Seo Bo-bin explains further.
Beijing and other regions in China are choking under severe smog.
As of Monday, a yellow alert for smog was issued in Beijing and other neighboring regions

South Korea has also been affected by the smog coming in from China and the concentration
of fine dust has gotten thicker.

from inner Mongolia,... which had traveled through northeast China.
As of Tuesday afternoon, ultra-fine dust warnings have been issued all across the nation here
in Korea.
Ultra-fine dust levels have been rising throughout the day and the concentration levels are very
high.
Ultra-fine dust is more harmful to the respiratory system as the particle size is smaller than
ordinary fine dust.
"As the yellow dust adds to the fine dust already in our nation, concentration levels
will become even higher and will be extremely harmful to our body.
The fine dust levels are expected to increase and last until Wednesday."
As northwesterly winds come in, ultra-fine dust levels are expected to rise throughout
the day and yellow dust will remain in the forecast until Wednesday morning.

May Allah's peace, mercy and his greetings be upon you!
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds
and may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon the messenger Muhammad
and upon all his family and companions.
Welcome all!
There are many suspicions in Islam which we are sorry about the time that spread in.
The most famous suspicion is accusing Prophet Muhammad PBUH of voluptuousness.
Prophet Muhammad PBUH never tasted a single drop of wine.
Prophet Muhammad PBUH never entered brothels, which Mecca was full of that time, during his youthfulness for a single time.
Prophet Muhammad PBUH never lied, wronged or stolen.
Sharia [Islamic laws] applied the most severe penalties upon adulterers.
Sharia also ordered people to lower their gaze and not to sit alone (privacy) with a woman.
Sharia banned shaking hands with woman that's not his Maḥram.
Then a stupid man comes and accuses Prophet Muhammad PBUH of voluptuousness!
Prophet Muhammad PBUH remained unmarried for 53 years.
Throughout these years, He PBUH only married a single old woman.
And that woman Ḫadījah, May Allah be pleased with her, was has been previously married.
Prophet Muhammad PBUH spent his years of youthfulness, strength and health with a woman who was older than him.
He PBUH only married a virgin woman after 53 years and that woman was ʿĀʾišah
He PBUH didn't have sexual intercourse with her till he was 57 years old.
It was only a marriage contract without sexual intercourse.
Then a stupid man comes and accuses Prophet Muhammad PBUH of voluptuousness!
He only married few broken hearted woman in the last ages of his life.
So is this considered a suspicion?!
Prophet PBUH married his second wife 3 years after his first wife deceased.
Prophet PBUH married Sawdah who was 69 years old.
He PBUH married Sawdah after she had returned from Abyssinia and her husband had died.
And there was nobody in Mecca who can protect her from the unbelievers.
Prophet Muhammad PBUH married a 70-year-old-Muslim-widow who was afraid of the violence of unbelievers.
Is this considered a suspicions, you idiots?!
Prophet PBUH married ʾUmm Ḥabībah who was Ramlah bint ʾAbii-Sufyān after Sawdah.
Prophet PBUH married Ramlah after her husband had converted to Christianity in Abyssinia
And Muslims were worried about her as she was in a strange country.
Prophet Muhammad PBUH sent a message to Negus to to make a proposal of marriage.
This manly attitude was the reason behind Abu Sufyan's accepting Islam later.
After that, Prophet Muhammad PBUH married Juwayriyah bint al-Hāriṯ
and her father was the leader of Banī al-Muṣṭaliq tribe.
Upon her marriage of Prophet Muhammad, He PBUH set free all captives of that tribe.
The whole tribe accepted Islam and their leader al-Hāriṯ accepted Islam as well.
After that, Prophet Muhammad PBUH married Ṣafiyyah bint Ḥuyayy ʾibn ʾAḫṭab
This is the most famous marriage that atheists spread suspicions around.
Atheists ask, "How could Prophet PBUH marry Ṣafiyyah while she was grieved and coerced?!"
Ṣafiyyah was a Jew of Banū al-Naḏīr
and she was the daughter of the tribe leader; Ḥuyayy ʾibn ʾAḫṭab
Ḥuyayy ʾibn ʾAḫṭab was the origin [head] of sedition in the Arabian Peninsula.
Ḥuyayy was the person who stir the tribes to conquer Medina
as we know it; the Battle of the Confederates.
He aroused the Jews of Banī Qurayẓah to abolish their agreement.
His daughter, Ṣafiyyah, was captured and brought to Prophet Muhammad PBUH.
Prophet Muhammad PBUH says to her: (in the authenticated Hadith)
"Your father was one of the most hostile Jews to me."
Then Prophet Muhammad PBUH gave her the choice either to accept Islam or to return to her family.
Ṣafiyyah replied, with few words that gag any atheist,
"I had loved and believed in Islam before you call me for it.
And you gave you the choice between unbelief and Islam.
God and His Messenger are more beloved to me
than emancipation or to return to my family."
Is Ṣafiyyah coerced? Or Is she interested in what God's have?
There's a side point:
How did Ṣafiyyah say, "I had loved and believed in Islam before you call me for it."?!
How so?!
Ṣafiyyah was raised in one of the biggest Jewish house,
they had known the attributes of the coming Prophet.
Ṣafiyyah tells us a fantastic incident that occurred in that Jewish house, she says,
"My father and uncle went to Prophet PBUH as soon as he had arrived at Medina to,
To make sure of him. Is he the coming Prophet?!"
As it's found in Malachi Chapter 4, Verse 5
Isaiah, Song of Songs and other verses that predicted his arrival.
Ṣafiyyah says, "I heard my uncle, ʾAbā Yāsir, asks my father,
"Is he, Muhammad, the coming Prophet?!"
My father replied, "Yes. I swear to God."
My uncle asked, "Do you know him and can you make sure he is the true Prophet?"
My uncle replied, "Yes."
Then my uncle asked, "What's your altitude then?"
My father answered, "I'll be his enemy as long as I'm alive."
Ṣafiyyah was raised in one of the biggest Jewish house that know the attributes of the coming Prophet well.
By the way, If you want to know the explanation of Malachi 4:5 and other verses that predict the arrival of Prophet PBUH,
you can check the #1st link in the description as I explained that point in details.
This is the story of the Prophet's marriage from Ṣafiyyah.
Whoever believes that suspicion must believe those miracles that assures that Muhammad PBUH is a Prophet.
Prophet's marriage from ʿĀʾišah is considered the most famous secularist suspicion at all.
Atheists and Secularists say, "How could Muhammad marry a young child?!"
Whom they call a child was a fiancee of Jubayr ʾibn Muṭʿim before Prophet PBUH affianced her.
So that proves that she is at marriageable age.
After Jubayr had annulled his fiance contract, Prophet Muhammad PBUH affianced her.
Whom they call a child narrated the Hadith of ʾUmm Zarʿ
I challenge anyone to understand the terms in that Hadith even if he has doctorate in Arabic!
Whom they call a child narrated [transferred] to us jurisprudence, Islamic law and Hadith.
She conserved the Sunnah for us - May Allah be pleased with her.
She is the second greatest Hadith narrator in Islam.
Allah says in The Noble Qur'an; [Chapter 33, Verse 34]
"And recite what is rehearsed to you in your homes, of the Signs of Allah and His Wisdom:"
The suspicion and the reality are completely different.
Regardless of all of this, Is there anything the pure virtuous marriage that's based upon satisfaction to blame?!
Is there anything in Prophet's marriage except for nobility, manhood,
leadership, caring about his nation and to spread his message?!
And He PBUH cared to teach his wives the details of his life so that every Muslim may live according to it.
May the blessings of Allah be upon Muhammad
and upon people who followed Him in righteousness till the Judgement Day.
May Allah's peace, mercy and his greetings be upon you!

EPIC: Philippines - Duration: 3:42.
It was just about a year ago that I said I was going to start this around the world project
where we'd be going to all these different countries and researching church history and
shooting videos, all that good stuff. This is our 12th month. Stephen McCaskill, who's
holding that camera right now, he and I have been around the world, this is the 24th country
we've been in this year. I'm glad to say the project has been, I think, really successful.
We're coming to the end of all our travel. We've got maybe one trip left to do next year,
but this is it for 2018. Thanks for watching the videos, I hope you found them interesting.
We're really looking forward to getting the project completed and out to you by early
2020. In the meantime, why don't you enjoy just a few scenes from this trip to the Philippines.
I'm here in Manila, in the Philippines, to speak at a conference over the next couple
of days but we had this open day to explore the city a little bit and what we found is
the oldest Protestant church in the Philippines. And it's still relatively new. Catholicism
had already been here for hundreds of years. It was only in the late 1800s that Protestants
began to arrive, began to preach the gospel, and wouldn't you know it, the Methodists arrived
first.
One thing I've learned since arriving in the Philippines is they proudly have the longest Christmas
season in the world, apparently. It starts around September 1st, continues all the way
through until early January. So it's early November here, already things are in full
swing. You can see they're decorating this tree behind me. We've seen Christmas trees
all over town already.
I'm thankful to Zondervan for sponsoring the travel videos this year and today they want
you to know about a new book that they think may be of interest to you. Now pastors and
ministry leaders, they need inspiration, they need encouragement as they approach their
task of preaching and teaching. And one of the best ways to do this is to learn from
the example of those who have gone before us. This new two-volume, A Legacy of Preaching set,
it follows the great preachers of history in their context, as they approach their task
of preaching. So volume one covers from the apostles to the Puritans and it profiles 30
preachers, including Origen of Alexandria, Augustine of Hippo, Martin Luther, John Wesley
and more. Then volume two covers from the enlightenment to the present day, it profiles
another 30 preachers like Charles Spurgeon, DL Moody, Martyn Lloyd-Jones and so on. Brought
to you by a team of over 60 scholars, these volumes, which are available individually,
or as a set, they bring the great preachers of history to life. They're ideal for pastors,
for ministry leaders, for seminary students, whoever, to help inspire and enliven your
preaching. They're available right now wherever good books are sold.

GUARANTEED! How to get what you want as an IDEALIST (ENFP INFP INFJ ENFJ) - Dreams Around The World - Duration: 5:02.
Hey Dan here in Spain where we've just finished an awesome four-day event with
a great group of creatives, was a lot of fun a lot of intense learning and
business development and just all around a good time. In this video I'm filming
here I want to share a much much better approach to setting goals for us
idealist. I myself I'm an ENFP you might be an INFP or an INFJ ,maybe an ENFJ
watching this channel here but the way to set goals that we're usually taught in
school that you'll often read in business books I don't think works very
well for us and I want to share a better approach. The basis of this approach is
looking at what you actually want how to get, what you want, what the outcome is,
not necessarily the steps to get there initially. So let me give you an example
to explain this: let's say your goal is to be location independent you want to
have the ability to work from wherever you want - that could be working from home
or working from a beach across the world doesn't matter if that is your goal now
to get to that goal you're going to have different steps one could be building a
freelance business so big goal become location independent goal under that is
to build a copywriting business right by having this copywriting business you're
going to have the ability to earn that income and live where you want and then
beyond that you'd have smaller goals related to building your copywriting
business but what often happens is we take the bigger goal of say being a
copywriter and we make that the overall goal not the location independence if
that makes sense and what that means is if you run into a
roadblock as a copywriter that maybe you find out - Hey I actually don't like
writing that much, I'd rather be a designer or I'd rather work directly
with people doing consulting not the actual work like the writing. If you find
that out and your overall goal is copywriter then you're gonna feel like
you failed or hate that goal, doesn't work, forget this whole thing, right, but
if you keep your overall goal as - become location independent then the
copywriting doesn't work, cool, let's find another approach - maybe I'll become a
designer maybe I'll become a consultant it doesn't matter, you're keeping your
bigger goal the outcome you want as the focus and then it
easy to change your approach to actually get there. Let me give you another
example if what you really want is to feel
energized, feel healthier, look better then you're gonna have that as your
overall outcome that's what you want and your approach you might change that five,
six, seven times you might start out and say - Hey I'm gonna go to the gym and lift
weights three times a week and you start that and you're like, okay,
that's actually going pretty well I like it but you injure yourself now you've
got a shoulder injury so you can't really lift weights for a few months now
If your goal was to lift weights three times and that was your only goal then
it's pretty easy to get down here something say I can't get to my goal I
can't lift weights now so I'm just gonna quit but if you remember the outcome - the
outcome is not to lift weights the outcome is to look better, to feel better
to have more energy, and so you can step back and say, okay, what's it another way
I can get there - maybe it's an exercise bike you don't need your shoulders for
that so you start doing the exercise bike and then you're walking around one
day and boom car truck drives over your foot now you don't have a foot you can
use now if the goal was to write an exercise bike three times a week
you couldn't achieve that goal anymore but that's not the goal, the goal is the
being healthier, feeling better, having more energy and for that you can keep
changing your outcome maybe you figure out you can somehow do yoga with a
broken foot or there's some other approach you can take, you guys know what
I'm saying here, though, right - the point of it is to change your approach until
you get to your outcome and the only way you can set yourself up to succeed that
way is focus on the bigger picture as your outcomem what you really want from
your goal what is it you're trying to get and then work backwards from there
and you're gonna find that when you do that you keep so much more flexibility
in terms of your approach and you give yourself the opportunity to always
succeed because you can keep changing that approach you can keep changing how
you're going to get to your outcome and that opens up a world of possibilities
and it means that as long as you don't quit as long as you stay at it you're
always going to have the opportunity to succeed because there's always a new
approach and there is always an approach that will work because I'm willing to
bet for most of the someone else has found a way to do what
you want to do and you've just got to find that approach and find the one that
works for you and then you will get there if you found this video helpful

By noon Monday, 40 people seeking asylum had entered the San Ysidro Port of Entry, said a crew of asylum seekers who manage an unofficial notebook that lists the name of everyone seeking asylum at this particular port
Advertisement Twenty of the asylum seekers — mostly mothers and children — waited along a white fence near the U
S.-Mexico border. They were not part of the recent caravan. Instead, they've resided in Tijuana for more than a month, waiting for their turn to give themselves up to U
S. border officials. Alicia Ramirez of Mexico City corralled her toddlers, bought a pack of cookies and rushed her 3-year-old to a nearby bathroom in preparation to enter
She said she felt relieved that she'd get to enter soon after more than a month of waiting at a shelter
Yesterday, her hopes sank when she heard the port of entry had closed after a group of people rushed the border fence
Ramirez, who said she is seeking asylum in the U.S. after a group of drug dealers threatened her life, said she is still upset with those involved in the skirmish
"They are trying to just run in. That's not the way to do it. I know we all want to go in, but it takes time and there is a proper process," she said
"I've waited a month, even though I'm still in danger." Ramirez, who made a living as a coffin maker, said she was poor but managed to get by
The 22-year-old said she never wanted to leave her home but was forced to after a group of drug dealers broke into her home over the summer
She happened to catch them in the act, and that's when her troubles began. Ramirez said she promised the men she wouldn't report the break-in
But her extended family got involved and called police. "We're going to kill you in front of your children," the men told her after they found out
She fled days later. Ramirez said she would have stayed in Tijuana or elsewhere in Mexico but found out the men have ties throughout Mexico, including the border
Monday, she and other women waiting to enter the port, shook their heads as they talked about the altercation
"That's just not the way to do it," one woman told another. "Now we are all in trouble
" Advertisement Dennis Martinez, a 34-year-old Honduran seeking asylum, is part of a crew of six men in charge of managing the notebook
Usually, anywhere from 20 to 30 names are called from the ledger. None of the 20 who were called yesterday entered Sunday after the border altercation, he said
The skirmish forced the U.S. government to shut down the San Ysidro Port of Entry, one of the world's busiest international crossings, for more than four hours Sunday
A growing number of migrants from Central America has made the arduous trek up through Mexico in caravans to seek asylum in the U
S. or escape economic hardship. Many are from Honduras, a country plagued by poverty and violence
Martinez, who said he is fleeing a death threat from a gang in his hometown of Tegucigalpa, joined the caravan with his 15-year-old son in Mexico before forging ahead
He arrived a week earlier than the group. Since the caravan arrived, about 500 have asked for their names to be added to the notebook, he said
"They have come little by little to sign up. But there hasn't been a rush," he said
He doesn't know why. Monday, Martinez directed people toward a plastic fold-up table underneath a blue canopy
There, an asylum seeker from Peru asked for identification before scrawling down their names in blue ink
While Martinez said he doesn't agree with those who tried to rush the border, he said he can understand the people's desperation — especially mothers with small children
"Here, we are still in danger," he said. "The Mexican people here are bothered by our presence
They look us up and down. There were protests. Some don't want us here." Initially, Martinez had thought about staying in Tijuana and finding work
But he realized that the border city is not safe for foreigners like him, he said
"I'm escaping a dangerous situation," he said. "Why would I then put myself in danger, again?" Returning is not an option, he said, and neither is staying
"I'm between a rock and the wall," Martinez said. "I'm not sure what to do if they shut down the border
" He won't entertain the thought of returning. "No. I just know they won't shut down the border permanently," Martinez said
"It won't happen." Sunday's altercation made it even more dangerous to stay in Tijuana, he said
"I can understand why the Mexican people are bothered by us," he said. "Some are not respectful
"But they are giving us all a bad name. Instead, they should come here and put themselves on the list," he said, pointing to the black-and-white ledger
Martinez estimated that he still has about two weeks before his turn. "I still have hope that I will enter, legally," he said
"I'm not trying to jump the wall. Many of us aren't. Why should we be punished for what a few have done
