MINI CHEESECAKE SENZA ZUCCHERO AGGIUNTO - Ricetta Facile con Stevia - Duration: 4:22.

Little cheesecake without sugar

pour berries (200g, fresh or frozen)

add juice of one lemon

add half a spoon of Dietor Stevia's Herat

cook a few minutes and you'll get a sweet sauce. It will be used to flavor and garnish the cake

you can also use other types of fruit to make topping: strawberries, peaches, apricots, mandarins, etc. Add sweeteners as you want.

put 4g of food jelly in cold water

pour 220g of unsweetened Greek yogurt into a bowl and mix

add light spreadable cheese (200g)

if you like a sweet base, add sweeteners or sugar as you want

mix the liquid part of the sauce with the dough

squeeze the jelly and let it dissolve in 70ml of milk (a few seconds on the stove)

mix jelly in the dough

pour the dough into silicone cups

put sugar-free biscuits on top (or biscuits you prefer). These will be bases of small cheesecakes

put in fridge to solidify (at least 3 hours)

put aside the rest of sauce

you can eat right away or keep them in the fridge for 3/4 days

My favorite part of the beat is probably the 'SpongeBob' tag, 'cause nobody's expecting the 'SpongeBob' voice.

Everytime I see reaction videos on YouTube people be like, "Is that 'SpongeBob'?"

And then the beat comes in and they be like, "Oh! Okay, cool."

I started making beats in November, 2016.

So I haven't been making beats that long.

But what really inspired me was when I started listening to Playboi Carti and his production by MexikoDro.

Like, "This shit hard. I'm gonna try this."

I started uploading type beats, and I keep getting this following on YouTube

that keep pushing me and I was like, "Okay. Let's go."

That day when I made the "Rubbin Off The Paint" beat, I was sitting in my room.

I was watching 'South Park,' and I was like,

"Oh, I haven't uploaded a beat to my YouTube page in a while. So, let's do this."

I think I heard the "Magnolia" version of Playboi Carti with Pierre, so I got inspired.

So I was like, "Okay, cool. Alright. Let me try and make something that type of style."

So my friend sent me this loop.

And I was like, "Ahh, that shit kinda slow. I'm not really liking the vibe."

So I reversed it, then I pitched it about 300 cents.

So it came out like this.

So I went to the 808, and I was listening to "Magnolia," like I said.

It goes pretty simple downstairs.

But I wanted to add my own flavor to it.

So...

So I had two 808s, 'cause I didn't want the beat to be too repetitive.

But it's kinda the same pattern.

Cool. We got the melody, we got the 808.

That's the normal clap.

Nothing special.

Easy, two steps.

Hi-hats.

It was getting too repetitive, and I wanted to switch it up a little bit.

So I added this kick pattern.

After the first eight bars I was like, "Okay, we need to slow it down 'cause people are gonna get hype."

So I put this trance effect right here.

It slowed down the vibe on the beat.

Get ready to the next part.

And this was the perfect timing for me to experiment with the tag.

I was watching 'SpongeBob' a day or something where he was like,

"That's what I thought you said. Now let me offer this as a rebuttal."

And I was like, "Hold up. That shit would be hard if the beat would drop after that shit!"

And it went something like this.

So when I uploaded the beat, that shit blew up.

Months after the beat had been blowing up, I was looking around like, what type of people use my beats.

So I was finding this kid, so I was playing it.

And then I heard my tag and I heard, "They say Lil Nahmir, where you been at? I'm just passin' a breeze."

I was like, "Oh shit. This shit hot!"

But it was kinda underrated.

It had like 1,000 views or something like that.

When I start seeing Chris Brown reposting it on Instagram, I was like, "Okay, this shit finna get a lot of exposure."

I saw it on WorldStar, it got one million in a day.

Nahmir was also shocked when this song blew up.

Like, "Oh, okay.

This shit finna change our lives."

I do my own videos because it's basically like my audition tape in a way, for bigger things.

A couple of the scenes in this video, I had these ideas in my phone for these scenes.

Not for the "Spice Girl" video, but just for videos in general.

Things I wanted to do in videos.

So I knew I always wanted to put my face on a foot.

And I always knew I wanted to put my face on a girl's face together with me.

We made sure everyone was off set.

If you look at my videos, there isn't girls shaking their asses or anything like that.

I told her, "Hey, your face is not gonna be in this. Just letting you know."

She was really cool with it.

These two are my best friends, Yosef and Jonathan.

They're running on treadmills.

That's a green screen behind us with a shitty background.

I wanted the background to look shitty on purpose.

So right here is the blue toilet from the album cover and then this is basically just

handlebars to a motorcycle.

So I basically just wanted to make a motorcycle toilet.

The treadmills are at the bottom.

You can't see it on screen on purpose.

The handlebars are connected to this wooden platform the set designer made.

Clayton was amazing.

Clayton got this shit done in a day and a half and built this whole set.

He's the MVP of this video because he built this shit.

I was pissed.

I was so pissed during this scene.

So this is the last scene we shot of the day.

Shot this whole video in a day.

It was a 16 hour day.

Jonathan, my friend, sprayed this lotion on my face on accident.

Right here I'm smiling and laughing, but two seconds later I was mad.

Clayton built this big ass lotion bottle.

It's seven feet tall.

It had to be taller than me.

I'm like, just for the ladies, 6'1".

CLBN is my clothing brand.

Club Banana is just what we reppin'.

Just, fans fuck with it I guess.

It isn't actual lotion.

It's this gelatin that Clayton built that's reminiscent of lotion.

It's basically like conditioner.

I'm aggressively rubbing this lotion, so somebody had to come and wipe me down with a towel

and then we would redo the scene.

This pink wall is an actual pink wall.

This whole side right here, this is completely fake.

Mistakenly since we only had a day to do this video, the wall only fit this side, this much

of the screen.

Amazing After Effects people took a section of these walls and we filmed them and then

cut and paste them to put here behind Jonathan's leg.

And they added these shadows there.

Issa Rae.

She's amazing.

Great person.

When I was writing this treatment she tweeted about her listening to my album.

So I thought that was really, really cool.

I just followed her on Twitter.

She followed me back.

And then I DM'd her, "Hey, I'm making a video for 'Spice Girl.'"

"Would you like to be in a scene?"

She was really kind and nice and genuine. Really read the treatment and made sure

things were...she was cool with every scene.

And she was.

And she just showed up to set and killed it.

And rocked my custom Aminé merch

the Spice Girls shirt that I made and looked like my baby mama.

Had a fake baby.

This is all her acting.

This is just her being natural.

So basically we had a bunch of assistants on set who basically got this shit done.

That's a custom stamp we made for 'Good For You' to put on these sticky notes.

This whole scene is a reference to 'Bruce Almighty.'

It's one of my favorite films.

And there's a scene of Jim Carrey covered in sticky notes.

So, yeah it's just a reference and I owe it to him.

This is basically in slow motion.

We do it twice as fast so we can slow it down in post and my mouth fits the song.

So I was rapping the song pretty fast.

So I was like, "My girl's a Spice Girl. Her world."

I was doing it really fast.

It was really not fun to say, but ended up looking way better.

This whole scene is another reference.

This is the Rolling Stone cover from a few years back on Johnny Knoxville.

He has a Rolling Stone cover.

If you look closely, it's red and white of him on a bullseye getting shot with red paintballs.

I wanted to just basically copy it and just do a yellow and blue version.

Basically I had the script, this whole skit written for us

and we didn't have much time to rehearse it, 'cause she's a busy woman as well.

I got to meet her for the first time days before at some party.

I ran into her.

She was the most nicest person.

I told her about this video I'm doing and would you like to be on it.

I got to ask her in person, which is so much better than an email or a text.

So I told her about it and she was like, "Hell yeah."

She actually came.

I didn't think she would actually come.

I thought she was just gonna flake out on us.

But she actually came.

It was cool.

So I had a script written for her to read on set, but it didn't turn out.

I didn't like it, for me because it didn't turn out to what I thought it was gonna be.

I basically just took all her bloopers from that skit that we did

and had her just cuss me out multiple times.

This isn't her acting.

This is her really fucking up.

When she's like, "Ugh, I can't say freaking," that's her really being herself.

So these are actual bloopers in the video.

That's the sticky note scene right here if you look closely in the background.

And this is the assistants in this area

working on the sticky notes and putting them on the wall.

I wanted them to just watch this and be like, "What the fuck was that?"

And then be like, "I gotta see this again."

I forgot to lotion up my lips.

Put some lip balm on. You see those crusts?

Forgot that. Yeah. Yep. That's where we fucked up.

Is Oscar De La Hoya Training To Take On Conor McGregor? - Duration: 2:57.

Oscar De La Hoya was the biggest pay-per-view star during his time as a professional boxer

with his career running from 1992 to 2008.

The Mexican-American athlete wrapped up his career with a 39-6 record and he had 30 knockouts

under his belt.

In 2014, De La Hoya was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame, but despite

his outstanding accomplishments, his knockout loss to Manny Pacquiao back in 2008 would

send him into retirement shortly after.

Now, De La Hoya is apparently more than ready to bounce back into the ring, and he's calling

on Conor McGregor to face him in his comeback fight.

De La Hoya was a featured guest on the three-hour daily digital radio show, "Golden Boy Radio

with Tattoo and the Crew", and this is what he had to say:

"You know I'm competitive.

I still have it in me.

I've been secretly training, secretly training.

I'm faster than ever and stronger than ever.

I know I can take out Conor McGregor in two rounds.

I'll come back for that fight.

Two rounds.

Just one more [fight].

I'm calling him out.

Two rounds, that's all I need.

That's all I'm going to say."

Obviously boxers really want to take a stab at McGregor.

De La Hoya's fantasy fight comes on the heels of Floyd Mayweather coming out of a

two-year retirement to take on Conor McGregor, where the mixed martial arts fighter lost

in a 10th-round knockout on August 26th in Las Vegas.

Ironically, when the Mayweather-McGregor fight was in the works, De La Hoya, now CEO of Golden

Boy Promotions, penned an open letter to boxing fans calling the matchup a "circus" and

that if the fight actually went down the "sport might not ever recover."

De La Hoya went further to belittle the fight saying that it would be nothing more than

a money grab, which obviously would be the same thing if both he and McGregor stepped

into the ring to challenge one another.

Conor McGregor is still currently under contract with the UFC, and even though he took an "L"

from Mayweather, he said he would still weigh his options to fight both in the boxing ring

and the Octagon.

De La Hoya said that if McGregor does end up accepting his offer it could only go down

in the ring:

"Let's get it straight: In the cage, he would freaking destroy me.

He would freaking destroy me.

Only in the ring.

I've been working out for the last five months.

[My confidence] is how I feel now from my training.

I don't know what it is, but I'll tell you now that I've never felt so good before in

my life."

De La Hoya is currently facing charges due to a DUI arrest earlier this year, but despite

minor setbacks, the 44-year-old says he's back to fighting shape.

"Every day just keeps getting better.

Life is good.

Life is a struggle; life is hard.

It's not all peaches and cream, but life is life and you have to think about the solution

of what you have to do to keep walking."

De La Hoya talking about coming out of retirement is nothing new.

Back in June 2015, the former boxer spoke with ESPN during the time he wanted to take

on either Goloykin or have a rematch with Mayweather:

"It's got to be worth my while, but this is very serious.

I have to make sure I am fighting the very best.

I don't have to come back for financial reasons or the lights or the glamour.

The only reason I would come back is because I miss the competition of fighting the very

best."

Soon after that statement, De La Hoya said he would stay retired, so it's going to

be very interesting to see if his request to fight McGregor is all talk, or if he's

really up for the challenge.

PyeongChang 2018 Torch Relay continues - Duration: 4:08.

Getting winter sports fans revved up before the actual games begin is the Olympic Torch

Relay.

After taking off in Greece it continues to be carried across Korea.

Cha Sang-mi shows us how each destination prepared unique ways to get it done... in

tune with the theme and regional characteristics.

The Olympic flame - an enduring symbol of the Olympic Games.

And the flame corresponding to PyeongChang 2018 was ignited in Olympia, Greece on October

24th, and arrived in Korea on the first day of November.

Since then, a one-hundred-and-one day torch relay across 9 provinces and 8 major cities

of Korea has been taking place, ...and it will continue until February 9th,

the opening day of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics.

Spreading the excitement and the festive Olympic spirit under the slogan "Let Everyone Shine",

7-thousand-and-500 torchbearers will cover a total distance of 2-thousand-and-18 kilometers,

representing the year of the PyeongChang Winter Olympics.

And the torch's journey has been highlighted by some unique methods of transportation.

PyeongChang's Olympic flame was taken aboard legendary Korean admiral Yi Sun-sin's Turtle

Ship in Hansando Island, Tongyeong, the very same vessel that successfully repelled an

invasion of Japanese ships in the 16th century.

The torch was then taken to Busan, Korea's main port city, and then to Yeosu, where the

torch was taken on a marine cable car, which connects Dolsan Island and the mainland.

(KOREAN) "In pursuit of PyeongChang 2018's success,

we turned the cable cars into flower carts with camellia flowers, the symbol of Yeosu."

Highlighting the regional characteristics of Korea, the torch was taken on some exotic

relays as well.

"Haenyeo" - Korea's renowned female divers of Jeju Island carried the torch in waters.

Haenyeos are widely known to make living by harvesting seafood such as abalone by hand

from the sea floor without using any breathing equipment.

The Olympic torch then reached the south-western coast of the peninsula on a rescue helicopter.

This was the longest leg of the torch relay so far, with the flight lasting for an hour.

Then, the flame illuminated the historic fortress of Naganeupseong in Suncheon.

(KOREAN) "Representing Suncheon athletes, I got the

honor to be a torchbearer.

Although I am in Suncheon, my heart will be with PyeongChang athletes.

I hope everyone from around the world enjoy the games in PyeongChang."

All destinations are important, but the PyeongChang organizing committee picked five key themes

for the torch relay - economy, environment, technology, culture, and peace.

The first theme, economy, took place in the Songdo International Business District along

the Incheon Bridge.

Hoping for global unity and advancement, one-hundred-and-one runners crossed Korea's longest suspension

bridge.

Next, the torch relay adopted the environment theme.

(Stand-up) "The highlight of the environment theme takes

place in Suncheon Bay National Garden.

In this exotic park that portrays sustainability, some 4-hundred support runners are performing

Ganggangsulae, a very Korean transitional dance in pursuit of preserving the environment."

Ganggangsulae was traditionally performed during the harvest season to wish for a productive

year.

Suncheon Bay National Garden - home to hundreds of different species of trees and flowers

- is the perfect place to represent the theme of environment.

(KOREAN) "The ICT theme of the torch relay is to take

place in Daejeon, Korea's technology hub.

Then, the cultural theme event is to take place at Seoul's Gwanghwamun Square.

And finally in Paju, bordering North Korea, we will have events under the peace theme."

The Olympic flame is lighting up all corners of the nation, bringing the Olympic spirit

of PyeongChang 2018 every step of the way.
