Youtube daily report May 5 2017

TWICE's Nayeon has changed her hair to a dark pink color and fans are loving it.

Changing hairstyles and hair colors before a comeback is a common practice for many idol group members and it seems that this time, TWICE's Nayeon has ditched her normally dark brown hair for a more exciting color, pink.

TWICE has just announced that they will be making a comeback on May 15 and this may very well be the reason behind her most recent hair color change.

It seems that instead of going for a drastic change and dyeing her hair bright pink, she has decided to go for a more muted darker pink. Her sneak peek at her newly dyed pink hair, with matching eyeshadow!.

The pink looks a bit more toned down here. She really can pull off any hair colour. It is such a unique pink compared to the bright pink normally seen on idols.

ESOcast 106: ChileChill 9 — Lasers over Paranal - Duration: 5:33.

High on the mountaintop of Paranal in Chile,

dusk falls quietly over ESO's Very Large Telescope (VLT).

In the darkness, four bright lasers shoot up into the sky

like something out of a science-fiction film.

These lasers help give astronomers a better view of stars and galaxies

far, far away.

Earth's atmosphere is the biggest barrier

between ground-based telescopes and a sharp view of the night sky,

because turbulence causes stars to twinkle.

ESO built telescopes up here in the Atacama Desert

to exploit some of the clearest and darkest skies in the world.

Still not enough.

Cue a technological stroke of genius: adaptive optics.

Adaptive optics systems use bright stars

to measure atmospheric conditions.

This helps telescopes take sharper images.

But sometimes, there are no bright nearby stars.

So astronomers create them!

A powerful laser can make sodium atoms high in the atmosphere glow.

Instant artificial star!

In April 2016, four new stars arrived in the Paranal skies:

the 4 Laser Guide Star Facility was installed at the VLT.

Its four lasers are the most powerful ever used to create laser guide stars.

Creating multiple artificial stars

gives a better understanding of atmospheric conditions,

which leads to a better image.

This clever system is paving the way for the adaptive optics system

of the Extremely Large Telescope.

OK Let's cook!

First, put the magic powder in the cup

Then pour water up to the line quickly

And mix well for 30 seconds

Bubbles are

increasing. They are coming up

It is getting gloppy

Then put it in the refrigerator, and wait 10 minutes
