S. Korea, U.S. defense chiefs reaffirm THAAD deployment plan - Duration: 2:00.
Ahead of his visit to Seoul, U.S. Defense Secretary James Mattis, held talks over the
phone with his South Korean counterpart, Han Min-koo.
The threats posed by North Korea was the dominant topic.
Connie Kim shares with us what was discussed.
The defense chiefs of South Korea and the United States have reaffirmed their plan to
bring the U.S. Terminal High Altitude Area Defense system to the Korean peninsula in
response to North Korea's missile threats.
Seoul's defense ministry said Defense Minister Han Min-koo and his U.S. counterpart, James
Mattis, held telephone talks on Tuesday, during which they expressed serious concern over
North Korea's escalating threat and acknowledged the need to strengthen cooperation on North
Korea policies.
Han and Mattis also said there's a possibility North Korea could launch a strategic or tactical
provocation as it could misjudge the transition of power in Seoul and Washington.
During the thirty-minute conversation, the two also agreed to uphold Washington's provision
of extended deterrence against North Korea's provocations... and to maintain a strong military
readiness posture to respond immediately in an emergency situation.
Pyongyang has been ratcheting up tensions in the weeks since Kim Jong-un announced in
his New Year's address that the regime is in the final stages of test-firing an intercontinental
ballistic missile.
Acknowledging the growing threat from the North, Mattis' first overseas trip as defense
secretary is to South Korea and Japan this week... to shore up relations with the two
U.S. allies.
In Seoul, he will be meeting with Acting President and Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn and National
Security Office chief Kim Kwan-jin on the first day of his two-day visit, followed by
talks with South Korea's defense minister the next day to discuss North Korea's missile
programs and ways to boost the Seoul-Washington alliance.
"South Korea will be the first stop on Mattis' trip... and Seoul is hoping the visit will
allow the two allies to re-commit to their mutual defense treaty... and further solidify
their defenses against North Korea's threats.
Connie Kim, Arirang News."

Value is one factor in determining
the punishment for theft
Stealing something worth less than $100 is,
in most cases,
punished as a Class C misdemeanor.
Crime Stoppers handles such crimes
when it appears the offense ultimately will be
punished as a felony.
When stealing,
practiced thieves tend to act different
than first-timers,
and investigators believe this thief
has had practice.
He stole a tablet computer from Family Dollar
and if he has prior convictions,
he could be facing time in a State Jail
for felony theft.
Employees alerted each other as soon as
the suspect entered the Lufkin store.
They believed he had previously stolen from them,
so they treated him as a regular customer
while trying to watch him.
An employee retrieved table tablet
from a top shelf but attempted to keep it
at the register.
As soon as she was distracted by helping
an actual customer,
the suspect and the tablet left the store.
If you can identify the thief,
call Crime Stoppers at
(936) 639-TIPS
or submit a tip at
www.639TIPS.com
Calls and tips directly to Crime Stoppers
are anonymous
and the first, most accurate tip
that leads to an arrest
might be eligible for a reward.

Raju.
Raju.
Who is it? Who is there?
You have come again, you rogue!
If you come here again, I will break your legs.
Rogue!
Shibu!
Shibu, I say stop! Where are you going?
First drink your milk.
What have you done?
Why did you hit the ball so hard?
Who will fetch it now?
Did I hit it deliberately?
We are in trouble. What do we do now?
It's very difficult to go to that house.
The dog will bite us.
The dog's owner is more dangerous than him.
If I don't get the ball, I will be thrashed at home.
Why do you worry? I will get the ball.
What will you give me?
Will you give me your mouthorgan?
Sanju, come here.
Stay here. I am coming.
Who is it?
What is it?
What is it? Who are you?
Sir! Sir, that naughty boy is climbing the pipe..
..at the back of your house to steal your bell.
Catch him. - Is that so? Where is he?
I will show you. - Come in. Show me.
Get down!
He won't get down. What will you do?
Is that so?
Shall I show you what I will do? - What will you do?
The monster has gone inside. Steal the bell quickly.
Thank you, uncle. Bye, uncle.
Naughty boy! If you come next time, I won't spare you.
Hey!
Naughty boys! Next time you guys come, just see what I will do.
Here is your ball. - Thank you.
Give me my mouthorgan.
Yours? What are you saying?
Raju, give him the mouthorgan.
You had told him, hadn't you?
When did I say that? - Yes.
When Shibu said he will fetch the ball, why did you nod your head?
Just like that.
Don't act too smart. Give him the mouthorgan.
Give me. Give me.
Take it.
Give me. Give me.
Give me. Give me.
Give me. Give me.
Shibu! Shibu!
Give me. - Do you want it?
Yeah!
Shibu!
You are a thief.
I will see you. I will see you.
You snatched my mouthorgan and ran away.
I will see you.
Why did you take the mouthorgan?
Don't play with him. Don't play.
But you don't listen to me.
That's what I did in front of the teacher.
And the teacher forgave me.
I won't spare that naughty Shibu today.
Tell me, Raju. Where is that devil?
He acts too smart. He thinks he is a local goon.
Come out. I will teach you a lesson.
Rogue! Why are you hiding? Come out.
What's the matter, sister? What happened?
Do I have to tell you what happened?
Don't act too decent.
Sister, what happened? I don't understand.
See her innocence.
She says she doesn't understand.
She hides a thief in the house and she says she doesn't understand.
Sister, what are you saying?
Your Shibu ran away with Raju's mouthorgan.
Incredible! That's it?
Sister, they are children.
They play and fight with each other.
And become friends again.
You are so angry for such a trivial matter?
I am angry? I am quarreling?
He hit my delicate son. He ran away with his mouthorgan.
Will I venerate him?
Let me get hold of him. I will break his legs.
Look, now you are crossing your limits. Yes.
If I am quiet, it doesn't mean you will speak nonsense.
Do one thing. Go to your house and scream loudly.
Go.
Where are you running and hiding your face?
I spoke the truth. And you found it bitter, didn't you?
You make your children steal. We are not like that.
We work hard and earn money. Yes.
I know how much they work hard.
This wretched woman has spread filth in the entire neighborhood.
She has neither any control over her tongue nor any speaking manners.
Yuck!
Don't teach me manners.
You are trying to teach me manners.
I won't leave you without taking the mouthorgan. Yes.
Come on, Raju.
If I don't make your life miserable, my name is not Shanti.
We shouldn't even see their face.
Dirty people belonging to dirty family.
You drag my family in this. You call us thieves.
You don't see your flaws.
We should pull out her tongue. Yes.
Aunt, she is lying. I didn't steal it.
I didn't even hit anyone.
She is lying.
Shut up.
It all happened because of you.
Where is his mouthorgan? Give it to me.
No. I won't give the mouthorgan to anyone.
You won't give the mouthorgan. I will show you.
Wait. You have become very naughty.
Stop! Come here! Listen to me!
Give it to me! Listen! Listen to me!
Stop! You have become naughty! Quiet.
Let your uncle return today.
I don't want to hear anything. You have got spoilt.
Aunt, why don't you understand?
I toiled so hard and fetched the ball.
He said if I fetch the ball, he will give me his mouthorgan.
I took it. I didn't commit any theft.
Return his mouthorgan. - I won't.
You won't return the mouthorgan? - Why should I return it?
Let your uncle return today. I will show you.
Where is it?
Where is it?
Look, Shibu. Your mother is so worried for you in the village.
She wants you to be a good boy.
She loves you a lot.
That's why she sent you with me.
I know someday you will be a successful man.
But for that you will have to make good use of time.
You will have to study very hard.
Otherwise your mother's wish will remain unfulfilled, isn't it?
What did you do today?
If you keep doing that, we will feel very bad.
People won't be happy with you.
I know you won't do that.
Look, Shibu. There are many things in the world.
But not all things are important for us.
It doesn't belong to us.
What we earn through honest means only that is ours.
That mouthorgan isn't yours, is it?
So why did you steal his mouthorgan?
Why did you snatch it?
It's not good.
Tomorrow morning return Raju's mouthorgan to him.
Listen.
I know. Nothing is going to happen.
You won't get the mouthorgan so easily.
Your Shibu is very smart.
He should get a good beating.
Why do you get angry?
He is a kid. All children are like that.
This is what everybody does.
You won't understand him.
He had a lot of freedom in the village.
Open air, lakes and ponds, playing games.
He feels suffocated over here.
That's why he is behaving strangely.
That doesn't mean he does whatever he wants.
Today he stole somebody's mouthorgan.
You have spoilt him.
He is becoming so naughty because of your encouragement.
Yes. After all, he is your widow sister's son.
What nonsense are you talking?
I am noticing. From the time he has come here..
..you have been giving him a hard time.
You always look for excuses to scold him. That's it.
Yes. Why not? What else can you think?
What difference does it make to you?
I endure everybody's abuses and taunts day and night.
I am there to endure all that.
I swear if he has touched his books during holidays.
My children are also getting spoilt because of Shibu.
He loiters the whole day like loafers.
You only handle him. Spare me.
Shibu, I am thinking of sending you to the city to your uncle.
But don't roam around too much over there.
Otherwise you will get lost.
Listen to your uncle and aunt. And study hard.
And don't do anything that makes me cry.
Really, mother? You are sending me to the city with uncle?
Shibu! Shibu!
Yeah!
Shibu! Shibu, stop!
Shibu, where are you going? At least drink your milk.
Shibu, what are you doing?
Shibu, hurry up.
Here. - Send Shibu quickly.
I have to mend the doctor's shoes.
He is going to collect it in the morning.
Buy vegetables on your way back. - I will bring it.
Shibu!
Go quickly.
Shibu, why did you stop? Hurry up.
Come on.
Uncle.
You have just started studying and you want to pee.
You always look for excuses to run away.
Sit down. Study.
Okay. Go and be back soon.
Shibu.
Shibu, what's taking you so long?
Shibu!
Shibu, stop!
Shibu, stop! I won't spare you!
Shibu!
Where were you the whole day?
Where were you? And why didn't you go to school?
You loiter around the whole day.
And you are laughing shamelessly. Come here.
Shibu, stop!
Where were you the whole day? Why didn't you go to school?
You loiter around! Come here!
Come here! I will show you! Come here!
Shameless! You are laughing!
Shibu!
What's the matter?
Brother.
What do I tell you, brother?
This boy has harassed me to no end.
Why do you worry? Children do mischief.
No, brother. You don't understand.
He wreaks havoc in the entire village.
Everybody complains about him.
He troubles me day and night.
He doesn't go to school. He roams around here and there.
I am fed up of explaining to him.
I am tired.
Brother, please do something.
Take him to the city with you.
And if possible, make him a human being, brother.
Shibu, come here.
Shibu, do you ever miss your mother?
Hello, doctor. - Hello.
Sit.
Shibu, give the doctor a stool to sit.
No. Let it be. He is studying.
Thank you.
Is he your son? - No, sir. He is my nephew.
He has come from the village for his studies.
He is staying with me.
He is a good boy.
He is quite studious.
He is a nice boy, sir. But his mind is always distracted.
He is a kid. When he will grow up, he will become sensible.
Okay. Where are my shoes?
Some work is still left, sir.
Look, I have changed one shoe's sole.
It looks brand-new.
I am mending the other shoe too. Please wait for some time.
You have landed me into trouble.
You said the shoes will be ready early morning.
Look, I have worn slippers.
You see, sir, excellent work takes time.
I am doing the work diligently. Please wait for some time.
No. I don't have time to wait.
I have to go to the hospital for an urgent operation.
Do one thing. Take my card.
Send the shoes to my house by evening.
Okay, sir. - How much do I have to pay you?
Rs.200, sir. - Rs.200?
But don't forget to send the shoes to my house by evening.
Okay, sir. - Okay?
Fine.
Listen. Don't forget to bring it by evening.
Oh yes, I remembered.
My residential number has changed.
Give me the card. - Shibu.
Take the card.
Listen.
Mend my shoe.
I will make a call and come.
Mend it quickly.
Darling, why are you being so impatient?
I know the matinee show is going to begin.
I am coming.
I have told you so many times. Don't call up at home.
Do you know? Because of you I faced a lot of problem at home yesterday.
Yes. I am coming in five minutes.
My shoe has got torn. I have given it for mending.
What? I wasn't beaten with shoes. My shoe got torn.
Yes. Okay.
Hey! I am not scolding you.
You can scold me. I can't scold you.
I am coming in five minutes.
Did you mend the shoe?
You have still not mended the shoe?
Sir, am I a machine? You came just now. How can I mend it so soon?
If you didn't want to mend it, why did you take the shoe?
Will I have to take your appointment?
Today is a bad day.
Wasted my time. Nothing else.
Shibu, come here.
What, uncle? - I have some work for you.
Will you do it? - Yes.
Take the shoes to the doctor's house. Okay?
Yes. - Take it.
Here is the card.
Ask the address from someone. Okay?
Be careful. Go. Very good.
Yeah!
Hey, come on catch it.
Let's meet him.
Look how he is carrying the shoes.
"This must be his style."
What a style? Is this called style?
His mouth organ is brand new.
The player is also new.
Come on. Who will race with me?
Yeah!
Yeah! Yeah!
Hey blind! Can't you see?
Do you know? - Yes.
Come on.
Can I sit on this?
Sit. Sit.
Come on.
Stop! Stop! Stop!
Please tell me this address.

Don't you know how to play it?
Give it to me, I'll show you.

Okay.
Hey, listen.
Fine, go. Take the lift to the seventh floor.
The doctor's flat is on the right.
And listen, come back soon.
Come in.
Hello. - Hello.
Son, why did you take the trouble?
You could've handed it over to the guard.
He would've brought it to me.
Uncle said I should deliver it personally.
Fine, keep it there. And go.
Aunty! Aunty!
Aunty!
Aunty!
Why are you knocking? Go away.

You can't understand.
You want me to come there.
What do I do?
Fine, I am coming.
How did you come in? Sit outside.
I'll call you in when it's your turn.
But, doctor, come quickly. - Where?
Who are you? - I called you. That old woman..
Oh, so that was you.
What did you say your name was? - Shibu.
Shibu, wait outside.
We'll leave soon. Okay? - Fine.
Sister. - Yes, doctor.
I am going out. Please look after them. - Okay, doctor.
Whose child is this? Who brought him here?
I did, doctor. - Why bring him here?
What's wrong?
Let's go quickly, I'll tell you everything.
Come on.
And how will you take the kid along?
I will hold him like this.
Are you crazy? Take the kid in your arms.
And this pram. - Leave it here.
Don't you want to go quickly?
What are you thinking? Hurry up.
Stop. Stop! Doctor, stop.
My mouth organ. Stop. Stop.
Stop. My mouth organ. - What is it now?
Doctor, please hold him.
Who switched on the fan? - I did.
Very good. Bravo.
She needed fresh air.
Slowly...ma'am.
Aunty. Aunty.
Who.. - It's me, Shibu.
You can't see, aunty?
Shibu.
And he... Who is he?
Ma'am, I am Dr. Mehta.
This kid called me here.
He saved your life.
But how did this happen?
I...I was cooking in the kitchen.
What is it? - Sir sent me. To check the leakage.
Sir sent you?
But we don't have any leakage.
But sir told me yesterday.
Now that I am here, let me check.
Fine. But hurry up.
Okay. Where's the bathroom? - It's that way.
Hello.
Hello.
Hello.
Old woman, if you scream I will kill you.
Hey..
Hey.. Where are you going?
After that...I don't remember anything.
Aunty, I saw the thief.
He jumped out the back window at the back and fled.
I see.
We should inform your son about this.
No. I am absolutely fine now.
When he returns in the evening, I will tell him everything.
But this is a burglary case. We must inform the police.
Munna.
How is Munna?
He was crying. But he is fine now.
Aunty, I am leaving for now.
I'm getting late, or else my uncle will scold me.
Okay, son.
Attention please..
..due to technical reasons..
..staircase no.3 and 4 are being closed for repairs.
Please don't use these staircases for commuting.
The inconvenience is regretted.
What are you staring at? Get lost.
Thief! Thief! Thief! Thief!
Are you mad? - Thief! Thief!
He has committed theft. I won't spare you today. - Leave me.
Leave me! - Thief! Thief! Thief! Thief!
He has committed theft. Catch him. - Leave me.
Catch him. He has committed theft.
Thief! Thief! Thief! Thief!
Thief! Thief! Thief! Thief! Catch him. He has committed theft.
How is this possible?
You screamed and no one heard.
And what kind of neighbors are you.
Such a big incident takes place around you..
..and none of you have a clue.
Neighbors must help each other in trouble.
Shibu.
Where did you find that?
I was on my way home, and I recognized the thief.
He beat me up, but I didn't let him go.
You're so brave.
Very brave. - Very good. Bravo.
Aunty, I'll leave now.
Uncle must be waiting.
At least have a glass of water. - No, aunty. I must go.
Don't worry, I'll drop you home.
Shibu.
Isn't this yours? - Yes.
Munna likes it, that's why I am leaving it here.
Bless you, son.
May God bless you with a long life, son.
Bless you.
But son, this doesn't belong to him..
..so why will he play with it.
It's yours, so keep it.
Come, let's go.
Son, see who is it?
Who is it, son?
It's Shibu.
That thief is back again. That useless boy has no shame.
It's a sin to even see his face.
Throw him out.
What more does he wants to steal from us?
'Mother, I hope you won't be angry with me anymore.'
'I want to be with you, mom.'
Shibu. You're crying.
Are you missing your mom?
Did you return Raju's mouth organ?
Bravo.
You don't worry, I'll buy a new one for you. Okay?
Come, let's go home.

BNP Paribas sets up skill-based sponsorships - Duration: 2:22.
AT THE END OF THEIR CAREERS, EMPLOYEES CAN CHOOSE TO INVEST WORK TIME
IN AREAS OF GENERAL INTEREST USING THEIR SKILLS.
THIS PROGRAMME IS PART OF THE INTER-GENERATIONAL CONTRACT
SIGNED ON 2 AUGUST 2016.
Skills volunteering happens during work time.
We live in a time where the company understands
that employees may also have volunteering commitments
in work time.
People are willing to commit to one-off events,
but it's harder to find people to commit long-term.
Associations always need resources
on a voluntary basis
so that both young and old can enjoy activities
in optimum conditions.
Skills volunteering benefits everyone involved.
For the employee it's a stimulating, worthwhile experience,
while the association gets the benefit of proven skills,
and lastly the Bank
can make a positive contribution to society,
enhancing its CSR policy.
THROUGH SKILLS VOLUNTEERING WE CAN OFFER PROGRAMMES
MEETING THE DIFFERENT NEEDS OF EACH GENERATION,
WHILE KEEPING PERFORMANCE GOALS IN MIND.
At first in an association, you learn.
I enjoy this adaptation aspect.

"How'd It Get To Be Like This?" Music & Lyrics by Udongerge
Whether from the sea or from the mountains
It comes, it comes
The laws of space
Are disordered, are disordered
There's a lot of flowers
Time is dangerous
It overflows, it overflows
How'd it get to be like this?
How'd it get to be like this?
Whether from above or from below, impatience is forbidden
My head is, my head is a shibui future
Taking back what was just said, it was simply nonsense
Words are dangerous. Heave-ho! Heave-ho!
How'd it get to be like this?
How'd it get to be like this?
Decisive and lethal
I say Hello from the past I want to erase
I lost consciousness once again
What happened while I wasn't watching?
An earnest indifference
For how long will the schedule be full?
I plunge forward utterly worried
And tremble with the flow
Whether here or there
It'll start immediately
Calm down, calm down
Enigmatic condition
Meaningless, meanigless
I have everything
Close by, and in the distance
The visibility is good
How'd it get to be like this?
How'd it get to be like this?
I don't know what I want to do
But to be blunt, it's surprisinlgy pleasant
Ari ori haberi imasogari
With a nervous smile
You can be an alien too
Starting tomorrow, it will be here
Greeting with a loud voice
Makes the evil passions burn
I went too far. There's no turning back
At 3 o'clock, I have Castella for snack
The Thousand Year Conmemoration of Tamayura
It's visibly increasing more and more
In that case, what kind of flower is this?
Answer this quiz of 100 years
How, how'd it get to be like this?
How'd it get to be like this?

AT THE END OF THEIR CAREERS, EMPLOYEES CAN CHOOSE TO INVEST WORK TIME
IN AREAS OF GENERAL INTEREST USING THEIR SKILLS.
THIS PROGRAMME IS PART OF THE INTER-GENERATIONAL CONTRACT
SIGNED ON 2 AUGUST 2016.
Skills volunteering happens during work time.
We live in a time where the company understands
that employees may also have volunteering commitments
in work time.
People are willing to commit to one-off events,
but it's harder to find people to commit long-term.
Associations always need resources
on a voluntary basis
so that both young and old can enjoy activities
in optimum conditions.
Skills volunteering benefits everyone involved.
For the employee it's a stimulating, worthwhile experience,
while the association gets the benefit of proven skills,
and lastly the Bank
can make a positive contribution to society,
enhancing its CSR policy.
THROUGH SKILLS VOLUNTEERING WE CAN OFFER PROGRAMMES
MEETING THE DIFFERENT NEEDS OF EACH GENERATION,
WHILE KEEPING PERFORMANCE GOALS IN MIND.
At first in an association, you learn.
I enjoy this adaptation aspect.

ENFP Advice - How To Succeed in Your Business or Career - Duration: 15:49.
So if you are an ENFP there's a very
good chance that you have the tendency
let's say the habit of changing
direction and not necessarily
acknowledging your change in direction
doing this way too often often this is
called shiny object syndrome right you
start on something when you see
something that looks better or maybe
this wasn't as easy as you thought it
was you change the next thing and the
next thing but what Sen FPS do that's a
little different than a lot of other
people is we don't really acknowledge
we're quitting or we're changing
directions we do it all very suddenly
and we just the way our minds basically
process things we gradually change and
we kind of think that we're doing what
we plan to do but if you look back six
months or a year you realize that you've
got totally off course and you're not
really doing what you meant to be doing
now the problem with this i made other
videos on dabbling in the dangers of
dabbling is that it really eats away
your chances of success and the reason
is that we're out there competing in a
world of INTJs of infj the people who
are pretty focused and dialed in and
what they're doing and consistent and so
here we are changing directions every
few weeks every few minutes every few
months whatever it is
how are we going to compete with other
people who are basically focused in
doing one thing now I know why this has
been such a challenge for me in the past
and it's really because we get excited
about stuff we like newness is enfps we
like things that are novel we like
variety we like new challenges that
first part of a project is a lot more
exciting than the end part right the
little details and so what that ends up
doing is it ends up pulling us into all
these different things that if we don't
have the right systems in place maybe
have the right outlook ends up spending
a lot of time starting things and never
really getting a lot accomplished i'm
sure if you were to search for like ENFP
blogs you're going to find the highest
number of blogs started and not finished
if any and he grew up on the internet
and that's again
as we like this starting but I want to
go through some things that have really
helped me learn to finish things and
you're new to my channel if you haven't
watched my videos are you don't know my
story I well I started out doing a bunch
of different entrepreneurial things when
I came out of school and most recently
was working as a freelancer i use
freelancing to help me travel the world
I lived in I guess this country number 7
now I've lived in and I along the way
started writing books i published about
11-12 there's one I don't really want to
count so if they have published 11 books
at this point I built the coaching
practice i have online training courses
and that so I figured out how to finish
things and follow through and despite
probably hearing the advice that you got
to get a partner to do what you need to
have your someone else to be the
finisher that is good advice but I've
done it without having that partner
figuring out to do it myself
the first thing that really helped me
figure this out was changing my
perception of time and so if you study
NLP or you're familiar with tony robbins
i did my coaching training with him and
he has a concept of time basically and
how we all have different perceptions of
time for some people
a minute is a long time for other people
a week is nothing a year is nothing you
know you have people you meet and if
you're an ENFP this probably isn't you
who had the same job for 10 years 20
years and to them I years nothing I have
a friend who's very much like this where
we talk about trip planning you know I'm
like oh we're going to come visit me in
Europe and he's planning two years ahead
like it's 2016 now he's talking about
2018 we might plan a trip i plan my trip
like a month in advance maybe maybe 24
something big and you know so we have
different perceptions of time and how
long something is an ENFP as we tend to
have a mergency in our behavior right
where we like to do things quickly we
want results now and that is good in
many ways as part of our strength part
of what allows us to really drive
projects and initiating there's other
personality types who will take a year
to start their business
an ENFP might started in a week on a
hunt right and just go for which is
awesome
the problem is is this perception that
things should be quick often leads us to
not really stay the course and changes
sort of our sense of success so for
three months into something or six
months into something we start to think
oh yeah we fail this isn't working
because we haven't got the kind of
results we have expected because we're
optimists where I deal is we expect good
things to happen and so because of this
we end up changing her mind or sinking
okay this isn't work let's try something
different and the reality is that
especially in the new world now in terms
of the internet things take a long time
now you might think this is a
contradiction right isn't the internet
about making these quick and easy
the internet is about making kind of
consumers and quick and easy but if you
want to be successful in a lot of things
like you want to build a youtube channel
or a blog or some kind of successful
take a podcast where you stand out to
people it takes a long time to break
through that noise because you know if
you're living in a small town and you
start doing public speaking well you're
probably the only person doing public
speaking so it's pretty easy to get a
following right away if you come on
youtube and you start making videos
it might be a year before you get any
real traction because there's so many
people and you're competing with the
whole world and so there's something
that I learned around this topic that
really helped me get stuck with me
it's something i have in my email like I
have this tree email course I teach that
I have a whole email around it is its
element in motorcycle school so I went
to this really cool school for getting
my motorcycle license where they used
all these military analogies and all
this stuff and it was that
slow is smooth and smooth is fast so we
know people and they said especially
guys are really bad with this we have
this urgency and when you're riding a
motorbike you try to like force it and
that's not the right way that makes a
terrible writer and that really slow
subtle movement make you smooth and by
being smooth you're actually fast so if
you look at the best racers that the
people who are the fastest they're
actually the people who have slow smooth
movements and so I start applying this
to thinking about my life is that rather
than thinking about one week at a time
you know like these short things I need
successfully success thinking
longer-term and having more of a
drawn-out goal
ok year out and realizing that it will
take time to get there
I have some friends have done very well
in terms of like i'll use YouTube
because we're on youtube in terms of
their YouTube channels and getting a lot
of success and what's been cool as I've
watched them from the beginning and put
in months and months of work with no
results and just keep going and I know
if that was me I would quit right i
would think all this YouTube thing is
not working and I've actually done that
in the past where i put up some videos
and sort of quit and not really done
anything with it and it was seen how
much work actually needs to go into
succeed would change my sense of time
which is help me basically be more
patient and have a longer timeframe and
so in terms of applying this the first
thing is just to actively think about it
I noticed you may be lame advice but
just start processing that way of
thinking you know k slow is smooth
smooth is fast and thinking that ok
really i don't need to be successful or
achieve whatever it is you're trying to
achieve in a month you know if it
happened in six months or a year or two
years that would be pretty good and so
kind of focusing on that longer-term and
just keep it in my it takes time to get
there and reminding yourself of that so
if you spend a week working really hard
on something and you don't get any
results
you're not going to be as disappointed
because you're
coming in with the mental frame that
this is going to be hard and when you
come in with that mental frame you're
not as disappointed
it's just you know high expectations /
optimistic views lead to huge
disappointment lead to quitting so if
you can reframe that and think okay
in a way it's actually more optimistic
because what you're thinking is ok if i
put in a year of hard work i know it
will be successful so i'm going to put
in that time and I'm not going to change
my emotions and react to every bad day
or or negative event that happened i'm
going to more focus on the long-term the
bigger picture one thing that can help
with this is having some form of
accountability in terms of your goals
and your planning i mentioned this
earlier in the video enfps we are very
good at basically lying to herself BS in
ourselves about why we're changing
directions
I've talked about in other videos the
aspect of like lying to ourselves about
eating dark chocolate or drinking a
bottle of wine like all those
antioxidants it's good for us but you
really just want to drink the wine right
but you find ways to justify it in FPS
are masters of doing this with
everything if we want to change
direction we can always find a way to do
it even if it's not the right thing to
do
so if we commit to starting a business
we start working on it working on it and
something bad happens that makes us feel
bad and we just emotionally want to quit
we can find a dozen ways to justify that
only the economy changed oh I had this
job offer this is whatever but really
we're changing our minds or quitting we
let ourselves down and so I would
encourage you to set kind of concrete
destinations you could call them gold
you call destinations like where you
want to get to what you want to do and
when you set that write it down and
maybe share it with some people and hold
yourself to that say this is where I
want to go if I start to lie to myself
and change direction and say wait maybe
I should go here instead maybe I should
do this just being aware that that is a
lie right you're lying to yourself about
it and you're letting your emotions kind
of take over and so whatever you write
down
I also encourage you not to do it on a
whim the way I CFPB's tend to do so
write down your your destination and
then let it sit for a week kind of think
about it really commit to it and in
committing to it
commit to it right so if you just
scribble something down on a piece of
paper one day on a win
you're probably not that likely to
really commit to it and stick to it
because you just emotionally made that
decision so try to make something really
concrete and then stick with that and
that's going to help a lot with actually
changing your perception of time and
just staying on course with it
ok so back to this perception of time
right
one of the things that happens with
enfps with our sense of urgency with our
desire to make things happen quick and
this is what I've seen in my own life
and I've seen it i coached enfps at work
within FPS 11 is a business coach and
stuff which is really interesting
because you see your own bad habits in
them and it makes it so clear and as
probably really helped me as much as in
some ways help the client so when you
try to go in these little Springs what
can happen if you don't have a unified
kind of vision of where you're going to
is that you'll go this way and then that
way and then this way and that way and
then back this way and you kind of end
up back where you started and I got
clarity with this with myself when i SAT
back and looked at a couple years of my
business where i was busy and I didn't
achieve some things I did grow you know
the business in some ways but I look
back and realize it because i kept
changing directions in terms of like my
marketing strategy in different aspects
of where i wanted to focus the business
I don't really get that much done that
at the end of say two years I look back
and I really kind of mapped out like
what that actually do and it wasn't come
on focus back on the face autofocus it
wasn't actually that impressive in terms
of what i was able to do because i kept
changing directions and every time you
change direction you reset your progress
at least to some extent
not fully and so by doing sort of a
three-month Sprint let's try this
marketing approach okay i don't really
follow their let's try this
nothing really comes of it and that kind
of kicked me in the ass where I just
realized that I'd in some ways wasted
all this time because i didn't just
focus in one area and just keep going
and that was a wake-up call kind of a
shock to my system which really helped
solidify this so keep that in mind is if
you kind of zigzag you keep changing
directions you do sprints and they're
not part of a unified vision like
something you're trying to move towards
that you may find yourself in the same
place a couple years from now and maybe
if you look back now over the last
couple years that might you know
resonate with you where you realize that
you've been doing the same thing that I
was doing so one last little tip and
then when the video here and that's just
that you are an ENFP and you have this
need for variety you know the ENFP way
right where you want excitement you like
newness maybe find other ways to meet it
aside from your career or your business
so whether that's playing extreme sports
are going traveling more or whatever it
is for you that will give you excitement
when you meet that need for excitement
in other places you might not need it in
your business so or career whatever I
talk about business because it's kind of
my world but this applies for all areas
of of your life really
if you don't intentionally proactively
meet your need for excitement and for
newness newness is important for us
right we like novelty new thing if
you're not meeting that need in some way
then you'll unconsciously meet it
through probably more destructive ways
right so you can choose to do things
that are novel that will bring
´excitement´ and be in charge or you
can leave it to your unconscious your
ENFP need for excitement and then you'll
end up doing things that could be
damaging self-sabotage like getting big
fights with your partner or always
switching who you're dating or changing
your business direction all the time
because you need that newness and you're
not meeting that need elsewhere so I
really encourage you to proactively meet
that need for newness rather than just
let it happen to you
cool awesome thanks for bearing with me
for this video
here and that you've enjoyed it you know
subscribe like the video leave a comment
especially I think if you are an ENFP
I'd love to hear your story you know
does this resonate with you have you
been through this you know I've as I
said I coach some enfps and I'm one
myself and I'm fairly a self-reflective
guy but i'd love to learn more and kind
of if you if you've had the same
experience and that kind of thing it
would be great to share it with with all
of us here

Trump claims Lockheed Martin cut $600 million off cost of F 35 joint strike fighter - Duration: 1:51.
Trump claims Lockheed Martin cut $600 million off cost of F-35 joint strike fighter.
BY Jacob Pramuk.
President Donald Trump claimed Monday that Lockheed Martin cut $600 million off the cost
of the F-35 fighter jet program that he has repeatedly slammed for cost overruns and delays.
Trump said it applied to the next 90 planes.
The F-35 currently has a per-unit cost of about $100 million, which the company pledged
to bring down even before Trump became involved.
"I appreciate Lockheed Martin for being so responsive," Trump told reporters at the White
House.
Since his electoral win, Trump has criticized Lockheed and Boeing for the cost of government
contracts.
Earlier this month, Lockheed CEO Marillyn Hewson said the company was "very close to
a deal" to lower the cost of the fighter program.
In a statement Monday, Lockheed Martin said it shares Trump's commitment to "delivering
this critical capability for our men and women in uniform at the lowest possible cost to
taxpayers."
The company did not address how Trump got to the $600 million figure.
On Friday, Defense Secretary James Mattis ordered a review of the F-35 program to "determine
opportunities to significantly reduce the cost."
The total cost of the program is an estimated $400 billion.
Lockheed shares traded slightly higher on Monday.
