hey guys welcome back to my Channel today I'm super excited because I'm
gonna be doing a target haul this is like a fall into winter target haul so I
can't wait because I haven't been to Target in a really long time
surprisingly at least in like their clothing area guys they have some super
cute stuff so I can't wait to show you if you guys are new to my channel my
name is Hannah and I make new videos every Tuesday and Thursday about

this in no particular order but I got these really cute just basic camis that
are so cute because they have the little lace detailing on the top I love to put
these under cardigans they're very stretchy and they feel like really good
quality they're both eight dollars I got a size medium in both of them
no I got a medium in the black and a large in this one I don't know why I got
a large I think cuz I wanted it to be a little bit longer there's something I'm
really excited about and I don't know whether to show you guys now or more
towards into the video to save it for like last but not least thing because
I've been on the hunt for something like this for a very long time so once I saw
it at Target I was like oh my gosh but I think I'm gonna show you guys at the end
so we'll see so the next thing I got is this gorgeous green sweater is that the
front I think this might be the frame yes this is the front and normally I
feel like this is kind of like a grandpa's sweater but I got a size extra
small because I think this would be super cute paired with like a leather
skirt to kind of mix two trends together and I just love the rolled-up sleeves I
love how soft and cozy it is and it's by the brand Universal thread I think most
everything I got today was from universal threads they are the best at
Target the next sweater I got is this white one it is just kind of like an
oatmeal a white and I love this detail right on like the collarbone area
it's super cute and it has these big roll up sleeves and these little slits
in the side I think this is just like the perfect wintry sweater and then the
next thing I got which is kind of weird for me because I normally wouldn't wear
this but I just thought this was such a unique beautiful color is this gorgeous
yellow almost like gold metallic a skirt I think this would be so beautiful even
with this color they had it paired with like a dark blue color which was
gorgeous I think this would be so cute and like family photos or a Christmas
card and its pretty long too so I think it hits me like right below the knees it
is adorable I got a basic black sweater that I
thought would be perfect to just pair with any like colorful bottom and this
is so cozy it doesn't feel itchy at all and it's by
the universal threads brand again and it just has this like little drop neck
right here and then big long sleeves it's so cozy
I can't wait to pair this with like a sparkly skirt or a bright pant or if I
want to go black on black I think this would be so cute paired with some like
gold jewelry or you can do some really fun big jewelry as well so you can
really do anything with black and that's why I thought this was very important to
add to my collection and then the next letter that I'm super excited about is
this green you know you guys know I love green like so much so when I saw this I
was like oh my gosh I need it immediately look at these sleeves and
how bubbly and fun they are it's honestly just a basic green sweater but
these sleeves got me shook no joke like I I love how cute they are they even
have like little detailing down the sides I think this is like the perfect
sweater that you could throw on every day during the winter and you will never
want to take it off it's so cute so definitely go check this out at
Target whenever a winter comes around I get really into the color like burgundy
I love like the dark vampy vibe it gives off I think it's so pretty and so when I
saw this jacket I had to have it it has a rose gold detailing on the buttons and
then it also has it on the pockets as well what I love about
the most is it cinches in around the waist which is so cute to me on jackets
because it just fits your body really nicely and looks really ladylike so then
I also picked up this basic tee it's super cute and what I love about it is
it's not super tight fitting it's so loose but not too loose
the material is so nice and cozy and so they had a ton of colors in these and I
might go back and get some more okay so I saved my two favorites for last I am
so excited about this when I saw it I was like I have got to have that I want
to wear it for Thanksgiving so I might have already worn it for Thanksgiving
I'm not sure but this beautiful burnt orange kimono it's so long I think it
will probably go to about my ankles and then it has this little waist tie that
is super cute and it's very bohemian and chic I love it so much and then it has
these little sleeves right here that just cinch at the bottom so super
ladylike and pretty and then it's just plain in the back so last but not least
if you guys have watched my Black Friday wishlist you know I've been looking for
this jacket for so long but just haven't been able to find one that's been the
right price and the right quality and the right fit when I went to Target and
spotted this jacket right off the rack I was like I know this is gonna be perfect
so the color the fit in this style is so stinking cute to me I love this kind of
BG nude color and then it has these little
buttons down the front and it cinches in around the waist with this little belt I
love how the back looks when you have the belt tied and then these little
pockets I think this is just so classy and perfect how did I not know that
Target would come through this was definitely more expensive it was $69 but
so worth it like the jackets I was looking at there were all like a hundred
and thirty dollars or one hundred and fifty dollars or two hundred dollars so
when I found this jacket for 70 bucks I was like oh my gosh I have got to have
it I got a size medium so I hope you guys like it too thank you thanks so

Tesla Battery Replacement Requirements Explained - Duration: 27:05.
as the Tesla fleet of cars ages I am getting to asked this more and more
frequently the question is what does Tesla or how does Tesla determine when
their battery packs should get replaced do under warranty meaning at what point
of failure does Tesla consider the battery pack to be broken or need of
refurbishment it's a tough question to answer because there are so many
variables that go into the answer as well as so many different kinds of
components that can affect the cause or or the need of replacement so based on
over five years of Tesla Model S driving and many years now of ownership and
dealing with service and talking with engineering employees service employees
factory employees Giga factory employees pretty much employees all over the place
both current and former one we're going to talk about today is what I have been
able to assemble because you can't get a straight answer and once once all said
and done you can't really get a straight answer from Tesla so all you can do is
assemble everything they tell you and try and come up with the best outline of
what they do so let's cover a few things and I will explain to start off with a
module failure brick failure or cell failure now I can't comment too much on
the model threes because it's a different battery pack design but the
Model S and the Model X all versions have between fourteen or sixteen sheets
of cells or modules of cells each module is broken down into bricks each brick is
broken down into cells so there's multiple cells per brick and that varies
depending on if you had an original 85 pack 60 pack 90 pack or 70 or 75 or 100
kilowatt-hour battery pack and now the pack consisting multiple varied cell
failures so if a cell here fails cell there fails that's fine the car can cope
with that but say you get a brick where multiple cells fail now the problem with
that is that brick is going to reach its shutdown voltage before the rest of the
battery pack now your battery pack can only output as much power as the lowest
voltage brick or lowest capacity brick can output so say a brick loses two
cells now if you string that across the whole pack
that's that actually represents a two cell loss out of every brick of cells in
the car because when that lowest brick that just lost two cells hits the cutoff
voltage that's it that the car will not allow you to draw anymore
power from that brick could be plenty of power left on the other bricks but when
that one brick hits the cutoff voltage that's it that's it it's time to shut
down and that's when you get that car shutting down pouring or arranged is
dropped on your on your gauge likewise if you lose a whole brick same thing so
if you lose a brick or multiple cells in the same brick to the point where you
have a great imbalance that's when Tesla would determine that you would either
get a replacement a refurbishment or a brand new or or service on the pack now
some things can be serviced at the service center level and sometimes they
have to be sent out to to the factory for repair you will get a if it's sent
to the factory you will get a loaner battery pack while your battery packs
getting refurbished or if available you might just get up and are ready
refurbished battery pack and it'll just pop that in and off you go now our
refurbished battery pack with Tesla states would be of equal or greater
capacity than the one that they are removing so that way you're not stuck
with somebody else's somebody else's battery pack that might have gotten
really abused and and worn out green they'll please some
of the best you just ran a red light
seriously though agree no police officers are a great great police
department if any of you guys are watching so that is module brick or
multiple cell failure sunny out today
next we have circuitry failure now there's multiple different kinds of
circuitry in these battery packs and this is going to be the same although it
could be implemented in different ways across the SX and 3 and I'm going to
pull over let's find a nice shady spot
now one of the things is the BMS or battery management system the BMS is
what is responsible it's basically the computer or the brain of the battery
pack it checks the voltages of each each brick each cell it calculates out the
capacity of of the of the pack as a whole it calculates out the capacity of
each module each brick the voltages and it makes sure everything is in check and
everything is healthy and if it detects a problem then that's when you get an
alert or the service center when they run their test will get the alert but
the BMS is the brain of the battery pack if that fails that means again battery
pack refurbishment replacement or repair now I am not sure if this can be done at
a service center or not my word on the grapevine is that it is not done at the
service center level and that is something that must be sent back to
Fremont or the gigafactory for repair or refurbishment
there's also battery battery balancing circuitry battery balancing circuitry
and now no matter how well you manufacture something you're always
gonna get slight variations no to lithium cells will ever be the same
likewise some cells will wear a little quicker than other cells given that
there is something called battery balancing or equalization that takes the
voltages on the higher cells and in case in the case of the Model S X + 3
it will bleed off power using resistors from the cells that have a higher
voltage to bring them down to the level of the cells that have a lower voltage
that way all the voltages and everything is equal now if this circuitry were to
failed your pack could get severely scam call severely imbalanced and that's when
you get problems with the range estimate estimations in your range is not correct
you can also it would also show like if you were I've seen people get flat pack
replacements for this say you're you're just running low on charge you're only a
few miles from the supercharger or kilometres and say your your car's
saying you got 10 miles or or say maybe 15 kilometers left but all of a sudden
pull over safely car is shutting down and the car shuts down with range left
in the battery pack this is usually due to a major imbalance
of the cells in the battery pack or in other words the bricks imbalance between
the bricks and the cells and that can also that could be caused by a failed
bear with battery balancing circuitry or or there on the circuitry there's
there's little resistors that's how they bleed off the power and these resistors
and possibly one burned out and you got a brick of cells that's completely out
of balance with the rest of them park here for a few minutes and to find a
nice shady spot let's see what else do we got then you got fuses you have the
main pyro fuse which will is it actually blows in the case of an occlusion so if
you're in an accident where your airbags deploy the pyro fuse will also blow and
that cuts off all power from the traction pack to the car
basically isolating that batter the main attraction high-voltage battery pack
from the car to make it safer for first responders
make sure there's no dead shorts and try and prevent fires now
the pyro fuse is something that can be replaced at service center level so in
case that blows number one it can be fixed at the service center level so it
can be fixed on site by one of Tesla's trained service center technicians if it
blows but not due to an accident here's where it gets a little tricky because
depending on what the service center determines was the cause of the pyro
main fuse blown would be wood is that pack still safe or is there something
seriously wrong with that pack where they would need to completely discharge
it for safety reasons and then ship it off to
the factory for inspection or an or repair now in my observations and
talking with many people I have found that if the main pyro fuse blows but it
is not due to an X and I found usually the person will end up with a brand new
or refurbished battery pack to keep because it might be too risky to attempt
to repair in some cases but so far I have not seen someone get their refers
pack back in this case of an on accident blow there are other non pyro fuses as
well for safety those can also be replaced at the service center level but
once again replacement of the the fuse is great but it would also come down to
what caused the failure of the the short that was enough to blow that fuse the
next one would be contactor failure now this one is not very common anymore but
it was extremely common in the early days of the Model S and actually this is
my 19 now my my model s 60 now I have a video up on this I did I was one of the
first people to have the contact or failure way back in 2013
actually that was a 2014 it happened to me but it was a 2013 pack and the
problem was Tesla's the the contactors which is a basically a electromagnetic
switch high current high voltage it's what closes when it closes it allows the
current to flow so say when you plug in your car to the supercharger or you
first get in your car you hit the brake for everything the power up and you hear
that clunk clunk coming from underneath the car that is this high powered switch
closing to allow the traction pack or high-voltage battery pack to start
sending current to the rest of the vehicle so you can drive now the problem
was these were not holding up to their specifications and they had premature
failure and these should be last in a very long
time and basically when the contactor goes and if it opens under high power so
for me I was flooring it accelerating onto the freeway when my contactor
failed so when it opened that's when you get a sound that sounds pretty much like
a gunshot or shotgun going off and goes boom and then pull over safely car
shutting down though you get the whole the whole works and all that fun stuff
now it's a toss up some of the service centers send the packs back to Fremont
for repair in this case some of them do it on site now since this is such a rare
thing I haven't heard anything about this or too many people having this
failure in the last year or two it's the end of 2018 I haven't heard of anybody
having this failure except some people that had original packs from 2012 and
2013 that still had the old defective or not defective but less reliable
contactors in them still a warranty replacement item so if your car's still
under under warranty that is still covered and they even might goodwill
that if you're out of battery pack warranty and so far I mean just short of
an accident the only people that should be out of battery pack warranties right
now are the original 40 and kilowatt hour and 60 kilowatt hour car owners
because there was a hundred and twenty and one hundred and twenty five thousand
mile limitation on the battery pack warranty eight years or 120 or 125
thousand miles
so if they're over the mileage then they're out of warranty but chances are
because this is was this was a known issue
asked for if and if they don't offer ask for a good will repair you might just
get it and degradation this is the touchy one in general degradation of the
battery pack which is the gradual loss of capacity over time due to just normal
wear and tear of the cells is not covered under replacement no
unfortunately it is not now for your model 300 you do get a degradation
warranty however chance of of that ever happening
is gonna be extremely slim now there are exceptions to the degradation warranty
their degradation not being warranty now and Tesla is purposely as vague as
possible on this
and it is impossible to get the straight answer so once again this is where I had
to put together the collection of all my experience all my conversations all my
sneaking around and accidentally overhearing conversations this is how I
had to put it together and this is to the best of my ability and knowledge on
this subject and I'm still trying to get a straight answer from Tesla
I'm just gonna read what I wrote because China so it is fairly impossible to get
the straight answer I'm at what point degradation becomes abnormal so while
normal degradation is not covered under warranty abnormal degradation is so if
your Peck is degrading or wearing faster than what it should be that is actually
covered the trick is at what point does Tesla consider it abnormal degradation
so here's what I put together a normal degradation of the battery and this is
the steps that it also they kind of take to determine this a normal degradation
of batteries is not covered be abnormal degradation is covered so that leaves us
to see how much capacity has capacity dropped and I'm gonna flip up some some
some video shots here screenshots and let me plug in I guess I do have some
access to the bay it BMS in my car so I'm gonna plug that in and I'm gonna do
a screen record an overlay that into the video here I use Tesla spy so at what
how much has capacity dropped and I'm gonna give an example right now on my 90
d my pet capacity is 76 kilowatt hours that's a bit of a drop and that's
according to the cars own computer doing the calculations
it's not too good but they still say it's normal so how much has it dropped
so next they would see how much has the actual capacity dropped what is the age
of the pack so that factors in to about how many charge and discharge cycles
excuse me charge in discharge cycles has the pack
gone through is there a specific group of cells or a brick in the pack which
leads us to the very first subject of Bricker module or cell failure so is
there a specific cell or brick or module that is not performing as well as the
others and next here's where it gets really iffy the next they take into
factor your geographic region so yes do you live in and I'm going to use North
America for an exam for example do you live is your car primarily based on the
Midwest the down down deep south desert areas such as Nevada New Mexico Arizona
is it in California or the west coast yes that's considered the major region
so they want to they group it into what region your cars primarily captain is it
kept in Alaska or is it kept in Canada just thrown those out there
they then go on what's your trim level what size pack do you have do you have
original 60 an original 85 do you have a 90 do you have a 75 do you have a 70 do
you have a 100 so next thing yep they go by what battery and there's chemistry
changes between those as well next they go compare into a comparison
oh yeah and they also take in consideration is it a performance car or
none so is it a standard or or pee pee 100 dl p 85 p85d l p 85 with insane mode
p night you know you get the idea then they compare how your car is wearing
with our battery pack is wearing with other vehicles in your geographic pre
the other geographic region so we'll take for example I'm Midwest Wisconsin
so they're going to compare they compare they take my car now they're comparing
the wear level on my car to other Tesla's in the Midwest and then they
break it down yet once more now they take my 90 Dean compared to the other 90
DS and also our any 90 d battery pack in my geographic area and then that's when
they it will always always come back and say your battery pack is wearing how in
comparison with the rest of the fleet or normal how your battery pack is wearing
normally in comparison with the rest of the fleet and then just say then that
means that basically is their way of saying there's no problems we're not
gonna do anything whereas I can pretty much pretty sure tell you now my problem
with this is that okay if it's wearing the same as the rest of the fleet but if
the rest of the fleet has a problem with the specific battery pack that argument
doesn't stand up yet and they also will not provide any
concrete data they will just say and you got to take your word for it that your
command repack is wearing how the rest of the fleet is now as I said my car is
a 90 D 90 DS when brand new or 90 kilowatt hour battery packs when brand
new only had a capacity of eighty five point eight kilowatt hours with about
eighty one point six kilowatt hours of usable capacity right now oh and the BMS
is calculating right now my car the BMS says my pack is seventy five point nine
kilowatt hour capacity so I think that is a pretty big drop I mean that's a 10
kilowatt hour capacity loss I'm basically now driving a 75 D on then
carrying around the weight of a 90 d and to make it even more worse is see that
huge drop right there and you know what let's just do a screen screen gram here
screen shot so you guys can look there you see the net drop on the left side of
the picture there now I only got an 8 millivolt imbalance in my pack however
it's always that section of cells that seems to have a lower voltage than the
rest of the pack so that leads me to believe I have a module or brick that is
having some trouble in the case of my car there are 96 bricks of cells and 1 2
3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 of them are at a lower voltage on average and the rest of
the pack this is also the same group of cells that finishes charging higher so
it leads me to believe that there's a cell failure or a problem in there the
problem the but the problem comes down to the blanket statements from Tesla
they will just say there is no problems unless your car's shutting down
mile with with range left on the on your your range gauge there's really not much
they're gonna do or if the car is not drivable at all
so unfortunately Tesla's not very open about about their battery packs and of
course I don't blame them they're trying not to waste money or bleed more money
where they don't necessarily need to be but the truth is they do have problems
with some battery packs and they need to step up more to more to it so I hope you
learned a little bit and took some of the questioning out of out of out of how
Tesla determines battery pack failures if I've missed some things please

these under cardigans they're very stretchy and they feel like really good
quality they're both eight dollars I got a size medium in both of them
no I got a medium in the black and a large in this one I don't know why I got
a large I think cuz I wanted it to be a little bit longer there's something I'm
really excited about and I don't know whether to show you guys now or more
towards into the video to save it for like last but not least thing because
I've been on the hunt for something like this for a very long time so once I saw
it at Target I was like oh my gosh but I think I'm gonna show you guys at the end
so we'll see so the next thing I got is this gorgeous green sweater is that the
front I think this might be the frame yes this is the front and normally I
feel like this is kind of like a grandpa's sweater but I got a size extra
small because I think this would be super cute paired with like a leather
skirt to kind of mix two trends together and I just love the rolled-up sleeves I
love how soft and cozy it is and it's by the brand Universal thread I think most
everything I got today was from universal threads they are the best at
Target the next sweater I got is this white one it is just kind of like an
oatmeal a white and I love this detail right on like the collarbone area
it's super cute and it has these big roll up sleeves and these little slits
in the side I think this is just like the perfect wintry sweater and then the
next thing I got which is kind of weird for me because I normally wouldn't wear
this but I just thought this was such a unique beautiful color is this gorgeous
yellow almost like gold metallic a skirt I think this would be so beautiful even
with this color they had it paired with like a dark blue color which was
gorgeous I think this would be so cute and like family photos or a Christmas
card and its pretty long too so I think it hits me like right below the knees it
is adorable I got a basic black sweater that I
thought would be perfect to just pair with any like colorful bottom and this
is so cozy it doesn't feel itchy at all and it's by
the universal threads brand again and it just has this like little drop neck
right here and then big long sleeves it's so cozy
I can't wait to pair this with like a sparkly skirt or a bright pant or if I
want to go black on black I think this would be so cute paired with some like
gold jewelry or you can do some really fun big jewelry as well so you can
really do anything with black and that's why I thought this was very important to
add to my collection and then the next letter that I'm super excited about is
this green you know you guys know I love green like so much so when I saw this I
was like oh my gosh I need it immediately look at these sleeves and
how bubbly and fun they are it's honestly just a basic green sweater but
these sleeves got me shook no joke like I I love how cute they are they even
have like little detailing down the sides I think this is like the perfect
sweater that you could throw on every day during the winter and you will never
want to take it off it's so cute so definitely go check this out at
Target whenever a winter comes around I get really into the color like burgundy
I love like the dark vampy vibe it gives off I think it's so pretty and so when I
saw this jacket I had to have it it has a rose gold detailing on the buttons and
then it also has it on the pockets as well what I love about
the most is it cinches in around the waist which is so cute to me on jackets
because it just fits your body really nicely and looks really ladylike so then
I also picked up this basic tee it's super cute and what I love about it is
it's not super tight fitting it's so loose but not too loose
the material is so nice and cozy and so they had a ton of colors in these and I
might go back and get some more okay so I saved my two favorites for last I am
so excited about this when I saw it I was like I have got to have that I want
to wear it for Thanksgiving so I might have already worn it for Thanksgiving
I'm not sure but this beautiful burnt orange kimono it's so long I think it
will probably go to about my ankles and then it has this little waist tie that
is super cute and it's very bohemian and chic I love it so much and then it has
these little sleeves right here that just cinch at the bottom so super
ladylike and pretty and then it's just plain in the back so last but not least
if you guys have watched my Black Friday wishlist you know I've been looking for
this jacket for so long but just haven't been able to find one that's been the
right price and the right quality and the right fit when I went to Target and
spotted this jacket right off the rack I was like I know this is gonna be perfect
so the color the fit in this style is so stinking cute to me I love this kind of
BG nude color and then it has these little
buttons down the front and it cinches in around the waist with this little belt I
love how the back looks when you have the belt tied and then these little
pockets I think this is just so classy and perfect how did I not know that
Target would come through this was definitely more expensive it was $69 but
so worth it like the jackets I was looking at there were all like a hundred
and thirty dollars or one hundred and fifty dollars or two hundred dollars so
when I found this jacket for 70 bucks I was like oh my gosh I have got to have
it I got a size medium so I hope you guys like it too thank you thanks so

We'll have to figure out how mounting it
is going to work, whether we're just going to use
double-sided tape, or the self-tapping screws.
And possibly just some quarter-inch mounting bolt
hardware that we also have.
- [Camera Man] Air box delete.
- [Host] Yeah, we're going to delete the air box,
test fit the strut tower brace and then,
remove the washer bottle reservoir if it impedes
with where the strut tower brace is routed.

I'm just going to do a bit of a "test fit".
Okay, so there is a bit of prep work
that I'm going to have to do here,
and I'm afraid I'm gonna break some of these rusty parts.
And the lip wasn't actually stored
perfectly flat, so yeah.
- [Camera Man] It look's good.
- Those two bolts that are in there right now,
I got a bad feeling that they're just going to snap
so I'm gonna spray them with a little bit
of penetrating fluid.
(drill rattles)
So the bolts that hold all this up here
are just really rusty from the car's age
so it's just breaking all the mounting hardware.
Which is okay, so we'll just modify it all later.
(taps drill bit against the ground to dislodge bolt)
- [Camera Man] See if we have better luck on this side.
- [Host] Nope.
- Still broke, but came apart easier.
Because we're drilling through plastic,
we can use this one, it's more
of a wood bit with the tip there, but it'll work
rather nicely for this.
(drill whirs)
One side of the tape is adhesive and the other side
has a peel and stick, the red part so you can
actually just apply the tape direct to
everywhere on the body panel where you want it
to have adhesion.

- [Camera Man] If you were to accidentally stick
the adhesive tape to the wrong spot,
how hard is it to undo?
- [Host] It actually comes off really easy.
Really any kind of automotive parts cleaner
will release most of the adhesion in the tape.
(plastic creaks)
It's just gonna need a little bit of massaging.

Inside this box is just a flat style filter
but our issue is that it takes up too much space.
Now, this actually comes with an adaptor
as well and I might have to drill some holes
into this adaptor, now that I'm remembering
some of the instructions.
So luckily, there's pre-marked holes to drill through.
- [Camera Man] What kind of metal is that?
- [Host] Just aluminum.
It should drill through fairly easily.
(drill whirs)
The thickness of the nut is touching the frame
but we might just force it.
The filter is un-metered air so from here back,
it's all metered airflow, so if we had a leak
back here, it would cause the engine to run rough
or just cause some drivability issues.
But because any leaks would be created before
the sensor, I think it'll be okay either way
--however this bolts together, but I'll try to get it
as snug and flush as possible before putting
the filter on.
My next concern is I don't think there's actually room
now for the filter to sit.
- Without impeding the exhaust.
I might take that thing out,
it's just hitting the proportioning valve
off the brakes right now so if I can get that
extra inch back here, I think that'll be enough.
- [Camera Man] What is that little thing?
- [Host] It's just an option, for if you wanted
to run the vapor hose off the crankcase
for the valve cover.
- [Camera Man] Yeah.
- [Host] If you want to reroute the hose into
the filter adaptor.
- [Camera Man] Okay.
What's going on?
- [Host] On the inside of this filter,
there's actually a pretty thick ridge there.
So we had to notch out the filter in two locations
to fit past the studs on the adaptor plate
coming out of the air fuel meter. We were able
to get the filter down over top of the adaptor
enough to cover the access hole to route
a breather tube into, so we've deleted that
and just utilized the adaptor plate for its capability
to mount a three-inch cone filter to it.
So my next issue is stopping this
from flopping around everywhere.
We'll just let it sit there.
We'll test fit the strut tire brace
and make sure that that's going to work.

If I undo these nuts, the struts will try
to remove from the strut tower so I need
to put the car back down on the ground.

we're doing right now.
- [Host] Yeah, so we got the strut tower brace to fit
and we adapted the cone filter to the airflow meter
but if we just allow the meter to sit where it wants to,
A: it'll flop around and B: it will actually melt
onto the exhaust manifold so we have a couple
of open holes down in this area
and I had some stock metal material,
so we just bent it in a 90 degree
and we'll drill a mounting hole down in the bottom
and then two mounting holes to utilize the locations
off the stock airflow meter.
Just put a quick 90 degree bend in it,
drilled two mounting holes to mount onto the
factory airflow meter and then one hole
down underneath to mount the 12 millimeter bolt
back through the original airbox bracket.
This actually locates the filter really nicely
in between the strut tower brace and there's still
room down at the exhaust manifold
so nothing there should rattle or obstruct any other part
while the car is running.
I'm actually pretty happy with version 1.0
of this mounting bracket.

How Facing Your Fears Can Help You Conquer Them - Duration: 5:22.

You may have heard that facing your fears is the best way to conquer them.
As it turns out, this is actually pretty scientific advice, and is the basis for a technique called exposure therapy.
This kind of therapy has been used in some form or another since the 1950s, and it's designed to help people overcome intense fears and anxieties by exposing them to whatever they're afraid of.
And while that might sound totally counterintuitive, it's all based on some pretty basic and well-tested psychology.
In general, there's nothing wrong with being afraid.
After all, fear is a big part of what's kept humans around for so long.
But people with conditions like post-traumatic stress disorder or phobias experience extreme levels of fear that make it difficult to live their lives.
Exposure therapy is designed to help people overcome those kinds of debilitating fear.
And it's centered on the idea that fears can be learned and unlearned.
This is related to a concept in psychology called conditioning—specifically, Classical or Pavlovian conditioning.
It was named after famous experiments done by Ivan Pavlov in the 1890s, and it involves a stimulus becoming associated with a specific outcome.
In Pavlov's experiments, dogs learned that whenever someone rang a bell, they got food.
So they came to associate the bell with food, and developed a positive reaction to it.
In that case, they salivated in anticipation of being fed.
Other experiments showed that this type of conditioning can be true for negative stimuli, too.
Like, if someone is bitten by a dog, they might associate dogs with pain and fear and develop a phobia of them.
These results have been duplicated in tons of experiments over the years, but what's most important for exposure therapy is that these associations can also be extinguished, or unlearned, through conditioning.
So if someone with a phobia of dogs had repeated exposure to the animals without being bitten, their link between dogs and pain would likely disappear.
This process is the same no matter where the association comes from, too.
So no matter where someone learned to fear something, facing their fear in a controlled environment can still help them extinguish it.
And that's a big part of what exposure therapy is based on: controlled, safe, fear extinguishing.
It's about either teaching someone to overcome a fear, or to manage and process their anxieties in a more helpful way.
There are a few different types of this therapy, and the exposure part can take several forms.
For one, a fear can either be imagined or experienced in vivo, meaning in real life.
Some fears, like fear of spiders, are safe for in vivo exposure.
Others, like the fear of combat that some veterans experience, typically aren't safe and practical to repeat in real life, so these rely on imagined or even virtual reality exposure.
There are also different strategies for how much and how fast to expose patients to their fears.
Most exposure therapy involves what's called graded exposure—or starting small and gradually ramping up.
Often, it begins with imagined exposures and advances to in vivo.
For example, a therapist might guide a patient in thinking about a spider, and in performing relaxation techniques like slow breathing to manage their fear response.
Then, when the imaginary spider doesn't cause fear anymore, the patient will look at a real spider behind glass.
Eventually, they might move to looking at the spider without glass, and potentially to even touching and holding it.
Another technique is called flooding.
Unlike graded exposure, it involves facing the most feared scenario all at once.
While this is much scarier for the patient at first, if performed correctly, it also results in them realizing they don't need to respond to their fears in such an extreme way.
However, because this is more difficult for both the patient and the psychologist, graded exposure therapy is used most often.
Of course, like all types of therapies, exposure therapy isn't equally helpful for everyone.
And in some cases with phobias and PTSD, it's even been reported to make fears worse.
Scientists speculate that this might happen if the therapy isn't performed correctly, or for long enough.
Also, in general, it's especially difficult to treat social anxiety with exposure therapy—although it has helped plenty of people.
It isn't clear why it's harder, but it could be because social interactions happen every day.
This means it's more difficult to isolate and control the severity of interactions, which is necessary for patients to process their fears.
Overall, though, exposure therapy is highly effective, and this has been shown by numerous studies.
Like, one 2010 meta-analysis of 13 different studies examining 675 total patients with PTSD found that 86% showed significant improvement after exposure therapy.
And a 2007 meta-analysis of 300 patients across 21 studies reported similar success in treating specific phobias.
While it's most commonly used to treat PTSD and phobias, exposure therapy has also been shown to effectively treat panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder.
Research is even showing that virtual reality therapy is just as effective as in vivo exposure.
Which could be a big deal for people who can't safely face their fears in real life.
Now, this doesn't mean you should rush out to the woods and find a spider to expose your arachnophobic friend to.
Like other kinds of therapy, exposure therapy is meant to be done by a trained professional in a controlled environment.

- Hi and welcome to my YouTube channel.
My name is Ray Maor
and this channel is dedicated for those
that are working on raising their vibration.
Today is a very very unique and special topic.
And I'm going to talk about the dry fasts
that I'm doing, the extended dry fasts
not just the one and two days.
I know that you know
that science doesn't necessarily know everything right?
And science tells us that a person should die
after three days or four days without food
and without water.
If not die, then at least completely dehydrated.
They should be suffering, they should be dying in some way.
Their blood tests should change.
In the last 10 to 20 years, we are beginning
to take more alternative medicine than we do
normal western scientific medicine.
And we do this because we stop believing.
All right, we understand that the medicine companies,
we understand that people are doing more for money
and for ego than they are for our benefit,
for our healing.
So we can't really trust a system that continually tells us
that there's something wrong
and we should always visit the doctor,
and we should always visit the dentist,
and blah blah blah.
Because that is not how things should be.
A person is born healthy.
In other words, we are in some way
creating an illness within ourself.
Society and the system is helping us create that
by bombarding us with low-vibration information,
belief systems, and by trying to manipulate
and control us.
Now when I do these extended dry fasts
there are realizations, there are epiphanies,
there are aha moments that you don't have otherwise.
You don't have it because your body is not really clean
because you're busy,
because the digestive system actually takes a lot
of the energy of the body while you're eating.
That's why after lunchtime everybody feels tired
and their productivity descends drastically.
You can see this in an office if you're working,
if you're above 25 you probably notice
that the productivity increases in the morning
when everybody's highly motivated
and then it goes down.
Same thing by the way with the days of the week.
If you don't really enjoy your job,
Monday and Tuesday will be the best productive days
and then everybody's kind of like reaching out
and aiming to reach the weekend (laughs).
So, I would like to share with you
about this specific dry fast that I did on TV.
I did another one that was 10 days by myself.
I did another one that was a part of my Pranic initiation,
my breatharian initiation, which was about in 2013,
that was seven days.
So I was playing around with it.
And I can tell you, beyond the biology itself
that actually tells us that after three days
the liver is completely cleansed,
that most of the toxins are out of your system,
most of the poisonous, you can say viruses
that were in your system.
Some people have worms, some people have different
you can say entities that are living inside us
that make us feel that we are actually craving.
Makes us addicted to different sugars
and they actually decide for us
what we actually want to have,
what we actually want to eat.
So when you have a craving you suddenly understand
that it wasn't really you, it was something else.
A lot of people by the way they take out those worms
because those worms actually die
because you're not feeding them anymore.
And then you realize that you don't have those cravings
that you had before.
So the biology actually says that in three days
the body transforms itself.
What happens to the immune system
is that the body starts eating the blood cells,
the white blood cells, the protection cells
in other words, the immune system cells
that are half alive.
In other words a cell, just like a person,
has a birth, has a life, and has a death.
So the body actually creates energy from them
and it forces the body to create new white blood cells.
Meaning the immune system becomes stronger.
And this is of course scientific research
that has been done.
This also explains why so many Holocaust survivors
from different countries survived for so long.
Because what they endured for a few years
is near starvation experiences.
And that actually created a very strong body.
So some of them lived to be 90, 100 years old.
You will probably notice by the way
when they research people who live very long lives
and very healthy lives,
you will probably notice that they fast once in awhile.
Or they significantly reduce their caloric intake.
The really difficult part in a dry fast, at least for me,
is everything that has to do with emotion, with boredom.
Anything that has to do with staying tuned
and being in the moment.
Usually when I dry fast, I will not do it while I'm working,
I will not do it while I'm with my family.
I will try to do it secluded, by myself.
And I know it's difficult for some people with a family.
I will do it without my cellphone, which is very important
because what I want to reach is a higher vibration,
and a higher understanding.
So if I seclude myself from society
it also means that I'm not sharing the frequency
of their thoughts and their emotions,
and it doesn't influence me that much.
But what I do get because I'm very active,
I'm even hyperactive, and my CPU keeps working so much.
I had a lot of thoughts, I used to be an over-thinker.
And in that time, that was my main problem, my main issue.
Boredom, you go through 10 days without food
and without water.
And you start thinking all these thoughts,
mind games we call them, in the processes that we teach.
What happens is that you start thinking,
why the hell am I doing this?
What do I have to prove?
Is this coming from my spiritual ego?
My body's already healthy enough.
And all these kind of mind games come up
and they're putting you down, why?
Because sometimes people break their fast
exactly because of that.
They start visualizing the food
that they're gonna have in the end.
Especially if it's a dry fast
because we're really not used to not having water
on a day-to-day basis.
I know that in my country we have one day a year
that everybody fasts.
And it's like a forgiveness type
of practice that we fast.
They tell us that it is to abuse the body,
and to make us suffer a little bit because of our,
it's a religious, an ancient religious type of thing.
Sort of like Jesus died for everybody's sins.
But in truth, we fast because it clears the body
to become more spiritual awakened when we are meeting God
and when we are apologizing to other people
for the bad deeds we did in the last year.
There's something very very important in understanding
that a dry fast that is done by yourself
doesn't have the energy of the group,
doesn't have the experience of guides
and stuff like that.
So usually it's better to do it a few people together
or in larger groups.
Like what we do in the different workshops
and the different breatharian initiations around the world.
Is we're having a lot of people coming together
with a common intention of experience something unique,
something that they've never done before.
And that's why it's much easier than we do it by ourself.
Because it's sort of like
when you're completely out of practice
and you starting to exercise
and it's really difficult in the beginning.
'Cause you don't have someone,
you don't have a coach or a trainer
to come and tell you.
So, it's better to do it physically together,
but it's also okay to do it when you have someone
that is doing it with you far away,
as long as you have that energy.
But I can tell you that we don't have the same type
of attitude, we don't have the same type of strength
and motivation when somebody's far away from us.
It's better to do it when everybody's together
because we're kind of like come with intention
and we understand that we came to do something.
To do a four-day dry fast together as a group
and it turns out to be amazing every time.
In addition to that, I would love to hear your comments
about your experience with dry fasting.
Why you haven't done it so far, you know?
Or why you have done it and stopped.
Why you did one day and where you're going to see yourself?
Because I believe that everybody should do,
at least once a year, a three day dry fast.
Just to reset the immune system,
just to reset the mind and all the belief systems
we have about food, about emotional eating,
about the needs of the body.
Because it really,
it profoundly changed the way I perceive our existence.
As a dependency and a non-dependency as well.
And really it brought me to this amazing type of lifestyle
that I had no idea existed 10 years ago,
when I was much younger.
That eight day experiment that I volunteered to,
they gave me a really hard time.
I never really (laughs), I never really shared my thoughts
about what I did there,
but they really wanted me to fail.
I don't know if any of us are familiar with this,
you can go to my website and you can check out
under video, watch one of the documentaries
that I did, or they did upon me when they tested me.
And I actually got $100,000 for that,
and it was a bet, it wasn't actually from the television.
It was a guy that didn't believe that it was possible.
So it was a bonus.
And it kind of told me also
that spirit is sending me this abundance in that way
so I can give some of that.
And I gave and I donated some of that
and I used some of that for free energy research
and stuff like that because I believe
that abundance should be shared.
Abundantly, as one might say.
So in that specific dry fast, it was a little bit harder
because not only the emotional stuff that came up.
And again, you can watch the whole thing it's online.
It was mostly because they harassed me every day,
and they took blood tests.
And nobody is supposed to take blood tests
from a person that's dry fasting.
Especially with me because I have a blood test phobia.
So first time they did it I almost fainted.
And every day after it was much easier for me
because I understood how much it is in my mind.
It's just that I never get sick
so I don't actually need any blood taken from me.
So many many years I didn't need any blood tests.
So that was the hard part, they came every evening,
they were mocking me a lot,
they were making me feel like a fool.
After four days something changed in them.
They were like, okay this is the point
where the doctors should bring the ambulance
and they should carry this guy away from here.
And they started respecting,
they started respecting spirituality.
And they started seeing
that I'm not in any way reflecting back their negativity,
I'm not arguing,
I'm just explaining my point of view on things.
And again, you can watch this whole thing online
it's kind of cool.
Now that I watch it and I see how my younger self dealt
with all those things, I learned a lot from him (laughs).
Plus I learned how my hair looks much better this way.

Anyway, when you are decided to do a dry fast
make it safe.
In other words,
don't go for the three, four days immediately.
We are full of toxins
and these toxins have been accumulating ever since
we were very very young children.
This doesn't necessarily mean that you ate bad.
It means that there were suppressed emotions
that need to come out, it means that there's a lot
of carbon dioxide emissions from trucks
and from wherever it is that you used to live.
It means that there's a lot of things
that don't really have to do with you
so don't feel bad about it.
But, this will change your life.
Do this, one day a week dry fast for 24 hours.
My recommendation is to take the first business day.
In other words, after the weekend
where everybody kind of lets go
and there's a lot more sinning going on,
whether it have to do with food and neglecting the body
and stuff like that.
So 24 hours (hands smacking)
from the evening, for you guys for most of you
it will be from the evening of Sunday
until the evening of Monday. (hands smacking)
Depends on your religion, or depends on your country.
I know that most people of the world
they have Saturday and Sunday off.
Muslims it's Friday, for Jews it's the Saturday.
So the first day.
Just try it one time, no strings attached
in other words.
Try it one time, see how you feel.
Maybe it will be difficult the fist time, first 24 hours.
Maybe it will be super easy.
And with time, when you get used to it after about a month,
see if you want to play just a little bit more than that.
In the beginning you don't have
to stop your regular schedule.
In other words, continue doing everything,
except for exercising, maybe you don't wanna go to the gym
or whatever it is that you're doing in the first times.
After awhile your body will get used to it
and you'll start getting the benefits themselves.
In other words, the clean, the toxins,
the clarity of mind, you know?
Meditations are going to be deeper,
you will not feel hungry.
All this benefits are going to come.
And just think about it, if you're doing this once a week
you're actually reducing everything you take by 15%, right?
15% from seven day in other words,
so 100 divided by seven is about 14 point something.
So these are all the benefits,
there's a lot of biology behind it.
I don't want to go into the details,
it's too mental right now.
I want you to really intuitively feel
and ask your guides,
is this something that I can learn from?
Is this something that I can benefit from.
For me, it was a life-changing experience.
In other words I started doing this stuff
when I was about 25,
way way way before my breatharian initiations.
I started fasting once a week
and because it was recommended by a movement
that I was involved in back in the day called
the Raelian movement.
And after I left I decided to continue
because I felt it's doing something really really good
and positive in my mind and in my body.
And I highly recommend that when you do decide
to take the next step for yourself
consider doing it in a group environment.
Like what we are doing in the different processes
and initiations in the world.
When a lot of people come together to do a dry fast,
the intention itself really helps.
Now the intention it's better physically located together
but the intention can also be from afar.
But the thing is that a lot of people think
that it is going to be easy for them
and then they kind of fail
and then the mind games come up
and all these types of things.
Those are the difficulties.

Here comes the intro!
In case you don't like spoilers,,
I recommend you to watch this video after checking the movie,,
as I can say some stuff that you could consider as a spoiler, okay?
Starting the review,,
Bohemian Rhapsody is a movie directed by Bryan Singer,
and it tells a story about one of the most loved bands in the world: Queen!
However, the story is more focused on the vocalist Freddie Mercury.
I gotta say that even though I love many Queen's songs,,
I went to the movie theater to watch the movie without knowing much about the band,,
and I left the movie theater quite impressed with all the stuff that I have just watched!
You guys who have been following me for a while,
already know that I have a special fondness for movies related to music, right?
This movie got my attention from the beginning to the end!
I've found the beginning of this movie fantastic!
It introduces us Freddie Mercury's world and personality through the shots that are showed to us.
It's such a pity though that after watching the movie,,
I've heard that many things/happenings that I saw in the movie,,
didn't happen the same say in real life as you see in the movie.. :/
If I had to critique something,, it'd be this fact of them changing some happenings..
But even with those changes,, you can have an idea of how was the band member's lives.
Even for the people who don't know Queen,,
it is a kind of movie that can captivate the audience.
As it has a great rhythm, fun outfits,,
which as a fashion producer,, I loved to see how their outfits were changing as time passed by!
And this movies has a marvelous cinematography!
I really liked the camera work.
There were some really interesting and unique shots!
As for the music,, there's no need to say that I loved it, right? xD
I started to have a special fondness for 2 songs that I loved already
which is Love of My Life and Bohemian Rhapsody!
The scenes that gives spotlight to these 2 songs,,
were my favorite parts!
The part of creation, composition of these songs,,
the stories that happens behind them are sensational!
The scenes that show the creativity of the musicians,,
were by far,, the scenes that I loved the most in this movie!
Their creativity during the recording really amazed me!
If it was possible, I really would love to see more of this creative part as it was what fascinated me the most!
The dramatic scenes were interesting as well for us to get to know them a little better.
It was kinda superficial when it comes to the other members but as for Freddie Mercury,,
you could see that he was such a talented, super charismatic, confident, loyal to the band and all,,
but he was also a person who were constantly in conflict with himself,,
and all the suffering, agony, loneliness that he felt even though always been surrounded by people,,
breaks your heart..
Sometimes we put super talented people like him on a pedestal,,
and we forget that they are normal people like us..
Family issues, denying his origin, get involved with bad influences, loneliness, make mistakes and regret it later,,
the discovery of the illness..
Many people will relate themselves or someone they know while watching those scenes..
After all, who have never made a mistake and ended up regretting it later?
Watching the movie,, I've got an impression that Freddie Mercury didn't like his origin that much..
And when I was young, I didn't like my oriental features,,
I was really insecure because all of the complexes I had with my look..
Well,, growing up in Brazil where the beauty standards is a blond hair and big boobs and tooshie xD
I don't fit in any of these standards.. so..
I felt like the ugly duckling..
But as time passed by,, I've learned that each person has a singular beauty,,
and it's worthless if you are all gorgeous on outside but rotten inside..
Today I have so much proud to be a descendant of Japanese!
After all, they are great warriors who gave their best to conquer a place in this beautiful Brazil.
But let's talk about the movie lol!
It was one of the movies that I enjoyed the most to watch this year!
The movie ticket was definitely worth!
I just wonder if it was really easy for them to become famous and conquer all the fame,,
because by watching the movie,, it gives an impression that everything happened so easily and in a heart beat!
But the rest was fabulous and I truly recommend this movie! ^^

You you always want to stay with within 30 % you know, something like that and my other ones they were lower

so this is probably going to go up a little bit a little bit more because I'm going to have 20 more clicks and
Of course not all those clicks are going to convert just small percentage of them. So it might go up to
35 36 but you know it it's fine if it if it does or a dozen because I'm happy with a 34 percent opt-in rate

That's where you really want to stay. That's where you if you're getting and you know much lower than that
You keep getting a geek getting keep getting keep getting lower lower. Like, you know, it's that might become a problem

same grade.
Sometimes you need to give an individual student a different grade than the rest of their group.
Here's how.
Open the assignment and click on SpeedGrader.
Mute the assignment by clicking this bell icon so that students don't receive grading
notifications until you are finished grading.
Next, grade and give feedback to the group as if everyone was getting the same grade.
Now click Submit.
Now return to the assignment and click Edit.
Scroll down and click the box next to Assign Grades to Each Student Individually.
Hit Save.
Go back to SpeedGrader and find the student who will be given a different grade.
Edit the grade and give feedback for the individual student.
Notice we left the setting "Send comment to this student only" selected.
Click Submit.
Now we'll return the assignment to the default settings.
Go back to the assignment, click Edit, and uncheck "Assign Grades to Each Student Individually."
And then save your changes.
Changing this setting back does not undo the individual grade you just entered and you
can switch back and forth as many times as you need during grading.
Finally, when you're done grading everyone, Unmute the assignment to release the grades
to the students.
The individual with the different grade will receive their grade along with both the group

I'm an idiot that reviews movies and today I'll be reviewing Children of Men.
In this movie, women stop having babies and everything goes to shit:
Luckily, we have a wholesome cast of characters to save us in our hour of need.
There's our JRPG protagonist Theo who almost matches me in terms of optimism:
Micheal Caine who completely matches me in terms of music tastes:
A strange man who talks about himself in third person:
And Kee, the Neo of this movie.
Among a few others.
We also have a terrorist group called the fishes, led by Julianna Moore, who are on
the one hundred and 79th level of woke:
The dialogue is excellent and I enjoy the interactions between the characters:
The story is well paced, alternating between tense actiony scenes and slower more emotional
moments that give the characters time to reflect.
All that being said, the directing and cinematography are definitely the best thing about the movie.
There are several one-shot sequences that to put it in scientific terms, are really
really really great.
The ending is also pretty emotional.
I'm not crying you're crying.
As you can probably tell, I like the movie alot but I do have a few nitpicks.
The character of Luke, played by Chiewetal Ejofotor, is one note and the attempts to
flesh him out don't work.
And I also don't like the line delivery in this scene:
But, if I had to rate the movie, I'd give it 91 hugh Laurie's out of 100 Micheal Scott's.
I'm gonna go play Spyro.

especially since this game is not as fun as Kingdom Hearts 1 or 2 or any other
Kingdom Hearts so yeah that's why I want to complete this game because I want to
move on to the more fun games I mean that sounds kind of harsh to this game
but it out of all the Kingdom Hearts this one is the least fun so don't don't
wonder if I want to move on to the better ones and there's malucia that's
