Hello everyone.
Here is how to make a natural sport energy drink.
You can use dates, persimmons or grapes as a source of sugar.
Thyme is a good source of energy and has strong stimulating properties.
Ginger is another source of energy, strenght and vitality.
Cloves have a warming effect on sore muscles.
Salt.
Orange, lemon and Aloe vera are packed with mineral salts and vitamins.
Since Aloe vera is filled with nutrients, you only need one piece of leaf.
The gel of course.
Salt.
Cloves.
Lemon juice.
Orange juice.
Ginger.
Thyme.
Dates soaked for 1 hour (or grapes, or persimmons).
You can strain it or drink it as it is.
