(Raquel:) Oh, yes! Who is that?

I just wanted to know...

(Marta:) React easly

(Raquel:)... When the crush passes next to you

(Marta:) Or... Greets you

(Raquel:) *coughing*

(Marta:) Hey!!

("Raquel":) Hey

(Marta:) OH MY GOD!!! HE ANSWERED

When he is with a (girl)friend

(Raquel:) Okay, so here we are going to be teaching you

How to react when your crush is with a "(girl)friend"

(Marta:) First of all, you can't be jealous

That's the worst thing you can do...

WHO THE FREAK IS THAT GIRL?!!!

EXCUSE ME!!

Hey, friend!

(Raquel & Sofia:) *Laughing*

(Raquel:) In second place...

You have to be calm

And don't show you are nervous

Like: you are "cool"

(Raquel":) Hey!

WEAK!!!

(Marta:) Next,...

do the same thing he is doing

(Raquel:) But, with a guy (in our case)

("Raquel":) *Speaking*

(Marta:) Why is he speaking with that girl? Like "wow"

Like! Has he seen me!

Oh hi!

(Raquel:) And to finish up!

Move on...

It can be, literally... Move on, go past him or literally "Move on"

3 THINGS I KNOW TO BE TRUE - Duration: 5:09.

Well, because today is the first day of the year and

and it's a time for renewal,

time to do something new, I've decided to

do something quite different here on my channel,

so I'm in my closet...

Don't worry, I won't give you a tour of my closet,

but it's an intimate place to

talk about intimate subjects,

so today I'll answer the TAG that I

just created which is about

"3 things I know to be true" because I think

we often end up

sharing unimportant

things on social media,

so today I decided to share with

you three ideas that are important

to me and that I know to be true.

I hope you like it :)

Well, the first thing I know

to be true is that just like we

need to take a shower to clean

our body,

we also accumulate mental

dirt,

so we also need to clean up our

minds once in a while. And there are many

ways to do that, but one thing

that has been helping me a lot and that I think

works rather well

is meditation. I want to

make a more specific video about

meditation soon because I believe

meditation helps in all

aspects of life.

The second thing I know to be

true is that all of us live inside

a bubble.

Some live inside a very small

bubble, very tight, almost suffocating.

Others live inside a bigger

bubble, but all of us live

inside a bubble which is our immediate

reality. And this bubble ends up really

limiting us, limiting our way of

thinking, limiting our way of living,

so I believe that it's very

important to seek out situations and

seek out experiences that make us

get out of this bubble.

And, at least for me, two things that are

very effective and that make me burst this

bubble of mine is traveling and learning new

languages, that's why I talk a lot

about these topics here on my channel. But

there are many other ways as well,

such as reading books out of our area of

interest, out of the subjects we

usually read. And in doing that

we end up really widening...

our reality, widening the possibilities,

widening our horizon, so

this is my second truth.

The third thing I know to be true

is the material goods, things,

pants...flip flops, shoes, bags,

these things don't bring us happiness.

I think that after that first excitment

of having bought something new,

things really don't lead to happiness.

In order to compensate for our lack of

happiness or meaning, we often

consume way more than we should and that

doesn't lead us anywhere,

but I think that nowadays there are so many

messages of consumerism on social media,

especially on Instagram, on

YouTube that we often end up being

swallowed by them and end up going with

the flow without really thinking.

The fashion industry is one of the largest

polluter in the world. It's kind of

crazy the amount of things we

consume

and it's an appeal to our weakness of trying to find happiness

in material goods or wanting

luxury goods to look chic or to

belong to a certain group

and this...I know it doesn't bring happiness,

so this is the third thing I

would like to share with you and I think

it's kind of crazy, right?, that I have to say

this or that I'm saying this, but I

see so many...so many people seeking happiness in

material goods that I think it's important

to say it and to leave this out there.

Well guys, those were my 3 truths. If

you have a blog or if you have a

YouTube channel and you'd like to

participate in this TAG and share with

us "3 things you know to be true,"

answer the TAG and then send me

the link so I can check it out. And if you

don't have a YouTube channel or if you don't have

a blog, leave a comment below

with 3 things you know to be

true. It doesn't have to be very

serious or profound, it can be

anything you firmly believe

is true so we can

start the year learning things that are

interesting and important with each other.

I hope you have enjoyed

this video, I know it's a little

different from what I usually do, but I

thought it was important to do it, this idea came to my

mind, so I hope you have

enjoyed it.

And I hope that in 2017 we all

live more closely aligned

to our truths.

So, xoxo

and I'll see you next week :)

C309 - Hammer On (Livesession) - Duration: 6:02.

Hammer on, hammer on, oppression up on this door,

to the day, to the day all your friends will move and soar,

see those worlds collide, see those worlds collide

Better say, better speak, better pray, better weigh your words,

all your views, all your thoughts, your ideas are insane and blurred.

This will end in a battle that you thought you'd win,

and the sickness in your mind's a breeding ground for lunatics sin,

and then you're on the ground the most dispicable thing there's ever been.

Hammer on, hammer on, corruption up on this door,

to the day, to the day there will be right and law no more

See this world break down, see this world break down.

Carry on, Carry on, carry on and you will See,

they are not, they are not what you thought, you're just the key

This will end in a battle that hardly will die,

they will shove you and use you and tell you extracts oft their lies,

and when you're on the ground we won't believe in your alibies.

Oh see this wolrd break down, down, down.

Oh see this wolrd break down, oh see this wolrd break down,

break down,

break down.

This will end in a battle that hardly will die,

they will shove you and use you and tell you extracts oft their lies,

and when you're on the ground we won't believe in your alibies.

Black Eyed Peas - Black Eyed Peas New Years - Duration: 3:31.

How To Make Black-Eyed Peas: An Easy New Year's Recipe In The Southern Tradition

If you live anywhere near the Southern United States, you know it's lucky to have black eyed-peas for dinner on New Year's Day. Like 'em or not, it's a tradition.

"Black-eyed peas, collard green, pork chop and corn bread," Alabama resident Marcerlene Coleman told FOX 10 recently. "My grandmother did it, my mom did it, now I do it ... and my kids do it."

You can make black-eyed peas in a slowcooker, get them frozen or turn the recipe healthy. But if you're looking for a standard Southern recipe, former Food Network hosts Patrick and Gina Neely have got you covered.

The now-divorced couple used to own three Tennessee restaurants, so you'll definitely want to check out their recipe.

The Neelys' Black-Eyed Peas With Bacon And Pork 1. First, take a pound of dried black-eyed peas and cover them with four inches of water, then let soak overnight. Drain.

2. In a large pot, heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil and add six ounces of pork shoulder cut into small cubes. Sear for about five minutes, then add four strips of cut-up bacon. Toss in four minced cloves of garlic and a diced onion and cook until everything is brown. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne.

3. Add four cups of chicken stock and three bay leaves. Boil and let simmer for a half hour.

4. Next, add your peas. Let that simmer for another hour and a half, using a spoon to crush some of them.

5. Season again to taste. Pour in a bit of hot-pepper vinegar (if you want), take out the bay leaves and serve your peas. Yum.

May your new year be prosperous (or, at the very least, better than the crazy year that was 2016).
