CS:GO - 5 Small Uncommon W10 Tricks to boost FPS [2018] - Duration: 2:47.

I've come across some of these tips myself when using Windows 10.

Some of them won't make much of a difference while others really helped me boost my FPS.

Hopefully they'll help you as well.

Hey guys, salut mes amis och hallå gubbar, Maxim here!

I would like to say these tips are not really so common, and I won't be covering things

like lowering your graphic settings for example since I feel like that's pretty obvious so

perhaps you'll get something out of this.

Number 1.

Turn off background apps.

If you go under Settings, Privacy, Background Apps you can choose which apps to run in the background.

You can also turn this off completely or select a couple ones you want to use.

This doesn't really affect CS:GO that much, but you save battery on your laptop, bandwidth,

and some system resources that might be useful for general use.

Number 2.

Disable Startup Applications.

Right click on your taskbar, choose task manager go to startup and choose the starting programs

that you want to disable.

The better everything will run.

Restart your computer when you're done.

Number 3.

Turn off desktop capture on Shadowplay.

This is something that has caused some FPS issues in the past, so turn it off if while

playing since you won't need it anyway.

Now I don't mean turn Shadowplay off completely (even though that will give you an FPS boost),

what I mean is you can still use it in-game I'm just talking about desktop recording.

Hopefully it helps you.

Number 4.

If you're using Google Chrome, make sure you right-click on it and choose to disable it

from running in the background.

Google Chrome tends to take up lots of resources, and even though I really like Chrome, this

really helped me.

And number 5.

Having less things up on your desktop can actually make your game run more smoothly.

Even changing to an ugly gray old theme on Windows will boost your FPS in-game.

But most importantly if you have many things open at least minimize them or exit everything

that you don't need open.

Also, I would love to take this moment to share that I've made some nice adjustments

to my config, which you can find on my website.

Using my config will give you an FPS boost, some nice tweaks and aimbot.

Okay it won't give you aimbot.

My mousepad will... * sellout*

Lost dog reunited with Pennsylvania family after 10 years

Even a dog with a microchip can go missing for a long time.

But even a dog that's missing for a long time can end up back home where she belongs.

That's what a Pennsylvania family learned recently when they recovered their black Labrador mix, Abby, who had run away 10 years ago from the family's home in Apollo, about 33 miles east of Pittsburgh.

After some time went by, Debra Suierveld and her family assumed Abby had died.

But on Jan.

27 Suierveld received word that someone had found their dog.

Abby showed up on George Speirings front porch in Lower Burrell, 10 miles west of Apollo.

Speiring contacted Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley, which discovered the dogs microchip and was able to contact Suierveld.

Someone had taken good care of Abby over the years.

The dog was in great health and still remembered some things the family taught her, Suierveld said.

She would lie on the floor and cross her paws, and she remembers my daughters commands, and she remembers the commands I taught her, Suierveld told KDKA-TV.

Suierveld called her 22-year-old daughter, who is a student at Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio, to share the news.

It feels like a part of my kids childhood is back, part of our family is back.

"She cried," Suierveld told the Tribune-Review.

Suiervelds family has planned a reunion dinner for Sunday to welcome Abby back.

Arizona Senator John McCain has spent the past year betraying the Republican Party by

constantly attacking President Donald Trump.

McCain once gain tried to bash the president on Friday, but it didn't end well for him.

Mediaite reported that McCain just released a statement that effectively slams Trump for

the controversial Devin Nunes memo on alleged FISA investigative abuses.

The statement came out at virtually the same time as the release of the memo, which showed

that the FBI and Department of Justice engaged in serious misconduct against Trump.

Despite the horrifying revelations in the memo, McCain chose to take the liberal side

against Trump.

The latest attacks on the FBI and Department of Justice serve no American interests no

party's, no president's, only Putin's, McCain said.

The American people deserve to know all of the facts surrounding Russia's ongoing efforts

to subvert our democracy, which is why Special Counsel Mueller's investigation must proceed

unimpeded.

Our nation's elected officials, including the president, must stop looking at this investigation

through the warped lens of politics and manufacturing partisan sideshows.

If we continue to undermine our own rule of law, we are doing Putin's job for him.
