Youtube daily report Feb 2 2018

This is extra weight, I don`t need this. Hello guys, ItsAMe Gabriel, I`m here to welcome

you to another episode of... How Long For That 6 Pack.

Oh my God, I`m a sexy beast! Check it out. So, today is biceps, let`s go.

Hello everyone, today is the last episode of the 1st week, I`m super excited because

I`ve done all the exercises on this week, not all of them but the majority, I took the

1st step so it`s amazing. I didn`t have as much of an evolution but it`s the 1st week,

so it`s normal, I`m not worried about that. My upper body is still hurting from the first

exercise I did, the chest routine I did, it was a pretty killer chest routine because

I tried to go directly to the intermediary level and I`m at the beginner level.

Today I`ll try to do a biceps routine which I hope I can do it even though my upper body

is still hurting a little bit. I`ll do every kind of stretching and warming up exercise

there is to really be able to do it, so let`s see if I can do it or not.

Let`s begin, I`ve just begun by relaxing and not doing anything particularly. I`m doing

just like Phoebe on Friends, if you saw you know what I`m talking about.

Here I`m just doing some basic stretching and warming up exercise in order to be able

to do anything, it`s good for your health. Subscribe!

I learned to do these exercises because I had some trouble with my back when I was younger

and I had to go to a chiropractor, someone that takes care of other people`s back, they

got your back. So she taught me these exercises and it`s really good.

This machine it hurts a lot at the hands

level because it doesn`t have the squeezy nice thing to touch so it might be because

of that why I can`t do many pull-ups right now, so I bought some gloves and they`ll be

arriving in 2 days. I really don`t think I have the good technique

for this one, I really don`t, I`m gonna google it. My feet keep sliding.

3 Wide Pull-ups, hell no! I know I can`t do this, I know I can`t,

I tried. I can`t do this right now. Should I try it?

At least once I should try just to be sure I can`t do this right now, perhaps next week.

Ok, I`ll try it. I`ll try to do one, I have to do 3 but I`ll

aim for 1. It`s better than nothing.

I don`t have my working out gloves, what do you want me to do?

I can`t pull up, not even a centimeter, that`s the reality. I accept it, I embrace it, next

week I`ll be able to do it. Oh, the 1st I had to do was a negative chin ups

and not chin-ups, a negative chin-up is the one that you start on top and go down

as softly as you can. I changed but it doesn`t matter.

Scratchy scratchy. 3 out of 4, that`s okay, okay!?

I know that I`m supposed to do 4 cycles but let`s aim for 3.

For calisthenics, you need to know that the 1st week is just to have a little bit more

blood flowing around just so your body remembers that you still have those muscles and that

you still use them, you don`t need to do everything but just do some things to keep the ball rolling,

it`s like a snowball, it starts small and it grows.

I really like calisthenics, I didn`t know it was a type of working out, I really didn`t,

before when I was 17 I used to go to the gym, I really enjoyed it, lifting weight and all

of that and then one of my cousins introduced me to calisthenics and that`s where I found

out these exercises where I didn`t need to go to the gym anymore and it was pretty cool

for me, because in the gym you go to bodybuild, to grow your muscles and be big and at that

time I didn`t really see the point of getting big, I just wanted to get strong, so that`s

why I chose to do calisthenics, I don`t want to get big, I want to get strong.

Let`s think in the future, 6 weeks from now I think I`ll already be in shape and I`ll

have the 6 pack. Will I be able to do it? No idea, but I hope so.

I`ll be able to do it.

The next week I`ll go to the nutritionist so she teaches me what to eat and what not

to eat, for me the most important thing is to go to the nutritionist because when you

start working out you just care about the exercises but if you don`t eat well and just

eat junk food you`ll have a really hard time working out.

I talk from experience because the 1st time I started working out I searched for a nutritionist

and she really passed me a good diet, it was back when I was in Brazil and it went really

well and it improved my workouts. It made a huge difference for me.

So I really advise anyone that`s starting to work out to go search for a nutritionist.

That`s all the exercises I did, a total of 33 repetitions.

We`re done for today, let`s say we`re done. Tomorrow is the weekend so I`ll be able to

rest for a few days so I hope that on Monday I`ll be able to come back full power.

See you guys.

Death in Hawaii "I do it for me" || Cover by Amnesia García - Duration: 3:55.

I have fought with crocodiles

I have balanced on a wire carrying more than 500 kg

I have traveled around the world in less than a second

I have crossed 100 labyrinths and never once gotten confused

I breathe both in and out of water like seals

I am fireproof, I catch bullets in my mouth

My creativity flies like airplanes

I can build a brain without reading the instructions

I speak all the languages of all the alphabets

I have more vocabulary than any dictionary

I have the sight of an eagle, the smelling prowess of a dog

I can walk barefoot on iron nails

I am immune to death

I don't need blessings, because I always have good luck

Come with me for a walk in the park Because I have more stories to tell than García Marquez

(in the original song says "for you") For me, everything I do, I do for me.

It is because I bring out the best in me

I am everything I am Because I am all I want.

For me, everything I do, I do for me.

It is because I bring out the best in me

I am everything I am Because I am all I want.

I can jump rope with only one leg

I can see in the dark without using a lantern

I cook what I want, I am a great chef

I have sex 24/7, all month long

I can blow the gray clouds away so you I have a good day

Also, I know how to communicate telepathically

For me, I cross borders without a visa And I can bring out a smile from even the Mona Lisa

For me, I breathe before I die

For me, I go to church and listen to the whole mass without sleeping

I am still the king, although I don't have a kingdom

My sweat smells like perfume and my hair is never disheveled

I know how to fight all the martial arts

Also, I know how to communicate with animals

As more time goes by, I look younger

And I composed this song without listening, like Beethoven

For me, everything I do, I do for me.

It is because I bring out the best in me

I am everything I am

Because I am all I want.

For me, everything I do, I do for me :D

It's becouse I bring out the best in me

I am everything I am

Becouse I am all I want (L)

Baraam barabarabarabara bara baum... Ok it's a joke haha

For me... everything I do, I do for me

It,s becouse I bring out the best in me

I am everything I am

It's becouse I am all I want

For me...

and now you will ask, What does this all mean?

Why is everything "for me"? what an egocentric!

I think we have to learn to love ourselves and to do all these incredible things

for ourselves and for our own happiness

and when we learn to do these things we can do them for other people

and be happy doing them!

Well, I hope you liked the version and forgive my mistakes

I did it with good intention and with all the love of the world

Art and health for all

sh*t, I don't know how to turn this off

How WNBA Star Nneka Ogwumike Invests In Herself | Kneading Dough S. 1 E. 5 - Duration: 8:59.

[Jay-Z's "Dead Presidents 3"]

- [singing] High school graduates,

straight to the league,

I ain't waiting for my knee to blow.

Yesterday I was needin' this dough.

Get it? I was kneadin' this dough.

[music continues]

[song fades]

- Nneka, thank you for coming

on "Kneading Dough" with me.

Pleasure to have you on.

- Thanks for having me.

- You've been such a successful

athlete and basketball player,

and obviously also successful off the court.

I mean, four consecutive Final Fours.

You won the Championship in the WNBA and

the EuroLeague title in '16. - Yeah.

- So congratulations on all your success.

At what point did you realize like,

"Whoa, I can earn a living playing basketball"?

- Well, I didn't realize it till, like,

you know, halfway through my senior year of college.

- Re--that late? - Yeah.

Up until halfway through my last year,

I was just convinced, I was like,

"Okay, let me--let me go into a post bacc--

"baccalaureate program, and get my pre-med out of the way

and see what I can do."

Then as the year that I had started going,

I was like, "Oh." I mean, it was mostly Chiney.

Chiney was like, "You can do this!

- [laughs] - And so--

and so I was like, "Okay.

You're right. I can."

And, um, things just kind of fell into place.

I prepared myself.

I graduated early. - Yep.

- So I was able to enter the draft

and smooth my way on into WNBA.

- And your parents just were kind of like,

"If this is what you..." Did they have a--opinion on it?

- Um, I mean, they were supportive, you know?

There wasn't any pushback.

We've had family members that have played professionally.

Um, but they also saw it as

you know, a way for me to make a really great living.

- Yep. - Um.

Even going into WNBA, we still weren't completely

knowledgeable about overseas play.

So that was another thing for me

that I didn't truly understand either.

But we obviously knew the discrepancy in, um, pay...

- Of course. - When it comes to--yeah--

women and men, but yeah. - Huge discrepancy.

And talking about that discrepancy,

obviously the max in the WNBA

is somewhere around $110,000-whatever.

And the minimum in the NBA

is like five times that.

And you're, obviously, the president of the union

in the WNBA, which is fantastic.

Congratulations, by the way. - Thank you.

- Like, how do we work to keep closing that gap?

And how does that make you feel when you think about that?

- Uh, I mean, I feel like we have a lot of work to do.

But I also feel as though, you know,

we're--what, I think, 21 years in?

- Yep.

- It's still quite young. - Very young, yeah.

- You know, it's still quite young.

Um, but I think that

it's getting better. - Yep.

- And once you get more people,

more eyes on us, more ears on us,

it'll bring more businesses

and, you know, more private entities

that want to put in and, um, really help support us.

- WNBA players, a lot of them, have to do a lot of things

to generate income in other ways.

What are some of the things that

they have to do to earn money?

- I think that's the beautiful thing about our league, is that

uh, a major majority of us have degrees.

And so you have people that own franchises;

you have people that have started their own businesses.

I mean, some--some-- some of the women in our league

have hair lines, uh, ice cream stores.

- Wow. - And they're, um,

working in different companies,

interning--even for the NBA, and stuff like that.

And so you have a lot of

very ambitious women in the league.

Obviously because of us being able to

experience overseas, experience a different life

in a different area, it really broadens our horizon.

And that allows for some really colorful experiences.

- Now, are there players, yourself or others,

who are making more from their overseas salary

than WNBA salary?

- I mean, I would think almost everyone.

- Most everyone is? - It's funny because

when people see me here in LA, they're like,

"Oh, you play for the Sparks. You're back in season."

- [soft laugh] - And they're like,

"So where are you in the off-season?"

And I'm like, "I-- well, I live in Russia."

Like, they ask me where I live. I'm like, "I live in Russia."

And they're like, "What do you mean?"

I'm like, "I'm there for seven months." That's where I live.

That's where I make, you know, a bulk of my living.

- Talking about, like, business off the court,

have you made investments and started investing

the money that you make, and do--do you have time to do it?

- Oh, yeah, um.

I guess the first investment

I made in myself was when we first came in.

And, you know, they give us rookie orientation.

They told us about 401K. So I've maxed out my 401K.

Every year, it's maxed out. - Every year you max it out?

- Yeah. Every year it's maxed out. So then--

I think they match it to the quarter,

they match a quarter to the dollar, something like that.

- Wow, the league does? - Yeah.

- That's amazing. - Yeah.

So by the time I get out, I'll be good.

That was kind of, I guess you could say, my first investment.

And then my parents helped me, um, invest a few things.

What do you think, to this point, has been

the best decision you've made, business-wise?

- Not buying a car.

- You don't own a car? - Mm-mm.

- Never owned a car? - Mm-mm.

Well, I mean, I did when I was in high school,

but my parents bought it.

- Yeah, but as a professional? - Yeah, mm-mm.

I'm not gonna buy a car till I have a house,

and I don't have a house, so.

- Oh--that's a good... - Where am I gonna park it?

- That's a great piece of advice.

- Yeah. - No car until you get a house?

- Yeah.

- So how do you get back and forth to practice?

- I mean, they set us up with rentals, so.

- Oh, so you get a rental.

- And there are moments when, like,

I'm driving into Staples and, like,

I see my teammates with their cars

and I'm, like, driving in my rental...

- [laughs] - I got like a nice outfit on.

And I-- [laughter]

I come out of my rental car, and I'm just like, "Ugh."

Like, "Nneka, snap out of it. It's gonna be worth it."

But, um, I mean, there's no reason for me to have it.

I'm not home, so. - You're only here five months.

- Yeah, so.

- And then when you're in Russia,

they give you a rental also? - I have a driver in Russia.

- You have a driver? - Yeah.

- The team provides you a driver?

- Yeah, the team provides a driver.

- Well, that's cool. - Yeah.

But I like driving myself.

- Do you really? - Yeah.

I--like, that's the--that's the number one thing I miss

when I come back, is driving myself.

- You're ready to get-- back in your rental?

- Yeah--yeah back in my rental. - [laughs]

- Exactly. [laughter]

- And is there any advice, like, that you've learned

from your parents and also, now being a professional,

that you would give to, like, rookies in your sport

or women that are coming in and turning pro just now?

- Yes.

Um, when it comes to managing your finances,

I feel like there's always two extremes.

It's like, "Whoo, drop bands on it."

- [laughs] - Or...

"I'm just gonna go get Chipotle

and then go back to my house."

- Yeah, yeah. - That--that's who I was.

And so once you start making more money,

you shouldn't get too carried away.

I just--I just really think that people--

you just gotta be smart, but at the same time,

I always tell people, you can't completely

cut yourself off from things that you want.

I think, here and there, you should treat yourself.

- Absolutely. - Yeah.

- And is there, like,

one guilty pleasure restaurant that's really expensive

or one meal that you just always have to have

or any purchase that's like... - Yeah.

- A thing you can't stop doing?

- Yeah, I guess you could say,

when I'm in Russia, I always go to Nobu.

- [laughs] - Always.

I always go to Nobu.

- By yourself, or you take people?

- I go with my teammates.

I don't pay for other people. [laughter]

I pay for myself, but... - Got it.

- You know, I always go to Nobu.

- Always go to Nobu? - Yeah.

- You can't stop? - No.

- No matter how expensive the raw fish is?

- I'ma get that crispy rice every time.

[laughter]

- And last question.

You obviously have thought about retirement.

Have you thought about life after basketball and

what you want to do and what you're thinking about doing?

- Yes, um, I want to go back to school.

Um, I've thought about it a long time,

and I want-- I think I want to get

a master's in public relations.

And I would like to involve myself, um,

maybe in the sports world again.

Maybe as like a president... - Of a club?

- Yeah, of a club, or even the league, you never know.

- Yep. - Yeah.

- And, you know-- I was at dinner last night

and I happened to see Michael Strahan.

I was explaining, uh,

to the people I was with that he was so smart because

he's--people didn't realize-- I didn't realize--is

he was setting himself up... - Yeah.

- Long before he retired, for what he's doing.

Have you started doing that, like,

as you want to be a president of a club,

have you started sending those signals and messages

and learning what a president's job is?

- I'm starting now,

um, picking brains,

networking, staying connected.

Obviously getting your face out there is--

is what's most important.

And so once you get your face out there,

you have to have people remember your face.

And so I'm really trying my best to, um,

just be in as many places as I can,

and also, um, respecting

what other people bring to the job as well,

because by the time I get to where I want to go,

I don't want to just mimic someone.

I want to be able to bring what I can bring.

So I try my best to, um, involve myself.

And I think being president of the union

really helps that too.

EASY CRAFT PROJECT! ✂️ DIY Fabric Lampshade FT TERIAL MAGIC | SEWING REPORT - Duration: 4:12.

We're making a very special DIY project using fabric

welcome to the Sewing Report I'm Jennifer Moore helping you discover your love of

sewing we're gonna go a little bit in the crafting department in this episode

by making this fun easy DIY fabric lampshade great home decor project you

can see I have kind of themed mine for Valentine's Day but you don't have to

use hard shapes you can use any fabric shape you want I've also filled my lamp

base with conversation hearts but you can also do your own thing you can use

any lamp base any lamp shade and really customize it for your own decorating

style for the project for using something called Terial Magic it's a

fabric stabilizer that really helped me get this paper like consistency from

fabric and the company is sponsoring this video so thank you very much terial

magic for making this one possible let's get started with the project get a

lampshade and lamp base you can repurpose old ones or start with new

ones I've also got terial magic fabric this is a great scrap buster you need

several pieces I'm using some fat quarters these are mostly from violet

crafts Brambleberry Ridge collection pinks and golds also thrown in a little

bit of cotton and steel foam mounting tape and conversation hearts first

snacking I mean because I've got a fillable lamp base terial magic is a

spray fabric stabilizer that stops fraying and gives materials a firmer

hand it is temporary and washes out so it's best to use on machine washable

fabrics only three simple steps to use this stuff spray let air dry until damp

then iron don't mix used and unused solution together once you've treated

the fabric it's time to cut out lots of shapes in various sizes

I chose hearts and used my super ancient Cricut expression to cut them out to

help the fabric stick to the cutting mat I sprayed the pieces with some quilt

basting spray you don't need a fancy cutting machine though tracing out

shapes and cutting them with scissors works just as well if you've got the

time now start sticking the harpes to the lampshade one by one working your

way from the larger to smaller shapes

the foam mounting tape gives some dimension to the layers for a bit more

permanence you can spray the lampshade with matte acrylic onto the lamp base

this is a fillable one and I'm dumping candy into mine with a little help from

an empty paper towel roll

so check it out you can also switch out the shade on to other bases for

different looks

thank you so much for watching I hope you enjoyed this fun easy project using

up lots of those fabric scraps if you enjoyed the video feel free to give it

that thumbs up and subscribe to the sewing report for lots more videos like

this and if you are interested in picking up some of this terial magic

fabric stabilizer i'm linking it below I'll see you guys next time

Sand Planet (Dune) - Hatsune Miku (Subtitles cc) Magical Mirai 2017 - Duration: 4:00.

Thunder flies back and forth in an empty sand pit

A life eroded by worthless sounds

No grass will grow for the next millennium, it's a "sand planet" (Dune)

In such a state, it's our destiny to be worn down

Unable to get anywhere, a satellite crashes

Filled with no entry signs, it's a "sand planet" (Dune)

Lazily walking all around, a prayer reached at last

If you're still alive, then respond to me...

Yeah, another day the sun goes down

Which means until it's back to normal, bye bye bye

If something comes to mind, then walk,

So you don't leave behind any regrets

Yeah, the sky's cleaved by a thunderstorm

A rumble echoes, and it's bye bye bye

Let's be friends for just a little longer, this time...

Come to think of it, today is our happy birthday

Let's decorate things just the way we want it

Surrounding a cake full of sweetness

Let's sing a song

Salute before the graves of the masses,

Yes, the life that was born of the melt sensation

Let's hurry before this well dries up,

And leave this place...

Hey, hey, hey, you and me, wanna rendezvous?

In this long abandoned desert, what do you think about?

Right now, pah papah, come leaping out, my hero

Please, save us who are so lost...

Let's blast off, further now,

Hip hip hooray and ready set go

That dance hall, the back of the mosaik

Out of place artifacts of the Archaeozoic

With your raygun, go bang ba bang bang

Boys and girls, sing of the hope you find

Astounding, revolutionary, unprecedented memories, in electronic sounds

Puzzlement, grief, anger, madness, a prayer reached at last

If your heart remains, undying, then respond, it's urgent...

Yeah, no doubt it's still boys don't cry,

Which means until we can make up, bye bye bye

If you remember something, tell me,

That song like a confused dream

Yeah, dancing in the air, a laser beam

Once you point to the distance, it's bye bye bye

Lead us to the castle in the sky...

Sing and dance, happy birthday

Let's plant an apple tree in the desert

Turn it on its head, alright, bye bye

After this, someone else can do as they will

Sing and dance, happy birthday

Let's plant an apple tree in the desert

Turn it on its head, alright, bye bye

After this, someone else can do as they will

Yeah, another day the sun goes down

Which means until it's back to normal, bye bye bye

Réflexions sur le monde et la conscience - Ma philosophie #1 - Duration: 1:09.

What is the World?

That is the question.

You don't know, I don't know

We can only imagine the answer.

Now, I give you my point of view.

What is the World?

The World,

Some persons see it as

The Planet

I think the World is more than that.

When we use the word "World",

It refers at what is around us.

What is around us, is our Consciousness,

Because...

Consciousness allows us to see

What is around us.

So, the World is what is around us.

What allows us to be conscious,

What allowed us to be conscious

Our World, is everything

Each atom, each particle, each molecule,

Each living beings, each planet

Everything.

I chose hearts and used my super ancient Cricut expression to cut them out to

help the fabric stick to the cutting mat I sprayed the pieces with some quilt

basting spray you don't need a fancy cutting machine though tracing out

shapes and cutting them with scissors works just as well if you've got the

time now start sticking the harpes to the lampshade one by one working your

way from the larger to smaller shapes

the foam mounting tape gives some dimension to the layers for a bit more

permanence you can spray the lampshade with matte acrylic onto the lamp base

this is a fillable one and I'm dumping candy into mine with a little help from

an empty paper towel roll

so check it out you can also switch out the shade on to other bases for

different looks

thank you so much for watching I hope you enjoyed this fun easy project using

up lots of those fabric scraps if you enjoyed the video feel free to give it

that thumbs up and subscribe to the sewing report for lots more videos like

this and if you are interested in picking up some of this terial magic

fabric stabilizer i'm linking it below I'll see you guys next time

it's gonna look terrible it's gonna look so bad and wait what

what Oh No what's good on okay um this this is not going how I envisioned it I

thought that I would be able to stand here stand here I'm not even standing

what is wrong with me okay I am gonna go and look we're just all so cute and I

will talk to you later you have fun if you have any ideas of who I should try

to do it it's not gonna look like I'm okay you know that but anyway let me

know and I will talk to you later bye

UFO Legacy What Impact Will Revelation of Secret Government - Duration: 11:50.

UFO Legacy What Impact Will Revelation of Secret Government Program Have

by Leonard David

Believers in aliens visiting Earths friendly skies via Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs)

couldnt ask for more: A secretive government group backed by federal black money,

a talkative former U.S. military intelligence official, fighter-jet video of odd objects

doing out-of-this-world maneuvers and a space mogul purportedly housing leftovers of unidentified

aerial craft.

It all has the feel of sliding open a top drawer in a new X-Files TV episode.

Yes, the truth is out there, a maxim made all the stranger by reports last month

by both The New York Times and Politico Magazine of the secretive Advanced Aviation Threat

Identification Program, or AATIP for short.

Along with the reporting, a video was released by the Department of Defense showing a 2004

encounter near San Diego involving two Navy F/A-18F fighter jets and an unknown object.

[UFO Watch: 8 Times the Government Looked for Flying Saucers]

BEHIND THE SCENES

AATIP was originated by then-United States Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.),

who garnered taxpayer dollars to start the program in 2007, along with the support of

the late senators Daniel Inouye (D-Hawaii) and Ted Stevens (R-Alaska).

But behind the scenes is Robert Bigelow of Bigelow Aerospace, a Harry Reid political

donor in Nevada.

A hefty chunk of the AATIPs $22 million budget over five years was reportedly given

to Bigelows company to hire subcontractors and carry out research for the program.

Now toss into the mix Luis Elizondo, the former intelligence officer who ran the AATIP, which

initially was under the wing of the Defense Intelligence Agency.

He resigned from the job last October, advising CNN post-departure that it was his personal

belief that there is very compelling evidence that we may not be alone.

Elizondo also told CNN that the craft studied by AATIP are displaying characteristics

that are not currently within the U.S. inventory nor in any foreign inventory that we are aware

of. [7 Things Most Often Mistaken for UFOs]

TURNING POINT

Jan Harzan, the executive director of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), sees the eye-opening

reporting as a turning point in the study of UFOs. He said his organization is excited

about the events beginning to unfold and feel[s] the public and everyone on this planet

should be as well.

MUFON has been investigating and researching the UFO phenomenon since 1969, Harzan said.

The groups analysis of over 100,000 UFO reports over the past five decades has shown

three things to be true, he has stated:

1.

UFOs are real

2.

UFOs represent extremely advanced technology

3.

Tremendous breakthroughs will happen if we make it safe for our scientists and engineers

to study this phenomenon unimpeded.

These breakthroughs involve the fields of propulsion, energy, communication, biology

and consciousness, to name just a few.

The recently released fighter-jet camera video of craft off the coast of San Diego is

just the tip of the iceberg, Harzan said.

Our military vaults are full of such videos and data on these objects.

Now that the spill gates have been opened a little, it is time for the rest to come

out in an orderly fashion, he added, and in so doing make it safe for our scientists

and engineers to study this phenomenon without fear of ridicule or retribution, but with

funding provided by Congress and private industry. [UFO Watch: 8 Times the Government Looked

for Flying Saucers]

NO NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT

The new revelation about the AATIP is evidence that the U.S. government has been researching

and taking this issue seriously for decades, despite claiming no interest in the phenomenon

since 1969, said Alejandro Rojas, spokesman for the Scientific Coalition for Ufology (SCU).

Indeed, between 1952 and its termination in 1969, the U.S. Air Forces official UFO-investigation

program, known as Project Blue Book, came to the following set of conclusions: No UFO

reported, investigated and evaluated by the Air Force has ever given any indication of

threat to our national security; there has been no evidence submitted to or discovered

by the Air Force that sightings categorized as unidentified represent technological

developments or principles beyond the range of present-day scientific knowledge; and there

has been no evidence indicating that sightings categorized as unidentified are extraterrestrial

vehicles.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY

Rojas endorses the scientific study of the UFO phenomenon and believes that all information

regarding unidentified aerial objects should be released so that the data can be properly

analyzed by the scientific community.

Remember, the U is for unidentified, not alien, said Rojas, who is also director

of operations for Open Minds Production.

We dont know what these things are, Rojas told Space.com.

Just because we get uncomfortable with the idea of aliens does not mean we should

not investigate when the people who pilot our most advanced technology say they encounter

something that outclasses their aircraft.

It would be highly negligent not to investigate. Another striking point in the recent disclosure,

Rojas added, is that the incidents are very similar to events that have been recorded

by the U.S. Air Force and other governments for decades.

TONE OF EVIDENCE

There is one head-scratcher: Why release this information now?

Some see it as a trial balloon to take the pulse of citizens reactions.

Is the public being set up for the really big news about alien visitors?

I cant say I know why things are coming out at this time, said Stanton Friedman,

a retired nuclear physicist and a long-time investigator and lecturer on the UFO phenomenon.

I appreciate the courage of those former officials who came forth, Friedman said.

He criticized debunkers who advocate listening for alien signalsbut ignore the tone of

evidence of alien visitors.

SMALL PROGRAM, LITTLE TO SHOW

Robert Sheaffer is a writer and one of the leading skeptical investigators of UFOs.

In his summary of recent events, Sheaffer notes that Robert Bigelow has been a strong

believer in UFOs and alien visitors all his life.

He was a campaign contributor to Sen. Reid and some of Reids causes and persuaded

Reid that the military budget ought to include funds for the study of UFOs.

the AATIP is a small program by Pentagon standards, Sheaffer said; it ultimately spent just $22

million over five years.

Who knew it apparently only takes three senators to set up a secret Pentagon project?

Sheaffer said.

Funding for the AATIP activity was discontinued in 2012, Sheaffer said, because it was

not producing any results, just reams of paper, although the investigation is reported to

still be continuing, but without funding, if that is possible.

They have only released two very blurry infrared videos of objects that appear to

be distant jets, without sufficient information to do a really good analysis of them, he

added.

So, ultimately, all you have are a few UFO believers in and outside government who

were able to get away with funneling a few million Pentagon dollars to themselves for

UFO research, and have very little to show for it. [Ten Alien Encounters Debunked]

Bigelow Aerospace president Robert Bigelow has a long-standing interest in UFOs.

UFO ARTIFACTS

Sheaffer said that what is really interesting is the statement in The New York Times story

that, under Bigelows direction, the aerospace company modified buildings in Las Vegas

for the storage of metal alloys and other materials that Mr. Elizondo and program contractors

said had been recovered from unidentified aerial phenomena.

If thats true, Bigelow supposedly has actual artifacts from UFOs, Sheaffer said, and

in fact has such a large quantity that he needs to modify his buildings to accommodate

them?

That is just utterly bizarre.

We need an explanation of exactly what buildings were modified at federal expense, and what

do they contain? he said.

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM Threat identification is obviously an important

task, said Steven Aftergood of the Project on Government Secrecy at the Federation of

American Scientists in Washington, D.C.

But the fact that this program was initiated at the request of Senator Reid not the

Air Force suggests that national security was not the paramount motivation here,

Aftergood said.

This impression, he said, is reinforced by the fact that a constituent of Sen. Reid (Robert

Bigelow) received funding through the program.

It is somewhat dismaying to see how quickly unidentified aerial phenomena are publicly

interpreted and portrayed as UFOs of possibly extraterrestrial origin, Aftergood concluded.

His advice: Collectively, we should all be becoming more intelligent and more perceptive,

not more stupid and gullible. SERIOUS STUDY

It is complicated, and I am still trying to make sense of things, said Mark Rodeghier,

president and scientific director of the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies in Chicago,

Illinois.

The center was started by Hynek, who served as the astronomical consultant to Project

Blue Book.

Hynek himself was initially dubious of the whole UFO business, but after culling through

hundreds of reports by witnesses, he became convinced UFOs were worthy of serious study.

In broad terms, the outing of the AATIP and its investigation of military UFO sightings

confirms something that has been believed for many years that these sightings are

still happening, Rodeghier said.

We just were not learning about them.

BLIP IN UFO HISTORY?

Rodeghier said he hopes the core of AATIP information that has been gathered can be

released to the public and made available for scientific analysis.

It would be extremely disappointing and frustrating if these reports are not released

for scrutiny.

We need high-quality data about UFOs to do better science, Rodeghier said.

If those reports are never released, all of this is going to be blip in UFO history,

he added.

But even if its only a blip in history, its still a darn interesting blip.

Looking for a new supernaked...Help!!! S1000R, Tuono, SpeedTriple, or Monster - Duration: 10:06.

hey guys Albe here, since both bikes the BMW and a scrambler are actually close

to be complete I guess it's time to pick another bike, this is where I need a

little bit of help from you guys deciding which bike is going to be next.

now I do have certain requirements which are... well... it needs to be a naked bike with

handlebars rather than clip-ons, it needs to be north of 120HP

and it needs to be somewhat exotic and that's about it we

look at those requirements, there are a few brands that will fall under this

category, we have KTM, BMW, Aprilia, ducati, Triumph and that make good naked bikes I

believe that's it. now out of those brands there are some brands that are

untouchable for example the 1290 Super Duke

well sorry KTM but I really don't have $21000 to spend on a

motorcycle even if apparently it's a fantastic bike

in my opinion is not $21,000 fantastic, so never mind what we got left is the

Aprilia tuono 1100 v4 RR and then we tossed in the bunch the triumph

speed triple 1050 R and then the s1000 R and last but not least the Ducati Monster

1200 s, same thing, the 1200r the monster 1200r looks fantastic I'm

pretty sure it goes like hell but same thing $21,000 or so it's no really in

the ballpark of what I want to spend for a motorcycle, especially being the third

motorcycle in the household, you know I'm gonna keep the beemer, my wife is gonna

keep the Scrambler therefore it's gonna be bike number

three in the household, then anything north of 20,000 it's way too much

actually anything north of 15 grand it's way too much, but between 2017

just being over I'm hoping to be able to get a good deal on a 2017, so even bikes

like the aprilia tuono 1100 which MSRP is $14999

hopefully I'm able to get those for around 15 or so, for all those guys that are

watching from anywhere other than the United States there is one things to

note, in the United States the price that they give you it's without taxes, so if

the bike has a price tag of $14999 that means that to take it

home you are spending around sixteen sixteen and a half, a good rule of thumb

is to add 10% to the price that should cover taxes and registration and all

those other little thing, now some dealer because they're... I don't know how else to

say it, other than because they're thieves,

tag on the bike fees, there is a dealer that I'm not gonna name because I'm nice,

that tag two to two and a half thousand dollars just for assembly and delivery

at which I say... really... you really need to assemble the bike?, it really costs that

much to assemble a bike?, I thought they ship in crates already

assembled, put the few little parts together and call it a day and even then

if you want to do business if you want to sell that bike,

you got to put it together dude. so don't pass your expenses on to me and

delivery, you're not delivering the bike I'm picking it up so for them is pushing

it out the door apparently worth $1,000, so I'm pretty sour on the subject,

that's why when I bought my s1000rr , I actually bought that 1000rr

instead of an RSV4 because the dealer that was about to sell me the

RSV4 wanted to tag four and a half thousand dollars to the retail price,

unacceptable, and.... anyway good thoughts, so I drop off my kids to school this morning

and I said "you know what, let's go check out some bikes"

so i made my way down here to the beach went to one of the dealers I usually go

to, which is Ducati of Costa Mesa and they sell Triumph, Aprilia and Ducati, so I

figure out I'll see all three of'em in one hit, well they ran out of triumphs they only

the Aprilia tuono factory to test-drive so here I am driving around

by the beach talking to you guys, so as I said before I really would like to know

what you guys think, the bike needs to be comfortable enough for me to drive

around without wanting to throw away my wrist after a couple of hours and at the

same time have enough power for me to have fun up in the twisties

and hopefully interesting enough for you guys to wanna watch what I actually do to

the bike itself, there are two ways you guys can make your opinion heard,

first you can leave a comment down below, second I'm gonna try to put a poll on

one of the cards on the video, so you can just take the survey over there or you

can go to my website www.Albesadv.com if you scroll down the home page there is

gonna be a form where you can actually vote for one of those four bikes, does

not require signing in does not require any info doesn't require anything pretty

much, you just go there and click on what you think is the best bike among those

four and that's it, so how did I come up with those four bikes well there are a

lot of bikes out there that are worth buing, I specifically come out for those bikes

because those four met most of the requirements I'm looking for on the new

bike, as I said has to be a naked street fighter,

unfortunately Ducati does not make a streetfighter anymore otherwise there

would have been it, why a naked bike well naked bikes offer advantages like, they are

fast and nimble through the twisties, just like a sport bike but at the same

time with wider handlebars and more relaxed position are comfortable enough

to be ridden for hours over end, beside by now you guys know that I love

tinkering around with engine and mechanical stuff and whatnot and the fact

that on a naked bike the engine is right there exposed, well, that's that's one of

the reasons why, they're fast, they're comfortable, they're beautiful to look at

and they're fun as hell to ride.

they need to be somewhat around the $15,000 mark, it is to make, very

important, north of 120 Horses and that's about it, if they meet those few

requirements is good to go I just have to go test it out and make a review out

of it and then buy. so look forward for me searching for the

new bike, make sure that your opinion counts, because every vote counts, if

there are any other bikes that I haven't taken into consideration and meet all

the requirements please leave a comment down below let me know and if you own

one of those bikes thenat I named, please leave a comment down below and let me

know how it goes, other than that, the best way of

supporting the channel is the beautiful Albe'sADV t-shirt and... look at that

there's a Ford GT nice... so if you guys like the shirts look at the links down

below and pick one up if not it's fine it really is, I'm not planning to buy the

bike with the revenue from the shirts, I would have to sell... let's see.. lets' say 15

grand for the bike, that means I would have to sell 15,000 of them, anyway ...as always if you

guys liked the video like if you guys loved the video but mostly you want to

see what bike I'm gonna get and in the process of getting the bike, the

reviews for the other three bikes I'm not gonna get, subscribe, in the main time

ride on and I'll see you next time

I need to find a gas station before I ran out of gas....
