enough for a public road

come the first turn however and you

become acutely aware of that weight as

you feel just how hard the brakes are

working and how much the front tires are

overcoming a general disinterest in

changing direction there's a micro

seconds of delay before the front yards

into the turn and so it's no

understanding monster the vanquish s is

at its best on longer faster and more

open bends the steering is precise with

decent feedback at the wheel rim which

allows you to place the nose accurately

through the turns and feel the grip

threshold

and the brakes are terrific with fine

pedal feel and an astonishing unfading

appetite for work

dial in the softest setting and the ride

is firm but reasonably comfortable for

longer journeys in the firmer settings

of sportrack there's a sharp shopping us

to the ride and on bumpy roads the

wheels can lose traction by any

reasonable measure the new DB 11 is the

better car than the Vanquish yes it's

almost as fast more comfortable and more

modern but don't go away thinking to

vanquish s is some flowering

antediluvian monster in the ship its

abilities might not be as well-rounded

as those of the car on Astin's newer

chassis but in sheer speed mechanical

grip and above all the thrilling v12

it's every bit a superlative

grandtourist moving the last of a very

special breed

Saddam Hussein's CIA Interrogator Finally Reveals Truth About Bush's Invasion of Iraq - Duration: 6:10.

Saddam Husseins CIA Interrogator Finally Reveals Truth About Bushs Invasion of Iraq

by Carey Wedler

Last month, former CIA analyst John Nixon made headlines when he asserted that while

he was interrogating Saddam Hussein after the 2003 invasion, the dictator warned him

that the U.S. would fail in Iraq.

Now, Nixon has revealed yet another unsettling detail: the Bush administration knew they

were going to take on Iraq on day one before the 9/11 terror attacks even occurred.

In fact, they viewed Iraq as unfinished business, according to the former analyst.

We never really understood at that point what unfinished business meant, but we knew

that they wanted to do something, Nixon said in an interview with BBC Radio 4's Today

Programme this week.

You know, they had their minds made up from day one.

And then after 9/11, thats when the death warrant for Saddam Hussein was signed,

he explained.

He added that Husseins execution was the final straw in terms of pulling out the justifications

for the war in Iraq.

The Bush family had history in Iraq prior to the 2003 invasion.

When George Bush Sr. was president, he launched the Gulf War, which, like his sons war,

was also rooted in fabricated justifications.

Claiming thousands of Iraqi troops were threatening Saudi Arabia, and thus U.S. oil interests,

Bush Sr. made the case for U.S. military action.

His administration also argued Hussein was threatening Kuwait without provocation, conveniently

leaving out details of the two nations previous partnership and internal conflicts

that stemmed from it.

Bush ultimately opted not to invade Iraq, instead deploying troops to Kuwait to expel

Iraqi soldiers, a move that drew praise from then-Secretary of Defense Dick Cheney.

Still, in 1993, Bush Sr. visited Iraq and was hit with an assassination attempt one

U.S. intelligence agencies pinned on Hussein (its possible this is the unfinished

business Nixon recalls, especially considering that when criticizing Hussein after 9/11,

Bush Jr. said, After all, this is a guy that tried to kill my dad at one time).

The history of the United States involvement in Iraq prior to Bush Sr. is even more muddled.

Though Bush Sr.s administration sounded the alarm on Hussein, the U.S. government

under the Reagan administration before Bush had been backing the dictators

regime in its fight against Iran during a bloody, years-long war.

In fact, the CIA provided tactical aid to Hussein knowing he was using chemical weapons.

More recently, it was revealed that this relationship was much deeper than previously known.

As Foreign Policy noted in 2013, senior U.S. officials were being regularly informed

about the scale of the nerve gas attacks, which was tantamount to an official American

admission of complicity in some of the most gruesome chemical weapons attacks ever launched.

Indeed, the U.S. government empowered Hussein before they moved to oust him under the false

pretenses of weapons of mass destruction.

Incidentally, Nixon also said this week that he knew immediately upon interrogating Hussein

that there were no weapons of mass destruction.

As reported by the Independent, Nixon recalled that all the White House wanted to know

was if there was any evidence that Hussein was developing weapons of mass destruction.

But talking to Hussein, [Nixons] advisers and subsequent research had led him to the

conclusion that Iraqs nuclear weapons programme had ended years earlier.

Nixon says he and his team were subsequently regarded as failures, even though in February

of 2001 then-Secretary of Defense Colin Powell said Hussein had not developed any significant

capability with respect to weapons of mass destruction.

We know hes been developing weapons of mass destruction.

And so were watching him very carefully.

Were watching him carefully, Bush claimed just eight months later.

These flimsy accusations, taken with Nixons recent statements, are ultimately unsurprising.

Years prior to 9/11 and the Iraq War, neoconservative think tank Project for a New American Century

was making the case for invasion.

In early 1998, they demanded President Clinton work toward the removal of Saddam Husseins

regime. Clinton had signed the Iraq Liberation Act by the end of the year, officially adopting

a policy of regime change in Iraq and paving the way for the subsequent administration

to tear into the country.

Nixon has long been a critic of the Iraq War and has revealed many of his experiences in

his recent book, Debriefing the President: The Interrogation of Saddam Hussein.

As he told BBC Radio this week:

We went to Iraq to do all of these things, to find the weapons of mass destruction, to

help build a new Iraq, to establish rule of law, give the Iraqi people democracy, and

one by one, all of those things just crumbled.

How To Get Spotify Premium Free On Any Apple Device ( No Ads, Unlimited Skips ) | Get Fixed - Duration: 3:15.

Hard work turns you old quicker.

Work strategically.

Plan, Analyze, Execute.

Today we'll be learning how to get Spotify Premium for free on any iPhone.

This is the iPhone 6 running the lastest ios version 10.2.

Share this video with anyone you think would appreciate this neat little trick.

Doesn't really matter if you're an iPhone or Android user.

I have videos for either interfaces so if you're an Android user, click on the

"i" annotation in the top right corner of the video for

the tutorial.

Doing this means being able to stream high quality audio, never see an ad again, and

have unlimited skips.

Let's get started!

Everything you need will be linked down in the videos description below.

Make sure you have the lastest version of iTunes downladed and installed on your computer.

Also be sure to download Cydia impactor and Spotify IPA.

Cydia impactor - is like a PC version of Cydia.

You can use it to download basically any applications for free on any ios Apple devices.

An IPA file, like the Spotify one you see here, is a modified version of the original

application.

This modified IPA file allows you to do certain things you wouldn't usually be able to do,

for free.

Like playing extremely high quality audio and the ability to skip music on Spotify...-

for free!

Start by plugging the ios device into the Mac or PC.

Once again make sure you have the lastest version

of iTunes downloaded on your computer.

Open up "Cydia impactor" Locate the "USB" tab and select "install driver"

in order to download any necessary drivers for your

device.

Click on the device tab and hit "install package" Locate and select the Spotify IPA file.

If you followed the instructions correctly, you should see a sequence of random letter

and numbers.

If you're hard headed and can't follow instruction however, you will get error 529.

Long story short.

Update cydia impactor if you already had it on your computer and make sure the phone

is properly connected to your PC.

Hit "start"

Sign into your iTunes.

Email first, followed by your iTunes password.

It says "your password is only sent to Apple" Don't worry.

Your iCloud account is safe in my hands.

The process should take no longer than 5 seconds and you're done.

For the Android version you do have to uninstall the original Spotify app on your Android device

in order for the APK to work, for the iPhone however, ain't

no need for all that B.S.

You cannot use the "login using your Facebook account" button, it'll give you an error on

either interfaces.

If you signed up for a Spotify account using your Facebook, you can actually type in your

Facebook accounts email and password to log in.

From there it's all gold baby.

You're now blessed with unlimited skips, and you can now stream audio in extreme

quality for the rest of your life.

Hard work turns you old quicker.

Work strategically.

Plan, Analyze, Execute.

Thank you, Bendji D. here from Get Fixed.

I'm out...

Peace!

Press Releases: Creating The Perfect Press Release: Step Four - Duration: 4:11.

- [Voiceover] So at long last, we get to step 4

sending out press releases.

Now, press releases, everybody thinks they know

about them, but the first thing you need to know is

what is a press release and what isn't it?

And unlike everyone who teaches you, you know,

sales-y type things, and how to get around journalists,

you must do this and do this.

It's better that you listen to what I say,

because I am a journalist and have been for many years.

Look at it from my point of view, because as you know

in anything you're trying to sell something

you need to know what the client wants.

There's no point in trying to sell me something

I'm not interested in.

Alright, I'm a journalist, sell me what I want to use.

I'm the expert in what my readers, what my viewers,

what my listeners want, so if you give me something

that will approach them, you get an angle

and you're flexible about it, there's far more chance

of your press release being used.

A press release is not an advert for your business.

I don't care that you've launched a new product,

tell me why your product would be of interest

to me readers.

I don't care you've done this or that, what's of interest?

If your press release reads like an advert for your business

I might either bin it, or if you're really unlucky

I might just pass it on to the advertising department

at my newspaper, magazine, or tv or whatever.

A press release is, above all, it's a reporters shortcut

it's what I look through when I'm trying to find a story

that will please my readers.

Keep that in mind, keep yourself in the reporters' shoes

and you'll always know how to use reporters properly.

Press releases can be your best friend, because

they are instant opportunities for publicity,

which all the months of work you've done in networking

relationship building, if you screw it up, I probably

won't read your future press releases.

Get it right the first time, get it right every time.

Most importantly, write this next bit down, please.

A journalist needs to know the following

6 things.

Now you're read elsewhere that it's actually 5 things.

The 5 things is because all the 5 things everybody teaches

actually begins with -W-.

In actual fact, there is another one as well.

I'll show you that in a second.

You need to know as a journalist:

who, what, where, when, why, can you see all the -Ws- there?

Write those down please, who, what, where, when, why.

The one the journalists always ask for is: how?

So who, what, where, when, why is taught elsewhere,

you need to add how to that.

Who is doing this? What are they doing?

Where are they doing it? When are they doing it?

Why are they doing it? How are they doing it?

If you can put those 6 things in a press release genuinely,

it is first of all a genuine press release, and it's going

to catch the reporters' eye.

You've got the facts in there, that's exactly

what we want to know.

Now in terms of laying out press releases,

they've long followed a traditional format.

But you'll find in addition these days to your basic

where, what, who, when, why, how, every publication

likes press releases to do in a specific way.

So always, always, always, please, before you send

a press release, check the guidelines, you'll see the

newspaper, tv, radio, everything has their own way

of doing things these days, and they want

things in a particular way.

So for example, how the publication prefers deliveries.

Generally, e-mail, but there's still an awful lot

of organizations that still like fax, and there

are online fax services to do that.

Should you send it to a particular reporter,

should you send it to a department, or a sanction.

Look those things up, if you're not sure get on the phone

speak to the newsdesk and say, "I've got a press

release on -X-. How do I best send it to you please.

Is there a guide online, or if not can I have an e-mail

who do I send it to?"

Remember that journalists don't mind that.

We take calls, we take e-mails, we take faxes all day long.

We want that information from you,

we'd rather you ring us and say "How best to send it?"

That way we've got a contact straight away

we can even start asking you questions straight away.

Don't assume that will happen every time obviously,

but it will quite often.

We'd much rather have that information from you

than rather you sending it in wrong when it goes wrong

or whatever, get it in the format that we like and

you've got a far better chance of it being published.

-------------------------------------------

Press Release Secrets: Use Search Engine Optimization (SEO) For The Best Press Release Results - Duration: 4:43.

- [Voiceover] Fourth thing for the best practices is using

Search Engine Optimization, SEO.

If your press release is intended for online publication,

research what the readers

of that particular publication were looking for.

Have a good root through the articles,

what's on there and so on.

Make sure you include at least

one powerful key word or key word phrase

in the headline and the body copy,

you must always do that.

That will work wonders for SEO.

Google and so on will pick that up,

because they'll be searching for your key words.

Make sure you do that, but make sure it's in your headline

and in the body text as well.

The fifth of seven best practices

include two quotes.

This goes back probably 150 years,

I can remember learning this

not quite that long ago, the early days,

if you got two quotes

and they could work really well.

So all news agency's publications

like you to have two quotes.

The convention for this is to include

a quote from an interested party

like a customer or enthusiast about the topic.

So for example,

and I'm being silly with the eels again.

"We swam in that swimming hole

"since I was a child without encouraging

"any giant eels",

said Mrs. Whatever, from Whatever.

Certainly don't say she lives in Undecided.

Include a quote from yourself

is the other option as a business owner

but you must right this in the third person.

Must do that all the time.

So Mary Wobble,

owner of the Wobble Gardens Hotel,

"Did Mrs. Rumor of the killer eel,"

with a wink,

"A few people may have had a toe

"nibbled while swimming,

"but frankly we put that down

"to our eleven varieties of goldfish."

Now I know that's silly,

and it makes more sense

when you read the transcript below.

But we got a quote, there, we got the name of the person

Mary Wobble, we got the name of her hotel,

Wobble Gardens Hotel,

we got a bit of humor in there,

we've also managed to say that

what this story about this killer eel in the pool

isn't true, or this minor thing.

We've also got a sales thing there,

"Eleven varieties of goldfish in our swimming pool."

Silly example but sometimes

silly examples work to show you

just to get your brains thinking about this.

Six of the seventh best practices

embedding a video or loading a photo,

now don't actually embed the video,

let me just stress that,

by all means, a link to it,

but don't embed any emails

that drives us mad

and we see it all the time

embedded video in the press release.

A lot of journalists work from home these days

and you start embedding videos

and try and download it

and real stories can't get through

and we get very knocked about it.

If you're sending a photo

you have to make sure it is of top quality

just so professional it's not true,

it's pin sharp, it's obvious what things are,

make sure there's a caption there

for it as well of course.

And make sure it conforms to the size

and format guidelines

of the particular publication.

So for a website for example,

they can't doing very wide photographs

they may do tall and so on.

Lot's of newspapers, magazines

only want black and white photographs,

they may only want color photographs and so on.

The seventh of the seventh best practices is

make sure that you know your audience.

You can write the best press release in the world;

If you're writing for a publication

that isn't including your audience,

not only will it not be read

it won't even be published.

In other words, know who your reporter's

readers and fans are.

What is the publication about?

What sort of people read it?

If it's most people in their fifties who are male

and your aiming at people in their twenties

who are female,

you're wasting your time

and your wasting the journalist's time.

Next time you send a press release,

it may be really relevant,

or "that stuff from that idiot before."

And it's just so easy these days,

in the old days a press release would come in

and you'd get a few seconds to read it

you'd throw it in the bin.

You do that with emails

I'm sure all the day long.

Journalists certainly do that these days

it's so easy just to press the delete key.

We do remember who sent stuff in

but remember also but because

you don't get response immediately

we do tend to save stuff for awhile,

we may come back to you in futures,

don't worry if you've not heard straight away.

Just a bit here about the audience,

because if you're not really into press releases

get an assistant who's passionate about them;

there's plenty of top notch virtual assistants out there

who do nothing but write press releases,

publicity briefs all day long.

Most importantly of all,

get in the habit of sending press releases regularly

to the same reporters and publications.

Don't inundate them with news

on every little thing.

But make sure they quickly get to know

they can always count on you

for solid reader pleasing news on your topic.

Building a relationship for these journalists

is absolutely essential.

It's a goal for you

you should focus on

when sending out press releases.

You'll do it much easier

by making their job easy.

It makes it easier for you,

it makes it easier for the journalist

to please their readers.

If that's what you're thinking about

you'll be successful.

Meal Planning for People With Diabetes - Duration: 2:02.

Today we're going to talk about a way to plan your meals that many healthcare professionals

recommend-- it's called the Plate Method.

The Plate Method uses the dinner plate itself as a blueprint for healthy meals.

By reserving a portion of the plate for different types of food, it can help you build meals

with the proper amounts and proportions of protein, starches, fruits and vegetables.

The traditional Plate method uses a nine-inch plate.

You'd better measure yours, as most plates that people use are bigger than this.

When you set your plate on the table, imagine it divided in half and then one side divided

again.

The large space is for non-starchy vegetables, with most experts recommending at least two

in each meal.

Non-starchy vegetables include lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, green beans, broccoli,

and cauliflower.

One of the smaller spaces is for your protein serving—like meat, fish, or eggs.

A properly-sized serving is usually 3 oz. for women and 4 oz. for men, or about the

size of your palm, minus the fingers.

The other smaller space is for starches like potatoes or corn or whole grains.

The right-sized serving here is half a cup of potatoes or beans or 1/3 cup cooked pasta

or rice.

With this section of your plate, you want to try to choose whole grains more often than

starches as whole grains have fiber and other nutrients that many starches don't.

When you think about it, the plate method is just one way to follow the general suggestions

about a healthy diet.

Setting up your plate this way usually increases the amount of vegetables you eat, and limits

the portion size of foods that are denser in calories.

Outside the plate, a small serving of fruit, and one of dairy (like a small glass of skim

milk or fat-free yogurt), are recommended for people at a healthy weight.

These are eliminated for folks who want to lose weight.

And that's all there is to the Plate Method.

It's simply using your dinner plate to help you serve up a healthy, well balanced meal.

2009-2014 F-150 TruXmart Smart Fold Tonneau Cover (Styleside) Review & Install - Duration: 5:08.

Hey, what's going on guys?

Adam here with americanmuscle.com, and today I'm bringing you my detailed review of the

TruXmart Smart-Fold Tonneau cover fitting all '09 to '14 F-150s with a six-and-a-half

foot bed.

So if you're the owner of an '09 to '14 F-150 and you're looking for an extremely easy to

use, reliable way to protect the cargo in the bed of your truck, then you might wanna

check out the TruXmart Smart-Fold Tonneau cover I have here.

So for those of you who don't know, a tonneau cover is expected to protect the cargo in

the bed of your truck from all the outside elements like rain, snow, sleet and hail,

and even if you're offroading, dirt and mud.

Now, this Smart-Fold system from TruXmart is redesigning the whole latching system,

making it extremely easy to use for you guys.

So this particular option from TruXmart makes it extremely easy to use.

Like I said, they redesigned the latching system to where all you would have to do is

pull a cable directly in the middle to release it and fold it over, and when you wanna close

it, it would snap right back into place.

So the Smart-Fold technique that TruXmart uses in this tonneau cover, basically like

I mentioned, you pull the cable, and it releases two latches on both corners of the tailgate,

allowing it to pop up for you to fold over.

Now with that said, that tailgate there makes it a lot easier to use.

Because in other circumstances like traditional tonneau covers, you would have to unscrew

or unlatch both ends which definitely, it makes a little more time consuming, so this

makes it easier for you as the user.

So at the time of this video, TruXmart is the first company that uses a soft, tri-folding

tonneau cover with a Smart Folding system that we have here.

It's definitely a one-of-a-kind tonneau cover that combines accessibility and security,

giving you a very reliable cover to protect your cargo.

So this tonneau cover from TruXmart offers a 24 ounce, double-coated, UV-protected vinyl

tarp to keep out all of the elements, and to keep it from warping and fading.

All of the hardware is included such as weather-tight Q seals, an epoxy-coated aluminum subframe,

you also get hinge seals and folding pads on each corner, obviously to protect it from

weather.

So this cover also offers front-adjustable latch positioning tracks, which as I mentioned

before, this is really what makes the cover stand out.

The simple pull of a cable that runs through nylon rollers releases the first fold of a

tri-fold cover, allowing you to open it up.

Closing the cover is as simple as just snapping both corners shut whether the tailgate is

opened or closed.

Price-wise, you can expect to be spending just south of $300 on this kit, which is definitely

a relatively affordable option compared to the other options that can range up to about

$500, and sometimes even more.

This option is definitely an affordable way to get some reliability to protect the cargo

in the bed of your truck.

So the insulation for this piece is extremely straightforward, which is great to hear when

you're talking about a tonneau cover, and I'll jump into it in just a second.

All you'll need is a couple of basic hand tools and some time in your driveway at home.

I'd say give it about 30 minutes to an hour to get the whole thing installed.

You'll definitely wanna have a ratchet or wrench and a 17-millimeter socket on hand.

So to kick things off, you wanna start putting the folded up tonneau cover on the side of

the bed closest to the windshield, making sure it's squared away.

Once you get the tonneau cover put in place by the bed's windshield, what you can do is

start by unfolding it.

And taking the plastic latch systems that are on each side of the bed, pulling them

down and placing them under the lip of the bed rail and tightening them in a counter-clockwise

motion until snug.

And just repeat it for the exact opposite side.

At this point, you can unfold the cover completely and get it down to the Smart Latching system

by the tailgate.

Now once you do that, you can locate the actual Smart Latching brackets, because this is where

you'll be installing the L-brackets and clamps, and you'll wanna mark this location on the

side of your bed with a finger or maybe even a piece of tape.

Now just a quick tip, when you're installing these L-brackets for the latch system, it

might be easy to use the adhesive-backed shims to make sure that the brackets are leveled,

and not angled up or down when you're using them, so they're properly in place.

Now when you're installing the L-brackets in the position that you marked with a piece

of tape or your finger, you wanna put one on the top of the bed and one on the inside

of the bed, and for the inside, you wanna use two clamps and tighten them down using

the center bolt.

Now once you get those in place, you wanna make sure they're snug against each other

and not leaving any gaps or angled differently.

At this point, you can completely unfold the tonneau cover and snap it shut.

Now if it doesn't shut properly or the latching system doesn't work properly, you may need

to revisit some of the bracketing jobs you did on each side of the bedrail, just to make

sure they're adjusted properly, and do the adjustments you may need to do.

Now with that said, if it doesn't work properly, you can fix it there, but if it does, it should

snap shut and protect it against all types of elements and should easily release with

a pull of that cable.

Now just to wrap up the install, you're looking at spending about a half hour to an hour,

like I said, and I would definitely give this a one out of three wrenches on the difficulty

meter.

It's definitely something you can do at home, guys, with a this few simple hand tools and

some time in your driveway.

Now before I close out this video, I do wanna point out that this particular option I have

here on the table is for the six-and-a-half-foot bed guys, for the '09 to '14 F-150s.

But if you have a five-and-a-half-foot bed, you're not completely out of the picture just

yet.

TruXmart does offer this exact same product to fit your particular bed size, whether it

be six-and-a-half or five-and-a-half, so you can check that out on the site as well.

And also, if you're not really interested in the Smart-Fold with the tri-fold, you can

check out any of the Smart Rolls, the Quattxmarro Fold, the regular tri-fold, or any of the

other cover options on the site as well.

So just to quickly wrap things up, guys, if you're the owner of an '09 to '14 F-150 with

a six-and-a-half foot bed, then you might be interested in protecting your cargo in

the bed of your truck from any of the elements by also making it extremely easy to access.

You might wanna check out the TruXmart Smart-Fold tonneau cover I have here, and it's available

right here at americanmuscle.com.
