skins have been leaked for an upcoming
chinese new year event that is scheduled
to start next week

I just thought it would be a content

halloween event and the christmas event
and we had about 10 weeks before the
summer games in the halloween event and
10 weeks between the halloween event and
the christmas event so it seems pretty
soon to be getting another full-blown
event
so I figure this chinese new year event
would just be new skins and cosmetics
and stuff you know maybe they would even
have those custom boxes like we've had
with the previous event but I did not
expect us to get a new game mode
it was also confirmed by blizzard that
we won't be getting a Valentine's Day
event but that doesn't mean we won't get
valentine's day voice lines just like
for new years we got some new voice
lines quietly added to the game without
a whole event revolving around new years
because we just had the christmas event
and we strongly suspect there will be
some voice lines or something released
around Valentine's Day because we have
data mind what clearly seems to be
Valentine's Day interactions between
gangi and mercy which in said strongly
in set of possible romance between the

however according to gaming website
polygon a bloated spokesperson said that
the year of the rooster event will be
similar and scope to the previous events
which suggests we will actually get a
custom game mode so what kind of game

Shadow Smocking Sewing Tutorial | Method 1 - Duration: 3:35.
Hey everyone, so shadow smocking – I am so excited to release this video.
This is the first method that I'm showing you how to do shadow smocking.
I have another method in the works and both have their benefits.
This method is better when you know where you'd like your placement of the shadow
smocking.
In my case, I know I'd like overlapping hearts around the neckline of this bishop
dress.
So I put my bishop dress together as I showed in my CC Gwen video (I'll link that below).
Then I got a scrap piece of batiste.
Once I gave that a good ironing and ran it through my pleater, I adjusted the pleats
to my liking.
Then I went over to my computer to look for a heart shape that I liked.
Now this was during naptime and for whatever reason, our wireless printer is in the nursery,
so I just traced my screen.
Ha!
Oh, and if you aren't aware, mashing the ctrl and + sign will make your screen bigger
while the ctrl and – sign will make your screen smaller.
So that's how I'm playing around with the sizes.
Once I had my shape traced, I cut it out of some freezer paper.
Now if you don't have freezer paper, I'm not sure it's worth buying just for this
application.
You can pin your shape to your pleats instead.
But the freezer paper does iron into your fabric and stay in place nicely.
Regardless, trace the shape out.
I'm using a water soluble marker because I already have it, but with this method of
shadow smocking – you could use any kind of marker you'd like.
You'll only be able to trace the shape on top of the pleats, so when you stretch your
shape out, you'll have dots that need connecting.
So you can connect all of your dots and then you'll have this elongated shape.
Then I traced that elongated shape onto some fabric that I could cut out.
Again, this doesn't have to be a water soluble marker.
I pinned this onto a bunch of layers of my good fabric so I could cut them all out at
once.
You have to be careful about pinning the fabric and holding it firmly so the layers don't
move around on you.
Of course, you could cut them out one by one as well.
I cut out enough that I didn't have to use the one with my pen marks on it.
This blue marker is nice when you have to use it, but it has a habit of showing back
up.
It's like that clingy friend you can't get rid of.
Anywho… so I started in the middle of my bishop pining these around.
I used some starch to make things lie really flat.
That's the key here – you want your garment fabric and shadow shape fabric to lie really
flat together – no gaps.
So starching helps a lot.
Once I had everything laid out how I like it, I took it to my machine and ran a tiny
zigzag with lightweight thread, I think this was 70 weight thread.
And when I completed one heart, I would take it back to my ironing board and reiron and
starch as needed before zigzagging the next heart.
I can't emphasize that enough – the shape needs to lay really flat to your fabric.
Once I had all my shapes on my bishop, I ironed it again and then rolled it up on the dowel
like normal.
Ironing is so important here.
I even did some touch up ironing as I rolled it on the dowel.
Then I fed it through my pleater like normal….
although Audrey did help me with this one.
Ooooh those little baby hands.
I just love them.
So that's the first method I'm going to release on shadow smocking.
I have a second method in the works – but seriously, how cool, right??
So many different applications, so little time.

VENGEANCE DEMON HUNTER CLASS CHANGES PATCH 7.1.5 FULL GUIDE TANK - Duration: 3:54.
Hello Demon Hunters, Welcome to this quickfire in depth look at the changes to Vengeance
spec Demon Hunters in Patch 7.1.5 and what that means for you including the new Legendary
item and changes to the old.
Let's get right into it
<Changes to Vengeance spec Demon Hunter's Patch 7.1.5>
Another mixed bag of buffs, nerfs and talent balancing here for Vengeance Demon Hunters
Starting with a flat 9% damage increase for the following abilities and spells
Soul Cleave, Illidan's Grasp, Shear, Sigil of Flame and Fiery Brand
Abyssal strike has been buffed now reducing the cooldown of Infernal strike by 8 seconds
up from 5
a bit of a nerf for Agonizing Flames which now only increases the damage of Immolation
Aura by 20% down from 30
Blade Turning now increases the Pain generation of Shear and Sever by 70% up from 50
Fiery Brand the DoT caused by Burning Alive will now continue to spread from any target
that is afflicted even after the initial target has died.
Demon Spike's physical damage reduction has been nerfed to 10% down from 20
Demonic Wards has had a substantial buff increasing stamina by 55% up from 45% and now reducing
ALL damage taken by 10% instead of previously only reducing Magical Damage.
The cost of the talent ability Fracture has been cut in half to 20 Pain down from 40
Last Resort has been hit a big blow with it's cooldown being increased from 3 minutes to
8
I assume this is to prevent it being included in actual fight tactics and being reserved
purely as a backup, It could also have something to do with these huge buffs to Metamorphosis
as Metamorphosis now additionally increases your armour by 100%
Aswell as when being active, Shear is overriden by Sever which deals 20% more damage then
Shear and always creates a lesser Soul Fragment.
The 110 Talent Nether Bond has been completely removed and replaced with Demonic Infusion
Demonic Infusion is a flat resource cooldown that refills your Demon Spikes charges and
generates 60 Pain, it is instant cast on a 2 minutes cooldown
Razor Spikes has had a bit of a buff increasing your Physical Damage by 30% when Demon Spikes
is active
The cooldown of Sigil of Chains has been increased from 60 seconds to 90
Soul Barrier has been largely reworked having it's cost taken from 30 Pain to only 10, it's
base and minimum absorb increased by 50% and the cooldown timer increased to 30 seconds
up from 20
And lastly
Spirit Bomb has been changed to Fire Damage instead of it's previous elemental status
of Shadow and the buff it grants you Frailty has had it's duration increased to 20 seconds
up for 15
and the healing it provides by 20% up from 15 based on the damage you deal to the target
affected by the Spirit Bomb.
<New Legendaries and the Changes to Old Legendary Items>
So for the new Legendaries added in Patch 7.1.5
Vengeance gets Spirit of the Darkness Flame, a legendary pair of gloves that have high
Versatility and medium Mastery with the effect of
Healing you for 100% of the damage dealt by your Fiery Brand and each enemy hit by your
Sigil of Flame increases the instant damage of your next Fiery Brand by 20% stacking up
to 15 times.
This Legendary sounds insanely powerful against large groups so could be a real asset fighting
the ever increasingly difficult trash packs in raids and in large scale PVP
It's likely a Legendary youll swap out for another in single target fights but is nothing
to snub your nose at.
And as for the changes to existing Legendary items
Vengeance just has one change to Runemaster's Pauldrons, don't worry it's a buff
Metamorphosis resets the cooldown on all of your sigils but also does so for Empower Wards
and grants you a charge of Demon Spikes

Trump is now president, but he still sees himself as leading an insurgency
Donald Trump took over as U.S. president on Friday in the same way he conducted his upstart
campaign, with a mixture of blustery salesmanship and naked contempt for the established political
order.
In doing so, he sent a clear signal to the country and the world: He plans to govern
as he campaigned, refusing to align himself even with his own Republican Party and taking
his message directly to the American people.
He did nothing to dispel concerns that he would bring the cult of personality he built
over the election campaign into the White House, and he offered little in the way of
olive branches to the tens of millions of Americans who did not vote for him in the
most divisive election in modern U.S. history.
A former reality TV star, Trump offered an apocalyptic vision of reality: an America
besieged by crime, immigration, terrorism and unfair trade deals.
"The American carnage stops right here and stops right now," he pledged, as he presented
himself as a champion of the ordinary American.
The gloomy picture Trump sketched of the nation flies in the face of evidence that the economy
is in healthy shape, crime is down and the nation is relatively safe and secure.
After warning the public on the extent of the problems, Trump suggested, as he did during
his campaign, that he and his "movement" are the only solution.
He did not mention the Republicans in Congress with whom he will partner to govern and certainly
not the Democrats who have fiercely opposed him.
Trump campaigned as an outsider, railing against the sins of both his Republican Party and
the Democratic Party.
And, it became clear as he delivered his speech on the steps of the Capitol, that he intends
to remain that outsider, the rebel leader who takes power with one foot still on the
battlefield.
Continuing the populist themes from his campaign, he condemned the politicians who he said have
for years prospered at the expense of the public.
He eschewed the high-flying rhetoric typical of such occasions in favor of more blunt,
populist declarations.
"Politicians prospered - but the jobs left, and the factories closed," he said.
"The establishment protected itself, but not the citizens of our country."
"We are transferring power from Washington D.C. and giving it back to you, the American
people."
Aundrea Friedley, 52, of Nampa, Idaho, who was in the crowd watching his speech, likened
it to a "powerful punch" and praised Trump for returning power to the people.
Trump won the majority of the U.S. Electoral College vote, but lost the popular vote to
his opponent, Hillary Clinton, by nearly 3 million votes, making any attempt to unify
the country that much more difficult.
'AMERICA FIRST'
"We assembled here today are issuing a new decree to be heard in every city, in every
foreign capital and in every hall of power," Trump said.
"From this day forward a new vision will govern our land.
From this moment on, it's going to be America First."
His proposals though for ramped-up infrastructure spending, strong border controls and the strong
isolationist tone of his speech may not jibe with traditional Republican priorities.
At the same time, however, Trump has assuaged nervous Republicans by selecting a Cabinet
that has largely affirmed bedrock conservative principals, and he plans to quickly begin
signing executive orders designed to roll back some of former President Barack Obama's
progressive policies.
In Trump's speech, historians said, there were echoes of Franklin D. Roosevelt with
Trump mentioning "the forgotten" Americans left behind by the forces of trade and globalization,
of Richard Nixon's "silent majority", and of Ronald Reagan's pledge to restore the
nation's greatness.
But, said Julian Zelizer, a historian at Princeton University, there was also "more anger physically
and verbally than in the past" with Trump punctuating his speech with pointed hand gestures.
Trump spent little time trying to expand his appeal to the majority of Americans who view
him unfavorably, according to opinion polls.
Instead, he appeared to speak directly to his most fervent supporters.
His speech perhaps was most reflective of Reagan's 1981 address, in which the then-president
spoke of "economic affliction" and "idle industries."But Reagan inherited an economy
struggling with stagflation and an unemployment rate of 7.5 percent.
By contrast, under the departing Obama, the economy has added private sector jobs in 80
consecutive months and the unemployment rate stands at 4.7 percent.
The picture painted by Trump "is probably not one that every American shares," said
Thomas Alan Schwartz, a presidential historian at Vanderbilt University.
Still, he said, Trump has tapped into a "sense of national crisis and decline."
Belinda Bee, 56, came to see Trump from Mooresville, North Carolina, saying she believed he would
successfully combat Islamic terrorism and that he would remain a political outsider.
"The country now belongs to the people and not the politicians," she said.
