>> Hi ya'll and welcome or welcome back to my channel I'm ready once again to share with you my favourite products
as this is the video in which I talk about everything that I've been loving recently
you should be familiar with the format by now, so let's get started!
I only have one skincare favourite to feature, but it's worth a million
both pricewise and quality wise
for my birthday, which was in November, I cuddled myself with an highend anti-age face cream
and to be more precise I got Sisley Hydra Global
if you're familiar with the brand you'll know that it's definitely highend
and quite expensive and infact I'll say it straight away, I paid this cream
188 euro if I'm not wrong
and I'm loving it because it has a light texture, almost gelly,
it soaks in quickly,
the fragrance is a quite intense
and you may or may not like it, I think it's not that bad even if I'm not really into it,
and I love the packaging because you don't need to get your hands dirty
you simply need to push the pump and the product comes out, which is handy
and I noticed a difference, no miracles involved, as someone else is specialized in miracles
but since I started using it my skin feels more hydrated
and a bit more toned, a teeny tiny bit, because my lines and bags are always there
as I said the miracle specialist is definitely someone else
that said let's move to the next cathegory: make up!
My first make up favourite was featured for sure in some past videos
because I've had it for quite a long time, but I fell in love with it again recently
mainly since I change the color of my hair
I'm talking about an Hourglass palette, here it is, the Ambient Lighting Edit
all dirty and full of fingerprints, I could have cleaned it, but I didn't
I used it also in my Fall/Winter make up video
if you missed it you can watch it by clicking on the I that will appear somewhere over my head
and I especially love these 2 shades
let's start by saying that the palette includes powders, highlighters, blushes and bronzers
basically everything you need for a face make up
but I mainly use these 2 shades, which are a bronzer and a blush
especially this one which is Luminous Bronze Light, which I used in my make up video too
it's a bronzer, but I use it as a blush, because it's subtle
not too intense, it's luminous and most of all it has a purple undertone that I really like.
A lovely palette, you can find it in Sephora
and by the way if I haven't said it yet I'll do it now
on my blog you'll find the list of all the products featured in this video
with direct links to purchase them or simply get to know more about them
and the link to my blogpost is in the downbar as usual
so my first makeup favourite is the Hourglass palette which is also a good Christmas gift idea, just saying.
the second favourite is a bit more peculiar and I bought it on Asos
and it's this liquid eyeshadow by Stila
it's called Magnificent metals glitter and Glow liquid eyeshadow
and it's basically a glitter liquid eyeshadow
I'm wearing it today too, I don't know if you can see that glittery shine on my eyes
and it looks like this, it kind of reminds me of a gloss
because it has this weird wand, but it's not a gloss, it's a liquid eyeshadow,
you need to apply it carefully otherwise you may end up with a drag queen effect
but if you use it correctly it's perfect for the holiday season
because a glittery make up is just perfect for Christmas and New Year's Eve
I chose the shade called Rose Gold Retro because I'm obzessed...OBZESSED!!
with Rose gold and coppery shades
but there are other shades available, go check on Asos if you like these kind of products.
The third and last make up favourite is a lip liner that I'm wearing right now too
used on its own as a lipstick substitute
and it's Kat Von D Everlasting Lip liner in the shade Misfit
I love this lip liner because it works like this
by rotating the end the product comes out
and it allows to create a defined lip contour
but at the same time it's creamy, very pigmented, so
it can be used on its own, as I did today
and it has a matt finish because it's a lip liner and it lasts forever
so I really like it, it's available in many more shades, check it out in Sephora or online
and just like that we can leave the make up section behind
and move to the next one which is going to be clothes.
I'll start by saying that if you already watched my Fall/Winter Haul
you already know all 3 of my November fashion favourites
because obviously my favourites are the clothes that I bought recently
but in case you missed the video I invite you to watch it because there's plenty of other pieces too
I went a bit overboard
and you can watch the video by clicking on the floating I
otherwise stay with me and I'll talk you through my 3 favourite pieces from that haul
I'm wearing the first one and it's this retro looking black and white chequered dress
by Collectif, a british brand specialized in retro inspired clothes, and I'm obsessed with it
I fell in love with this dress straight away
and I'm still in love because it fits nicely
as it enhances the waist, but flows smoothly on the hips, it has a lovely three quarter sleeve
a collar and I can wear it to work too, unlike some other retro inspired clothes which can be a bit too much
so this is my first favourite
the second favourite is this dress in a rust shade which I got on Asos by the brand
Uttam Boutique
I love the bell sleeves, which is somethng I've been quite into
it's buttoned up, with golden buttons
I think I spitted ... have I got a hole between my teeth?
I like to wear it with leggings because it's a bit too short for me
and I pair it with biker boots and a chunky cardi
and I love that it comes in a Fall shade, but the floral print kind of matches my hair
and I've been wearing it a lot in November
and the last favourite is again by Collectif because
I fell in love with the style and it's this black dress
with 2 embroidered roses on the front and rose shaped buttons
which are adorable, it has a collar and a cute belt
around the waist and it's definitely wide at the bottom in a perfect 50ies style
I love it , I've been wearing it a lot, you probably saw it in some of my videos too
and these were my 3 favourite clothes from November, now let's move to the next cathegory
which is going to be the accessories one as I have the piece de resistence
which is my birthday gift from myself because
November is my birthday month and I bought a special something for me
so ..accessories!!
If you watch my videos you know that generally I'm not really into designers items
I don't own many designer items
but this year I treated myself with a few things, one was the Vuitton bag that I featured in my
September favourites video, I think
and the other piece that I've been wanting since I first saw it
is a Gucci belt
this one, with the buckle with the double G, which is also the initial of my name
so it seemed just perfect for me
I love to wear it especially with my vintage inspired dresses, like the one I'm wearing today
because I love how it looks
it adds something to the outfit and I'm obsessed with this belt
because it's quite basic
the buckle is the main focus otherwise it's a classic black leather belt, it's super soft
I paid it...
something like 290 euro
and since I bought it
I've been wearing it non stop
it was an amazing gift I did to myself and I'm in love with it
Ok, this was my favourite accessory, now let's move to the random cathegory
because I have a serie I'd like to talk about, oh yes!
My random favourite for November is a Tv series that I've been obsessed with
it was actually released at the end of October and I think I watched it all on Netflix
in 3 days, so I finished it at the beginning of November, I'm talking about
Stranger Things 2
The Netflix original serie which is set in the 80ies, it's the second season, so if you missed the first one
I suggest you to watch them both as they are now available
because it's really amazing
it's set in the 80ies, in a small and quiet american city
and the main characters are kids that are slowly involved in some really weird and mysterious things
It is hard to tell the plot without spoilers, what I can say is that
it's very catchy, I love the actors, Wynona Ryder is probably the most known
and I highly recommend it , I binge watched it in a few days and I had to include it in this video
because it was definitely a favourite of mine
I still have 2 cathegories ahead so let's get going, the next one is going to be shoes
My favourite shoes for November are actually boots that I've been owning for years, but
BUT...I realized that they are still on sale so I'll show them anyway
they are Birk...Bikkenberger, I always say Birkenstock, but they are not
anyway the brand is not important, what I like is that they are super comfy biker boots
They are brown, even if they look black
and I love to wear them in Fall and Winter, if it rains they keep my feet dry
if it's cold they keep me warm
I can walk all day in them and they add a more grunge and casual vibe to my outfits
especially when I pair them with dresses like the rust one I showed before
and I wore them a lot in the past month
as usual I'll link them on my blog
brilliant, we reached the last cathegory which is going to be books!
Once again I couldn't help including as my favourite book
a novel by Alice Basso, it's official I love her
and the book I'd like to recommend is "Non ditelo allo scrittore", the last novel from the Vani Sarca trilogy
the main character, who I deeply love, she is a ghost writer, so she writes books for othe people
and she has the gift of understanding people very quickly and almost read their minds
which is of great help in her job
and it also allows her to somehow manipulate people
which led her to cooperate with the police, in the character of Agent Berganza
I would say that he is the other main character and he could perfectly fit in a classic crime novel
with his trenchcoat and a cigarette constantly hanging from his mouth
between Vani Sarca and agent Berganza there has always been some attraction
and in this book their relationaship is still a hit point, but I don't want to spoiler too much
but as usual Vani is involved in a mistery to solve
always alternating her private life with these misteries
she needs to solve with agent Berganza
her universe is full of interesting characters
such as her ex boyfriend, a famous and charming author, who keeps trying to conquer her heart back
to the man who wrote a huge best seller, who happens to be
really unpleasant and she needs to make the audience like him
there's a lot going on in this third and last book too
Alice Basso please write another one because I'm obsessed with Vani Sarca
it's also a lovely Christmas present
and a lovely book in general, just like the previous 2
and that's it for my November favourites video
we reached the end and as usual I hope that
my suggestions were interesting and somehow useful to you
and maybe I even gave you some Christmas gift ideas
even if my Christmas serie will start really really soon
and I'll have 2 whole videos full of gift ideas, so
if you are not subscribed to my channel, do it now
in order not to miss my serie and all the other videos
and if you liked this video don't forget to give it a thumbs up so that I will know it
as by checking the thumbs up rate I can understand what you like more and what you don't like
I said everything, so it's time to sign off, I send you a huge kiss
and I'll see you in my next one, ciao!!

Who's behind social justice warriors? - Duration: 10:40.
Americans have by now witnessed the frantic disruptions deployed by social justice agitators
to shut down their opposition. But a larger question looms over their never-ending campaign
for equality: who mobilized these fanatical students? Who fed them the radical doctrines
they screech into the sky? And how is that universities, once held to a high esteem by
most Americans, are now met with such suspicion and scorn?
Not until the last two years has the public's opinion of universities diverged so radically
across party lines. In just 2015, 54% of Republicans believed that higher education had a positive
impact on the country. Though Republicans generally lag behind Democrat support of higher
education, the figure did reflect a bipartisan support universities enjoyed.
And yet today, the public perception of these institutions have deeply soured among Republicans — as
58% now believe that the doctrines of higher education are hurting the country. This stands
in stark contrast to the 71% of Democrats who approve of them. The knee-jerk reaction
among pompous cosmopolitans may be to take this data as yet more evidence of conservative
anti-intellectualism. Among the very academics who whittle away the hours rejecting basic
evolutionary biology, it's taken as a given that conservatives and their supposed anti-evolution
biases simply can't tolerate truths that transcend their backwards way of thinking.
But there are a few factors that render this deeply flawed understanding of the modern
university utterly null. In reality, the modern university has both consciously and unconsciously
become an environment hostile to diversity. That is, the only diversity that makes an
actual difference: viewpoint diversity. The idea that the institutions of higher learning
are becoming monopolized by progressives isn't just the opinion of Republican partisans.
It is corroborated by all of the available data on this rapidly worsening crisis. In
the case of history departments, there are 33.5 registered Democrat professors to every
1 Republican and three times the number of Marxists as Republicans in the social sciences.
For comparison, in the 1960s the Democrat Republican divide was only 2.7 to 1
In a rich bit of irony, many leap to the ill-considered conclusion that conservatives' unscientific
biases account for their underrepresentation in academia. Of course, this disregards all
manner unscientific doctrines much of the humanities have adopted and its long documented
quarrels with evolutionary biology. Much to the alarm of their natural science colleagues,
humanities professors entirely dismiss the reality that evolution plays a role in human
behavior. As a consequence, they label anyone who accepts this reality as "adherents to
'biological essentialism'" — the idea that all human behavior can be reduced
to biologically determined explanations. This is an argument that no serious biologist makes.
In fact, nobody who recognizes the role evolution plays in our behavior thinks all of it can
be reduced to biology, but this is the brush with which they tar anyone who makes this
acknowledgement. This is done to legitimize the humanities' social construct view of
human nature. The storied history of the humanities' frustration
with science is the subject of much discussion and literature within academia. But the aforementioned
may serve as a window into the world of scientific denialism that appears to be replacing evangelical
creationism with social justice orthodoxy. When you take into consideration that creationism
carries no currency within academia, you begin realize that radical social justice faculties
pose a far greater threat to the integrity of our educational institutions. Radical left-wing
science deniers who control the humanities actually enlist students in their warped idea
of an ideological war, while the trope of the creationist, evolution-denying conservative
teacher has long been relegated to history. Instead of exposing their ideas to criticism,
our institutions of thought have taken it upon themselves to march down the path of
radically militant egalitarianism. While not only ridiculing, but deriding the value of
Christian teachings, they have cloaked their own social theories in a quasi-religious orthodoxy.
While the punishments may not be as harsh as the Catholic Church of centuries' past,
heretics nonetheless tremble at any hint of faculty or student retaliation. These retaliations
have already come to a head on many campuses, (Mizzou and Evergreen), but will only grow
more systematic as older faculty retire and are replaced by a new breed of radicalized
academics. From the earliest stages of education, these younger academics themselves have been
run through the very same social justice centric system they will now be charged to administer
and further develop. Within the History courses themselves, "the
overwhelming majority of America's most prestigious institutions do not require — even
the students who major in history — to take a single course on United States history
or government." Even while these academics instruct their students to tear down a so-called
unjust system, they refuse to teach them the basics of its history or the structure of
its government — largely because they self-admittedly don't see the value in learning
it themselves. Consequently, these students are deliberately kept ignorant of the very
country they are taught to hold with such disdain.
This isn't by accident; it's by design. This much is demonstrated by the budding movement
to replace traditional civics departments with the harmless-enough sounding "New Civics."
As opposed to traditional civics, which aims to educate college students on the basics
of American civic institutions and traditions, New Civics openly broadcasts their goal to
create activists out of students. As a consequence, these New Civics departments sidestep their
obligation to actually educate them in the process. If this is in fact that case, it
can be read as nothing short of malpractice. A January report by the National Association
of Scholars identified several case-studies of universities that now have New Civics bureaucracies
that dwarf traditional civics education. And this problem only appears to be getting
worse. It should come as no surprise that the few conservatives represented in academic
circles tend to be older. This begs the question of who's next in line to take their place.
Today, professors under the age of 36 are divided at 22.7 Democrat to 1 Republican.
Though Democrats and Republicans have always had strong differences, they were reconcilable.
But the unprecedented divergence of their beliefs in 2017 paints a nightmarish scenario
for the university. It's no coincidence that while in the last few years higher education
has become such a partisan issue, the political divide itself has widened into a proverbial
Grand Canyon. This means that not only is one point of view
so grossly overrepresented, but that the substance of what is believed is more polarizing. A
positive feedback loop has been created by which those on the radical-left feel morally
bound to obstruct aspiring academics who view the same issues from a different temperamental
vantage. This, of course, stems from the academic left's Kyriarchal view that other views
are tantamount to actual violence. This far left feedback loop (FLFLtm) within academia
is ultimately fueled by the belief that political opponents are not only wrong, but evil for
holding the beliefs they do. The epidemic of authoritarian social justice
orthodoxy isn't remotely constrained to the United States. It has begun to spread
across the Anglophone academic world. In a recent and flagrant example at the Wilfred
Laurier University in Canada, a grad student by the name of Lindsay Shepherd was censured
and interrogated by her Supervising Professor, Nathan Rambukkana. This was for her crime
of playing a 5 minute clip of Professor Jordan Peterson of the University of Toronto. During
the course of the panel's interrogation, Lindsay Shepherd revealed that she disagrees
with Peterson and was only hoping to represent both sides fairly. For this, she was told
that she should have presented the clip "critically," as in, prefacing it by spoonfeeding the students
that Peterson's views are contemptible and transphobic.
In a twist of irony, Professor Rambukkana patently intimidated the student by claiming
that she was in violation of the Canadian Law Bill C-16. The very same law that Dr.
Peterson was criticizing in the video that landed Shepherd before the Orwellian panel.
In fact, Peterson's primary concern is that the bill would compel certain forms of speech.
This is exactly what unfolded over the course of the panel. Shepherd got into trouble, not
just for featuring Peterson, but for failing to criticize him before doing so. Not only
would it be malpractice on the part of any educator to form the opinions of their students
for them, but it is textbook tyranny to force one to express that opinion. These academics
had become the epitome of the slow crawl into censorious totalitarianism that Peterson was
trying to warn progressive Canadians of in the video she featured.
Ultimately, Rambukkana concludes that to play the words of a tenured professor from an esteemed
university is equivalent to playing a Hitler speech. Shepherd had inflicted "violence"
upon the students. This exercise in authoritarian censorship of ideas can serve as a prime case-study
into the ideology that motivates this brand of academia. So convicted of their righteousness,
to even think about an alternate point of view is to support it. From the perspective
of radically left-wing academics, the function of the university is not to investigate, debate
and discuss ideas, but to flush wrong thoughts out of their students' minds. In their pursuit
of a student body free of bad thoughts, they force scholars to conform and paint those
challenging their biases like Shepherd as engaging in hatred or even violence. This
results in an environment toxic not only for conservatives, but anybody who even attempts
to deviate from their orthodoxy. The result of this decentralized academic
machine working toward the same end is predictable — groupthink completely insulated from corrective information.
If every member of a given university's faculty is in alignment, the flaws in their
reasoning will remain unchecked. Even if you don't like differing perspectives, there
is no denying that every perspective should be subject to rigorous scrutiny so that only
the most thoroughly considered ideas survive. If we fail to seriously re-establish the proper
function of universities as being the workshop of ideas, the end result is that free speech
will slowly be erased — the relic of a dead civilization. After all, when the next
generation of politicians, lawyers, and every other stripe of authority inherits the reins
of power beholden to these authoritarian ideas, we will traverse down the vary same path that
has led all too many ordinary men to do what was once unthinkable — all the while
convicted of what their warped, distorted lexicon calls justice.

Does Shaking Polaroid Pictures Actually Do Anything? - Duration: 5:00.
For anyone unfamiliar with the 2003 hip-hop hit, Hey Ya! by OutKast, the line "shake
it like a Polaroid picture" is repeated over a dozen times.
The accompanying music video released alongside the single saw the line punctuated by a bunch
of attractive women shaking recently taken Polaroid photos, along with their various
wobbly bits, with dangerous levels of enthusiasm.
Ultimately the song went on to become one of the most critically acclaimed and commercially
successful of the entire year, including becoming the first song ever to pass one million paid
downloads, all making OutKast a household name and revitalizing interest in what was,
at the time, a largely forgotten, or at least antiquated, product in the digital age.
Unsurprisingly, executives at Polaroid were initially quite pleased with the mention,
noting in a press release written by spokesman Skip Colcord, "We're very thankful for
the different brand exposure the song has given us."
Wanting to capitalize on the success of the song, Polaroid got in contact with OutKast
and quietly bankrolled a number of parties to be headlined by the group.
Polaroid deliberately avoided overtly advertising during the events, instead simply hiring people
to hand out new Polaroid cameras to the celebrity guests in attendance.
As Polaroid expected, the celebrities took pictures with the cameras and dutifully shook
them during the song's chorus, making the brand seem just all kinds of cool with the
ever impressionable public.
Polaroid also gave the group new instant cameras that they took on stage during events, notably
the Grammy's and an appearance on Saturday Night Live.
With people once again interested in Polaroid instant cameras, there was just one more thing
the company had to do- ask them to not do the one thing everyone associated with their
most popular product.
You see, shaking Polaroids is a great way to increase the odds of the photo you just
took getting ruined, though most of the time this fanning will do nothing at all.
As explained on a now defunct version of the official Polaroid website: "The image develops
and dries behind a clear plastic window and never touches the air, so shaking or waving
has no effect."
In a nutshell, the image is sandwiched between layers of plastic, so shaking the photo after
it is printed and still developing can actually damage it, causing small blobs or blotches
to appear.
For anyone wondering exactly what you're supposed to do with a freshly ejected Polaroid
picture, according to the people that make them: "The best way to ensure a perfectly
developed image is to simply lay the picture on a flat surface immediately after it exits
the camera."
Given this, you might now be wondering why it has long been a common practice to wave
Polaroids back and forth in the air directly after you take a picture- something that no
doubt ultimately inspired the lyric by OutKast.
This practice has its genesis in the early models of Polaroid cameras, particularly those
that used packfilm, otherwise known peel-apart film, where you had to physically peel apart
the positive and the negative after the photo had developed.
Polaroid themselves notes, "Peel-apart versions of the film needed to dry before it could
be handled, so waving the photo helped it to dry more quickly".
Given the design here, waving with peel-apart film didn't risk blotching as with subsequent
generations of instant film developed by Polaroid.
That said, it should be noted that such waving wasn't actually necessary even then.
One could just leave the photo to dry naturally.
However, in the 1970s, Polaroid introduced their third generation of cameras, such as
the SX-70, among others, that used a new, and now iconic, square format integral film
where shaking, or really doing anything at all but waiting for the picture to finish
developing, was entirely unnecessary- everything was contained in the film, with no need to
peel or dry anything.
Despite this, even after Polaroid improved their instant development process, people
continued to shake the Polaroid pictures back and forth in the air until the picture finished
developing, seemingly blissfully unaware that this is entirely unnecessary, and even potentially
counterproductive to the ultimate successful development.
Though Polaroid never released any official figures related to sales after the release
of the song, it apparently wasn't enough to save the company.
They had to declare bankruptcy in 2008 and were rebranded the Polaroid Corporation later
that year.
This marked the second time in the same decade the company did this, having declared bankruptcy
in 2001 as well.
Despite these setbacks, they still produces instant cameras, among other product, which
continue to produce photos that some people shake for no particular reason.

Marcos Rojo claims Mourinho tells him and Ibrahimovic to stop kicking each other in training - Duration: 2:28.
Marcos Rojo claims Jose Mourinho tells him and Zlatan Ibrahimovic to stop kicking each other in training
Manchester United star Marcos Rojo has lifted the lid on Zlatan Ibrahimovic's training ground antics following the mercurial striker's return to action.
Ibrahimovic, 36, who scored 28 goals in 46 appearances for United last term,
missed the start of this season with a knee injury but is back to boost the Red Devils' chances in the Premier League title race.
The Swede's absence has impacted United on the pitch and it's clear his presence at the club's Carrington training base has also been missed.
Asked about United boss Mourinho, Rojo told Clarin:
'He's always happy, close to the players, he's a very happy person, he helped me a lot, he got the best out of me.
'He always tells us to play quietly in practice because with Ibra we kill each other with kicks.
Rojo hailed Ibrahimovic's 'character' and believes the iconic striker must go to the 2018 World Cup in Russia with Sweden.
He added: 'He's an amazing character, but for those who do n't know him, he seems like a bighead but he's a phenomenon,.
he's a beast who goes forward and wants to win everything.
'I asked Ibra that now that they are in the World Cup if he would like to go, he says no but I don't know… for me he has to go.
The defender stressed that he still has work to do to secure his place in Argentina's squad for next summer's tournament.
'I don't feel like I'm a certainty for the World Cup,' Rojo said.
'There's a new manager and he couldn't meet me yet, first I have to win a place at Manchester United.

Earnings of top 10 S. Korean groups nearly doubles this year - Duration: 0:46.
South Korea's top ten conglomerates have seen their operating income almost double in the
first three quarters of this year, with chip giants Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix taking
up more than half the combined amount.
The record-breaking total operating profits for the January to September period reached
around 58 billion U.S. dollars, up almost 95-percent on-year.
In 2016, the full-year operating profit was 41-billion dollars and this year's is predicted
to approach 73 billion.
Operating profits of Samsung Electronics reached 22-billion dollars, soaring almost 180 percent,
and that of SK Hynix edging slightly over eight billion dollars.

Crosley Law Firm: Real Client Stories — Zuleyma S.'s Case - Duration: 1:18.
We ended up getting an outstanding result in Zuleyma's case, I attribute that to three
things, first of all, we were able to find video from a convenience store showing the
actual crash, and I think anytime you have the injury causing event on camera it
just makes for better evidence in the case and makes it easier to prove.
Number two, Zuleyma does not speak English but many of us here are fluent in Spanish,
so we were able to effectively handle her case.
Zuleyma did not have health insurance, did not have access to health care, and she had
some significant injuries that ultimately required a surgery.
And we were able to negotiate with doctors to provide payments up front so that they
could provide necessary medical care and then receive the remainder of the payments ultimately
out of her settlement.
It was a lot of work because we had to talk to a lot of different doctors and hospitals
to line all of that up, but in the end, we got her the medical care she needed and it
also resulted in a very sizable settlement based upon that medical care she had.

i can tell you that Mi 6 colors are closer to reality
maybe is because the screens
but in comparison to what i can see with naked eyes, the Mi 6 is closer to reality,
maybe slightly warmer
as regards
the quality
for sure i can't judge right now
i can see that the mi6 does a slightly better as for dynamic range
and capture more details
i have the impression
that the video of A1 is not so good
i can see it clearly now
it's not so detailed
for sure maybe i'm wrong, i can't judge properly right now from the screens of the phones
this is your job
the Mi6 has 4-axis Ois
while the A1 doesn't have
so i'll run for a bit, for you to see the difference
i don't know how big it was the diffrerece
i think that we completed the video part, let's move on, to some photo samples
As you can see, as in the video, as well as in the photos, the mi6 has a clear superiority,
with the shots in A1 appearing more blurry, while the Mi6 is clearer.
Unexpectedly at 2x zoom some shots on my A1 look clearer than mi 6
In bokeh effect once again, A1 has more noise
As for the Selfie, although the mi6 has superiority with clearer shots,
but perhaps with a bit more sharpness than i would like,
in A1 the colors are more natural.
As for slow motion video
the differences between the devices are not very big
but certainly neither of the two devices impresses,
with the result being below average.
It's time to test the phones in low light conditions
here, in theory
the mi 6 has the advantage due to the bigger aperture at f/1.8
while the A1 at f/2.2
for sure i can't judge right now from the screens of the phones, it's you job
but with a quick look, i can tell you that the quality is better on Mi 6, as expected
let's try the autofocus
it is difficult for the A1 to focus right now
it looks to have more noise
but surely on My pc monitor the results may differ,
but in this case i don't think so
let's walk to see the stabilization
the A1 lacks the OIS while the mi 6 has 4-axis Ois
that's all for the rear camera, let's test the selfie on video
as regards the selfie, both devices have f/2.0 aperture
but the mi 6 has 8MP sensor while the A1 has 5MP
but as you can see the mi 6 has a wider field of view
so you can capture a wider...
area
as i can see the quality is better on Mi 6, as expected
that's it for the selfie, let's look at some photo samples
The difference in selfie is obvious as you can see.
As for the rear camera,
even if the A1 is improved In low light conditions,
compared to the other xiaomi devices in it's category,
it's not even close to the performance of mi6.
To sum up, we would say that under all lighting conditions
the mi6 has a clear superiority,
and I am particularly disappointed by the A1 video
which is moderate in good light conditions
and below average in low light conditions,
also I should note that the volume of the video with the main camera is low,
as in the case of mi max 2.
so even if the company wanted to give the impression that a1
has the same photographic performances with Mi6
this does not correspond to the reality
So, that was the camera comparison between the Xiaomi Mi 6
and the Xiaomi A1.
What are your thoughts about the photographic performance of the two devices?

YOUTUBE MID-LIFE CRISIS | BratKnee - Duration: 3:38.
Welcome to my online mid-life crisis.
Theoretically, I'm only at the age for a quarter-life crisis, which my mom would say
I'm in because of the color of my hair.
However in YouTube years, I'm actually way past my prime so I'm being kind to my mental
stability by calling it a mid-life crisis.
What does that mean?
It means I'm one click away from deleting it all to live my life in anonymity.
Just delete it.
Delete it. No one is going to care. Just do it.
Come on. Just push the button and delete it.
It means I'm considering telling you about my second channel where I can just shit post.
Which wouldn't be much different than what I've been doing here.
It means I'm brainstorming a new channel that I would actually take seriously and maybe
find success with it and people will leave comments like "You look like that one girl
BratKnee."
(Let's be real, no one will ever do that but a girl in crisis can dream).
Honestly, YouTube has been a main contributing factor to my anxiety recently.
Does anxiety come with the same warning as Viagra?
Should I have contacted a doctor if my panic attack lasts longer than four hours?
Or am I just a masochist?
Do I have a list of videos ideas I've been meaning to make?
Yes.
Did I watch every single David Dobrik vlog over the course of three days?
Yes.
Does that have anything to do with this video?
No.
I just wanted to both brag and come clean about my strange addiction.
Despite all this, I've been watching more YouTube than ever.
(Did you miss the part where I admitted to watching all 363 videos to date on David Dobrik's
main channel?)
Did I watch every single David Dobrik vlog over the course of three days?
Yes.
I've been seeing people make videos that genuinely make them happy despite the fact
that the YouTube algorithm is screwing us all.
LOOKING AT YOU SHANE AND JENNA.
Seeing that gave me hope.
So in my self-diagnosed anxiety induced insomnia, I decided to get to the root of the problem.
And the best way to do that was to self-diagnose myself with a mid-life crisis to explain my
lack of creativity and inspiration away.
Some would say that this crisis started during the period where I let YouTube auto-generate
my thumbnails, but clearly that wasn't rock bottom.
Let me be the first to welcome you to my rock bottom.
That's not as depressing as it sounds.
Because the thing about rock bottom is that it can only go up from here.
I think.
I hope.
I guess you'll just have to subscribe to see if I turn this mid-life crisis around
to win breakout creator of the year or if I pull a 2007 Britney Spears.
Or a 2017 Katy Perry.
Or just a Lindsay Lohan in general.
Don't forget to turn on my notifications.
And give this video a thumbs up so I can be less sad.
I mean my channel.
Every comment and like helps.
Emotionally, I'm too far-gone.

S. Korea designates Aug. 14 to commemorate victims of Japan's sexual slavery - Duration: 0:41.
Korea's National Assembly has designated a new annual observance to commemorate the victims
of Japan's wartime sex slavery.
It passed a bill Friday designating a day to remember the sufferings of the hundreds
of thousands of women and girls who were sexually enslaved by the Japanese military during World
War II.
The new law provides for a range of events to be held on August 14th... to educate people
about the issue.
It aims to ensure any policies that affect the rights of the survivors shall be decided
only after active consultation with the victims.
Also, the main clauses of any such policies have to be revealed to the public.

S. Korea and China to initiate negotations for FTA - Duration: 1:29.
After being put on hold for some time now... it looks like Korea and China could resume
talks on their free trade agreement.
Natural progression, following a thaw in a relationship that turned frosty over Seoul's
defense upgrade.
Park Hee-jun fills us in on how things could be taking a turn for the better.
South Korea and China are expected to start a new round of negotiations on their bilateral
trade deal during President Moon Jae-in's state visit to China next month, according
to a high-level diplomatic source in Seoul on Monday.
Seoul and Beijing signed a Free Trade Agreement on December 20, 2015, mainly focused on tariff
barrier elimination for commodities.
The two sides had agreed to negotiate terms for the service and investment sectors within
two years since the implementation of the deal, but talks have been stalled due to China's
unofficial economic retaliation against South Korea over the deployment of THAAD on the
Korean peninsula.
The upcoming round of negotiations is mainly expected to concern restrictions on South
Korean companies operating in China and vice versa,... which would prove beneficial for
South Korea's entertainment, tourism, IT, communications and finance sectors.
With the recent extension of the two countries' currency swap agreement and a steady resumption
of diplomatic exchanges,...the planned FTA talks could signify a stepping stone towards
improved and strengthened economic ties between Seoul and Beijing.

North Korea soldier makes daring defection to South Korea across JSA - Duration: 2:02.
A North Korean soldier defects to the South in the most unexpected way: Crossing the border
at the heavily guarded Joint Security Area.
As troops stationed in the frontline are believed to be chosen for their loyalty, this could
severely bruise the regime's military pride.
He was shot at by men from his side, but was picked up by South Korean soldiers and was
taken to the hospital.
For details on the daring escape, we turn to our Kwon Jang-ho
The Joint Security Area -- located on the border between the two Koreas
and the only place where soldiers from the two sides stand face-to-face.
And at three-thirty-one PM on Monda, a lone North Korean soldier ran from a guard post
on the northern side, and crossed over the Military Demarcation Line into South Korean
territory.
The soldier suffered from gunshot wounds to his shoulder and elbow from North Korean forces
while defecting.
Upon hearing the shots, South Korean soldiers raised the alarm, but the defector was not
discovered until 25 minutes later, collapsed on the ground, 50-meters from the border and
bleeding from his wounds.
(Korean) Our soldiers safely retrieved the defector,
and urgently evacuated him to hospital to treat his injuries.
He was airlifted by a United Nations Command helicopter to Ajou University Medical Center
in Suwon, just south of Seoul, where he underwent surgery.
The defector is thought to be in his twenties or thirties, and wore a uniform of low rank.
Defecting through the JSA is extremely rare, with only two previous instances in 1998 and
2007.
South Korean authorities have reassured that there was no altercation between South and
North Korean soldiers, but added that Seoul will remain alert to any possible provocations.
It's been almost two months since North Korea last carried out a ballistic missile test,
or any other provocation, and many have hoped that this signalled an easing of tensions
on the peninsula.
It's currently unclear what response Pyongyang will give to Monday's incident.

S. Korean gov. responds to petition on Blue House website on legalization of abortion - Duration: 0:54.
Korea's presidential office has responded to a petition on its website demanding that
abortion be legalized along with the so-called "morning-after pill."
The petition, submitted on September 30th, gained the support of more than 235-thousand
people.
(Korean) "The abortion survey that was last carried
out in 2010 will be resumed starting 2018.
We expect that more precise research on abortion and the reasons for it will lead to a more
progressive discussion on the topic."
The Presidential Office added that the rights of women do need to be considered as the current
law places sole responsibility on women,... and not on the men involved or the government.
Petitions with more than 200-thousand signatures are entitled to an official response and this
is the second response released so far from the government.

Chauncy come on, let's go!
Come on, let's go find Haley!
Just come on for a walk.
Just walk with me.
Look it, who's here to pick up Haley?
DEANNA: A lot of these patients are staying here
waiting for transplants for anywhere
between four to six months.
It's a long time to be without friends and people
that they're used to being around,
so we try our best to come up with anything that would
be fun for the kids to do.
NURSE: Things you do in the morning.
DEANNA: We've got to get going here.
You want Chauncy on your team?
We love game nights,
we love doing movie nights, or anything
to help with physical activity.
Just engage them and make it more tolerable
and a fun place to be.
[scrambling]
[cheering]
I have a daughter who's had five open heart surgeries,
so I feel like I can relate
to both patients and families.
I understand their frustrations.
I understand their fear.
It is difficult, but the people here
make it as good an environment as it can be.
CHAUNCY: OK, on three, you go back.
[laughter]
DEANNA: Oh, you want to see my gift?
Haley made me this.
My name.
"Mama D".
I'm called "Mama D" at nighttime,
and I am everybody's mother on the unit, and that's OK.
I like that role.
I like to make sure everything is done.
I like to mother my kids and the staff.
I like to help them all.
Not many people get to say
they get to spend all this time having fun with their patients
and actually working a job that's very rewarding.

Time Magazine Busts Trump For Lying About Being Person Of The Year - Duration: 3:50.
One of the more ridiculous things that happened over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend was
the fact that Donald Trump tweeted out that he had been contacted by people from Time
magazine letting him know that he was probably going to be selected as Time's Person of the
Year, but he would have to go a photo shoot, to which Donald Trump said, "Hey, I'm a busy
guy.
I can't do that.
Thanks, but no thanks."
Later, in fact, short after Donald Trump tweeted all this out, Time magazine was forced to
come out and say, "Yeah, that didn't actually happen.
Donald Trump has a gross misunderstanding of how we choose Person of the Year, and we
don't talk to anyone about it until, I guess, the first week or so of December."
So, Time magazine, in a very eloquent and not at all confrontational way, told the entire
world that Donald Trump lied to everyone about being chosen probably as Person of the Year.
Now, Time magazine very easily could have just come out and said, "Yeah, you're an absolute
liar.
Nobody wants you to be Person of the Year," but they didn't.
Again, they did it a little more diplomatically than they probably should have.
But, once again, this just goes to show you just how deranged and delusional Donald Trump
has become as President of the United States.
Now, we already know that Donald Trump has a history with Time magazine.
We've had stories that have come out showing that he has covers of Time magazine hanging
in some of his golf club that are actually fraudulent.
They didn't actually happen.
They didn't feature Donald Trump.
They didn't feature Donald Trump with the text that was on there.
But, yet, he has them hanging up because they were allegedly praising him, even though they
didn't actually exist.
But Donald Trump's lie here tells us more about him as a human being than probably any
of us really wanted to know.
At this point, his lies are growing so out of control that he might not even physically
be able to differentiate fantasy from reality.
This is a dangerous human being.
Somebody who lies with such impunity, you know, just lets them flow without any kind
of filter whatsoever, that is dangerous.
And it's even more dangerous when the person doing it happens to be one of the most powerful
people because of their position on the planet.
Donald Trump is unfit to serve as President of the United States.
If you only take one thing away from this whole fiasco, that should be it.
Could you imagine what would have happened had Barack Obama tweeted something out like
that and then Time magazine had to say, "No, we didn't actually choose you"?
Or if George W. Bush had done that, had Twitter been around throughout his entire presidency?
Fox News, the other media would have jumped on this and used it every single day to prove
what an unhinged psychopath that person truly was.
Yet, here we are having Donald Trump do this pretty much on a regular basis and the media
just treats it as another, oh, that silly Trump.
It's not silly, it's not funny, it's dangerous.
That is what Donald Trump is.
He is a dangerous sociopathic, possibly psychopathic liar who happens to also be the President
of the United States.

Paradise Pier vs Dinoland USA: Why do I like one and hate the other? - Duration: 5:13.
For today's video I'd like to pose a question.
It's a question aimed at myself as much as it's aimed at everyone watching, and
if I'm being entirely honestly, it's a question I might not have a full answer to,
but it's one I've been thinking over ever since getting back from my trip to Disneyland.
I am not shy about my distaste for Dinoland USA in the Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World.
I think it's a low effort area of the park that falls below the standards I've come
to expect from Disney and doesn't inherently feel like a Disney experience.
On paper, I feel the same could be said of Paradise Pier over in Disney's California
Adventure.
So why am I OK with Paradise Pier while I hate Dinoland USA?
I guess the first thing I need to do is clarify why this question is even a question.
For those who might not have been to one park or the other, Paradise Pier and Dinoland USA
share quite a lot in common while being two pretty unique experiences at the same time.
For one, they're both lands within a theme park that are based around older forms of
amusement that pre-date Disney.
Over in California, Paradise Pier is a recreation of the Victorian coastal boardwalks from as
far back as a hundred years ago.
In Florida we have Dinoland USA, which is, in essence, a throwback to the type of state
fair and traveling carnival that has been around long before Disneyland.
In terms of offerings, they're also pretty similar in that they have their E-ticket draw
with California Screamin' and Dinosaur, as well as a number of lower quality rides
you wouldn't really associate with Disney.
Paradise Pier has the swings and the ferris wheel, while Dinoland USA has
Primeval Whirl, a Dumbo clone.
Lastly, they're both relatively new in terms of Disney history, with Paradise Pier opening
in 2001 and Dinoland USA getting that carnival addition around 2002.
so I don't think nostalgia of the lands factor into any of this.
So with all of that said, I couldn't help but wonder why I really enjoyed my time spent
at Paradise Pier, yet I'll usually avoid Dinoland USA.
I have a theory that I'd like to share.
I believe it largely has to do with not only my age, or our collective ages if you agree
with me, but the age of the amusements depicted themselves.
The Victorian boardwalks that Paradise Pier idealizes come from a time that, I think it's
safe to say, nobody watching this was alive to experience.
While we still have plenty of boardwalk amusements today, that aesthetic of the white wood and
exposed bulbs at night originates from as far back as the early 1900s.
On the flip side of that, Dinoland USA emulates the very style of traveling fair that we can
actually still find today.
It's a setting that many of us can say we've experienced ourselves.
I wonder if that difference in experience is the core of what makes these two lands
feel so different.
After all, it's much more difficult to apply rose-tinted nostalgia to something we can
still experience today.
Inversely, maybe easier to apply that rose-tinted nostalgia if we've never truly experienced
it to begin with, but simply go off of what we've seen in films, television or through
stories we're told.
When we look at something like Main Street USA, we're looking at Walt's nostalgic
ode to his childhood life in Missouri.
He felt the drive to recreate that optimistic look back at Main Street because at the time
it was an experience that was quickly disappearing around the country.
Perhaps the same could be said of the boardwalks of Paradise Pier.
However we don't have to go very far to find the inspiration of Dinoland USA.
So why does this even matter?
I suppose it's partially because I'm interesting in hearing what you all have to say about
the lands, and a part of me hopes that maybe asking this question would shed some
light on what could be done with future lands at the parks to improve.
With that theory in mind, does it mean that in 50 years or so kids will look at Dinoland
USA with awe and nostalgia for something they've never experienced, similar to the way I ?
kind of do right now with Paradise Pier?
Is the solution that perhaps lands shouldn't be designed around experiences we can still
find today?
If you look at the Magic Kingdom, those lands are either fiction of some form, or romanticized
versions of an era that is long gone.
I guess it might not matter.
After all, Paradise Pier will be undergoing a transformation into Pixar Pier, and there
are early rumors going around that Dinoland USA might also see a complete transformation.
Either way, I'd love to hear from you.
Maybe you're on the complete opposite side of this and love Dinoland while hating the
Pier.
Maybe you love them both or hate them both.
Let me know in the comments what your two cents are.
I want to turn this into a larger discussion.
Thanks for watching, and I'll see you next time!

IP-Tablet QSG 02 - How to Register - Duration: 1:27.
How to Register IP-Tablet Licenses
Once installed on a tablet or PC, the IP-Tablet software must be licensed through a simple
registration process.
License registration can be done from the device running IP-Tablet, or from a PC elsewhere
on the same network.
To start, make sure the IP-Tablet software is running on the device to be licensed.
IP-Tablet instantiates a small http server - by default at port 2080.
If from the same device you can browse to localhost:2080.
From a different device, browse to the IP-Tablet's IP address:2080.
From the IP-Tablet administration home screen, click on Setup.
Then Click Licenses.
The license strings have a lot of characters - more than you'd want to enter manually.
We suggest you copy and paste your license keys from your confirmation document into
the license field.
Once a license key is pasted, click Register to activate the license over the Internet.
Repeat the process for any additional IP-Tablet modules for which you have licenses.
