hi friends today I'm going to show you a super delicious quick and easy chicken
wings recipe I have added the twist by adding the smoked flavor to them they
are very easy to make with minimal ingredients I have also made this mint
dip to go with the chicken wings these are really yummy and very delicious
let's look at the ingredients
I have taken here about fifteen or sixteen chicken wings and I have removed
the skin from each of these so they looked like these
half cup of chopped mint leaves half cup of chopped coriander leaves two
teaspoons of red chili and garlic paste you can use any brand I have used this
one one teaspoon of black pepper salt to taste 1 TSP of turmeric 3 teaspoons of
cumin and coriander powder 3 teaspoons of ginger-garlic paste the piece that I
have made I made it a little thicker not exactly a paste
two to three teaspoons of lemon juice and about 1/4 cup of rice flour the
first thing we are gonna do is take a wide plate and marinate our chicken
wings so start off by adding our fresh herbs add the coriander
mint leaves
red chilli garlic paste black pepper
cumin and coriander powder turmeric ginger garlic thick paste lemon juice
and salt to taste now remove all your finger rings and get your hands dirty
and mix all the ingredients really well in the chicken wings marinate them well
and cover them and keep them aside for half an hour or so once chicken marinate
let's make our mint dip we need chopped mint chopped coriander and a small piece
of ginger salt to taste
two tablespoons of ricotta cheese
two tablespoons of whole milk yogurt you can use any brand this is the one that I
have used all we have to do is take all the ingredients and put them in a
grinder so I had one by one and give enough space for the to mix well in the
grinder look at that lovely green color that has come to our main tip now let's
take it out in a serving bowl
the min tape is now ready you can garnish it with some coriander leaves
now the chicken has marinated well for the past hour or so I'm going to take
off the lid and start sprinkling the rice flour on one side and similarly do
it on the other side this is to give our bangs a nice crispy flavor you don't
want to add too much just enough to coat them well toss the chicken wings with
the rice flour just like this
chicken wings are ready now to be fried let's take a nonstick pan and put it on
a medium-high flame add about four to five teaspoons of oil spread the oil
across now start adding the chicken wings to the pan just add enough that it
will give you space to move around don't add too much now give them a little toss
and cover them and cook it on one side for about five to seven minutes after
about seven minutes or so we are going to turn each of the wings and also cook
it on the other side
careful while turning them you don't want to remove any of their marinade or
the covering so do it carefully
now cover and let it cook on the other side as well for about five to seven
minutes after about seven minutes or so turn them on the other side the side on
which it's not cooked or has not touched the pan again do it carefully use a
spoon or a fork if you need to just like I'm doing it after about two to three
minutes turn the chicken wings to the side that has not touched the pan and
let them cook on that side for a few minutes again
now cover them and let it cook for about two to three minutes after about three
minutes or so the chicken wings are almost ready toss them around are the
sides that you feel need to be cooked a little bit but you don't need to cover
it anymore just turn around the wings that need to
be changed and then your chicken wings are pretty much ready if you like you
can also add some food color to them to look them like really red but I have
kept them natural now the chicken wings are ready this is our first batch so
take them out in a plate now let's go ahead and cook our second batch
similarly take out the remaining cooked material had two teaspoons of oil and
fry our second batch
you're gonna follow the same process that we did for the first batch so turn
it toss it and cook them let's check our meat you see that the meat falls off
easily let's check one more piece just to make sure and you notice that this
one to the meat comes off easily now what I'm doing is to impart that smoky
flavor to the wings I am taking a charcoal and burning it on the flame so
takes about 4 to 5 minutes and they will turn really red and hard go ahead and
switch off the flame the charcoal is ready now our second batch is also well
cooked go ahead and add the wings from the first batch to the pan make some
space in the middle and switch off the flame what we're gonna do now is take
that hot charcoal put it in the middle and add a teaspoon of coconut oil to it
you can add any fat I have taken coconut oil cover it immediately you want to
make sure that all those smoky flavors transfer to our chicken rings let it sit
for about change of in it 15 minutes just like that I cannot wait to eat
those chicken rings mmm now open and check you will feel the flavors in the
whole room now go ahead and take out that charcoal carefully
our chicken wings are now ready serve them hard they look so yummy and super
tempting take a small bowl and serve the main tip
