Hi, everyone! I'm dancer Suhui, Jeon. Today we're going to do tutoring about "Rough" by girlfriend.
Let's do bridge part B & 3rd verse part together in details.
The choreography of bridge part B is almost same with the choreography of bridge part A
so I will explain slowly with count except different choreography parts.
One, two, three, four, five and six, seven, eight.
From next step, I will explain in details.
Place left foot to behind and stay for a while, make half turn,
step right, step left, hold partners' hands next to you when you step right again,
push up your chest to front and step back with left foot and stop.
Next step is the solo part of Sinbi,
rounded your right wrist while you step back 2 times, one, two
and push down your right hand with the pointed index finger in 3rd back step.
Then back to your original spot and stay for next 4 counts in there.
Move the position with steps, two, three, four.
Open your left arm and point out your right hand in front, heels up and down at the same time.
Next open your arms widely and put them down.
Pull down your left arm to right, pull down your right arm to left to make them cross
and roll them up, lift up your right foot to kick and jump, open your legs when you put them up.
Twist wrists and put them down slowly, gaze at right and bend your left knee.
Do it together, one, two, three, four
and look at the front, point up with right hand and jump lightly.
Put your hands on left, push them to right and twist your feet to the left.
After those steps, spin your arms based on the point of your elbows; bend your knees at the same time.
This time, let me explain to you bridge part B & 3rd verse part with count.

[Kpop Cover Dance Training] Girlfriend - Rough #8 : 2nd Verse Chorus Part - Duration: 5:18.
Hi, everyone! I'm dancer Suhui, Jeon. Today we're going to do tutoring about "Rough" by girlfriend.
Let's do 2nd verse chorus part together in details
These steps are pretty much same with the choreography of 1st verse chorus part.
I will explain slowly with count except different choreography parts.
One, two and three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
Next steps are another highlighted choreography in this song.
Let me explain in steps first.
Step back with right foot in diagonal direction, lean back your body.
Step left foot, step right foot and lower your body in front.
Step back with your left foot, step with right foot and look at front.
Let's do it together with hands.
Hands are just same motion like before, do running pose.
When you step back, just fold your right hand and when you step left, just unfold your right hand.
Step right, round left hand this time and lower your body in front at the same time.
Step left, look at front while you step right.
When you stand in position, hands are one, two, three.
Major point for this step is making hands of clock with your index fingers, right, up and down.
Next step just repeat previous step to the opposite direction.
Move to kick your right foot out, rounded hands to down and stop.
Make a big round circle with your arms just like stretching yourself and coil them, nod slightly.
Then one, two, three, four and five and six and seven, eight.
This time, let me explain to you 2nd verse chorus part with count.

Urinary Tract Infection | #SpinaBifida - Duration: 3:02.
Hey everyone, welcome to #SpinaBifida
(upbeat music)
So I wanted to have a casual conversation on
UTIs
Urinary Tract Infections.
A lot of people who have Spina Bifida, including myself,
Are very prone to having UTIs.
They can be painful, and they can be annoying.
So I thought I'd share a few tips that
I've gathered over my 24 years of life
on trying to manage UTIs.
And maybe they'll work for you.
So as you know, I wear pads all the time.
And that can help increase UTIs.
So if you're someone like me that wears pads,
make sure you always carry extra with you
that way you can change them frequently.
A little bit expensive to change them as often.
But it helps.
Now, every time I go to the bathroom,
this is something I've recently been doing.
But I've seen that it's helped me.
I usually have a small pack of like wipes
in my back pack.
And I take it with me
wherever I go.
(bag crumples)
Right now I use these "Huggies" ones.
Um, this one is a more natural one for sensitive skin.
And it just helps
give a little cleanliness too when going to the bathroom.
And I've noticed that I do not have any pain,
not having any symptoms of a UTI.
Another thing that you can do is drink cranberry juice.
I do buy cranberry juice more often now.
I don't like the taste of cranberry juice but
I'm getting use to it.
But I have found at CVS,
and Rite Aid, Walgreens or...
I haven't looked at the grocery stores, but I'm sure it's there.
There's little chews of cranberries that you can take a day.
That help prevent UTIs.
And then I also found, this little thing.
This thing is the "Crystex Cranberry Urinary Health
Complex".
And you take a tablespoon daily for your urinary health
and it has worked so far.
And I think I'm going to use this for a little bit longer
and not buy cranberry juice.
This actually taste like Teriyaki sauce.
Which is a little off putting, I like the taste of Teriyaki but
I don't like this as much but I can
definitely tolerate this more than drinking cranberry juice.
And of course, I think one of the best ways
to also help prevent a UTI
while incorporating all the things that I mentioned
is to drink water.
I drink a lot of water.
Mainly everything I drink is water and that has helped
me tremendously.
And it's good for your urinary health.
So do that.
These are my little things
um
about UTIs that I do to help prevent them.
That's all I have for you today on #SpinaBifida.

Mi enemigo el amor Cover - Duration: 3:58.
I made this video in Sinaloa park, in Los Mochis.
It is a great park. I hope you enjoy the images.
And it is for my aunt Ana Loya.
I hope you enjoy it, Aunt. We made it!
Love makes us dumb,
the more you feel the more jealous you get
the more jealous you get the more you cry.
I was suffering for loving so much
I was struggling to control myself
My doubts were killing me!
My enemy was love!
I lost her love for acting like an idiot
for nagging about silly things.
I also I looked like a coward!
I said so many stupid things
I doubted my life partner
I didn't leave when I she asked me to.
My enemy was love!
And for love
I cried before her like a child
to ask for her forgiveness.
Her heart
hurt and offended
did not show me love.
Oh lord! My pain!
She returned,
and with tears in her eyes
she hugged Me and told me: "Love,
I swear to god
my universe and my destiny
turn around your love!
Comprehend it already, please!"
And for love
I cried before her like a child
to ask for her forgiveness.
Her heart
hurt and offended, did not show me love.
Oh lord! My pain!
She returned,
and with tears in her eyes
she hugged Me and told me: "Love,

Wisdom Teeth Removal in Tyler, Texas: Tammy's Daughter | Southern Surgical Arts - Duration: 1:10.
A lot of times, you're apprehensive when your child's going to have surgery, no matter how
minor they say it is.
When we got here, Dr. Stone walked us through the surgery, what was going to happen step
by step, made sure that my daughter understood, and that was important to me because he could
have just talked to me as the parent, but he talked to her as the patient.
So that was very good.
He's a very intelligent man, but yet he got right down to her and said this is going to
happen, you might feel like this.
She felt to relieved and so comfortable when we left that day that she was not excited
to have her wisdom teeth out, but she did feel a lot more comfortable than when we started
the whole process.
This is just the place to go.
I have several friends that we attend church with that have even asked me, "my child has
to have their wisdom teeth taken out" or something needs to happen and they need a surgeon, and
I tell them, "You need to go see one of the Dr. Stones because that's the place to go."
