what is its recipe
first we will see
what are the things that are being made with polau
then take a look at is how to create
four or five of the potato
four or five medium-sized onion
four or five green chilies
100 grams of sugar
salt as per your taste
50 g nuts
50 g currant
1 tablespoon garam masala=(dust of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom small )
100 grams of butter or refine oil
take the onion peels off
Peel the potatoes
onions are chopping
add chopped potatoes as same process
In the same way also the chopped chili
give chili as per your like

Is ready
currant should be clean
now I say
these items are now ready for 700 grams chira ( pressed rice)
chopped chili, chopped onion , chopped Potato
Nuts
currant
refining oil
sugar
salt
, garam masala= (dust of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom small )

all are ready
at first
250 grams of chira ( pressed rice) are being ready due to benefit of mixing of all things at small dish
three spoons of sugar as needed
half teaspoon salt
after that
the water should be a little blob on chira (pressed rice)
stay mold with a little water
now it's ready
gas oven enlightened
Refine Oil
gave the chopped Potato
c-hopped onion being poured
pouring chopped chili
after frying well
pour the molded chira (pressed rice)
stir it well
giving nuts
giving currant
now
giving half teaspoon garam masala =(dust of Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom small )
now
move down after fry with mix everything together

serve them hot food now
