Scientists Discovered That Jackfruit Is A Strong Cancer Killer.

colon cancer is one of the most dangerous and hard to cure cancers that also create

additional complications.

According to N. Cancer Institute, more than 1.16 million people suffered from this sickness

in the USA in 2013.

Nature has again provided a cure for this deadly condition, like in many other similar

cases, through the delicacy fruit named jackfruit.

This fruit grows in hot tropical areas in the world and people from these parts use

it to prepare many kinds of recipes.

Jackfruit is believed to be a strong cancer killer.

This fruit is rich with nutrients such as isoflavones, lignans, phytonutrients and saponins

that benefit the health and are able to fight cancer.

These nutrients prevent the flow of free radicals that are the main cause for cancer and other

chronic sickness.

PHYTONUTRIENTS

Phytonutrients prevent the creation of the cancer cell in its first stage.

The jackfruit can cure a person who suffers from belly ulcers and remarkably improves

his/her health condition.

There are thousands of the phytonutrients discovered and recognized by scientists that

have the capability to provide remarkable benefits to overall health.

Phytonutrients originate from food based on plants.

SAPONINS

The saponins are very important and strong colon cancer killers.

A research has discovered that these phytonutrients caused mitotic arrest.

In the condition of the leukemia cells.

The research also showed that it is useful for various cases in creating remission.

Saponins attack the outer layers of the cancer cells, by linking them and stopping them from

growing further.

LIGNANS AND ISOFLAVONES

Isoflavones and Lignansbelong to phytoestrogens.

They are attached on the receptors of estrogens.

These nutrients are believed to be able to lower the risk of the endometrial cancer.

In 2006, the N. Cancer Institute published a research that covered about 500 women that

were chosen random.

According to the research, the group of women that consumed largest levels of isoflavones

leaves and the lignans from the jackfruit showed lower cancer rates than the ones in

control group.

PROTECTION OF CELLULAR DNA

The jackfruit is also rich with antioxidants that are important for protecting the cellular

DNA from the potential damage that could be caused by free oxygen radicals.

And it is also successful in fighting already created mutations.

Therefor the anti-cancer benefits of jackfruit do not stop here.

The value of this fruit is enormous.

It lowers the risk of colon cancer and is fiber rich.

It is an incredible colon cleanser and also cleanses the digestive tract from toxins.

STRENGTHENING THE IMMUNE SYSTEM

Jackfruit is rich with vitamin C and with simple sugars that are important for strengthening

the immune system in humans.

A research was performed on mice that involved an analysis of influence of sugars that exist

in the pulp of jackfruit on immunity.

The results of the research showed that jackfruit consisted of polysaccharides that help improve

the function of the phagocytic cell, which is part of the immune system.

See below the nutritional value.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF JACKFRUIT

For lowering the risk of colorectal cancer and improving the digestive system, jackfruit

is the number one fruit.

1 cup jackfruit has 155 calories and just 4 calories from the fat

The fruit has minimal quantities of saturated fats, cholesterol and also sodium.

It is rich with vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, niacin, thiamine and riboflavin.

It is rich with minerals such as potassium, zinc, magnesium, iron, calcium, manganese,

copper, selenium and phosphorus.

Contains simple sugars that are exceptional for human health

Only one cup jackfruit provides more than 11% of daily fiber that your body needs.

This fruit is so delicious that it is almost impossible to satisfy your taste buds with

just one cup, once you start consuming it.

In China, jackfruit is also able to reduce the negative effects caused by alcohol.

Hendrik Poinar presents: 5 things you need to know about an ancient female skeleton from Troy - Duration: 3:26.

So the first thing you need to know is that

we found exceptionally well-preserved

DNA in an abscess associated with this

800 year-old skeleton from

Troy. The DNA within these abscesses turned

out to be calcified nodules which we

originally thought were from

tuberculosis because the nodule was

found at the base of the ribs but it

turns out that they aren't. They actually

turned out to be probably related to

a maternal placental abscess from a female.

This is a 30 year-old woman who died

during pregnancy related issues.

In collaboration with Caitlin Pepperell

at the University of Wisconsin-Madison

we sequenced the complete genomes of two

interesting bacterial species from this

placental abscess; Garnerella vaginalis and

Staphylococcus saprophyticus - both commonly

found today in urinary tract infections.

This represents some of the first

archaeological and certainly the first

genomic evidence of maternal health from

Byzantine time periods. So we know

relatively little about the burden of

maternal health in the past except if

you fast-forward in time and

look at the historical records from the

last 1600 forward. So we know

very little about what deep time,

the early Middle Ages really look like.

It's important to study the past to

understand human health today. We know very

little about the genetics and genomics

of major infection. We're starting to

understand that from major epidemics such

as the Black Death or the Plague of Justinian.

But the reality is that most people succumbed

or had high mortality rates due to

commensal bacteria, due to an inbalance with

nature and a common infection that would

consume them. In this particular case what we

see are two very interesting bacteria

that are commonly associated with

females today that in unsuspecting cases

can reach up into the placenta and

cause massive

infection. In the case of Garnerella

vaginalis the diversity in the sequence

that we see in the ancient strain looks

very similar to the diversity we see

today. So that means that diversity is

has been maintained in that species for 800

years. In the case of saprophyticus staph

we see actually a very unique strain

800 years ago and that has shifted

over time in the sort of coevolution

with humans and that it's most closely

related, the ancient one, to bovine or

cattle strains and so what we probably

assume is that this was some sort of

jump perhaps from bovine strains into

females at some point in the past.

We still live today like we did in the past

in the delicate balance with our

environmental microbial milieu.

That is to say that we are constituents of both

bacteria in human cells and we have

bacterial species that are living in

symbiosis as commensals with us and

understanding how that balance can be

disrupted, such as in this case with

a maternal infection is important in

understanding basically morbidity and

mortality both in the past and in the

present and today and in the future.

White House Reveals How Mexico May Pay For The Wall A 20% Border Tax - Duration: 5:33.

White House Reveals How Mexico May Pay For The Wall A 20% Border Tax.

by Tyler Durden.

Some more clarity from Spicer, who is now backtracking on his words, telling reporters

that slapping a 20 percent tax on imports from Mexico is just one of several options

on the table for paying for a wall along the southern border.

Spicer said President Donald Trump has yet to make a final decision about how the U.S.

will recoup the costs of his proposed border wall.

Earlier Thursday that Trump wanted to slap a 20 percent tax on all imports from Mexico

and predicted the tax would generate $10 billion a year.

He had told reporters on Air Force One that Trump has discussed the idea with congressional

leaders and wanted to include the measure in a comprehensive tax reform package.

But Trump's chief of staff Reince Priebus said later that the administration has "a

buffet of options" to pay for the wall.

Importantly, Spicer said the White House was not ready to roll out any border tax at this

time, and that it will will continue to have open line of communication with Mexico after

Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto canceled plans to meet with President Trump; Spicer

says cancellation was mutual decision.

It would seem that the Kochs - who are fervently opposed to the BAT proposal - made a few phonecalls.

Update:

Another story whch needs to be appended, because as NBC's Peter Alexander tweets, According

to Spicer the 20% tax on Mexican imports is not a policy proposal but merely an example

of options how to pay for the wall.

Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, White House press secretary Sean Spicer said

that as part of its plans to make Mexico "pay for the wall", the Trump administration is

considering a 20% border tax on Mexican imports.

In a brief gaggle on the way back from Philadelphia, Spicer said that POTUS has decided how to

pay for the border wall: "by imposing a 20 percent tax on all imports from Mexico."

He did not give any details about that tax, how it would work, and he described it as

a beginning of a process that would be part of overall tax reform.

But he did describe this as a decision that POTUS has made.

"When you look at the plan that's taking shape now, using comprehensive tax reform as a means

to tax imports from countries that we have a trade deficit from, like Mexico.

If you tax that $50 billion at 20 percent of imports which is by the way a practice

that 160 other countries do right now our country's policy is to tax exports and

let imports flow freely in, which is ridiculous.

By doing it that we can do $10 billion a year and easily pay for the wall just through that

mechanism alone.

That's really going to provide the funding."

The proposal, as explained by Spicer, appears to be similar to the Border-Adjustment Tax

provision floated previously, that would tax U.S. businesses imports included in a House

Republican tax plan.

The so-called border adjustment provision is part of a broader plan to bring the corporate

tax rate down from 35 percent and 20 percent.

Trump previously dismissed the plan in an interview with The Wall Street Journal as

being too complicated. While benefiting exporters, such as U.S.-based aerospace companies,

it could hurt retailers and other American companies that manufacture goods overseas

to sell in the U.S.

That would result in higher prices for American consumer goods.

"This is something that we've been in close contact with both houses in moving forward

and creating a plan.

It clearly provides the funding and does so in a way that the American taxpayer is wholly

respected."

Spicer said that "we are probably the only major country that doesn't treat imports this

way" and added "this gets us in line frankly with the policies that the other countries

around the world treat our products."

The highly sensitive subject of payment for the "wall" is the reason why president Pena

Nieto cancelled a trip to the US on January 31 to discusses the renegotiation of NAFTA.

While Nieto has said Mexico will not pay for the wall, Trump has repeatedly said that Mexico

will end up paying, even if the US makes the initial payment; as reported earlier, Republicans

have estimated the wall will cost between $12 billion to $15 billion.

Since roughly 80% of Mexican exports go to the US, (representing around 13% of US imports,

or amounting to $295 billion in 2015) Mexico finds itself in a very difficult negotiating

position, in which Trump has all the leverage.

On the other hand, since a 20% tax would inevitably result in a similar surge in prices of imported

goods, no matter who ends up winning this particular negotiation, it will be the US

consumer who foots the bill.

As a result of the barrage of today's Mexico-related headlines, peso traders have had a, how shall

we put it, stressful day.

Sasha Banks vs. Nia Jax (Kickoff Show) With this not even on the main show and Banks having her injuries as a built-in excuse, there's little reason for her to go over here. This sets itself up as a feud that can continue over the next two months and possibly result in Banks earning herself a chance against Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania. Prediction: Nia Jax wins -- Adam Silverstein WWE 29 January 2017 Royal Rumble - WWE Royal Rumble. While both need this -- consider Banks keeps losing to Charlotte on pay-per-views -- I think the Nia squash is the route here. She hasn't won a main roster match over any of the big three yet and this is a top-four PPV with a huge audience. Sasha's already got the injury anyway, so it's not like they'd be making her look overly weak while at the same time making Nia look like a legit championship threat. Resource List - Duration: 2:54.

For almost two years I've carried in my wallet a small handwritten piece of paper with

crisis lines and abuse hotlines on it.

I also have a typed full page with mental health resources specific to Eastern Missouri

I mentioned these just briefly in my Where Do We Go From Here video, #selfpromo.

Recently I recycled that version, typed up and printed a new version.

Today, I'm gonna talk about why I carry it, what goes on it, and how I made it.

Part I: Why

Part of my job as a library employee is helping

people find the information they need, and sometimes our library patrons also belong to vulnerable

groups.

I don't work in medicine, or mental health care, or homeless outreach.

But I do work in public service.

It's also my job as a human being to help people, especially those in need.

Part II: What Because I already have an entire paper with

Because I already have that entire page with

mental health resources, I didn't put anything like Behavioral Crisis Line or United

Way 211 on my small paper.

What I did was on one side put some Missouri specific crisis lines (including one with TTY for accessibility),

the national suicide text line, the national suicide crisis line, domestic abuse, child abuse, elder abuse lines,

including a local domestic violence line

On the other I put numbers for the Trevor Project Lifeline, including their text line

which despite its limited availability is crucial for those who can't call,

the Trans Lifeline, the GLBT National Help Center including the Youth Talkline and the SAGE line

It's important that help is available for everyone regardless of their age.

On the bottom of that I also have the ACLU for my area

and Planned Parenthood for my area.

Why did I devote half of this side to lgbt specific lines?

Because in this political and social climate we 're gonna have a bad time.

I think the inclusion of the aclu and planned parenthood are pretty obvious too.

Part III: How

I started by making a list of all the numbers I wanted to include in a regular

document, then I opened a document in OpenOffice Draw, the open source version of Microsoft

Publisher, and there's a version in the Google Office Suite as well.

In Draw I created a sheet roughly half the size of a piece of paper

and then added 2 text boxes.

One for one side of the page and the other for the other.

On the one side I put all my Missouri specific lines as well as the national suicide crisis line.

On the other side I put my lgbt lines, the ACLU, and Planned Parenthood.

I've uploaded a pdf version of this with space for your local lines, whether

you want to hand write them or type on top of the pdf.

Link in the description.

Then I printed mine out, cut it down, folded it, and put it in

Anywhere I go my wallet's in my bag no matter which bag, ergo, my lists are always there.

You never know when it might come in handy.

Thanks for watching, I'll see you next time. Bye.

In the meantime, do some good in this world.

I believe in you.

interested in the study

Eleanor said "yes he will I'm going to

tell him about it"

Ramsay was one of the few scholars

responsible for reinvigorating the
