Using the self-tensioning taping devices.
If a Marine requires taping, circumferences will be measured using a self-tensioning taping
device.
Either digital or nondigital for those who require body fat estimation.
Examples of these devices can be found at http://fitness.usmc.mil Taping directions
for both male and female Marines can be found in Marine Corps Order 6110.3, Marine Corps
body composition program.
Taping Male Marines.
A confirmation height, weight measurement will be performed prior to conducting the
evaluation.
Body composition will be estimated using the circumference-based method.
No substitute body composition evaluation methods are permitted.
All measurements will be taken on bare skin.
The only exception being the female hip measurement.
Using the self-tensioning device, the evaluator will measure Marines at the gender-specific
sites.
The evaluator will measure Marines by standing to the right of the Marine being measured.
Pull the end of the tape around the body part being measured.
Place the rod at the end of the tape into the circular slot.
Press the button in the center and let the tape retract to a snug fit.
Read and record your measurement on the outer edge of the tape measure, or as indicated
with the digital model.
Measurements for male Marines will be taken along the neck and abdominal circumference
at the navel.
Measure the neck's circumference by placing the curved portion of the self-tensioning
device on the right neck muscle, so that the taping device conforms to the natural curvature
of the neck muscle.
The tape will cross the bottom of the larynx, and perpendicular to the long axis of the
neck.
The Marine should look straight ahead during the measurement with shoulders down, not hunched.
For neck measurements, round up to the nearest half inch and record.
Measure the abdominal circumference by placing the curved portion of the self-tensioning
taping device on the right side of the Marine's abdomen.
The tape will cross the center of the navel and be parallel to the deck.
Arms will be straight and relaxed at the sides.
Take measurement at the end of the Marine's normal, relaxed exhalation.
For abdominal measurements, round down to the nearest half inch and record.
The circumference value is calculated by subtracting the neck from the abdominal measurement.
Male body fat percentages can be derived utilizing the enclosure in the Marine Corps order.

At the airport too, 38-year-old Amal was spotted wearing loose clothing.

as she strutted down the airport.
She had her wavy locks loose, and teamed her casual attire with a black pageboy cap.

Amal was pictured in a loose fitting floral dress as she attended The White Helmets screening
on 9 January.
Alex Jones confirms birth of child live on TV's The One Show
"Amal is pregnant with twins: a boy and a girl.
When Amal and George found out it was twins, they were surprised, but also a little scared
because they both had said that one was enough," InTouch Weekly claimed, which was further
supported by another report by The Lebanon Daily Star.

LOOK AROUND THE CANTONMENT AREA
AND YOU'LL FIND PIECES OF
MACHINERY LIKE THIS. THERE ARE
LARGE TRACTOR TRAILER BEDS AND
OTHERS LARGE PIECES OF EQUIPMENT
ALL A PART OF THE CLEAN-UP OF
THE EXPLOSION THAT HAPPENED
ALMOST ONE WEEK AGO AT
THE INTERNATIONAL
PAPER FACILITY IN CANTONMENT.
COMPANY OFFICIALS TOOK US
ON A BRIEF TOUR AROUND SOME OF
THE AFFECTED AREAS. ONE OF
THOSE AREAS WAS AROUND A STREET
CALLED WOODBURY PLACE.
WE GOT A LOOK AT A FEW HOMES
THAT WERE BEING CLEANED. MANY
WERE BEING POWERWASHED FROM HIGH
ABOVE AS A CLEAN-UP
WORK BLASTED A ROOF FROM ABOVE A
SELECTED HOME. OFFICIALS SAY
THEY WERE ALSO COLLECTING THE
WATER RUNNING OFF FROM EACH
WASH SITE. EPA OFFICIALS SAY
THEY'RE PLEASE WITH A CLEAN-UP.
ONE OFFICIAL CALLED IT AN
OVERABUNDANCE OF CAUTION IF YOU
LOOK AT THE MANPOWER AND
RESOURCES BEING THROWN AT IT.
CHRIS RUSSELL
EPA FEDERAL ON SCENE COORDINATOR
"I think we're about 190 folks
working on it right now," "In
my neck of the woods, we count
about $1000 a head. It's almost
$200,000 a day to get out there
and get on
this. That's a very good
statement to
move forward on this."
WE ALSO SAW ANOTHER WASH
STATION WHERE THEY'RE CLEANING
CARS AS THEY'RE LEAVING THE
NEIGHBORHOOD. THEY CALLED IT AN
EXTRA COURTESY MEASURE TO MAKE
SURE THAT PULP THAT MAY BE
TRACKED ON TO TIRES DOESN'T
LEAVE THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
REPORTING FROM NORTHWEST
FLORIDA, CHAD PETRI, NEWS 5,
E-P-A OFFICIALS ESTIMATE AROUND
100 HOMES WERE AFFECTED. IT'S
IMPOSSIBLE TO KNOW HOW MUCH TIME
IT WILL TAKE TO CLEAN EVERYTHING
BECAUSE
EACH AREA HAD A DIFFERENT AMOUNT
OF
IMPACT FROM THE BLACK LIQUOR.
