Bardwell F4 AIO - Betaflight iBus Setup - Duration: 3:09.Hello everyone, I'm Mirko, and today let's see how to connect i-BUS receivers to the Bardwell F4 Flight Controller
In this video I will use an FS-iA6B
but the procedure is the same for the X6B or the other receivers that support the iBus protocol
In the IA6B the IBUS port is this above
so we connect the cable and make sure the signal is at the top
the positive at the center and the ground at the bottom.
This is the X6B i-bus connector
also in this case the signal cable goes up, the positive in the middle and the ground down.
Flysky receivers need a voltage of 5V so we bridge the first two pads of this series.
After pre-tin flight controller and wires are ready to make the connections.
Solder the i-bus cable into the RX6 pad
ground in G pad
and the positive in the 3.3\5V pad
As we said, the X6B wires connect in the same pads and in the same order.
Now we connect the Flight Controller to the PC and start Betaflight
We click on Connect and we go to Ports
Here we activate SERIAL RX in the UART6 seen that we connected the receiver on this port
then we click SAVE AND REBOOT.
Now let's go to CONFIGURATION
we scroll downwards and in RECEIVER we choose SERIAL-BASED RECEIVER
In this drop-down menu we choose IBUS, since FlySky radios use this protocol.
So we click on SAVE AND REBOOT
Now let's go on RECEIVER and try our own Radio control.
Perfect, everything is fine
This was my how to configure the Ibus receivers in the Bardwell F4 AIO flight controller

EAT HEALTHY ANYWHERE | Brunch, Mexican and Asian Food in Melbourne 🌮🌮💕 - Duration: 7:54.hello from Melbourne my mom and I just got here for our girls trip and we're
going to be doing part two of the eat healthy anywhere vlog let's get going we
are here in Melbourne and we are here at kettle black and the two things that
Melbourne does best is brunch and coffee so we are enjoying the best breakfast we're
going to do some sightseeing and we'll take you guys along for the day but I
just thought before anything else I would tell you guys about healthy-ish
restaurants so a lot of restaurants now that offer the acai bowls and the avocado
toast and all those things are healthy but they're also designed to make your
food taste good so you want to always look out for things like if you're
getting those raw cakes that end up having a thousand calories inside so we
both ordered really healthy I got my breakfast salad and my mom got her
sourdough avocado toast for some poached egg and what I just wanted to say is to
watch out for things like your acai bowls
or the oatmeal because they always add a lot of extra sugar and fat and into all
of them and healthy restaurants even though they're healthy restaurants
always have half. we're gonna finish our brunch now
we are ready to go out for our first dinner and we are going to a restaurant
called chin chin which is in the CBD of Melbourne and I absolutely love it's an
Asian fusion restaurant which is one of my favorites because there's always a
lot of healthy vegetarian options so one thing that you have to avoid is
the sauces so if I'm ordering something I usually ask for no sugar
I am gluten free so I always insist that I get the gluten free sauces gluten free
soy sauce and then there's always lots of like fresh healthy vegetables tofu
good proteins so you have so many different options whether you're going
to sushi you've got that beautiful sashimi lots of seaweed salad what
they're going for Thai food or Vietnamese you can get those nice cold
rice paper rolls lots of fresh vegetables green mango salad if you're
going for tonight we'll have probably some sort of tofu dish just to avoid the
words fried and you'll you're pretty much set so as delicious as those like
dumplings are or your fried tofu always looking for the vegetables
and if you don't have to brown rice you can just drink another cocktail so
that's my tip you know always order those cocktails
skinny no juices or just stick to your tequila sodas and you'll be good
we'll show you guys what we drink and eat later on
we've just woken up and gotten some coffees and it is 40 degrees here in
Melbourne so normally I would say that sightseeing and walking around is great
exercise but in these kind of temperatures it's a no so we wanted to
go to a barre class but the studio that I love to go to was fully booked so
luckily we have a gym where we're staying and my mom and I are just doing
a quick little 30 minute workout 15 minutes of cardio 15 minute circuit that
I'm gonna set up and then we can feel good about drinking those margaritas later so
there's always time to find at least like 30 minutes for exercise I love love
love trying new classes when I go and I'm travelling somewhere and like seeing
the good Studios there and if not you make it work - bangs and working out
don't really go - alright I hope you guys can hear someone's deejaying our beach
day we're enjoying the beach and I thought I would give you guys my next
tip which is to always have healthy snacks healthy protein bars vegetables
like raw veggies hummus raw nuts and it's great to carry it
with you especially as you're walking around all day or going down to the
beach pack a little picnic and then by the time you get to a restaurant to have
dinner lunch whatever you're not so hungry that you can't make decisions
good good choices always have a water bottle with you and then that way you
can stay hydrated and you're not going to be mistaking being thirsty with
hungry which is so common all right I'll talk to you guys in a bit
hi guys so we have just gone back and gotten changed we're going out for
Mexican tonight so you can bet that I'll be having lots of vegetable dishes beans
and corn tortillas so good sources of fiber so you can get grilled chicken and
then of course all the guacamole and salsa too like salsa is basically like
eating air so in terms of dips it's a great option I'll be avoiding the nachos
and all of the corn chips and as long as you do that and just like in moderation
have the cheese or the tortillas then you're totally fine just try to focus
more on the lean proteins the vegetables and all that good fiber and you're off
okoto and salsa and you'll be fine I'm wearing my little cha-cha top and we're
off to the races

Josefina Agatha Syukur, kuasa hukum Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok), membawa sejumlah bukti kuat yang menunjukkan dugaan perselingkuhan Veronica Tan dengan Julianto Tio.
Tadi sudah sidang, memberikan sekitar 12 bukti, termasuk namanya akta kelahiran dan lain-lain.
Rekaman percakapan Bapak (Ahok) dengan pihak ketiga (Julianto), kata Josefina usai mengikuti persidangan keempat dengan agenda pembuktian di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara, Gambir, Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (21/2/2018).
Rekaman percakapan yang dimaksud adalah ketika Ahok bersama putranya, Nicholas, menemui Julianto di sebuah rumah sakit pada 2016. Ketika itu Julianto sedang menemani istrinya usai menjalani proses persalinan.
Ada foto waktu Pak Ahok pergi ke rumah sakit bersama Nico, bukti komunikasi banyaknya. Waktu itu Pak Ahok merekam percakapannya, ungkap Josefina.
Josefina juga mengklaim memiliki bukti percakapan Vero dan Julianto melalui pesan singkat WhatsApp.
Semua bukti dikumpulkan dalam bentuk compact disc (CD).
Ada WhatsApp percakapan antara Bu Vero dengan pihak ketiga, ujarnya.
Dalam sidang kali ini, lagi-lagi Vero tak menghadiri proses persidangan.
Ia pun tak mengajukan pembelaan dengan menunjuk pengacara.
Pada sidang sebelumnya, adik perempuan Ahok yang juga merupakan pengacaranya, Fifi Lety Indra, kembali membeberkan fakta baru di balik perselingkuhan kakak iparnya Veronica Tan dengan Julianto Tio.
Fifi menyebut, puncak kekesalan Ahok mengetahui hubungan terlarang istrinya terjadi di bulan Agustus 2016.
Saat itu Ahok masih menjabat Gubernur.
