Both the Raw and Smackdown rosters are currently on one of WWE's most gruelling schedules

of the year: the European tour.

You'd think travelling between countries and staying in different hotels would hinder

a wrestler's strict diet.

But not for 'No Carbs' Jinder Mahal, who has not only shared his European tour schedule

in text-form on Instagram, but also the actual road map route using the veins on his body.

Jinder is currently negative percent body fat.

Titus O'Neil might have put himself in hot water on Wednesday when he tweeted an image

of Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns hanging out together in Rome on the first day of the

European tour - the two men currently engaged in Raw's top blood feud.

Titus wisely quickly deleted the photo, but Mojo Rawley is too hyped for that kind of

self-awareness!

On the Smackdown crew's journey across the pond, Mojo shared a photo suggesting he's

the last person you want to be sat next to on a nine hour flight.

"It's gonna be a loooooong flight keeping these 2 apart...but I don't mind!

I'm stuck between 2 hot #CHIX!!

@MsCharlotteWWE @NatbyNature" With a picture of himself between currently

feuding Smackdown wrestlers Natalya and Charlotte.

Unfortunately, that wasn't the only unwanted picture of Charlotte posted to the Internet

yesterday.

Following the reported hacks of Paige, Summer Rae and former WWE wrestler Kaitlyn in March,

along with rumoured leaked photos of Alexa Bliss - which the Raw Women's Champion has

denied on Twitter - Charlotte Flair has found herself as the latest victim of private images

being posted online without her permission.

Charlotte posted a brief statement on Twitter, confirmed the pictures are of her:

"Private photos of mine were stolen and shared publicly without my consent.

These images must be removed from the Internet immediately."

The reason that quote is written out in text rather than how we usually have a screenshot

of the actual Twitter post is because Charlotte has since deleted that statement.

Talking of DELETING stuff - hot damn, that was a good segue - Matt Hardy's wife Reby

Sky has responded on Twitter to last week's reports that WWE had finalised a deal with

Impact Wrestling about acquiring the rights to the Broken gimmick:

"NO.

Absolutely none.

The fact that this is even a rumor is such a joke 🙄"

"99% sure it was "leaked" to stooge writers from Jarrett in an attempt to make TNA look

like it's in a position of power (LOL)" But it sure doesn't help when you've got

Matt continuing to tease his BROKEN gimmick coming to WWE, tweeting from the European

tour: "Inside the most ICONIC Coliseum in the

world.

And we're both somewhat #BROKEN."

With a picture of him in front of the old school version of wrestling, the ancient gladiatorial

games.

The Coliseum is pretty much the original Madison Square Garden.

And, quite fittingly, that's the back of a Roman Reigns standing next to him.

The latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter has revealed a few more details about Matt & Jeff

Hardys' WWE move, reporting that initially they also tried to get long-time TNA jack-of-all-trades

Jeremy Borash to make the jump with them, as he was such a big part of their Broken

gimmick - producing, directing and editing the segments from the Hardy Compound.

JB turned the idea down because of his role as Impact Wrestling's lead announcer, and

his many other outside projects.

Angela Merkel: Dear Mr. President

Everybody sees this building almost daily

even if he lives 500 miles away.

There were 189 submissions.

The Reichstag than was built after a design of Paul Wallot from Frankfurt/Main

from 09th of June 1884 to 05th of December 1894 in ten years.

Only the construction engineer Herbert Zimmermann added in 1989 changed the dom so much,

that it could be built 30 feet (10 m) lower and only from glas and stell.

The text "Dem Deutschen Volke" (Fot German People) was added 1916, design by Peter Behrens

in 60 cm/24 inches high letters.

After recreation of the inside for Weimar Republic

the Reichstag fire at 28th of February 1933,

the Reichstag was severely damaged in

World War II and became a partial ruin.

1955 the Bundestag decided to recreate the Reichstag

and architect Paul Baumgarten leaded

this recreation until 1973.

The Reichstag had now less frills,

lower corner towers and no dome.

With the reunion of Germany and moving of Bundestag

to Berlin the next recreation took place.

Over all the plenary hall, the dome, but also

the enrgy supply was recreated or built completely new.

The director was this time Norman Foster from England.

It was built for fixed price of 600 Mio. D-Mark

from end of July 1995 to 19th of April 1999.

Judo in the Dojo - The Fundamentals, the Method - Duration: 11:20.

The practice of Judo as a method for Physical Education, in its fundamentals, involves the acquisition

of body skills. This part of Judo refers to the studying of techniques, the so-called

WAZA, and it is important to start with the SHISEI positions and then move on to the

learning of shifts of position, the so-called TAI SABAKI.

The next topic was about the application of the Falling Techniques.

We used the best known ones, the ASHI WAZA (leg techniques)

such as O SOTO GARI

O SOTO OTOSHI

OKURI ASHI HARAI

TSUBAME GAESHI

UCHI MATA.

We wanted to highlight the "WA" principle that stands for harmony.

In Judo and in every technical movement, the entire body must move harmoniously

to respect the principle of maximum efficiency with a minimum effort.

As far as he hip Techniques are concerned KOSHI WAZA, we used O GOSHI

TSURIKOMI GOSHI

SODE TSURIKOMI GOSHI

UTSURI GOSHI.

Another interesting topic was the defence techniques, BOGYO NO WAZA, which are based

on three principles: the first one is GO which means to block.

The second one is CHOWA to avoid the opponent anticipating them.

The third one is YAWARA that means

ceding in the direction of TORI attack.

Then, we moved on to the methodology for the combination techniques

the so-called RENRAKU WAZA

and examined in depth the counter-attack techniques, KAESHI WAZA.

We also studied the KATA theme, a preordained form exercise

which highlights the principles of action. However, both TORI and UKE know perfectly

that it is not to demonstrate the techniques in the established order, but to study, examine in depth

and demonstrate the principle that underlies the action itself.

We then pointed out to the relationship between RANDORI and KATA,

so that the second completes and rebalances the main exercise, RANDORI.

On this topic, we tried to understand the positive side in order to get that complementarity

when KATA combined to RANDORI makes Judo a great method for Physical Education.

The first idea was to keep helping the Army and send fresh pizza to soldiers and people living in the Donbas area

Soon the veterans' place has become extremely popular among students and tourists

the managers were able to extend their business to several restaurants

The soldiers who were risking their lives at war, are now improving their culinary skills at their own restaurant

The main part of their profit is being transferred to the needs of the Ukrainian Army and to children who had lost their parents at war

Angela Merkel: Dear Mr. President

dear colleagues, dear ladies and gentlemen.

Everybody sees this building almost daily

even if he lives 500 miles away.

There were 189 submissions.

The Reichstag than was built after a design of Paul Wallot from Frankfurt/Main

from 09th of June 1884 to 05th of December 1894 in ten years.

Only the construction engineer Herbert Zimmermann added in 1989 changed the dom so much,

that it could be built 30 feet (10 m) lower and only from glas and stell.

The text "Dem Deutschen Volke" (Fot German People) was added 1916, design by Peter Behrens

in 60 cm/24 inches high letters.

After recreation of the inside for Weimar Republic

the Reichstag fire at 28th of February 1933,

the Reichstag was severely damaged in

World War II and became a partial ruin.

1955 the Bundestag decided to recreate the Reichstag

and architect Paul Baumgarten leaded

this recreation until 1973.

The Reichstag had now less frills,

lower corner towers and no dome.

With the reunion of Germany and moving of Bundestag

to Berlin the next recreation took place.

Over all the plenary hall, the dome, but also

the enrgy supply was recreated or built completely new.

The director was this time Norman Foster from England.

It was built for fixed price of 600 Mio. D-Mark

from end of July 1995 to 19th of April 1999.

and with it's blue seats it is as well known as the dome.
