The morning in Seoul will be dropping down to zero degree Celsius, while those in Daegu
and Gyeongju will be a little higher.
The daytime high in Seoul will peak at 10 degrees,... while forecasts in Busan and Jeju
are comfortable at 16 and 15 degrees respectively.

first family reunion for Korean-Americans and their relatives in North Korea.
On Tuesday, Radio Free Asia cited a representative of the National Coalition of Divided Families,
a civic group, as saying a senior official mentioned the possibility during a phone call
earlier this month with another group.
The State Department official reportedly told the group Divided Families USA... that Washington
has shifted its North Korea policy and made family reunions one of its top priorities.
Also, the official reportedly said, the reunion could happen before what was called the next
"nuclear talks," believed to be a reference to the second North Korea-U.S. summit expected
to place next January.
According to the civic group leader, the reunion will likely happen via video or phone, and
that an initial list of those who wish to meet their relatives in the North will be
delivered to the State Department.
More than 100-thousand Korean-Americans are believed to be separated from family in the

The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in Korea announced on Monday,... that these new measures
will apply to non-special-use cosmetics,... bound for China after November 10th.
Export certificates can now be earned... simply by submitting requested documents on the website
of the National Medical Products Administration,...
China's regulatory body for drugs and medical devices.
Cosmetics are divided into two categories in China: non-special-use and special-use
cosmetics.
Prior to the revision, Korean cosmetic manufacturers were required to submit relevant documents
to Chinese authorities offline,... and it took an average of six to eight months to
receive the final permission for exports.
Simplifying the process is expected to cut down on time needed for companies to enter
the Chinese market by up to three months.
China is the biggest market for Korean cosmetic firms.
Exports to China as percentage of total outbound shipments... has steadily increased over the
past five years.
Given that the cosmetics market is trend-sensitive,... enabling companies to enter the market more
quickly... is likely to have a positive impact on profits for domestic firms,... according

Today was a great training opportunity,

that pretty much none of the civilians
got to experience before today.
So I'm pretty happy that we were able
to accomplish a lot of work.

as well as Ewing PD to come out,

Yellow dust from China expected to blanket S. Korea for two days from Tuesday - Duration: 1:36.
A massive sandstorm has swept through parts of China... with dust carried by strong winds
blanketing many cities across the country.
It's expected to impact Korea as well, prompting local authorities to issue an ultra-fine dust
warning.
Seo Bo-bin explains further.
Beijing and other regions in China are choking under severe smog.
As of Monday, a yellow alert for smog was issued in Beijing and other neighboring regions
in China.
South Korea has also been affected by the smog coming in from China and the concentration
of fine dust has gotten thicker.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the smog was triggered by yellow dust originating
from inner Mongolia,... which had traveled through northeast China.
As of Tuesday afternoon, ultra-fine dust warnings have been issued all across the nation here
in Korea.
Ultra-fine dust levels have been rising throughout the day and the concentration levels are very
high.
Ultra-fine dust is more harmful to the respiratory system as the particle size is smaller than
ordinary fine dust.
"As the yellow dust adds to the fine dust already in our nation, concentration levels
will become even higher and will be extremely harmful to our body.
The fine dust levels are expected to increase and last until Wednesday."
As northwesterly winds come in, ultra-fine dust levels are expected to rise throughout
the day and yellow dust will remain in the forecast until Wednesday morning.
Children, the elderly, and people with respiratory disease have been advised to stay indoors.

S. Korean gov't holds meetings on Tuesday to tackle increasing trade restrictions on its exports - Duration: 1:40.
The trade ministry held meetings with the private sector to discuss ways to counter
the increasing number of import restrictions on Korean goods.
The country is facing a tougher situation... with six more restrictive measures added in
the second half of the year.
Yoon Jung-min has the highlights from that session.
South Korea's trade ministry said on Tuesday that the country is facing a tougher trading
environment... due to increasing trade regulations by its partners.
According to the ministry, a total of six restrictive measures... including three anti-dumping
duties and three safeguards... were newly added to South Korean goods in the second
half of this year.
So far, 25 countries have adopted a total of 194 trade restrictions on South Korean
exports as of November.
To tackle these issues, the ministry held meetings with the private sector on Tuesday
to review the situation and discuss ways to minimize negative effects on trade.
The ministry said it has asked its trading partners to ease such regulations through
bilateral channels,... while lodging complaints on trade protectionism worldwide through multilateral
channels... including the World Trade Organization.
It added... consulting services for small and medium-sized businesses will be expanded...
to improve their competitiveness in the global trade market.
In a seperate meeting on the same day,... the ministry, trade agencies and the private
sector discussed ways to combat non-tariff regulations,... such as technical barriers
and sanitary measures.
The participants said they will continue to monitor these barriers... and respond against
unfair trade practices.

6th OECD World Forum kicks off in Songdo Convensia - Duration: 2:49.
The 6th OECD World Forum kicked off here in the nation today.
Since 2004, the event... served as a venue to share knowledge and experience... on the
role of data and policy in shaping a better world for all.
Kim Hyesung gets us better acquainted with the forum being held in Songdo.
"Welcome to the 6th OECD World Forum on statistics, knowledge and policy
Around three thousand policymakers, academics and business leaders from over 100 countries...
gathered in South Korea's western port city of Incheon to discuss "the future of well-being".
"Korea is a unique country in the sense that we have achieved miraculous economic growth
within a short period of time, and people's interest in future of well-being has never
been higher before.
In this context, it cannot be more appropriate to hold the OECD World Forum here in Korea
this year."
Since the first OECD world forum in Italy in 2004, the OECD has developed models to
measure people's 'well-being',... taking into account,... factors like work-life balance,
environment, and sense of security,... which cannot be measured by conventional economic
indicators like GDP.
,E "This year's forum focused on three key trends
- the digital revolution, new modes of governance and the role of the private sector - factors
that could affect people's well-being over the next 10 to 20 years."
The OECD report shows... technological advances like AI could disrupt up to one half of the
workforce among OECD countries... worsen inequality, and engender political polarization due to
fragmented data.
The aging population in particular, add complexity to this digital transformation... and participants
at the forum pointed out... that the role of governments is to help provide security
for the people through better healthcare and access to education.
But the private sector also plays a critical role.
"What businesses need to do is to have products that really deliver good things for the public,
healthy foods, products and services that raise people's well-being.
Also taking care of their own workers, so that people are able to work in dignity, they
have vacation time."
During the three-day event,... policymakers and statisticians will examine detailed ways
to push for inclusive growth... and formulate a collective action plan Thursday to help
improve people's well-being.

AND I was so Shocked!

having such a huge crowd
but for lucentes!
Because they recently debuted and
and they've actually been in India alot of times!
maybe thats one of the reason their popularity in india but...
their concert was a huge hit!!
Literally huge hit!
and honestly,
I made SO MANY KPOP FRIENDS!! there
i mean it so good!!
when you meet people with similar interests!!
