Youtube daily report Jan 9 2017

So I actually came from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.

I went to Robert Morris University it's shortly outside of Pittsburgh, Moon Township about

30 minutes from the city.

I spent eight years there, Rob Morris University and you're always one of the beach, better

weather in my life, so I signed up in a Wilmington North Carolina, where I fell in love with

when I was 18.

Grown up at an early age I was always surrounded by you know a lot of kids, in general and

very large family, so just interacting with kids always you know, I've always had a

desire to take care of them, and I think I was always a you know drive minded to go into

medicine, and always wanted to be that doctor, that you know that they were seeing as they

were growing up.

So Pediatric Convenient Care is a wide variety of care as far as the patients that you see

on a daily basis.

I see anywhere from common colds, to broken bones, the sore throats the strep throats,

the first time diabetes.

You get a wide variety of patients, so you see really need a to be on top of

things and expect really anything.

It's been awesome, it's been a completely different experience for me.

I come from an intensive care background, where I worked pediatric intensive care for

4 plus years, so coming to Wilmington, you know different environment seeing a lot of,

so to say healthier kids, you know is a refresher for me.

I think you just never know what's gonna come out of their mouths, you never know how they're

gonna react to the things, are going to say the things that they're going to tell you,

so it's just you know a blessing, a new experience everyday working with them.

I'm a huge country-music fan, I love you know attending, whether it be country concert

or heading downtown and check out and a new local band, so that's one thing I really enjoy.

Big sports guy, I love attending multiple sporting events, grew up playing multiple

sports, also beach lover.

I love being on the water, I can spend the whole day at the ocean every day.

Does The Birth Control Pill Cause Depression? - Duration: 4:21.

In September 2016, some researchers in Denmark published a huge study, with data from more

than a million people over almost 20 years.

What they found was a connection between women using hormonal birth control and taking antidepressants.

Needless to say, it's been making waves on the Internet, as reporters blast out headlines

like "The Pill Causes Depression."

But like so many things in science, and especially research on humans, it's not really that

simple.

The pill has its pros and cons, and it's used for way more than just preventing pregnancy.

Whether you're using pills, patches, injections, or implants, hormonal birth controls all basically

work the same way.

They dump some synthetic hormones into your bloodstream – mostly progestins, and sometimes

estrogen.

Normally, these hormones are made by the ovaries at certain times in certain amounts, and help

with lots of biological stuff.

Estrogen regulates the menstrual cycle, for example, and progestins help bulk up the uterus

to get it ready for a potential fetus.

Adding a bunch of synthetic hormones stabilizes those normally-changing levels, which stops

the ovaries from releasing eggs, so there aren't any around to be fertilized in the

first place.

Plus, they make the cervical mucus thicker and goopier, which might make it more difficult

for sperm to get through the cervix and into the uterus at all.

Together, these effects are really potent and make it a lot harder to get pregnant.

Even when it's used imperfectly, some estimates say only about 9 women in 100 will get pregnant

while just on the pill.

Compared to the 18 women in 100 that might get pregnant from imperfectly using male condoms,

that's pretty good.

But birth control isn't just used to control births!

Synthetic hormones can help patients with other health conditions, too.

[P-C-O-S] Take polycystic ovary syndrome, or PCOS, which

is a nasty combination of enlarged ovaries, irregular periods, and even infertility – all

caused by higher levels of androgen hormones.

When people with PCOS aren't trying to get pregnant, the pill works really well to balance

out hormones and treat the condition.

[endo-mee-tree-oh-sys] Hormonal birth control can also help with

painful cramps, which are caused by uterus muscles contracting, and endometriosis, or

too much uterine tissue growth.

And even when people are just taking the pill for contraception, there might be some benefits,

like a decreased risk of ovarian and endometrial cancer.

Scientists think the extra synthetic progestins might tell the body to kill off older ovarian

cells, so they don't stick around and have the chance to mutate and become dangerous.

So the pill can do a lot of good, but there are some risks, as well.

Research has found a very small possible increase in the risk of other cancers, like breast

and liver cancer, in patients that were using hormonal birth control with extra estrogen.

A similar risk has been seen in people who get their periods early, or never have kids.

This link is still pretty uncertain, but it seems to be a danger from exposure to lots

of estrogen, natural or artificial.

Some researchers think this might have to do with cells breaking down the estrogen and

making oxygen radicals, which are really chemically reactive, can damage DNA, and cause cancerous

mutations.

On the other hand, pills with synthetic progestins can make it more likely for blood clots to

form in veins, a condition called deep vein thrombosis.

Researchers think the synthetic hormones in the pill can trigger an increase of blood

clotting factors, basically making blood "stickier" and more likely to clump up.

If these clots break loose, they can travel to the lungs and block an artery, and keep

oxygen from getting into the bloodstream, which can be deadly.

And finally, there might be mental health risks, including depression.

A recent, big study found a link between the use of antidepressants and the use of hormonal

birth control methods, like the pill, patch, and IUDs.

But, even though there were over a million people surveyed, they were all Danish women,

which is a pretty limited population.

Plus, contraceptives have changed a lot in the past 20 years while they were collecting

data, so it's hard to figure out what specifically about the hormonal birth control might be

to blame.

So it is an important study to help us understand some of the possible risks of the pill and

other hormonal methods.

But it's also just one piece of evidence.

Ultimately, we can only say that there's a correlation in their data, but we can't

know anything for sure about causation yet.

As for other research: In 2012, a meta analysis of studies from 1976 to 2010 on hormonal birth

control and depression didn't find a clear link between the two.

But there also weren't that many studies out there – the scientists were only able

to look at around 25 research papers and reviews.

So, does birth control cause depression?

Maybe... but maybe not.

But lots of scientists agree that more research needs to be done!

Hormonal birth control has completely changed the game in health and letting people choose

if and when they want to become pregnant.

And like any medical treatment, it comes with some risks.

It's up to researchers and doctors to figure out how high those risks are – and up to

individual people to decide whether those risks are worth the benefits to them.

Lifts and Levels: 04-17 Ford F150 2" Level Kit Install - Duration: 5:32.

Hey guys Shawn again, Custom Offsets, Custom Offsets TV on the YouTube..

Got a new series for you guys, were gonna call it "Lifts and Levels" Basically we're

just gonna keep showing the lifts and levels that we are doing here at the garage.

Because we've got a lot of questions on these.

This one today is gonna be a 2010.

Its a Ford F150 which is gonna be the same set up as 2004 to 2017 and probably going

on for a couple more years.

basically its a 2" level that goes on top of the strut so it brings the front of that

truck up.

we'll get more into that and show you how we did it and basically show you some clips

then I'll come back and wrap that up.

So what you saw

is he went in there, dropped the knuckle down,

freed up the strut, took the strut out

Put a 2" spacer on top of that strut

put that strut back in there

Strut. There. You saw that.

Its now got a spacer on top

Buttoned everything back up. So now

The front of that truck is lifted up

so that its level. So if you look front to back

Theres no more, what we call "rake", in the vehicle

It used to be raked for towing,

or for hauling, and when it was loaded up it

would sit level, now it sits level all the time.

Most people are doing that to create more clearance here

so that they can put wheels and tires up here.

If her were to tow now, it would tend to

make the front end float, make it a little lighter

because you've taken away the rake and that was the intent of it.

From the manufacturer

With that 2" level, its not more

stress on the ball joints that your ever gonna notice,

Its not more stress on wheel bearings,

The people commenting that just don't know what the F*uck they

are talking about. It is what it is.

So this is ready to rock and roll

We do 10 of these a week.

This is the most common thing you'll see because

now he can put 10 wides and 33's

or 10 wides and 35's with a little trimming

and thats the most common we're seeing.

That is a 2 inch level

on a 04 basically to 17

Ford F150

Lot of the Chevy Silverados, same exact

thing, its a spacer on top of that strut

So that is that. That is Lifted and leveled?

Lifts and Levels? Lifts and Levels.

All Around Israel - Full movie - Duration: 39:53.

organizations and stuff?...

Organization was.. you know, talk on whatsapp, everyone brings what he has

And that's it kind of.. in 4 in the morning on Saturday, the first day

Everyone took whatever they have, put it in the car and we're off

You know.. something like that

Ah.. at the first day we skated the most

At the first day we.. we started in 4 AM and it was until the evening actually

We arrived to the first spot about 7 AM and we left the last spot in 9 PM

So it was actually the day we skated the most

We also had to the most spots and the most skateparks

We started this idea.. me, Ben and Assaf Vega.. "VEGAS"

We started you know.. to think about interesting skate tour

Listen.. we did a lot of skate tours to Eilat (city) in the past

Actually.. Eilat was the our last opinion, we thought about something else

You know.. not only Eilat

We started to make our way towards Katzrin

One the road.. 3 hours driving to the north

Music.. Fun..

Suddenly, near Afula.. a lot of fog

Can't see nothing.. don't know where to drive

You can't see nothing.. like.. we barely saw the road

And somehow we got on with it..

We kept driving.. it was funny

Like.. it was really stressful

I was the driver so...

<font color=#FFFF00FF>- Damn that fog.. slow down.. </font> <font color=#FFFF00FF>wow what a road</font>

<font color=#FFFF00FF>- Wow bro.. now we really cant see nothing</font>

The tour concept was to be all over the country

All over the country with skateboard.. from north to south

We think a lot about the spots and the places that we want to go to

It all was like.. really organized

I mean we were really stressful about the time so we can get everything done

We left at 4 AM on Saturday

Straight to Katzrin you know..

And that was the first spot..

The day started when we arrived to Katzrin <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

and found a skatepark that we didn't know exists

And it's the worst skatepark you will see in your life

We arrived to the skatepark.. and it was.. broken

It was.. broken

Somehow we were able to skate on it

The Mini-Ramp was broken

We land a couple tricks and after one hour we decided like..

Ok, we out of here

Straight to Katzrin's spot

Katzrin's spot.. everyone knows..

A lot of curbs.. it's really worth to skate there

Stairs.. you've got everything in this spot.. everything

Like Skate-Plaza

Everything was like.. the ledges was.. marble ledges

Gaps.. stairs.. you have what you need to have fun..

You can make it as you home-spot for sure..

I did grind on the stairs

Wow.. hours in the heat..

It was 10 AM.. so hot..

That's ok.. practicing

That's ok if I didn't land that trick.. Ill land it next time

In the next tour..

- in the future

- yes.. in the future

that's ok.. I mean, I tried as much as I can

I tried to land it for hour or more

There was a couple of tries that I was close

But then I got hit and.. I couldn't try anymore

You are ok?

You are ok?

And then.. we started to drive to…

Where we went on from there?

If I'm not mistaken.. the next spot was.. Kiryat Bialik?

Hifa? Kiryat Bialik?

Kiryat Bialik I think.. no?

Kiryat Bialik right?

At the next day.. I mean in the evening, me and omer talked and I asked him

" wow do you remember the spots we went to?"

And he was like.. nobody remember wihich spots we've been through

So many spots.. you are like.. everything mixed up in your head

We went to kiryat Bialik.. and we were a little bit exhausted after a good session

In the broken skatepark and also In Katzrin's spot

Ah.. we decided that we don't want to skate street now.. you are so tired..

Already from the first spot.. it's getting hard

And to go to another spot it's somehow possible and..

It's possible but no that easy..

And we went to Kiryat Bialik's skatepark

and decided that we to much tired and we want to do something chill'

So we skate In the skatepark

We skate on the mini-ramp.. chilling.. me, Omer and Assaf

I mean.. we where just started to adapt to all of this..

You know.. a lot of skateparks.. skating all day long

So we were chillin' in the mini ramp

It was fun at the skatepark.. There is not too much to tell about it

Afte Kiryat Bialik We decided that we continue to Haifa

We arrived to the spot and then Boom the battery is over

Ok so.. what to do.. What to do..

Ok.. somehow I'll charge the battery from the car

You don't have enough battery on the camera

and you need to charge the camera all the time

I brought another battery and somehow we needed to charge it again and again

And everything was from the car we rented..

In the car we charged the phones, the camera, everything is from the car

And you calculate yourself while driving..

If to shoot all the experience.. or to shoot all the shit we've done

and all the skateboarding that was there..

Ah.. and from there we moved to.. <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

in fact it was 5 in the evening I think..

And we said "ok.. we have to go to Haifa's skatepark"

Haifa.. we heard that there is a new skatepark really close to the beach

And I really liked it, I thought that it really worth to go there

In Haifa I really liked the skatepark

It was beautiful.. with a sea View

Cool park, fun, cool view.. sea and everything..

really style

the skatepark itself was awesome.. we skated, shred as much as we can..

After we were really tired after several spots and two skateparks..

Which is a lot of a driving

It was really really nice.. we weren't at the mood of filming..

I just was there.. looked around.. "ok Fuck-it Im closing the camera"

I just closed the camera and we really didn't film nothing..

After hour and half.. maybe two hour in Haifa's skatepark

After that we were really tired and cant really skate anymore

We said ok.. lets go to Zichron Yaakov

To the skatepark

Which is fucking the fourth skatepark we were going to visit

And we really tired and hungry

And.. I need to pee..

And.. you know.. we arrived to the park.. and at that point we were so done

We barely skated..

In Zichron Yaakov.. we were at the skatepark.. we didn't film so much

We didn't film at all I think

But it was fun..

We went from spot to spot, from skatepark to skatepark

Its fun.. its interesting.. we are all friends

when you in a skate tour you want to do new things

and go to places that you never been before

that you didnt experience yet

to make new experience

to go to as many spots or skateparks as you can

or.. to skate as much as you can in places that you never been before

I thing that was the meaning of the tour at the end of the day

so...that why all goes so good and

and we skate a lot in skateparks and less in the streets

but it was like.. that the whole experience

yes, it was more about the vibes

and to create this tour you know

because no one else done it before in Israel

renting a car and drive all over the country

which is hard as hell

it's something really difficult

I mean… at the first day we went to 4 skateparks

eating crappy food

and drinking alot of water…

to skate all day long is also something really difficult

We arrived to Zichron Yaakov.. and then.. it was it

I mean..

it's the end of the day

You are done..

it's like...

the sun was set.. you are slowly like..

you are tired and...

Omer was just thrown in the car..

he couldn't carry on because his leg <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

and me and Assaf were so done

And every second there were mosquitoes and you don't know what to do

We were there maybe for half hour

Forty-five minutes.. something like that, and we out from there

We said "that enough"

"we done it here"

"that enough.. let's go, let's go to sleep as fast as we can.."

<font color=#FFFF00FF>- Beach?</font>

<font color=#FFFF00FF>- Yes we'll sleep on the beach,</font> <font color=#FFFF00FF>the beach name is "Maayan Tzvi"</font>

<font color=#FFFF00FF>- oh right</font>

At the end of the first day we were sleep in Non-regulated beach

We did barbecue..

We did barbecue...

What else we've done?

- We drink wine

- We drink wine.. yeah

Hookah.. Omer's girlfriend was..

It was fun..

We've got to a nice beach

His name was "Maayan Tzvi" if I remember right

like.. non-regulated beach you know..

And to go to there.. it's a lot of driving in the send and dunes

Which is also pretty cool

Fucking rented car.. really small car..

A lot of stuff in the car, sleeping bags, tents, skateboards and camera

A car that isn't made for this type of driving

We were like.. "ok fuck-it we don't have a lot of choices"

We drive something like three kilometers in the sands

until we made it to the beach

And...

And then we really fast set up a tent and everything

And Omer bring barbecue and wine

It was fun.. we were chilling

It was really like...

the end of the day.. you are so done

I really think it was the most <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

massive and hardest day possible

The most massive possible

actully.. the first day <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

was the most essential

we skate the most and we go to all of the spots

that we never been before

and maybe we will never be again because they are in the north

I mean.. we don't skate in the north a lot

we skate more at the center area and a little bit in the south

Be'er Sheva and all this area

so it was the most essential

we saw a lot of spots that we never saw before

a lot of skateparks that we never been before

a lot of places that we never been before

like all those cool beaches that we went to

that was the day…

that was the first day.. it was the hardest day of the tour

like.. really

on the second day we woke up really early

I think it was 7 or 6 and half.. something like that

We set an alarm clock

Because at the first day we skated so much

so we were all sweaty and dirty.. sticky

So we went to gas station to wash ourselves

We got in the toilet and started washed ourselves with the tap

You want to take a shower.. and you don't have where to go

And you want to eat a breakfast.. we just didn't know what to do

So we go with it and found a gas station and got to the toilet

And with the tap we just washed ourselves

And we decided that go from there

We went to Caesarea.. We tried look for a beach or something with shower

We didn't found something good

The next station of the tour was supposed to be Caesarea

and..

And.. it was like.. we started the morning a little bit late

We were really delayed because..

because we wasn't sure about where we are really want to go

Because.. like I said, when you are in a skate tour so everything is dynamic

You have certain spots, especially in that kind of tour

We had specific skate spots that we wanted to go to

And specific places that we wanted to go to

in specific times

and everything was very accurate

but you.. you have more things that you also want to do

and that why plans changes

and I think that's all the fun part..

when everything is flowing and not stuck

from there we went to Hadera

Assaf brought gas grill so.. so we had the opportunity to made omelets

On the road we stop in a supermarket

we bought eggs and and stuff to start the morning

And we continued to.. we continued to Hadera

And right when we passed Caesarea

I remembered that there is a new skatepark that should be open now

suddenly I looked in Facebook, boom the skatepark is open

open and we just passed Caesarea

And I was like "ho shit.. never mind.. we have to move on"

I mean.. you have a schedule and you cant go back with the spots

Because it's a big problem relative to what we wanted to suffice

We got to Hadera's skatepark.. there we made breakfast

We brought gas grill, we made omelets

It was fun.. we also skated at the park after that

Hadera's skatepark was actually pretty good It was fun

<font color=#FFFF00FF>- Iike a nature boy</font>

<font color=#FFFF00FF>– yes.. what can I say..</font>

<font color=#FFFF00FF>- what did he say?</font>

<font color=#FFFF00FF>- he is a nature.. Nature boy</font>

<font color=#FFFF00FF>wait wait</font>

I think we continue to.. Netanya, right?

If I'm not mistaken

Netanya.. Netanya bro..

Netanya is the skatepark!

Huge Park, Security..

I mean, there is security guys that only allowed skateboards

and nothing else

Really cool

In Netanya we shred a little bit

It was really fun.. huge and good skatepark

Everything is flowing, very fun

And then me and "Vegas".. me and Assaf

We decided to get a cool picture of us doing grind on the ledges at the same time

And it all started there.. in that point we said "ok lets film"

Am.. so we skate there.. e ach one did his trick

We filmed it, somehow we succeeded to film it all and to take a cool photo

And from there we were out

To the Dead Sea

We got straight to the Dead Sea.. I mean.. we started drive to the Dead Sea

Which is two hours driving now..

Hm.. actually we wanted to go to the Dead Sea's spot at the second day

But because we stacked a little bit on skateparks and spots so we didn't made it

And as we got the Dead Sea it was dark already

So we went to a beach in the Dead Sea.. and we slept there

there we finely take a real shower

yes.. Right when we got to the Dead Sea we said "no way, we have to go to the spot"

"no matter when"

And then we saw a really small hole in the fence

And instead of keep looking for a better place to get in..

we tried to break through there for an half hour.. wasting our time

We said "we will back tomorrow with a knife or something.."

And then Omer continued to walk for one minute

and founded a better place to go through..

which at the next day we entered from there

There.. at the water park.. its pretty insane

Like.. it's pretty weird

We get in with the boards but..

you cant really skate because it was dark

And I forgot the camera's led light in the car because I didn't thought about it

I mean.. I wasn't sure If we will skate there or not

I mean.. It's like..

It's on the beach and when it get dark so..

When there is no sun.. it's like, that's it, the session is over

We had a really tight schedule.. someone filmimg a trick and he want more time

Or he didn't land his trick and he want to keep trying

and the time passed and we needed to go from the spot or the skatepark

So everything was pressed

Fucking 3 days that..

you dont have time for nothing..

we drive from Katzerin to Eilat

you wanted to go to all of the spots on your way

we went to millions of skate spots

and millions of skateparks and cities

You're under time pressure

Not easy..

Really not easy..

Yes.. we didn't had a lot of time

because we needed to suffice a lot of spots and skateparks

in a really short time

we had three days to reach from north to south

we woke up in the morning at the third day, I mean that was the last day

and we woke up really really early

the sunset was really amazing at the Dead Sea

I mean.. at the beach

We folded all the sleeping bags and tents, and we went to the car

We went straight to the spot

Amazing spot

Cool place you know.. like an abandoned water park in the movies

Amazing spot.. really cool place <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

Like its built for skaters

We skated a little bit on the bank

A little bit on the water slide

we filmed a couple of tricks <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

until the battery was over

and then I was like "ok last trick, I'll do backside-tail on the bank"

I did a couple of tries, boom I land it and we are out of there

All the time we charged the camera like crazy

Must to charge it

From there we kept to Eilat but on the road we stoped at the "Hidden Lake"

If you don't know what is it.. so it's a lake in nowhere on the way to Eilat

We out from the car.. Equipped with water and we started to walk

We walked something like six kilometer I think

I don't know how we got there with the car

We had a really small car..

we just parked it and we started walk

according to the map I saw on my phone

And somehow we found a new lake

I think so.. I don't know

Some kind of another lake.. it wasn't the "Hidden Lake"

Suddenly I Realized,

we saw it on the way..

but we didn't understand it was it And it was like… near the road <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

Ok so… we arrived to the "Hidden Lake"

Which is no so hidden guys..

if someone want to find it it kind of a joke

An.. we arrived to the lake and there

we were equipped with our last food and a lot of canned food

At the first and the third days we kind of Lived on canned food

And a lot time we stuck without water and we needed to go buy

like.. it was really hot those days

We arrived to the lake.. We got on the cliff there

Really close to the lake

On the lake

After couple of looking on the height

I said "fuck it Im jumping and now I don't care"

After me Vegas (Assaf)

with his childish mind he thought

"I'll jump after Omer"

He jumped like a pussy..

that's ok we will Forgive him for that

And that's it we didn't had there for long time

After that we kept our way to Eilat

Right when we arrived in Eilat we got to the "Street Mafia SkateShop"

We met Avi (the owner) which we didn't saw for a while

And the memory card fulled

32 GB

Memory card full

And every time we skate a little.. filming, deleting, filming, deleting

Pass throw all the videos that we capture.. deleting

Somehow I made it

And every time survives with the last memory on the card

When we went to Eilat the first thing I did

was to buy a new memory card

I mean.. I really think we were more <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

having fun than on skateboarding

I mean.. it was both

And because we were mainly at the skateparks

so I don't think it was kind of

Am.. hardcore skateboarding.. like.. it was

Friends and fun.. Just fun tour!

From there we met Alan

We skated with Alan on the.. There's a spot with..

Three stairs and ledges and more three stairs and ledges

That was Eilat.. the last spot of the tour

and..

And you are done <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

Just done!

There is no other way to describe it

After so many skate-spots like..

And suddenly you look back and think like

"wow two days ago I was at the other side of the country

And somehow I made it to here

And I skated all day all the days"

Non-stop skateboarding really really massive and really hard

And like with the Eilat's weather and everything is like..

Everything just falls on you

You are in the ambiance of the end

It's like.. That's it, I'm done, I just want to sleep and rest

So we got to the spot.. I talked with Alan

so.. ee started to skate there

And really.. everyone was done.. No one was able except from Alan

So Alan filmed a couple of tricks

And it was like "fuck-it lets go to the skatepark"

Yes.. and we were so dead..

It's like the last day.. it's the..

Last spots.. like.. what you can

And anyway we arrived late.. so you know..

Yes.. from there we moved to the skatepark

Actually at the skatepark was really good

We arrived at 5pm something like that..

It's getting pretty late and you are done..

And you don't know if you can skate..

Assaf.. it was his first time in Eilat.. or second time..

And I was so many times.. from tours or with family

So Vegas (Assaf) really excited from Eilat

so at the skatepark he also shred

I don't know how he is not tired

Me and Ben was really done

At the last day we were so dead

Everyday only skateboarding.. so hard

Not easy at all

I mean.. it wasn't a usual skate-tour

Really

It's wasn't the kind of tour when you go to one or two spots a day

Every day we really got to four skate-spots

and if you don't skate so you are driving

And if you are not driving so you skate

I mean.. it's all together you know..

Every time you skate intensive and then you need to stop for two hours driving

And to keep skate as much as you can and it was like..

Hard

Just get it

At the first day we were in.. <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

Fucking I don't know how many skate-spots

Don't know how many skateparks already

We were in so many.. I mean..

When we arrived to Eilat it was the ambiance of the end

You don't have powers, you want to skate but you just can't skate

You tired and you cant..

So I really just did two tricks for the video <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

and Assaf did two tricks for the video

And you in that situation that what you try and you know how to do it

You cant do it

Your body is exhausted.. <i><b><u><font color=#00000000></font></u></b></i>

You're exhausted

And.. to think that it was only three days

and we wanted to be four days at first

I mean, I wanted it to be four days at first

But because of certain constraints, then it was three days

And after three days we were just..

Broke off

It was good it was good

It was hard and fun

And I do not mind to do it again .. Even though it was difficult

even to make it longer

- that what I think too

That what we will do...

We didn't skate so many, I mean.. We skate a lot

But we didn't filmed so much

I was more about to ..

to come and do it you know..

For the fun.. it was so fun but..

Three days I think, from north to Eilat

I mean from north to south.. and stop almost in all the spots

Totally cool

There is no better than the friends and the experiences

Even if there isn't a lot of landing tricks and skate-street

I mean.. I think that.. that the reason we do skate-tours

I mean.. that why we did that tour

Yes.. It was more about the good vibes

And to create this tour you know..

Because nobody never did that tour..

In Israel...
