Youtube daily report Nov 25 2017

We are back in the woods, todays mission: The 3rd berm!

The base does already exist, we're just gonna build it bigger today! Enjoy!

The spot should be known to most of you..

There's the third berm we just built

Looks quite good to me.. we are gonna test that now!

Leaves everywhere

We'll may need a drainage for the water here...

First run is a roll through to check that everything is stable..

The good thing is: Everything is quite stable.

But somehow i didn't like the shape...

Maybe i have to jump out higher to get the next berm better...

2nd try, I'll to jump out higher...

That berm was way too soft, i nearly got stuck in there!

If you have an idea how the trail should continue here -> let me know in the comments!!

I thought about a big double over here!

That was so soft, because the berm is quite new..

I'm still not that happy with the shape, it's weird to jump out of that berm...

Usually, you jump over the gap here... So you'll hit the berms double as fast as i do know!

That's gonna be sick when everything is dry and hard

That one actually felt quite nice... As you saw, the trail after the new berms isn't that good, hit me up with ideas and you'll see it in the next building video! :)

HONEYCOMB CABLE Knit Stitch Pattern ❥ Corrected! - Duration: 7:14.

The Honeycomb Cable Pattern!

Hi guys I'm Kristen and today we are

knitting up this vintage honeycomb cable knit stitch pattern it looks really

intricate to knit but it's actually quite simple

I consider this an easy level project because it is perfect for everyone who

is ready to learn how to cable who already knows how to knit and purl with

an easy knitting repeat of just eight rows that are really simple to memorize you

can create this beautiful and modern looking pattern and I love looking at

the inside of the honeycomb pattern right here

what I want to show you this is what the wrong or the backside of the honeycomb

cable pattern looks like so this is not a reversible pattern it definitely has a

distinct right and wrong side to it for the complete written pattern everything

is on my website I have that link down below so make sure to check that out you

also can pin this pattern on Pinterest to save it for later and I'm also

working on creating the pattern for this easy ear warmer headband also a little

simple one row hairband as well it makes a great gift so make sure you are

subscribed here on YouTube to studio knit so that you'll catch that as soon

as it comes out and for our materials it's a knit stitch pattern so feel free

to use any weight yarn and appropriate size knitting needles for your project

you'll also want a little cable needle for our cabling as well as scissors and

a tapestry needle and I just want to point out for my cable needle I'm just

using a little double pointed needle here that I painted so that it'll be

easy for you to differentiate my cable needle from my regular knitting needles

once we get started on that and if you like the way that this pattern is

knitting up then I have the exact materials link down below where you can

purchase this yarn as well casting on so to begin we create our

beloved Slip Knot and then using the longtail cast on method and I have all

the techniques linked down below we are casting on in multiples of eight

stitches so I'm casting on eight and then I'm continuing to cast on as many

stitches as I'd like in multiples of eight and in this sample

I'm using five multiples of eight so what does that make it forty stitches

total for me right here so I want to give you an overview of exactly how to

knit this pattern to begin row 1 is simply knitting all so you knit every

single stitch on row 1 until you reach the end of your row then on Row 2 we are

purling all because this has a stockinette stitch look to it so Row 2

is purling all and we'll be doing that for all of our even rows as well okay

row 3 this is where the fun begins so we are going to take our cable needle and

we're going to slip two stitches slipping them purl wise so that's

inserting it right like this and then we're holding those two stitches back

and then we begin knitting two stitches from our main needle so from our main

needle we're knitting one stitch and then another while those two stitches

are being held back on the cable needle now we bring our cable needle into play

and we just knit two stitches from that

next it is slipping two stitches again but we're holding it front and then we

knit two stitches from our main needle one and two while our cable needle is

being held in the front and then we knit those last two stitches from the cable

needle and this is a total of eight stitches so

you just continue this pattern all the way down the row repeating it between

the asterisks in the pattern good going you got to the end so it's getting easy

now Row 4 is simply purling all of your

stitches all the way down the row row 5 we're just knitting all the stitches row

6 we're purling all of our stitches and

then row 7 this is the final cable row that we have it's really similar to what

we did it's just a little bit opposite so we are slipping two stitches onto our

cable needle but to begin now we're going to hold it in the front and then

we knit two stitches from our main needle and then finish that up by

knitting two stitches from our cable needle

okay let's slip two stitches onto our cable needle again and now we are

holding it back so we knit two stitches from our main

needle

and then we're knitting two stitches from the cable needle and again you just

repeat these eight stitches all the way down the row and then on row eight

you're just purling all of your stitches

and when you're done with row II begin again on Row 1 continue knitting this up

until your piece is the length you desire I just love seeing how this

pattern knits up so after you do your first eight rows

and you carry on you'll see how that little honeycomb area is also appearing

in between right here so it just looks like a great honeycomb of little

ringlets that are all attached in a really beautiful modern pattern I hope

you are inspired to knit up this honeycomb knit stitch pattern it is

really simple and very impressive and as soon as I have my little hair

accessories and my ear warmer ready for you make sure to get that pattern as

well it's a great quick knit gift idea for you thanks so much for watching guys

and I'll see you next time. Bye!

Y:In case i am misunderstood,

Helen watches movies every day.

H:Because i have 1 favourite american movie,and 1 indian.

Y:I know the indian one.

I don't remember the title.

Y:Disco dancer!

H:Judo!

Y:You said it wrong!

H:No i confused the title!

Y:Wrong..

H:Go away.

H:You did judo and afterwards you did professional dancing.

Y:I don't care! H:So don't play with my brain!

Y:You're gonna drink.

Y:Ok,stop it.

H:This is bullshit.

Y:So you did..

Y:Box!

Y:What did you do then?

H:Karate.

H:I have the blue belt.

Y:My throat is burning.

H:Although i guesses it right..

I confused the title.

H:You did judo. Y:Yes,of course.

H:You did judo and afterwards you did professional dancing so shut up.

Y:Have i ever farted in public?

Y:No you haven't.

H:Neither have you.

H:What kind of accesories do i like to wear?

Y:Necklaces.

H:It's what you like right? You're right.

Y:No it's what you like.

H:No.

Y:You like watches right? H:Right.

H:I'll answer necklaces for you

because all i see you wearing are necklaces.

Y:Incorrect.

H:Earings? Y:Bracelets.

H:You never wear bracelets.

Y:I don't have many but i like them.

The question was what do i like to wear.

H:How should i know?I see you wearing necklaces.

Y:Come on pour it.

H:You'll drink too.

Y:I'm gonna die today.

H:In case someone doesn't believe it

it is indeed vodka.

Y:DEATH.

H:You can see it by our red cheeks. We're like..

H:Do you know what i remembered?

Y:No.

Y:What is my favorite color?

Y:What is my favorite color Helen?

H:You tell first.

I answered first previously.

Y:Purple and light blue.

H:No,just the second one.

Y:Light blue? It's okay guessed it though

I give you the same chance to say two colors.

H:Light blue.. Y:Nope..

H:No? Y:No.

H:Then why did you say we have the same favourite color?

Y:I didn't say that.I said i give the same chance to say two colors.

H:No the other time you mentioned it.

H:Pink?

Y:Go on,i'm not gonna be telling correct or wrong.

Give me two answers.

H:Pink and purple.

Y:Fine you guessed the purple.

H:What is the second one?? Y:Red.

H:Mine is red and light blue.

H:And you thought red was the color we both liked. Y:The purple.

H:No!Have you ever seen me wearing purple or saying that i like it?

Y:I dunno how i though so.

Y:Helen felt hot and got changed.

H:Yeah.

Y:What animal was our first pet?

Y:Yours was..

a hamster.

H:No. Y:What was it?

H:A fish.

Y:We had the same pet!

H:I still didn't answer.

It was a fish.

(depression)

Y:Why are we doing this "ching-ching"?

As if we are celebrating something.

H:So what?We always do this.

I would like to propose...

Y:Favourite game?

H:Lara Croft.

Y:NO!

H:Dude you're lying right now!

Y:It is Fatal Frame my friend

H:You're lying now Y:Fatal Frame

(not drunk at all)

(trying to explain that FF is indeed my favourite game and that i wanted it to be my first gameplay,i mentioned it on the gameplay i uploaded)

H:I'm going to hit you!

Y:I have mentioned it

Guys

I have mentioned it on my gameplay video

that it is my favourite game.

H:When Tomb Raider was released,

when we took a picture with her wax statue,

you said that it is your favourite game.

Y:ONE of my favourite games..

H:I couldn't wait for it's release ! Y:It is one of my favourite.

Y:Fatal Frame is my favourite game.

H:Say mine then!!Say mine!

Now!

H:Don't you wanna tryy?

Y:Wait,let me think about it.

H:You won't guess it.

Y:Mickey? H:No.

H:I have mentioned it million times.

Y:Which game is it? H:The Matrix.

(drunk insanity)

H:Who is my favorite actor/actress?

Y:Noo..

Y:Wait,is he American?

H:I won't help you

Y:Tatum?

H:No.

H:Keanu Reeves.

And my favorite movie is with him.

Y:The one with the lake??

(Helen mispronouncing the word "Lake")

Y:The Lake House.

Y:My favourite actress is Park Min Young (Helen being sassy)

Y:She plays in the movie "The Cat".

H:I mentioned this movie ok??

Y:She is adorable.

H:And Keanu Reeves is adorable too,the american audience must know him.

He is in the Matrix too, which is my favourite game.

Y:Everything is connected.

H:Come on go on.These are easy.

Y:Which celebration of the year do i not like?

Y:Christmas and Easter.

Y:Just Christmas? H:Why both of them?

Y:I dunno. You're not the type to celebrate.

H:Should i pick an answer?

Y:Christmas.

H:Yes.

H:There is no celebration that you don't like to celebrate.

Y:I like evrything .

H:When did we start hanging out?

H:In this question we have to aswer at the same time?

Y:Wait so that i can think

H:I have to think too

Y:Year and season.

Y:Summer of 2012.

H:2012-2013. Y:Yeah.

Y:2013 was our first new year celebration.

Y:It was summer of 2012.

Y:To what am i allergic?

Y:It is not an allergy, walnuts upset your stomach.

Y:Does it count? H:Hold on.

H:Your list.

Y:Say one of my allergies. I have many.

H:To dust,

to some flowers on spring,

should i say more or are we fine?

Y:There are more.

H:That's what i say.

H:If i'll say all of them.. Y:If you remember more,go on.

H:Let us go on.

H:Which animal is my favorite?

Y:I think that one of your favorite animals

Y:I think H: Not one of them

It says my favourite.

Y:Turtle?

H:The dolphin.

Y:Mine?

H:Should i say randomly?

Y:I have mentioned it at least once.

Y:It is not a dog.

Nor a cat.

H:I have mentioned mine too

Y:It is not a pet.

H:I'll guess it's a tigre.

Y:No.It's a deer.

Y:Not just in Harry Potter,

Y:where i loved it. H:People raise them.

Y:It is extremely rare for people to have a deer as a pet.

Y:Next one.

Y:When did i have my first kiss?

Y:Never(i'm talking about Helen).

Y:Come on i have mentioned it to you

H:15?

300 PAGE SKETCHBOOK TOUR!! // Sketchbook Slam Challenge Completed! - Duration: 26:57.

Look what I got for you!

Only three weeks late.

Oh my god!

It's finally happening!!

Hey guys!

Okay, finally I have the

Sketchbook Slam Challenge sketchbook video for you.

I know this took me ages!

But as I mentioned before

I got ill the last few weeks of the challenge

and I couldn't do anything.

But it's here now!

It's here.

And uh I think you can kinda tell

how I felt by the end

as I was doing this *cough*

I'm gonna talk about this later.

For all of those guys who are new here:

Hi!

I'm Mary

and the sketchbook slam

challenge is a challenge

that was created by Holly Brown.

I'll link her

there

and there.

Basically her idea was to make a challenge in which you had to

complete a 600-page sketchbook in one month.

All right.

I'm sure all of you can read

and the title of this page (*video) says

300 pages instead of 600.

That is because I

started out doing 600

or I planned to do 600 pages in a month

which would have been around 20 pages a day.

And I very quickly noticed that I'm not gonna make it.

So I switched my challenge to 300

and that was something that Holly said was

totally okay to do.

I mean what am I even talking about

I failed this challenge so

why I'm and even..

Anyways!

Let's just start this thing.

I started this and

I thought to myself you know I could

practice drawing clothes some more so I

started out doing

my own characters and then just looking up clothes on the

internet and

drawing my characters wearing those clothes and

for some reason

along the sketchbook I totally forgot

that I wanted to practice

clothing

and kinda I didn't do that anymore

later on. *laughs*

By now-

these are the first few pages-

and by now I had already noticed

that this has taking me way longer than I thought

and I was stressing out so much.

That's my character Eoarwin.

The last speedpaint I uploaded

was her.

Maybe you've seen it.

If not:

Look at the cards.

This is Loghain from Dragon Age.

A really bad looking version of him.

I'm a big dragon age fan,

though I kind of can't say that

because I have only played the first one

but

I like Loghain.

A lot of these drawings are referenced by (*from)

pictures that I found on

the internet

whenever I reference an artist I put the

name of the artist

next to it so this says..

what does it say..?

I don't even know

what this says because I can't

read my own handwriting.

This is embarrassing.

Okay, usually if I

copy a pose or a drawing from an artist

I put their name next to it

so I know exactly that I copied it and I'm not

stealing anything.

And then other things like this

are just from photographs

where I don't necessarily

know who took the photograph, you know.

That's my character Cist.

And here I started figure drawing.

I really really really like

drawing gestures

and quick gestures like these

and I really really love

filling the whole page with them.

But I very very very very

quickly noticed that

I'm not gonna be able to do this

the whole time

because

these are like 10 drawings per

page and

if you have to do 10 to 15 pages a day

you're not gonna make it.

So you have to compromise

and just do less.

so

later in sketchbook I did less which

I didn't like so much.

My characters

from my fantasy story.

These sketches are horrible

I'm sorry for shitting on my own art but

I just

don't like them.

I like these sketches, though.

These are also my characters Sam

Spencer and Ashley

and

this is definitely referenced from a

picture?

I think a photo or something I found.

yeah

Eoarwin, again.

Kind of trying to figure out

her armour.

Really random other drawings.

Feet.

I started doing feet every time I would warm up

every new day because

I'm really bad at drawing feet, as you can probably tell

and for some reason

warming myself up with drawing feet

was

nice

because they're not easy for me

to draw but after

drawing a bunch of feet

I was warmed up pretty well after that.

And as you can see

I kind of found a hack

where I

just-

if there were any

blank spaces

that made me really nervous-

honestly I got really really anxious

about those white spots.

I think I've mentioned it in one of my

sketchbook vlogs.

Oh my god.

It made me so nervous

leaving those white spots so

My workaround for that

in the beginning was putting

lyrics of songs I was listening

to at that time

and that really helped making it feel

like it's filled but not

filling it.

So I was stressing out a little less.

I later on in the sketchbook

learned how to let it go a little bit more

and not stress out so much that's

why I'm actually really

happy that I did this challenge

because I did fail it.

Because I got sick in the

last two weeks I think

of doing this challenge

I couldn't finish it in time.

I was, I think, 40 pages

before finishing it so if I

hadn't been sick

I think I would have

been able to manage.

I like this sketch a lot.

And that's

breath of the wild fanart.

And my character Spencer.

So, yeah.

I think I could have finished it-

I didn't.

That's just life.

But I'm still happy although I

technically failed it I think I've learned a lot doing this

That's a character design I did basing of the

Elder Scrolls

which is something that

I do a lot I

do a lot of character designs and base it off like existing

things like the Elder Scrolls universe

is one of those things that I like to

reference a lot and

do my own little designs for that.

That's when I was

planning my contrapposto video.

Also in the cards!

Ha!

I hope I'm not going

too fast for you

but you can always pause or just

if you don't like me

talking- mute this

and speed it up.

these pages are so...

..not-

you can tell that I

didn't want to do anything

at those days I wasn't feeling

like drawing and

nothing was working.

yeah.

Oh my god..

Here I was just

googling some forensic scientists-

-ty.. scientistyy? stuff

Because I have this character Ashley

and actually another one called Flint

who are forensic scientists.

That's also my character Adrian.

Oh and I smeared

paprika chip

dust all over this page

which you can't really see that much on

the video.

Huh.

More

character design.

Gonna move this real quick because I'm

scratching the lamp.

Uh. No.

Wanted to draw my D&D

character but nooooo.

Feet!

And yeah.

Wanted to draw Hellboy

because I really like the

inking in Hellboy.

Didn't turn out. *laughs*

Switched to ballpoint pen

for a bit.

This is

a character of mine as well.

He's an Argonian.

Also from the Elder Scrolls universe

and

this arm is

impossible.

But I still kinda like it.

I mean-

he looks nothing like he''s supposed to look like

but-

I tried.

I tried.

Okay these pages barely count to be honest.

Some more gestures

with ballpoint pen

Okay my camera just shut down for

a second.

What I was saying is that

I think

if you look at my later

figure drawings later on you will see

that I loosened up a lot.

Especially using

ballpoint pen and

later on I actually only used-

uhm..

what is it called?

fineliner?

uh.

Yeah that really helped me just

focusing on

shapes rather than line.

*sighs*

Yeah, that's Janeway.

She's my favorite character and

this is probably one of

the worst drawings I ever did.

I keep trashing my own drawings here but *sighs*

I'm just-

Sometimes I'm not happy.

*laughs*

I'm a digital artist, guys I just

I love the digital stuff.

And- I don't know.

Traditional seems so much harder to

me I don't know why.

Arcanine.

I don't know how to pronounce it.

It's my favorite Pokémon.

And I totally copied these from the internet so

this is not my original pose,

just saying.

Copied.

Copied!

Some more figures.

I started outlining these figures and

I didn't realise that

when I will be filming this

the yellow might show up a little weird.

Then I took

just regular coloured

pencil and just

drew a few heads.

I- in general really liked drawing heads when

I do it digitally

but traditionally

they always turned out so weird.

I don't know why but my style

completely

changes when I do

traditional instead of

digital.

I don't know why that is,

maybe because I have less control?

I'm not sure.

My Ashley :)

Just a random person.

More random persons.

More random persons. xD

You can see that I

let go of my

anxiety with filling the whole page here

and did very

few drawings.

But again, kind of a workaround

with doing these

boxes.

It just feels a bit nicer

and put together that way.

Here I started drawing Pokémon because

I don't know-

I'm playing Moon right now-

I mean I finished it but I'm trying to

get the whole Dex.

So I guess I was in the mood.

I'm really not a creature drawer.

*laughs* look at this.

But I had fun!

I had fun I have to admit.

I mean they kinda look creepy

when I draw them.

That's just my style I guess.

I'm not so much the cutesy artist.

It was definitely fun because it was a change

from drawing so many people and poses.

That's the Emperor Palpatine from Star Wars

looking very friendly. :3

Toucannon.

Best best name ever.

Here I had a prompt

that I generated

and it was a schoolgirl diseased and floppy arms

so I did a

zombie

schoolgirl.

Just from one of those

random prompt generator sites.

*whispers* Oh god.

*laughs*

aaah

Yay!

It looks so happy :)

One of my favorite Pokémon.

Honestly look at that tongue.

And this-

was just for fun. *laughs*

Oh god.

An archer.

Hm.

Hrrmpf.

*laughs*

Positivity!

Positivityyy!

Oh God so much glare

I hope you can see this.

I think you can tell

that my figures

got a lot of better.

Got a lot of better!?

Wow.

But my English is deteriorating.

Wow.

Noice.

This is such a random video I'm so sorry *laughs*

Well there's just a lot of gestures in here

so

I really love those kind of

women laying...

laying?

lying?

Laying.

and

propping up one arm.

Those kind of in

general people people lying down for some reason

I really like drawing those

figures when the body..

I don't know!

When they have still curves but they're

elongated and I don't know-

for some reason

I really like drawing those figures.

Which is weird because I mean

that's not the typical pose that I would

draw my characters in

but for figures I like it.

A lot of figures.

Urgh, oh my god.

okay

one thing, though if my brother is

watching this

and I seriously hope he's not

because I hate when family watch

this stuff

You better stop watching right now!

Or you will be spoiled for

your Christmas present

And I really don't want you to be spoiled for your

Christmas present.

And you don't really want to be spoiled for your Christmas present.

So

don't

watch

on.

I'm gonna rip your head off I swear.

I swear.

Ok.

Gonna turn the page!

Don't watch on!

Okay.

*snorts*

Okay you can't really tell anything from this

but

basically I'm gifting him a shirt

I made for him with a logo

that I made for our

Dungeons and Dragons group.

I'm not gonna show more

of this here but

I think yeah

here's the

final sketch for the design

so yeah it

would be really bad if he sees that

I mean

it's still not the finished product but

I want him to be surprised.

I want to see his surprised face. (So no spoilers in the comments please! Just in case..)

Speaking of-

that is one

of my D&D characters

Elinya.

She got some scars recently.

More figures!

Uhm

What I was saying

before that whole brother episode

um

The days where I did a lot of figure drawings

were my most productive days

because they're just so much quicker to do

And I personally don't think that's

cheating

because I am studying, actually

studying and

I think I definitely improved most

by doing these figures instead of

doing, you know, all the other drawings which were fun to do as well

but

I didn't really learn from them

that much

as I did from learning figures.

So I don't think it's cheating.

Of course it's faster to do figures

than doing a nice drawing of a character but

personally I draw characters a lot

uhm

you know that's my thing

so

in this sketchbook I really

try to practice things that I don't draw that much

and for me that was definitely

anatomy.

And I couldn't do like really elaborate

anatomy studies because

I didn't have the time but doing this

gestures was a good compromise for me

there's Elinya again

She looks different every time I draw her .

I really like this

sketch- I mean

it's not

the prettiest thing I've ever drawn but

I like it it's

my Eoarwin character.

Still trying to figure out

outfits for her.

I love her so much.

That's something I drew for someone on

Art Amino.

Kathanium is their username.

It's their character.

I just radomly drew

it for them I was trying out the app and

I liked the community.

And I drew some snakes!

And some more snakes.

I kind of discovered that I could use

Pinterest some more

I mean I already had used Pinterest a lot to that point

especially for

you know, finding

inspiration for my outfit designs and

characters but

I realised that there's so much nature stuff on Pinterest

and I never really draw

naturey stuff

and

I figured you know what, why not?

And it was good to do so-

Toucannon?!

*laughs*

it was good to do something different

for a change.

I really,

honestly,

never draw animals.

Honestly.

I think the times where

I drew animals you could count on one hand.

So this was new for me.

okay so this

was almost entirely copied by (*from)

Variago on tumblr.com

Check them out.

The shading is mine which you can tell because it's bad

and then the face I

think I changed but the whole

pose and thing it's totally stolen!

this is siriusdraws.tumblr.com

I copied the pose.

The character again, is mine. Eoarwin.

But the pose is from siriusdraws, and I-

honestly

They are amazing.

I love them so much they are goals.

Like, their style is gold.

I really like this one too.

Sketched an Argonian.

And, you know, I told you I'm not a

creature artist

I don't do animals a lot

I don't draw anthro characters a lot

but I really like how this turned out

because I like argonians and I from

time to time

try to draw them but

they don't really turn out

but this one I

really like.

And here I switch to..

What are they called?

multiliners!

yes so yeah I

switched to multiliners

and they are more hardcore than

ballpoint pen in my opinion.

Because with ballpoint pen you kinda can

change the pressure of how

much you press down the tip

and

kind of

sketch slightly but with

multiliners

whatever you put on the page is on the page.

So this actually really really

helped me a lot to

focus on form

much more than line and sketching.

So I try to do

as few lines as possible but still get

the forms right

and I think

that really helped me.

Here's my Eoarwin again.

Kinda

still copying the same

pose but changing it up a little bit

I decided that I wanted to show her back a

little more with her scars.

I talked about that in the speedpaint video I uploaded.

Last week.

Some hands.

I actually like these.

They turned out well.

With these everything that is

yellow

on these

following pages are the ones that I really like

how they turned

out.

This one.

Again those kind of propped up,

almost lying down poses.

This one as well

I really like that.

Andd doing those figures I've started to understand how

to properly connect the head

to the torso

because I struggle with that a lot.

Especially when they are like looking up

looking down and

kind of seeing those

kind of triangles here really helps me a lot.

We're getting nearer the end I think.

Here's the sketch I did for

the speed paint of Eoarwin I did I had

a reference picture of myself that I show

in the video in the speed paint

it's hilarious um

and I drew it a couple

of times in here just to get-

like these are really bad but just to get

kind of like a muscle memory

of how things are proportioned and then I

put it-

I put it??

I drew it.

Digitally.

Had a pretty bad day here *laughs*.

Drew some hands,

they look awful I was

referencing my own hands

and I never do that because

my hands are quite weird?

I have a very small pinky finger

I don't know if you can see that

but usually

pinky fingers kind of go to here

mine only goes to here

and then everything-

I don't know my hand I kinda wanky.

So I don't necessarily reference them a lot

because they just look weird so

I don't know *laughs*

Some more birbs.

This is a

What do you call them-

bracer?

design

for like a fantasy armour.

You can't really tell what it is xD

Some more birbs.

I like drawing birds.

For some reason I found that it's relaxing.

I wish I could do more color in here

because this is just regular printer

paper it's not a sketchbook

so yeah I couldn't really do much coloring in here and again I didn't

really have time to do that.

I drew kudus.

Which I think are terrifying.

I like this drawing and this very serious-looking Kudu.

My aunt and uncle were one day

almost killed by kudu. *laughs*

They were driving around in Africa and

got hit by a kudu

like the car got hit and

yeah it was scary I think I mean I

wasn't there but

it sounded scary

because you got to google them because those things

are huge.

They are huge.

Ok some weapons.

I used to draw weapons a lot like a few

years back

and then kind of stopped for some reason

I don't know though I really

enjoy drawing weapons so I try to get back into it

just drawing designs that I

had already done for my fantasy story.

They pull their weapons out of

parts of their body

that sounds really weird

but

like Cist, one of the characters, draws

her sword out of her hand.

And Fretrik draws his sword (actually it's a staff but what do I know)

out of between his shoulder blades

on his back

it's like a magical type of sword.

That's Cist.

Some more characters from another story.

Adrian,

Cor,

Don and

Odin.

I like how

these turned out they

look like they're supposed to look

especially Odin.

Ashley.

More figures.

Didn't even bother outlining them

with the marker anymore.

And that's the

last page! *cheering* yay!

This is probably

one of the worst pages I did *laughs*

Stop shitting on yourself!

(slowmo) Stop shitting on yourself.

Ok.

Yeah I wanted to do

a little bit more on the last page

because you

know I had failed the challenge by then

and I had time to do a "elaborate" page

which isn't that elaborate

and I honestly don't like it.

The idea behind

this is that's me

hi

and these are some of my characters

and

some flowers. :3

and yeah but

honestly I think I'm okay with how I turned out but

all of my characters

like none of them look like they're supposed to look like

I think Jen and maybe Luke if you

cover his eye

they kind of look close to how

they're supposed to look but

*sighs*

what is up with his eye?

like seriously, and her?

*sigh*

Really, I'm not trying to shit on me here but

I'm just not happy with this page

but you know what

this is page 300

and I made it

not in 30 days but in 30

something days

and you know what

I'm proud of myself

to me I still feel kind

of like a winner

because I did learn something from this

my figures have

improved a lot and I became much more interested

in drawing in sketchbooks

because before this

I didn't really draw in sketchbooks

that much and it took

me three months

at least to finish one of those really small sketchbooks

so

yeah and I put D I E on here *snorts*

because that's how I felt when I finished this *laughs*

And I actually put-

that's why here's a little bit of metallic paint

because I put this

this way at first

and I had to peel it off

and that's why this looks really like destroyed.

Yeah, I felt a little bit frustrated and stupid after that *laughs*

But as for the sketchbook

slam challenge that's it!

Thank you so much for watching and waiting and I had

such a blast doing this challenge

even though I failed it

it's been so much fun!

And I met a lot of really great and nice people over this challenge

you guys are

so amazing and so supportive

and I loved watching your videos and hearing about

your stories so

definitely feel free to comment if you are doing this challenge

right now or you have done it or plan to do it

I'd be super happy to know how

you are doing

or how you have been doing

And I'm not going to ramble on

too much because this video

*whispers* is already very long.

Uhm!

Yeah!

I'll see you later!

Bye bye!

Assembly and painting of wrought iron lamp | How to make a wall lamp / sconce - Duration: 17:41.

Hello.

In this video will make the completion, wrought lamp assembly,

as well as painting and drawing of patina.

All the elements are ready for the assembly, who are interested

I leave herein by reference, the assembly of each element.

Now proceed to the assembly all parts in one fixture.

Prepare a place for mounting cartridge for this rented

his own bowl, and marks holes for mounting

cartridge.

Mark up the holes shtangelem, it is more convenient and more accurate.

I make two holes attachment, and one opening

to output wires.

Then the screws will attached.

After that fasten dragon on the shield.

Mark up, where it will fit snugly, and drill

two holes in the plate shield, and on the back side

welded to the dragon turns Welding is not visible, and the dragon

fixed.

On the reverse side, after As secured dragon

We clean the weld, and virtually Even on the back side

not visible as it is secured .Privarivayu

at high current, due to this, he reliably and securely

holds. After

do this a temporary structure, for mounting the torch. Did

a temporary framework to At center the torch

with respect to the panel, but did it yet removable, because

that the rod that will attached through the mouth of the dragon,

you need to spend in arcs the flare, so long as

it is not fixed. But

himself a shield, temporary parts fixed to the basis.

Now

unfetters ends of the rod, which is attached via

mouth of the dragon. I will

use a burner, because it makes no sense to warm up

horn, for one rod. heats

burner fast enough To tip enough

.For eight

rod of time leaves about a minute,

on heating to a temperature .Gorelka forging works

from

using a compressor, so a small flow of gas.

We are pulled from two

sides on the rod tips, to be quite thin,

then they will obkruchivatsya torch through the rod.

Then heated

marked place near the very head of the dragon, and

I do bend. I make one bending,

the second will be in place. kinking plug

anvil, a little under angle, ie the angle is not 90

degrees, and a little more .After

I am having made the tips on the rod, and bent one

bending, threading it into the mouth of the dragon,

and then heating it and I make the second bend.

Now

two bars are for fixing flare slightly at an angle

.And now

You can put the torch and welding secure, inside

hand, not to weld it is seen. This will allow

strengthen self mounting, so that the flame does not strayed

when obkruchivanii, welding remains inside

loop, and it will not be visible.

We expose exactly

Torch and fix now not go astray or the angle or

incline. After,

as the rods welded to the torch, swing the, with heating,

flame rod around the rod And made a small loop.

gradually warming

bars, obvorachivayu. I do from

one hand, and with the second.

Commit to

mouth of the dragon, I will not, it will align

torch on the wall, with the installation, if there are any irregularities,

and will not break down. Obkrutil around

bar, turned tightly, so how to swing the hot,

bar is not loose, and now Torch itself, just scrolled

in the mouth of the dragon, that is, on the wall it will take place,

required. After it

I paint and patina. recorded on

Chipboard sheet, the torch for this underneath filled film to

not imprinted texture wood, and not stuck if

little dosoh. for the application

patina using a brush with artificial bristles,

it's good, it turns out, to apply, due to the fact

That the pile is elastic, and does not clog interior texture, and artificial

bristles less stick together, between themselves. It turns out that

patina

deposited only on the projections, without clogging completely full

area. This allows

identify even very small invoice,

small pores. And for

the expense of this brush, inside remained dark paint,

patina to not hit .Svetilnik ready painted

And applied patina. Now I screwed

light bulb, connect it, and I will review.

I found only a small

light bulb, 40 watts, and it is short for, it is necessary or in the torch

a spiral, a long light, or LED, lamp

bulbs use here is not necessary, because the

Light metal, It will be heated to be

be burnt paint.

Put another bulb .

It looks like a lamp assembly, colored, ready

to install, you can give.

All the little things the camera does not transmit, I'm a little lights up

but as if it's still not enough, to see fine details,

or invoice.

At this, the assembly is completed.

This was interesting, subscribe on channel .Vsem

SAILING TRIP EP#2 (TRANSATLANTIC) - LANZAROTE & GRAN CANARIA - Duration: 5:49.

Hello everyone, welcome to this second episode of our travel diaries on the Atlantic.

Our passage on the island of Lanzarote allows us to discover more detail about the life on a sailboat.

We do our first laundry.

We tinker...

And Natha even takes those first steps at the helm of the ship.

We then sail towards the anchorage of Papagayo...

located south of the island.

We anchor 200 meters from a beautiful beach along many cliffs...

and enjoy the ocean with many German nudists.

We take the opportunity to explore the surroundings and discover the beautiful beaches that face our boat.

A few days later we leave for a first big navigation of 95 miles.

We unfurl the genoa, hoist the mizzen

and sail along the horizon.

The sun goes down and we divide the night in 4 quarters

in order to always have a person in command of the boat.

Unfortunately, bad weather from the north of Europe create a swell

that we receive non-stop on the side of the boat

and we are very strongly move from left to right.

Verdict of our first night at sea.

Fortunately, after the effort, comes the comfort and the next day we are graciously rewarded

by the discovery of our first dolphin bench!

They follow the sailboat and jump from all sides, a magical show

Finally, we arrive at the port of Las Palmas and anchor at anchor in front of a beach near the commercial port.

Satisfied with this first experience in the giant pot that is the Atlantic Ocean.

We arrive at 13h and fall asleep to recover from this beautiful navigation completed in 21h.

We spend a few days on the island of Grand Canaria between purchase for the boat...

and visit the old town...

and beaches ...

We admire locals of all ages playing for hours at many beach games.

Our stay on Gran Canaria also allows us to attend the departure of the ARC (Atlantic Rally of Cruising).

This great mass of sailing allows many sailboat to sail in groups to join the Caribbean in a safe way.

This year was therefore the thirtieth edition and not less than 200 sailboats and catamarans

it was slender to the conquest of the Atlantic Ocean.

The atmosphere is festive and we can discover some really beautiful boats.

For our part we will continue a few days later our tour of the Canary Islands sailing to Tenerife.

A VERY SPORTIVE navigation to travel the 52 miles that separates us from the famous volcanic island.

At the exit of the port, one sees in the distance waves of several meters advancing towards our ship ...

We are not experts yet but we know it's a bad sign

During 12h we are blown from right to left and we undergo a swell of sides

with hollows (waves) up to 5 meters!

Kyle Buckingham's Look 796 RS Pro Bike And Kit - Duration: 3:11.

- We're here in Kona ahead of the

IRONMAN World Championship and we've got

Kyle Buckinghams' pro bike and kit.

Now, Kyle is the current World Record holder for the

IRONMAN age group Word Championships and that

catapulted him onto the pro scene,

where he's become a two-times IRONMAN winner.

(quirky music)

This is The Look 796 RS which is a new frame and

Kyle's only been riding it for a couple of weeks

and it features the mono-blade technology which gives it

that narrow, Aero profile.

Now this bike had got quite a few Aero features.

It has Aero front forks with an integrated front brake.

Underneath the bottom bracket,

you can see the rear brake down here.

It's got lowered seats stays and it has it's own

Aero seat post and it has a hidden seat post clamp.

Moving forward, it has it's own Aeroflat Stem,

which gives it a completely flat profile from the

stem through to the top tube.

Connected to that are the Aeroflat base bars and then

on top of that you've got the Look carbon poles.

He's using the Look armrest so he's added extra thick pads

on top and moving forward,

he's got the Shimano Dura Ace Di2 shifters both on the

ends of the poles and on his base bars and he's using

Dura Ace brake lever.

He's riding the Shimano Dura Ace Di2 electronic front

and rear derailleurs with a 54x39 chain rings

and 11x25 cassette.

He's using the Look Zed 3 monocoque Aero crank so he's

riding at a 165 ml crank length.

An interesting feature on these cranks is they're actually

adjustable in length.

Now Kyle is on the middle setting of 165 ml but

you can actually move them down to 162.5 or up to 167.5.

On the end on these cranks, he's using

the Look Keo Power pedals.

He's using the Mavic Comete Pro Carbon SL tubular wheels

and on those he's running the Mavic 25 ml tubular tyres.

He's using the ISM PL1 saddle and then he's got the

XLab bottle cages front and rear and on the front one,

he's using the Profile Design Aero bottle.

On the back here, he's got the XLab Gorilla Cage for

added grip just to stop the bottles falling out.

Finally, he's got the Garmin Edge 520 bike computer.

Cool, so Kyle, thanks for joining us.

We've got a couple of questions we wanted to ask you.

- Yep

- Starting off then with your trisuit.

Now, I gather you're going to have a new one for race day.

How's it going to differ?

- Yeah, for race day, I've chosen the sleeveless.

I just found when it's this hot and this humid,

I just feel like you know,

I just want a little more breatheability on my shoulders.

- And is white for the heat as well, or is that just the

colour you like?

- It's always the colour that I've liked, but yeah,

it is a good option and the sleeveless also tested faster

with me in the wind tunnel.

We tried a couple of suits and the sleeveless suit

suited me better.

- Great, well Kyle, thanks so much for your time ahead of

your race here in Kona.

Great to see your bike set up as well.

Johnny Weir is Figure Skating's Force of Nature | Fashion Behind the Games - Duration: 2:47.

How you doing, everybody?

- These are the 2000s. - Right now.

More specifically, 2010.

The Chinese horoscope says it's the Year Of The Tiger.

Yeah, sounds good.

The Earth Hour is celebrated in more than 4,000 cities

in 125 countries around the globe

to raise awareness about climate change.

Guys, lights please!

In Los Angeles, Kathryn Bigelow becomes

the first woman in history to ever win an Oscar

for director of the movie The Hurt Locker.

Yeah, another tale about the war.

Meanwhile, in Vancouver, Canada,

the 21st Winter Olympic Games are celebrated.

Now, please take a look at this.

This is ice skating.

Maybe the finest blend between arts and sports.

Now look at this guy.

- Great to have you here. - Thank you.

This is John Garvin Weir.

And this is the moment the world would get to know

Johnny Weir, the superstar.

You know, fashion, for me, it's art.

It isn't just something you put on your back.

Well, for the Winter Olympics,

we're usually bundled up so much.

In Vancouver, I was having really a lot of trouble

keeping my cool in that many clothes.

Johnny has a long résumé.

Two times Olympian.

Television analyst.

Entertainer. Writer.

Fashion reference.

Pop culture icon.

You name it.

I'm not fashion forward, I'm fashion extra forward.

Johnny has made his way with a provocative style

and a clear voice.

Fashion is a way to show, "This is me, this is who I am,

"this is what I love".

And then maybe, or maybe not, you'll hear my voice,

but at least you'll remember who I am.

While looking for the difference,

Johnny has found his true self.

And that's why everybody loves this guy.

He has been awarded and recognised

as an advocate of goodwill.

Catalogued by many as a force of nature,

Johnny and his looks are a model

of the global influence of an athlete's brand.

I think that making a statement

is what most athletes strive for.

You want that moment of glory in front of the world,

so you have to be memorable in a different way.

How to eat AFTER exercise for the FASTEST Fat Loss - Duration: 5:45.

Hey, hey everybody.

Shaun Hadsall here, stubborn fat expert

for people over 35 years old and owner of Get Lean In 12.

And inside today's short, fat loss video,

I'm going to talk about the number

1 questions that I've gotten over the last 20 plus

years of being in the health and fitness industry,

and that's post-workout contrition.

So how do you eat after exercise for the fastest fat loss.

Now I'm also going to talk about how

to eat after exercise if your goal is to gain or maintain

as well.

And since most people's goal is to lose belly fat,

I'm going to go ahead and talk about that 1 first and dive

into deep detail about this.

And the first to understand that if your goal is

to lose belly fat, you should go into the workout

in a fasted state, or make sure that you

do a 5 minute walk or some type of 5 minute

warm up to stabilize insulin, so either 3 or 4

hours after a meal in the morning,

after you wake up after sleeping all night on an empty stomach.

Or if you eat an hour or 2 before hand, that's OK.

Just make sure you take a 5 minute walk

to stabilize insulin.

So this way when you go into the work out insulin is flat-lined,

and this allows the body to access stubborn fat cells

as a fuel source more efficiently.

Now, when you do this and you engage

in the right type of exercise, and what I'm going to do

is I'm going to share a 12 minute protocol with you,

and you'll see that 12 protocol somewhere

at the link around this video where

you can use this 12 minute protocol to release growth

hormone and adrenaline, and you can elevate your metabolism

for up to 38 to 48 hours afterward just from 1 12

minute session.

And when you do this and these hormones are released,

they'll continue to burn fat and calories

after the workout because of that after burn effect.

That's why I recommend if the goal is to lose weight

and you're healthy, you're not on a bunch of medications,

you've been cleared by your doctor

to exercise, ride the fat burning wave for 60

to 90 minutes after exercise.

This will allow the adrenaline and the growth hormone that

was released during work out to continue

to work its magic in the post-workout window.

Now, if you go ahead and dive into a protein shake or a meal

as fast as you can after a workout like this,

and your goal is to lose, it's the healthy choice.

I'm just going to remind you that it spikes insulin,

and insulin is the antagonist to the growth hormone

and adrenaline.

So although it's a healthy choice,

it could potentially slow down the fat loss process.

So I recommend you get the best of both worlds

by riding that fat burning way for 60 to 90 minutes,

then diving into a low carb meal if the goal is

to lose belly fat.

So either protein and a friendly fat.

That O stands for oil.

I didn't want to put F and have people confuse it with fruit,

right.

So a protein shake with a tablespoon of coconut oil,

or you could use some type of lean animal protein

with a vegetable would be a healthy choice.

Now a couple of times of the week

it'd be OK to add a starchy carb or a fruit

into that post-workout meal, because you're

less likely to store it as fat, but if the goal is

to lose belly that, the majority of the time you want to skip

those carbs to force the body to use more

stored fat as an energy source.

Now if goal is to gain, that approach completely changes,

and we're going to eat as fast as we

can after a workout, because the goal is to feed the muscles

energy, protein for repairing, carbs for rebuilding.

And so I recommend a 3 to 1 ratio of carbs

to protein post-workout.

Remember, after the workout, the muscles

are like a sponge that's been wrung dry.

So it's something that we call--

in our industry, we call this nutrient partitioning.

So your body is much less likely to store carbs as a fat source

post-workout, because your muscle tissue and your liver

tissue has been depleted of energy called glycogen.

So having a 3-to-1 ratio of carbs

to protein right away after you're done working out

will help you gain muscle, because most of those carbs

are going to be used to build and repair.

So protein starch and a fruit.

Great example, slow cook organic oats.

Maybe a cup and a half, if you're a guy.

A cup, if you're a woman.

Then you're going to go ahead and stir

in maybe a couple of scoops of protein powder

and a cup of berries.

Now you have a double carb ring or triple carb

serving with a protein serving.

So you want to stick close to this 3 to 1 ratio.

If you're doing 20 grams of protein, 60 grams of carbs,

right.

Doing 30 grams of protein, 90 grams of carbs.

And this isn't an exact science, and I

don't recommend that you do this every day, but 2 or 3 times

of the week if the goal is to gain muscle,

this is the approach I recommend taking.

The next 1 is to maintain, and this is pretty easy.

Just a 1-to-1 ratio of protein to starch or protein to fruit.

So, again, a protein shake with some fruit blended in,

a cup of fruit blended in, or a lean quality protein

source with some type of starch whether it's oatmeal or quinoa.

It could be brown or white rice.

It could be a yam or sweet potato.

It could be a potato.

Remember, after the workout, your body's

going to take those carbohydrates.

It's going to use them to replenish muscle and liver

glycogen. So you don't really have to worry about those carbs

spilling over and being stored as fat.

And this is one of the hidden secrets of long term

exercisers like myself.

Now somewhere around this video, you'll

see a link that you can click or tap,

because the main thing is to know what type of exercise

you should be using if the goal is to lose belly fat.

So what I've done is I'm going to give you

a link to a free report called the over 40 Stubborn Fat

Sequence.

It's a 12 minute protocol specifically designed

to reactivate the declining hormones for people

over 35 years old.

So if your 40s, 50s, or 60s, you're

going to want to download this report.

Just remember when you enter in your email,

make sure you go to your inbox in the next 20 to 30 minutes

and retrieve your free report.

If it's not there, go to your spam folder and white list us,

because we want to continue to follow up

and give you great content like this via email.
