Hello, everyone! It's Rainee and I'm back with "Beginner's Guide go go!"
This is the second video for beginners following the eyeshadow brush guide last time.

Today, I'll show you tools that you can use for your base makeup.
Let's begin the journey to becoming a master!
The first tool is the sponge.
You have seen this a lot and the most familiar with it.
I recommend this for beginners as it doesn't require any particular skill.
There are a variety of sponges such as those come together with your makeup,
sponge pieces, and water drop shaped sponges.
It's good for applying thicker foundation rather than watery type.
It helps your foundation stay on as you gently tap your face with it.
You can layer on the foundation that's sucked up by the sponge
which gives you good coverage and consistency.
It also sucks up the moisture and oil
so it's better for oily skin with redness and acne rather than dry skin.
Don't forget to clean the sponges frequently
since it sucks up impurities making it more prone to bacterial growth.
Next is the brush.
If you use the brush to apply the foundation,
you can create better-looking skin than the sponge.
You should try using the brush for your base makeup after watching this video today!
The first brush I'm going to show you is the foundation brush.
The hair fibers of regular length are tightly knit together.
These hair fibers fill up your pores so you can create a smooth looking skin.
It's good for runny foundation rather than thick foundation.
Brush your face in circular motion to fill the pores
and finish with a sponge to erase the brush marks.
It's important to thoroughly moisturize your face
before using the brush since it can make your skin look flaky.
It may be hard to use as it leaves brush marks and hard to evenly spread the foundation out,
but once you get used to it, this is the best tool for covering the pores and uneven skin.
The flat and long brush is easier to control than a round brush.
I recommend flat brush to beginners.
Next is the regular foundation brush.
The hair is cut irregularly and it's flat and rounded.
This brush is the most difficult one to use.
You need a lot of practice but I can't leave this out
because with a small amount of foundation it leaves the skin looking dewy.
This is also good for runny foundation.
Let it soak up an adequate amount of foundation and tap it lightly to your face.
After applying the foundation to your face entirely then hold your brush up and brush your face.
Use the flat area to tap your face for coverage and erase the brush marks.
If you like your skin to look dewy then I recommend using this brush
even though it's not good for coverage.
Please be careful not to damage the hair and leave it lying down to dry.
So, now you know that you can create different looks
depending on the tool you use even if you use the same foundation.
Try completing the skin you want according to your skin type or your taste using these different tools.
