My Skin Care Routine | Mohna Sharma - Duration: 2:38.

Hey Guys!! Welcome Back to my Channel

In today's video I'm going to show you my

Skin Care Routine

First let me get my hair out of the way

So I'm going to start by using a cleanser.

After trying and testing 10 different cleansers

this one is my

absolute favourite

Just a little bit of product goes a long way

I spread it on my face in a circular motion

This cleanser is really good for dry skin

It really cleans out my skin without making

my face feel tight

Wash with normal water and pat dry

Next I'm going to exfoliate my nose to get rid of

blackheads

and I do this once a week.

Bye Bye Blackheads!!

Now I'm going to use a toner I absolutely

love this toner. This toner doesn't have

alcohol in it so it doesn't dry out my skin.

I've just transferred the product in this spray bottle

so I just spray it all over my face and then wait for it to dry

For my day moisturiser I use

Forest Essential lotion mixed with

2-3 drops of Bio Oil

At night I just use Bio Oil

as my moisturiser to hydrate my skin

For my under eye area I use

this Biotique Bio Eye Cream

And we're done

with our eyes

Now let's give some love to our lashes

I take a little bit of Castor Oil on my finger tip

And apply it on my lashes and my lash line

And that's my complete Skin Care Routine

Hey guys and welcome to another edition of Body Masters Coaching

so what am I going to talk about today?

there's a fitness company out there and they have

one of the most powerful phrases when it comes exercise, diet, achieving your goals

and pretty much everything that sets you in a position where you want to get

anything done okay and that companies Nike or Nike doesn't matter which way you say it

the company with the big swoosh and their phrases just do it

just get it done

today we we live in a society where we overanalyze everything

and the problem with over analysis is that it takes you down the

path of negativity way too easily you know and you know oh if I'm going to the

gym should I do my legs or should I do my arms or should I do cardio or should

I do this if I'm gonna follow a diet should I go low carb or should I go high

fat or should I call high protein or I'm gonna join this club which club do I

join do I joined Weight Watchers do either you join and I can't think

slimming world

guys it doesn't matter just do it alright whichever way you

know as while you're you're a busy analyzing of which one is the best one

to do you're actually moving backwards alright you're not even stationary

you're actually heading in the worst direction just get on with it and do it

alright and worry about whether it's working or not while you're actually

doing it okay it doesn't matter just you know and I was talking to a client the

other day about business coaching you know and you know she was thinking with

what if they say this or what if that doesn't matter just pick up the phone it

doesn't matter what you do when you get to the gym

just get to the gym all right do a workout you'll feel better for it okay

it really doesn't matter what you do when you get there in the initial stages

I mean of course it matters what you do when you get there but before you

actually get to the gym all right there's an old phrase the hardest thing

about going to the gym is going to the gym okay just get on with it and do your

workout just get to the gym get on your diet and you know whatever that's going

to be and start easy start simple you know if the idea of going to gym and

doing an hour's bodycam/combat work out you know terrifies you and go and do

ten minutes all right if the idea of going low-carb for the rest of your life

I mean you're not going to be a low carb for the rest of your life that's the the

humorous thing about diets and you know if you're gonna go low-carb then start

by cutting out a few basic carbohydrates don't over complicate it don't

overanalyze it just do it and make it easy because the easier it is the more

like you're going to stick to it you know and then you'll feel good and the

more you feel good the more you want to do it and then all of a sudden you're in

a habit and it's not a stress to you know just avoid a few potatoes and bit

of bread here it's not a stress to go to the gym and do 20-30 minutes you know

just do what you can okay and I make an agreement with yourself

that you're gonna make it easy for it to do to do those things because while

you're making it too complicated and watch making it too hard you're not

getting the results you want

so make it easy

and just do it

It's time for the Scotty Kilmer Channel

welcome to mechanic Monday, today I'm going to give you the top five tips to make

your car last as long as it possibly can, now the first tip is to change your

engine oil regularly, and if you do no other maintenance on your car, do that,

that's what makes them last the longest, and be sure to use the oil that's

specified, here on a cap this one says 10w30, and with late-model cars it's even

more important, because a lot of them are made only to use synthetic oil, they got

to use a 0w ten or 0w 20 oil, so they're so complicated inside, with variable

valve timing, they have to have very good oil flow, you got to keep it clean, and

you have to use the correct viscosity, now the next maintenance item and one

that's often forgotten is power steering fluid, check this out,

we'll check it, it's black, it's supposed to be red, you heard that whining that

means the pump is worn, if it's really low on fluid it can whine too, but this is

completely full of fluid, the dirty fluid has worn it out and now it will need some expensive

work, now if you would have just changed the power steering fluid, you don't need

to do it that often, maybe once every four or five years, it would keep it clean and

then it wouldn't have those problems, now the third tip has to do with your body,

if you want to keep your car shiny, you want to wax the thing, it's a good idea

to wax it four times a year, once a season, as nutty as it sounds, the paint

on your car has to remain somewhat flexible, waxing keeps it flexible, if

it's not and it dries up, then your paint all cracks and looks horrible, this lexus

might be sixteen years old, but it shall shines like mad because it's been waxed

regularly, and the fourth maintenance item is coolant, now decades ago you had

to change the coolant every three years, because that's all it was good for, but

modern cars use extended life, so check with your car what it uses, example this

peak is 150,000 miles or five years, so that's when you change the fluid, some

even go seven years or 200,000 miles, just check on what yours is

change it at those intervals, just look at it this way, coolant is cheap, engines are super

expensive, and the fifth tip is change your automatic transmission fluid, it

gets dirty over time, and again decades ago when I was young, they told you to

change the automatic transmission filter and fluid every 30,000 miles, now modern

cars have better metal and technology in them, you can change them a lot less

frequently, but I still don't believe in this lifetime fluid nonsense, all fluids

get dirty and start to wear stuff internally from friction, and you'd want

to use the correct fluid just like the oil, you want to use the one that that

manufacturer uses, but you still want to change it say every forty to seventy

thousand miles, if you're like me and want to drive your car a long time, my

work cars have the fluid changed regularly and it's got two hundred and

thirty-nine thousand miles and still shifts like a dream, don't expect that

with any lifetime fluids that you never change, and since its mechanic Monday
