!!

I already spawn a target at 100 m. Let's shoot it to see if this rifle is already perfectly zeroed at 100 m or not

Always Deploy a Bipod before taking a shot!!! Bipod will help you stabilize your aim and reduce the scope sway! Click "C" to deploy it.

okay let's shoot the 100 m target!

Baaaamm!!!!!

Appearantly the shot is still little bit low! Our 100 m zero is still not perfect!

We gotta dial 0.3 Mil up on the adjustment knob to fix the zero! Click "Up & Down Arrow" key to adjust the scope vertically.

let's try to shoot it again

Baaaammm!!!

Wow it's spot on now! The 100 m Zero is perfect now! :D

Now let's set the new scope adjustment as the new zero.

Click and hold "left ctrl+windows" key. While holding those keys, you drag your mouse to the "Equipment", then to the "Set Zero Adjustment"!

it'll set your New Zero Adjustment.

Congrats! Now your 100 m Zero is already perfect and you're ready to snipe real long range target! ^_^

Now bring up your Kestrel 4500 by clicking "Left Shift + Scroll Lock" key!

you'll see the Atmospheric Condition (Air Pressure, Air Temperature, & Humidity.

Plug them all into the AtragMX. Click the Atmosphere tab, then select "TBH", and then plug them all in correctly!

Now we're gonna find & plug the Target Data.

I already spawn a Steel Plate target at 620 m.

After finding its range with the Range Finder, you plug all the data into the AtragMX in the "Target" tab.

Plug the Target Range, Angle of Firing, Latitude, Azimuth, Wind Speed & Wind Direction!

use your compass to see your Azimuth (click "K" to bring up your compass)!

use your Protractor to measure the Angle of Firing (click "Left CTRL+Left Shift+K)!

you can measure the wind speed & direction by looking at the Wind Arrow at the upper left corner of your screen! The color of the Arrow will change as the wind speed changes.

or you can use your Kestrel 4500 to see the actual wind speed. Just click on its down arrow to switch to the "Headwind page".

Then you directly face the direction which the wind comes from. The kestrel will tell you the actual wind speed.

you gotta plug them all right in the AtragMX!!!

the AtragMX will give you the Firing Solution (Bullet Drop, Wind Drift, & Spin Drift).

you're gonna have to dial the firing solution onto your scope!

Always Deploy a Bipod before taking a shot!!!!!!!!

Now dial the Firing Solution onto your scope fast! Click the "Up & Down Arrow" for Vertical Adjustment, click "Left & Right Arrow" for Horizontal Adjustment!

Only Dial for Bullet Drop & Spin Drift! Never dial for the Wind Drift coz it's constantly changing. So for Windage, you hold your aim into the direction which wind comes from!!!

Prepare yourself to take the shot!

Control your breathing and steady your aim!

squeeze the trigger real gently!

Baaamm!!!

Spot On!!! \m/

let's take another shot!

Baaaamm!!!

Spot On again! :D

Baaammm!!!

Spot On Again! ;)

Baaamm!!!

Dead On again! ^_^

Baaammm!

Always Spot on, Baby! :)

Baaaamm!

Solid Hit again! :D

Now This is how you play ACE3 Sniper like a Real Sniper! #Badass

anyway this suit is actually Korean Nanosuit from Crysis \m/ ^^ \m/ want some? :D
