Second day for N. Korea's inspection team in S. Korea - Duration: 1:51.

A team from North Korea continues checking out the Olympic facilities in the nation.

Today they visited the venues for cross-country and alpine skiing.

Here's Day 2 of their inspections courtesy of our Ji Myung-kil.

After spending their first day of a three-day visit in South Korea inspecting facilities

in Gangneung, the 8-member North Korean delegation is in Pyeongchang on Friday.

In the morning... they visited the International Broadcast Center and the accommodation facilities.

In the early afternoon they visited the PyeongChang Olympic Stadium where the opening and closing

ceremonies of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics will take place.

They also looked around the Alpensia Ski Resort, venue for the cross-country skiing events.

Three North Korean athletes will compete in the cross-country skiing.

The inspection team also checked out the Yongpyong Alpine Center... located in the PyeongChang

mountain cluster, as three North Korean athletes will compete in alpine skiing.

A total of 22 North Korean athletes will compete in 5 disciplines, making this the largest

North Korean delegation in Winter Olympic history.

On Saturday... the inspection team plans to check out accommodation facilities in Seoul

for the 30-member taekwondo demonstration team that Pyongyang agreed to send for the

games, as well as the concert hall of a local broadcasting station.

They will head back to North Korea on Saturday afternoon.

With the North Korean women's ice hockey team already in the South,... other North Korean

athletes are expected to arrive in South Korea on February 1st, while the art troupe will

arrive on February 6th.

Cheerleaders, members of the taekwondo demonstration team and journalists are scheduled to arrive

on February 7th.

Dealing with winter blues. - Duration: 7:19.

Hi all.

Here we are in the middle of winter.

What I find very interesting with the people coming into the offices is the fact that there

is a amylase, a laziness, a distancing from oneself and many of the people who come in

have not lost any significant weight and the reason they have not lost significant weight

is the fact that they are suddenly struggling.

It's not news, the days are still short, the days are still cold, warmth and food and comfort

and these are the kinds of things that underlying it all cause us to have resistance to doing

what we need to do to lose weight.

Remember the underlying principle: There is a little child who's five years old, who lives

inside you, when the pressures of life impinge on you and you feel closed in that child is

unable to do the one thing that it lives for.

To bring fun and joy into your life and that child is only five years old and it wants

what it wants when it wants it.

It wants it now, it doesn't want to hear any excuses and because it's only five years old

it has no understanding of consequences.

If you are only happy for a moment that child within you is satisfied and remember: the

satisfaction doesn't have to have any length of time, it just wants to do its job.

Now, why waste the week or two or three because of the weather, because of the cold, because

of the wanting comfort, because you want to escape from the pressures?

Use the magic protocol but understand something critically important: You are responsible,

you are in charge.

The magic protocol works simply because of the fact that when you put in step three,

the candy in your mouth, it prevents you from cheating.

Simple, works but you have to put the candy in your mouth.

You are the one who is in charge and there are many comfort reasons that it doesn't happen

and that's why I come back again and again to telling you that this connect occurs because

you only think it, you don't verbalise, you don't say it.

When you verbalise as the adult and the child that you're thinking of cheating you state

you bring it into the real world and once you bring it into the real world it's more

difficult to ignore.

When you do the Chi-Gong breathing there are resistances there because you have to take

the time to do it and you're under pressure but I've proved to you time and time again

that the few minutes that you take out are not going to impact negatively on your day

and everything that you need to do you're going to get done.

So simply do three Chi-Gong breaths because they centre you, they focus you, they relax

you and they're evidence that you are in charge.

Then step three: you take the candy in your hand.

I've recommended that you use something strong because the ambivalence is there and you don't

want to fight it so when you take that candy and put it in your mouth and say I am using

you to substitute for the cheat which I want but I'll only be happy for a moment.

If I use this substitute it'll be giving me something and we'll be moving me along the

road to where I really want to be.

Here is the key: putting that candy in your mouth is critical, it's the difference between

being passive in your own life and being pro-active.

Many of you on different levels have been passive and have felt victimised.

The only thing you can control is yourself by taking this candy, putting it in your mouth

and say: I'm using you for a substitute.

Gives you back control.

Do it, verbalise it and let me hear the results.

Sometimes not only the inner values matter.

In case of the Bcon, the exterior should fit, too.

We once looked over the shoulder of our Designer.

And visited Philip, 3D artist,

already back in October 2017.

What a designer is doing all-day long, you'll see now.

My name is Philip Klich.

I am 3D artist and in charge to develop the shape of the device

the Bcon.

And I am not allowed to look into the camera.

A big challenge has been that the design of the product should correspond to its logo.

We tried to use elements of the logo and make them recognizable immediately in the general form.

To get that right, took quite some time.

The limited size of the Bcon meant that we don't have much space for a lot of buttons or switches.

Thus, we decided to use just one button, but 3 different states of LED to explain the functionality.

I think the Bcon has enormous potential – not only in gaming but in different areas like creative industries.

Wherever one possibly needs a 3rd hand, the Bcon would be a big relief.

For me as 3D artist, my bread and butter is speed - to work quickly.

To achieve it, I am using many different shortcuts and I think that the Bcon can be a big help.

Quite a lot is planned for the future, like a range of

product renderings, promotion videos or packaging.

The Bcon becomes a success if it enriches the experience of the player...

...and increases the fun!

That's how it was back then – in the meantime we've advanced quite a bit.

Yes, the design won't change much any more.

We find the diamond-look quite phat.

Hi guys it's dabeen

This is a fashion haul.

I think it's my second fashion haul video.

I made it because so many of you guys have been asking me

about the clothes and earrings I wear in my videos.

so that's why I made this haul video.

Hope you enjoy it.

Let's get started!

First of all, earrings!

The reason why I do earrings first is because I wanna try them asap.

Because some of them I've never tried before.

Tada~

They're so beautiful.

I definitely love those accessories which twinkle.

Those are from an online mall called "MUR'MURER".

There are so many beautiful products on this website.

You can have a look at it.

It's not so cheap, though.

But you can get a unique and wonderful jewelries here.

At first, look at this one that I'm rightnow wearing.

Soooo Beautiful

It's quite unique, fancy and gorgeous.

It's gold overall

and has a pearl and blue color jewels here.

There's one thing that I don't like about it.

It takes so much time wearing this earring

because this is circled and the gap it too small.

Aside from it, I like it so much and wear it almost everyday.

The second one is quite interesting one.

It's shaped like this. Let me wear it.

OMG it's so pretty.

This is the first time I try this, and, Can you see that?

This is less brighter than the first one,

it's kind of natural I think.

And It seems a little like my hair. (Joke)

I think girls with black hair might like it more.

White and black stones are here.

I said jewels must be twinkling and shiny.

For clothes, I don't like splendid, complicated ones,

but for those accessories I like those shiny ones.

This is pretty, too.

Each side has different shapes.

Anyway I like it.

I think it pairs well with plain black or just white blouses.

I think it makes my face much brighter.

Those pearls are also the reason why I like it because I love pearls,

It seems a little like bugs but it's in fact quite beautiful.

I believe it's good to wear in daily lives.

I mean it's not too fancy.

Isn't it pretty?

And I actually wear it a lot daily.

Then, this one may not pair well with the knit I'm wearing now,

But anyway I bought it to wear on some special days.

It's so fancy and beautiful

so many flowers are here.

someone who love flowers might like it

I think it will also be a great present for whom like accessories.

but I guess I'm not gonna wear it so often.

I will put on it on some special days.

Till now

were the products from "MUR'MURER"

now I'll show you earrings i bought from Jimong-shop.

This is the first one

I did'nt like it perfectly because there are so many pearls and only pearls on it

But after I got this and tried it,

I got to like it.

I wore it on my 'glasses makeup tutorial'

and you told me that you liked it.

If you like this 'heart' shape, you will probably like it.

it's not so special, I mean it's kind of common,

but you can wear it day by day.

This is the last one.

it is also from jimong shop.

You may feel that there are always so many products from one same shopping mall

That's because I usually shop in one mall and buy a lot at once.

So I introduce you products from just a few malls.

anyway, back to the earrings,

This one has a heart shape too

but it has a another green one here,

which makes the look seem much gorgeous.

I think it will go along well with blouses.

or maybe shirts.

shirts with no other patterns on it.

Then I showed you all the earrings.

I will put on the other side and

introduce some clothes I bought these days.

I like this earring the most

and then is it, which was the first one.

For clothes, the first one is a mustang jacket.

It was the first time for me to buy a mustang

because I actually didn't like mustang at all.

It seems to be heavy,

and make people look dull.

I think I felt like this because most of mustangs are thick

heavy, and

so many decorations on it.

but i tried to buy it

and I liked it because

unlike other mustangs,

it has a simple design.

Most of the mustangs have diagonal zips,

but this one doesn't.

And it seemed to be very warm

and I liked the color as well

It's brown, chocolate.

The sleeves look like this

and not so many decorations.

But there's one thing I don't like about it.

When I zip it, the lower part has a big space left.

so you can wear it like this

or you can fasten like this.

Then the second one it this one.

You may have seen it before

because I wore it on my 'watsons haul' video.

I tied ribbon fast

so it's not so pretty now

But Anyway

i recomand this knit.

it's quite girlish and i like it.

I sincerely love to wear blouses

but you know

it's too cold in winter to wear blouses

so Ibought this knit sweater

which looked like a blouse

And it was a success.

It pairs well with skirts,

jeans, skinnys, or

even with slacks

And that's another reason

why I like this one.

sleeves are designed like this.

and it reaches here, kind of short.

The next one

It's an argyle knit.

It's so soft

and has a really good color

The main point of this sweater

is defenitely this argyle design,

and also this blue color might be the second main point.

I mean it's not a common blue.

It's kind of cobalt, but a little deeper.

It's loose and very soft.

Sleeve is designed like this.

So I guess everyone can wear it beautifully,

and it's very warm.

I am really sensitive to cold,

So I only wear this kind of warm sweaters in winter,

even though i love blouses and shirt, I can't put on them on these days.

So when I put on those cardigan or sweaters,

I usually layering some other clothers in it.

So from now

let me introduce some t shirts which are really good for layering.

I changed my clothes several times,

so my hair is now so messy

Anyway

This is a t-shirt

which fits to the body.

This neck-line part is designed like this

To tell the truth, it has been stretched (since i wore it for so many times)

The sleeves look like waves, too

It is quite tight for me

so I usually wear it as just an inner-wear.

It's so pretty to wear it inside your sweaters

So please try it.

The next one is this one.

It seems alike the former one,

but I actually like this one more

And I wanna recommand you to buy this one.

The former one is beautiful really,

but this one is better because

it's beautiful, comfortable, and even

thick and warm.

The important thing it taht

It's thick but doesn't make you look fat.

I wear it sometimes just by itself.

I mean I don't have to cover my body

putting another clothes on it.

And this neck-line is so pretty.

And also those sleeves.

So I recommand it a lot,

and my friends said it's pretty when she first saw my wearing this t-shirt.

There are only good things about this tee

It's soft, warm, and beautiful.

I think this is the last one.

It's a cardigan.

As you can see on the secreen,

It's zigzag shape.

This is the main good thing about this cardigan.

It pairs well with plain t-shirts,

or any other plain ones

and also with those inner-wears I suggested today.

It's quite thick

And it's also very soft

And warm .

I wear it almost day by day

And It's really good to match other outer wears,

and it makes the look seem much cuter.

And the last one is what i wore at the first.

I have a lot of knit(sweaters) because it's too cold.

It's twist shape like this

It's big and loose

It makes people in it seem slim.

I thought those 'twist knits' make people seem much fat

but this one doesn't.

It's warm and has a nice fit shape.

And also it's quite long

it reaches my bottom hip.

And I like those two stirpes here.

I graduated from high school a long time ago,

And i believe those stripes seem like school uniform and make me seem like a student.

And That's it.

All of those clothese are pretty and cheap

So I belive you guys can also try them.

Well, we took Melle to Efteling when he was two years old.

We first used to spend hours in the Fairytale Forest.

For the first years we never went anywhere else but the Fairytale Forest.

At one point, when Melle was six years old, we went to Raveleijn.

He sat there watching, open-mouthed and shouting along.

He loved the horses and the dragon.

So then, of course, we had to buy a costume for at home.

Since then, everything is about Raveleijn at home.

A fixed route? Yes, we always did the same.

We always started at the Fairytale Forest and then went straight on to Carnaval Festival.

Then to Raveleijn and Droomvlucht.

That was the route we always took in the park.

The only things we still skip... are the roller coasters.

And why do we skip them?

Because they're really scary.

Melle and roller coasters isn't a good combination, but all the rest is great.

Anything with a story.

It's quite hectic with both parents having a busy job and three children.

In Efteling, we turn off our phones and they don't have iPads,

and we get totally caught up in a kind of fairytale world, where the outside world does not matter.

So you can really get away and that's great.

What I also like is that the experience carries on for a few weeks when you leave the park.

We often buy CDs or books here and then the children read in the car.

Or they watch a series or a video on the YouTube Efteling channel.

That way they stay completely engrossed in the world of Efteling.

I started working at Efteling when I was 13 years old.

I worked at the Steam carousel and the Python roller coaster and I was a lifeguard.

Then I did all sorts of odd jobs in the holidays and I really enjoyed doing that.

One person does that by frying Dutch mini pancakes and the other by devising stories.
