hello everybody this is Bhushan Talekar, a member of the training placement
Association from Maharashtra today I am going to take you through the National
apprenticeship training scheme which comes under the Ministry of Human
Resource Development, Government of India. For better understanding of the entire
scheme I have broken down the video into three parts: part 1 covering the
introduction ,part 2 explaining the student enrollment process and part 3
explaining the Institute enrollment process the National apprenticeship training
scheme is aimed at enhancing the employability of students by equipping
technically qualified youth with practical knowledge and skills required
in the respective fields of work. As part of this program organizations and
training managers provide year-long relevant training to apprentices using
well-developed training modules. The establishments (companies) can pay stipend amount
greater than or equal to the minimum stipend amount fixed by the Government
of India to their apprentices. The apprentices are trained at Central, State
and Private organizations. At the end of the training program the apprentices are
issued a certificate of proficiency by the Government of India. This certificate
can be registered at any employment exchanges across India as valid
employment experience. Currently there are five lakh eight
thousand two hundred and twenty two students, twelve thousand three hundred
and thirty-seven industries and two thousand seven hundred and sixty-seven
institutions under the scheme. Now let's take a quick look at the
student eligibility for the scheme. As we can see this scheme is open only for
pass-outs of degree in engineering/ technology, diploma in engineering/
technology or 10+2 vocational. Let me quickly take you through the
benefits..... benefits to the student .....it fulfills or matches any gap in so far
practical hands-on experience your chances of getting selected in job
interview increases many fold enhances technical skills for making suitability
in job absorption smoother transition from the world of education to the work
in actual work environment direct exposure to technology concepts values
and an environment trainees learn by doing tasks themselves coaching and
instruction is done by supervisors knowledge and skills imparted and
trainees are equipped with critically important core skills in problem-solving
teamwork and communication this training makes the apprentices not only fit for
employment but also encourages them for becoming young entrepreneur of the
nation training improves overall personality and confidence level of the
trainees one year period of training is considered as a work experience training
offers opportunity of learning by doing and earning while earning certificate of
proficiency is awarded along with the skill assessment sheet after successful
completion of training leading establishment also selects students for
employment based on skill assessment sheet and efficiency certificate benefit
to the institution's bridging gap between classroom learning and real
world loading feedback on competency requirement of industries enhancing
skill capacity of institutions to match industry requirements interventional
support in order to match demand and supply the students having lower
percentage in their courses will also get facility for skill development and
will get better employment opportunity improved brand image due to the better

Charles Manson's Will Unearthed
A handwritten will drafted by the late Charles Manson has been unearthed, revealing a multitude of interesting requests from the notorious killer.
TMZ reported that a 2002 will written by Manson requested all of his belongings be given to a pen pal.
The pen pal, whose identity remained anonymous, reportedly began writing and calling Manson during the 1990s.
The two kept in touch for roughly 20 years, with the pen pal claiming to have visited Manson while the convicted murderer was in prison.
The first meeting between the two reportedly occurred in 2002, the year the will was written.
The will, dated February 14 of that year, also showed that Manson disinherited his ex-wives, in-laws, children and the State of California.
Also on Mansons disinheritance list were friends, inmates, guards, lawyers, cops and prisoners.
Manson also requested his body be given to his pen pal upon his death.
According to TMZ, Mansons pen pal has 10 days to claim the body or the prison will cremate it.
TMZ also reported that the witness signature on the will was provided by an inmate.
The pen pal will also receive Mansons exclusive catalog of music, which reportedly features over 100 songs, as reported by the U.K. Daily Mail.
It wasnt specified whether the Beach Boys song, Never Learn Not to Love, for which Manson was an uncredited songwriter, is in the music catalog.
Mansons will also included a note that said he was not in the best spot to rest in peace, and that his requests had already been told to the pen pal.
Manson died on Nov. 19 at the age of 83 in a Kern County, California, hospital.
His health had reportedly been failing in the past few months.
He was rushed to the hospital for a sigmoid lesion and intestinal bleeding back in January.
As The Western Journal reported, the infamous cult leader spent over 40 years behind bars after multiple murders committed by his followers in 1969.
A day after Mansons death, the Association of Deputy District Attorneys of California recalled a quote originally stated by Vincent Bugliosi, the man who prosecuted Manson.
"Manson was an evil, sophisticated con man with twisted and warped moral values," the statement read.
"Manson's victims are the ones who should be remembered and mourned on the occasion of his death.".

Classic Chinese Egg Roll Recipe ~ How To Make Chinese Restaurant Style Egg Rolls - Duration: 4:27.
This has to be one of my most requested recipes and finally here they are... egg rolls.
I'm Tess and I'm going to show you how to make crispy and delicious classic
Chinese egg rolls. (intro music)
Whenever you have Chinese food it is almost certain that
an egg roll goes on the plate for an appetizer.
Today I'm making a classic vegetable Chinese egg roll but you can add in any
meat or seafood that you like. Just a reminder that you'll be able to find
this recipe the list of ingredients and much more in the show more section below.
I've also included links to where you can purchase online some of the
ingredients and equipment that I use in this video recipe. If you have a chance
please check it out.
In a pan on medium heat I'm adding a little oil, some diced whites and middle
of garden onions and I'll be using the greens later, and some minced garlic and ginger.
Cooking and stirring for a minute and then I'm adding in my shredded
cabbage and carrots. I'm cheating and I'm using a bag of pre shredded cabbage and
carrots but you can shred your own. This is one can of rinsed, drained and chopped
water chestnuts. I think the water chestnuts add a classic taste and a good
texture to the egg rolls. Giving that a good mix.
Next I'm adding in some light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar and some
white pepper. Cooking and stirring for about 3 to 5 minutes or until the
cabbage starts to break down and soften. I still want the cabbage to have some crunch.
Once done, I'm going to place the mixture
into a colander to cool. Any excess liquid will drain. At this point I'm also
going to add in my chopped green onions and give it a mix.
This is a slurry of cornstarch in water and I'll be using this to seal my egg rolls.
These are the egg roll wrappers that I'm using and you can see that they
are thin. You can use the brand of your choice. I'm placing a couple spoonfuls of
my cabbage mixture on the wrapper. Giving it a roll, tucking in the sides, brushing
the end with my slurry and continue to roll to the end.
I'm using vegetable oil to fry the egg rolls and I have my oil around 350 degrees.
Placing in my egg rolls with the sealed side down. These egg rolls will
not take long to cook, only a couple of minutes. You will see the skins start to
brown and bubble and you want to occasionally flip them so they cook and
brown evenly. Once done I'm going to let them drain and slightly cool on a wire rack.
This made 12 nice size egg rolls. Tonight I'm serving with some chili sauce and
classic duck sauce. The outside is nice and crispy with a yummy vegetable middle.
These taste just like the egg rolls at the Chinese restaurant. I hope you give
